:00:40. > :00:47.The qualifiers for the next World Cup are about to begin,

:00:48. > :00:51.so there's plenty to get tucked into this Saturday lunchtime.

:00:52. > :00:54.Can Scotland break their qualification hoodoo?

:00:55. > :01:02.It's been a tough summer watching everyone else for Strachan Co.

:01:03. > :01:09.Not getting a taxi, getting a bus, getting Eurostar on your own,

:01:10. > :01:11.getting selfies with every Welsh find you can possibly get a smiling

:01:12. > :01:13.and joking! Wales and Northern Ireland

:01:14. > :01:29.will be looking to build I think I can make the team better

:01:30. > :01:32.and I think I'm tough in -- enough to take it. So bring it on, lads!

:01:33. > :01:38.We have the inside story from the goalscoring hero Eder.

:01:39. > :01:42.I told him, I'm going to score the goal.

:01:43. > :01:44.We'll also be taking stock on the comings and goings

:01:45. > :01:47.of the transfer window - all in the company of our big

:01:48. > :01:49.money signings Trevor Sinclair and John Hartson.

:01:50. > :01:51.Fear not, John - we'll talk Wales very soon.

:01:52. > :01:57.Scotland, and their desire to qualify for Russia 2018,

:01:58. > :01:59.which would be their first major tournament in two decades.

:02:00. > :02:02.There are nine European groups and the winners of each will go

:02:03. > :02:03.through automatically, with the eight best

:02:04. > :02:12.then going into two-legged play-offs to decide the final four places.

:02:13. > :02:14.The Scots start against Malta tomorrow.

:02:15. > :02:17.England and Slovakia are ranked above Scotland in the latest Fifa

:02:18. > :02:20.rankings, with Slovenia just below, so Group F looks a tough one.

:02:21. > :02:23.The Scots start away against Malta tomorrow night, and Rob MacLean has

:02:24. > :02:45.When I come back and meet these guys, you get inspires. When we come

:02:46. > :02:49.back to training, I thought, yes, I love football, I love watching good

:02:50. > :02:54.professionals, good lads. It's been an inspiring week for me. When you

:02:55. > :02:59.look at Scotland's World Cup qualifying group, what do you think?

:03:00. > :03:03.Well, we think we've got hard games. Slovenia and Slovakia will be back,

:03:04. > :03:08.similar to Poland and the republic in the last campaign. And then

:03:09. > :03:14.you've got England, Germany... And we're looking to improve on each

:03:15. > :03:17.performance. People will ask you, and I'm sure it will be the next

:03:18. > :03:22.question, so let's get it out of the way, when the big game is coming...

:03:23. > :03:26.You never know when the big game is coming to rush you look back at the

:03:27. > :03:30.last campaign, Georgia away, that was a big aim. You never know when

:03:31. > :03:35.it is the real big name. Some people will look at it and say, England are

:03:36. > :03:39.winning it, so it is all about the battle for second. How do you seek

:03:40. > :03:43.it? If you ask anybody in the football world, they would say that

:03:44. > :03:49.is correct. If the -- that is the way it's got to be done, then so be

:03:50. > :03:52.it. I do believe we have got seven good young players coming into the

:03:53. > :03:57.squad. Not just because they are young, because they have proved

:03:58. > :04:04.themselves to the staff, being good about the place. They have given us

:04:05. > :04:08.all a wee lift after the disappointment of not qualifying,

:04:09. > :04:11.that has given us a lift. When you named Oliver Burke in the squad, he

:04:12. > :04:17.was a youngster from Nottingham Forest. He is now the ?13 million

:04:18. > :04:21.man? When I named Oliver, everybody in Scotland was scratching their

:04:22. > :04:24.head - who is this, we have got better players up here in Scotland?

:04:25. > :04:29.Why is this young man coming along? He's proved that he is a bit

:04:30. > :04:33.different. His quiet of the pitch, he's not got the headphones on all

:04:34. > :04:37.the time, he's not got a ridiculous hairstyle to say, look, I'm

:04:38. > :04:46.different. He goes on the pitch and becomes different. That's a sign of

:04:47. > :04:51.a good player. So, what needs to change in this qualification group.

:04:52. > :04:57.And to make it? We just need maybe two more goals that we add to our

:04:58. > :05:02.attack, +2 but you take away from defending. We take two away. That

:05:03. > :05:09.would see us in a right good position. It's that close. So the

:05:10. > :05:16.margin is so small between the pain of 2016 or...? Going along on your

:05:17. > :05:21.own, getting a taxi, getting a bus, on Eurostar, to go and watch it,

:05:22. > :05:27.getting selfies with every Welsh fan you can possibly meet, smiling and

:05:28. > :05:36.joking. Do you feel good about Scotland's chances of qualifying?

:05:37. > :05:40.Aye. I felt good and then I came and watched the training - feel even

:05:41. > :05:51.better. It's great that he is so excited about the new campaign. They

:05:52. > :05:57.will think they can emulate Wales and Northern Ireland? Yes. They have

:05:58. > :06:01.got a decent group of players. In Oliver Burke they might have found

:06:02. > :06:07.someone who can be the difference in tight games, like a Gareth Bale, who

:06:08. > :06:13.has been so influential to us. But they have got a tight group. Think

:06:14. > :06:18.of Malta away, first game, they only lost 1-0 to Italy in the euro

:06:19. > :06:22.qualifiers - really difficult team to beat. Get a lot of players behind

:06:23. > :06:27.the ball, hard to break down. So it is a tough group. There is also a

:06:28. > :06:32.bit of pressure because they were in prime position to go to the Euros.

:06:33. > :06:38.They got the point over in Dublin, and then the loss against Georgia

:06:39. > :06:41.was a real hammer blow. And then the Republic go and beat the world

:06:42. > :06:46.champions, Germany. So they never qualified, they finish fourth. So

:06:47. > :06:50.they need to do better in these once. Sometimes it can be that one

:06:51. > :06:54.game which makes you slip up just in this time there will be a lot of

:06:55. > :06:58.attention on that England game, that Friday night in November at Wembley.

:06:59. > :07:02.Gordon Strachan is already being asked about it now, and that will be

:07:03. > :07:05.the focus for much of the campaign? It is but I think they need to

:07:06. > :07:11.concentrate on the other games as well, obviously. For the England

:07:12. > :07:16.game, they will be thinking we do not have to be that fearful of them.

:07:17. > :07:21.You look at the last corner they were not 1 million miles away. There

:07:22. > :07:25.was so much positivity around Gordon Strachan and what he did with the

:07:26. > :07:31.squad and what a good position they were in. And they just fell short of

:07:32. > :07:35.if they can just get over the line, I think it will be a massive boost

:07:36. > :07:40.for football in Scotland. Oliver Burke, 19 years old, 6ft to, he's

:07:41. > :07:45.played a handful of appearances for his club and two international caps,

:07:46. > :07:54.and he has gone for all of those millions to Leipzig! Yes, it is a

:07:55. > :08:00.bizarre one. I have seen an article from a few people about bad move,

:08:01. > :08:04.and it does seem a bit odd to go out there. There were clubs interested

:08:05. > :08:09.in England. But I hope he plays a lot of football out there. It will

:08:10. > :08:13.be a great experience for him, and I hope he can take that into the

:08:14. > :08:18.Scotland national team. Yes, really good player. Burst onto the scene

:08:19. > :08:22.last season. As I say, I think Scotland are OK as a group, I don't

:08:23. > :08:25.think they've got any real world-class players in there, but

:08:26. > :08:32.maybe they have found something in Burke, who looks a real talent.

:08:33. > :08:34.England are the top ranked team in Group F and here

:08:35. > :08:40.It's a little more than two months since Roy Hogdson's

:08:41. > :08:44.side were knocked out of the Euro's by Iceland,

:08:45. > :08:50.a performance Alan Shearer described as the worst he'd ever seen.

:08:51. > :08:54.Frontex it's been a fantastic journey and it is one I will

:08:55. > :09:03.remember with pride. Now it is time for somebody else to take over this

:09:04. > :09:08.young and talented group of players. I do not want to spend too much time

:09:09. > :09:12.on the past. I want to think more about the future. I think I fit the

:09:13. > :09:16.chair, I think I've got the experience to pass on. I think I can

:09:17. > :09:21.make the team better and I think I'm tough enough to take it. Bring it

:09:22. > :09:27.on, lads. A World Cup qualifier against Slovakia... The tactics will

:09:28. > :09:31.be different against a team like Slovakia which will have to come out

:09:32. > :09:35.and attack us to win the game, playing at home. Whereas in the

:09:36. > :09:38.Euros, one point was enough for them, and they made a really solid

:09:39. > :09:49.defensive unit which was difficult to break down in the end. It's just

:09:50. > :09:53.no fracking a little bit. I did not expect this so quick, so early in my

:09:54. > :09:58.Premier League career. I have just got to keep going out and working

:09:59. > :10:02.hard and showing people why he has kicked me. I've had a fantastic

:10:03. > :10:09.international career so far, played a lot of games and enjoyed every

:10:10. > :10:12.minute. Russia will be my last tournament, and if selected, then I

:10:13. > :10:17.will have enjoyed some highs and Sam Lowes.

:10:18. > :10:20.And in a bit of a change to the norm,

:10:21. > :10:23.Sam Allardyce told the players the starting XI after training

:10:24. > :10:30.Eight of these started against Iceland at the Euros.

:10:31. > :10:34.Central defender John Stones comes into the side, having not

:10:35. > :10:44.What do you think about naming the team so early? I think it's

:10:45. > :10:48.refreshing. It is a great way for you to prepare when you know that

:10:49. > :10:54.you're definitely playing. All of the nerves and anxiety disappears.

:10:55. > :10:57.Even if you're not playing, those 48 hours, for the players not involved,

:10:58. > :11:04.he can tell them, you're still part of my plans. Stay alert, be ready,

:11:05. > :11:07.you will be in another time. And it's refreshing for the media as

:11:08. > :11:12.well. We've got something to talk about. The opposition might be

:11:13. > :11:16.guessing what formation it is, but you never know for certain. John,

:11:17. > :11:21.Wayne Rooney has announced his international retirement at the end

:11:22. > :11:27.of the next campaign - how do you see that? He still obviously feels

:11:28. > :11:33.fit and that he will be part of the group. He's made the decision to

:11:34. > :11:38.make the call. But I think the one thing, going back to Sam Allardyce,

:11:39. > :11:43.it'll be a different approach, a different style. Can he make a good

:11:44. > :11:46.job of it? I think he can he's made a difference already. How many

:11:47. > :11:51.managers would have come in straightaway and played Henderson

:11:52. > :11:53.instead of Dele Alli? Not many, in my opinion. Dele Alli was

:11:54. > :11:58.magnificent last season, Henderson was out for a long time. He's gone

:11:59. > :12:03.with Kane, who has never scored a goal in August. Vardy has already

:12:04. > :12:08.scored - Sharpe, amongst the goals already. He's gone with Kane. Trevor

:12:09. > :12:14.will say, well, if you play three in behind Harry Kane, you need a big

:12:15. > :12:21.focal point. I think Celtic do that with Leigh Griffiths, who is 5ft

:12:22. > :12:25.7ins. So he makes big calls, big decisions, he will be his own man,

:12:26. > :12:31.and he's passionate. You're even doing the fist pump, John! You want

:12:32. > :12:36.a bit of that as well, that's what some will do. I just feel that he's

:12:37. > :12:44.into the sports science, stats, everything else, and he deserves the

:12:45. > :12:48.job. For me, he will make decisions. And one of those, leaving out Ross

:12:49. > :12:56.Barkley. And also Jack Wilshere, saying he needed more game time.

:12:57. > :13:01.He was one of the big movers on transfer deadline day.

:13:02. > :13:12.Who is going to be moving where on transfer deadline day...? Joe Hart

:13:13. > :13:14.has left Manchester City... 13 Premier League sides have broken

:13:15. > :13:23.their transfer fee... They have matched Everton's feet... We are

:13:24. > :13:33.very excited to welcome Jack Wilshere to the football club. That

:13:34. > :13:37.is magnificent! That much money that clubs are now able to go and break

:13:38. > :13:46.their record. Chelsea have reached agreement with Paris Saint-Germain

:13:47. > :13:49.for David Luiz. It's a gamble... A transfer deadline day clear out at

:13:50. > :13:55.Manchester City... Joe Hart has been frozen out of the club by Pep

:13:56. > :14:02.Guardiola... To hundred million pounds in the Premier League.

:14:03. > :14:08.Absolutely phenomenal. Sissoko has signed a five year deal at White

:14:09. > :14:11.Hart Lane. Smashed it, amazing, ?1.1 billion!

:14:12. > :14:13.A frankly ridiculous amount of money.

:14:14. > :14:15.That was the transfer window closing on Wednesday night.

:14:16. > :14:18.Quite a bit of business done early in the window -

:14:19. > :14:25.here are some of the main ones from the window.

:14:26. > :14:32.Just to talk about some of those moves - David Luiz going back to

:14:33. > :14:37.Chelsea, two years after going to Paris, is it desperate or is it a

:14:38. > :14:41.good move? He would not have been a first choice defender, would he? No.

:14:42. > :14:46.But looking at the manager, he likes to play three at the back. I feel

:14:47. > :14:55.David Luiz could play in the back three or just in front of the back

:14:56. > :14:59.three. Nice and narrow, and a lot of discussion and verbals from John

:15:00. > :15:03.Terry. Because I think he needs keeping in position, because he can

:15:04. > :15:07.go wandering. He's got a lot of creativity, fantastic touch for a

:15:08. > :15:11.central defender, but at times he needs the verbals from John Terry,

:15:12. > :15:15.who will say, stay here, we need you. For me, he must have been

:15:16. > :15:21.brought in as a midfield player, because he's Impey cannot defend.

:15:22. > :15:27.That's a bit harsh! He can't defend. He will cost Chelsea in terms of

:15:28. > :15:31.points taken, taking risks, taking chances. There is no doubt about his

:15:32. > :15:35.ability, he's a very gifted player. And he has to play for me in

:15:36. > :15:43.midfield. Kante has to play the holding role in front of the back

:15:44. > :15:49.line. Because he does it so well. ?34 million, for a midfield player,

:15:50. > :15:53.they have got another six or seven in that similar position, it's a

:15:54. > :16:01.little bit desperate for me. I'm not sure John approves of that signing!

:16:02. > :16:06.What about Jack Wilshere? I think he's gone to the right club, I think

:16:07. > :16:10.Eddie Howe is one of those ex-players, a manager now, who is in

:16:11. > :16:14.touch with players of today. One of the fittest squads in the Premier

:16:15. > :16:18.League last season. If they can get Jack Wilshire fit and get him into

:16:19. > :16:22.the final third of the pitch, get him created, he will be a massive

:16:23. > :16:26.asset for Bournemouth and invariably go back to Arsenal and be an asset

:16:27. > :16:30.to them as well. It does not matter where he goes, whether it is Roma or

:16:31. > :16:35.anywhere else committee has to play first of all, he has to play games,

:16:36. > :16:43.I want to see him bossing games, getting around the pitch and playing

:16:44. > :16:51.20, 25 games. He has to play games. He has an doubtful ability. Thank

:16:52. > :16:56.you. For the minute. -- he has an doubtful ability.

:16:57. > :16:58.The Wales striker Hal Robson Kanu joined West Brom on Wednesday

:16:59. > :17:02.and his goals in the Euro's are one of the reasons Wales are up to 11th

:17:03. > :17:04.in the World Rankings, two places below Brazil...

:17:05. > :17:07.After performing so well in their first major tournament

:17:08. > :17:10.in more than half a century - this is who they face

:17:11. > :17:14.Austria, Serbia and the Republic of Ireland all in Group D.

:17:15. > :17:16.But not much worries the Welsh these days...

:17:17. > :17:20.FUNKY MUSIC It's been great being back with the

:17:21. > :17:26.lads. It is weird, it feels a lifetime ago, the Euros. Ramsey and

:17:27. > :17:31.Wales with the lead, they are in dreamland! It is another Welsh

:17:32. > :17:34.winner! On they go to the quarterfinals. It's great memories,

:17:35. > :17:43.something that will stay with us forever. Ashley Williams for Wales!

:17:44. > :17:49.What a turn, what a goal! Something special is happening here tonight!

:17:50. > :17:53.Wales are going into the semifinals. History boys indeed! To go through

:17:54. > :18:00.those highs, obviously there will be some sort of come down. Whipped

:18:01. > :18:04.across, Ronaldo has met it. For Wales, this is only the end of one

:18:05. > :18:08.story. The country's greatest yet with a round ball. Tough at the time

:18:09. > :18:13.but in hindsight we look back at what we've achieved and are proud of

:18:14. > :18:17.it. Not the greatest few weeks after, it was a case of trying to

:18:18. > :18:21.get away and watch the good stuff in the tournament and before you know

:18:22. > :18:27.it you are back at your club, going back in the group as top seeds, it

:18:28. > :18:33.changes your mentality. It is about as dealing with that and dealing

:18:34. > :18:38.with that sort of pressure. There's been little talk of what has gone on

:18:39. > :18:41.in the summer. It's all focus ahead now. You can feel the excitement. At

:18:42. > :18:44.the start of another long journey! Wales start at home to Moldova -

:18:45. > :19:00.and in fact have three home games I think Big John has got emotional

:19:01. > :19:04.after that! Listening to Chris speaking about the highs to the

:19:05. > :19:08.lows, there's no anti-climax on Monday night at the Cardiff stadium,

:19:09. > :19:12.they will get an unbelievable welcome onto that pitch when they

:19:13. > :19:16.take on Moldova. I think it is a really difficult group. The

:19:17. > :19:21.expectation levels will obviously rise, having got to the semifinals.

:19:22. > :19:26.They were magnificent in the Euros. I had to say that. Austria, Serbia,

:19:27. > :19:30.the Republic of Ireland, Martin O'Neill's teams, having spent four

:19:31. > :19:35.years with him at Celtic, Moldova, Georgia, they will be Scotland in

:19:36. > :19:41.the European qualifiers in the Euros, it's a difficult group that

:19:42. > :19:45.they will be excited by it. It's one that Chris Common will be looking

:19:46. > :19:48.forward to, I think. That is the crucial thing. -- Chris Coleman.

:19:49. > :19:50.Chris Coleman has signed a new two year contract.

:19:51. > :20:01.Yesterday without Aaron Ramsey. If they can go again, why can't they

:20:02. > :20:04.reach the World Cup? It would be an incredible achievement, they have it

:20:05. > :20:09.mentally. They have belief and mentality, the belief in the system

:20:10. > :20:13.that they have in the manager and everything. I hope that the fans

:20:14. > :20:17.realise the teams will be going there now. They are a scalp, they

:20:18. > :20:20.would be going into happily to beat them all the time.

:20:21. > :20:25.They will say, you are the team now. I hope they have the adaptability to

:20:26. > :20:29.do that. And get the results they need. John, you gave us a fist pump

:20:30. > :20:37.for England, do you have one for Wales? It was Sam Allardyce more!

:20:38. > :20:44.But where is the Welsh one? It's difficult, Robson-Kanu left it late

:20:45. > :20:52.in the transfer window and moved to West Brom. Some folks has banged

:20:53. > :20:58.them into Burnley, no Aaron Ramsey. -- some folks. There are some issues

:20:59. > :21:01.but nothing that we can deal with, when we lost Davis and Ramsey in

:21:02. > :21:07.that important semifinal. The Republic of Ireland are in this

:21:08. > :21:17.group, they start against Serbia away. Robbie Keane retired from

:21:18. > :21:27.international football after scoring against an midweek. -- Oman.

:21:28. > :21:29.Just the 146 caps and 68 goals to reflect on!

:21:30. > :21:32.More on that Wales game in a Football Focus forum on Monday

:21:33. > :21:35.online for you and you can listen to commentary of that

:21:36. > :21:37.Moldova match on 5 Live on Monday evening at 7.45pm

:21:38. > :21:40.There's also full commentary on five live of Slovakia

:21:41. > :21:44.And don't forget that we now start building up to the Premier League

:21:45. > :21:47.weekend on a Thursday night - Gabby Logan will be on BBC Two at

:21:48. > :21:51.No Premier League or championship this weekend which coincides

:21:57. > :22:10.ASC filed? Taking on Gloucester? Yes! -- AFC Fylde.

:22:11. > :22:13.Next Tuesday the European Champions Portugal start their World Cup

:22:14. > :22:14.qualifying campaign against Switzerland.

:22:15. > :22:16.They'll be without the injured Christiano Ronaldo, so might need

:22:17. > :22:19.From being unwanted at Swansea, to scoring the goal

:22:20. > :22:39.Eder... Wriggles free... A shot! Super strike. Eder smashes Portugal

:22:40. > :22:48.at the verge of glory. He the man who has won the European

:22:49. > :22:52.Championship for Portugal. I went to Portugal at three years old with my

:22:53. > :22:58.mum. My father could not take care of me. So they put me in a college,

:22:59. > :23:03.an orphanage. So I learned all of the culture, the Portuguese culture.

:23:04. > :23:14.It was a great journey for me. It brought me to the man I am today. In

:23:15. > :23:20.the street, with my friends, one of my professors in the school saw me

:23:21. > :23:26.play and asked me to test for a club. Then, I started to play

:23:27. > :23:34.football. I remember Ronaldo, Ronald Ennio, Chris John Ronaldo, he went

:23:35. > :23:38.to Manchester. -- Cristiano Ronaldo. They were my inspirations, fantastic

:23:39. > :23:44.players. They did so many tricks and scored a lot of goals. They were the

:23:45. > :23:48.best players in the world. I dream to lot about going to the Premier

:23:49. > :23:52.League when I was a kid. For me, it was fantastic. I was working hard at

:23:53. > :23:58.Swansea, and I enjoyed my time there. Even though not playing a

:23:59. > :24:01.lot. I spoke with my manager, we talked about opportunities and of

:24:02. > :24:08.course I told him that I wanted to be in the Euros. Then, I had an

:24:09. > :24:12.offer and decided this was the best move to do. I want to come back, of

:24:13. > :24:17.course. I learned a lot from my first experience and of course if I

:24:18. > :24:23.come back, everything is going to be different. The 15th European

:24:24. > :24:27.Championship final... The Euros were very special for me, to be in the

:24:28. > :24:32.squad, of course I wanted to do my best for the team. We knew it was

:24:33. > :24:36.important for the players who were not playing to be with the group

:24:37. > :24:44.because we needed a strong group to win the tournament like that.

:24:45. > :24:52.Cristiano Ronaldo! He's a team-mate, a guy who works a lot, you can learn

:24:53. > :25:00.a lot with him. He wants to win everything. Break a lot of records.

:25:01. > :25:05.The manager is a man with a lot of faith, he said we would win the

:25:06. > :25:12.tournament, we did everything -- he did everything he could to help us

:25:13. > :25:21.on the pitch, outside of the pitch, he is like a father to us. Eder to

:25:22. > :25:26.come on. Everyone wants to play. When the manager called me, I told

:25:27. > :25:29.him that I would score the goal! Eder! What a goal, what a strike,

:25:30. > :25:39.Portugal celebrate! Adriane story, well told by the man

:25:40. > :25:42.himself. Let's talk about Northern Ireland.

:25:43. > :25:45.Northern Ireland's progress to the last 16 at the Euro's has

:25:46. > :25:47.seen them reach their highest ever position in the world

:25:48. > :25:51.The World Cup qualifying draw has not been particularly kind.

:25:52. > :25:54.Group C includes the holders Germany and the Czech Republic.

:25:55. > :25:58.Manager Michael O'Neill has been speaking to Stephen Watson.

:25:59. > :26:05.Have you worked out how you can do this all again after what was a

:26:06. > :26:17.momentous summer? That's it from McCauley! 2-0 now! Northern Ireland

:26:18. > :26:21.progress from Group C. This is a little piece of Northern Ireland

:26:22. > :26:24.football history. When you have experienced that, experiencing being

:26:25. > :26:29.in the major finals, it whets your appetite. I look back at Euro 2016

:26:30. > :26:33.qualifications, coming from behind against Hungary and winning that

:26:34. > :26:37.game got the ball rolling and got momentum and belief and confidence

:26:38. > :26:40.in the squad. We would be able to do the same again and hopefully try to

:26:41. > :26:49.get a summer resort in the Czech Republic. Germany lead! Since 1950,

:26:50. > :26:53.Germany have won the World Cup qualifier every time bar twice, they

:26:54. > :26:56.are world champions, there is only one automatic will find squad so it

:26:57. > :27:00.will be difficult. There is a play-off spot for second place. I

:27:01. > :27:08.was else, Norway and the Czech Republic will battle for that. But

:27:09. > :27:11.we want to make sure that we can top the group but Germany will be

:27:12. > :27:15.difficult, they will be difficult for all of the teams in the group as

:27:16. > :27:19.well. We need a positive start to the campaign, get momentum and

:27:20. > :27:23.qualification as early as we can and see where it takes us. It will be a

:27:24. > :27:25.big, big challenge but I think the squad is in the best place it can be

:27:26. > :27:28.to meet the challenge. The Czech Republic and Germany away

:27:29. > :27:32.in their first three games - a tough start for

:27:33. > :27:42.Michael O'Neill's side. It will be, but they can take great

:27:43. > :27:46.confidence from winning the qualification group at the Euros,

:27:47. > :27:50.they got last 16. They had a great win against the Ukraine at the

:27:51. > :27:55.Euros, getting through on three points. They played very well

:27:56. > :28:02.against Wales in the last 16. Chris Coleman said himself, Wales, Gareth

:28:03. > :28:08.Gareth Bale with a great ball across the box. But under Michael O'Neill,

:28:09. > :28:12.it's been tough but they have improved massively as a team.

:28:13. > :28:15.McCauley stays on and it can be one result that helps you. When they

:28:16. > :28:23.beat Hungary in the last campaign, that drive them on? SME have to keep

:28:24. > :28:27.that belief amongst the players and the whole group, they have momentum

:28:28. > :28:39.and I'm sure they can do well again -- they had to keep that belief.

:28:40. > :28:46.We're on the iPlayer from midnight, and we're back at midday next week

:28:47. > :28:49.and we're on the road - live at West Ham's new home -

:28:50. > :28:52.In a week when Robbie Keane and Bastian Schweinsteiger left

:28:53. > :28:55.When is the right time to say goodbye?

:28:56. > :29:17.Kenny Dalglish, what a goal! Here is Gascoigne... Brilliant! Yes!

:29:18. > :29:20.Shearer! # Everybody raise a glass, here's to
