:03:05. > :03:08.fact that we are racing and lights, but it is a landmark for Jenson

:03:09. > :03:13.Button. He is celebrating his 250th Grand Prix, a long time since the

:03:14. > :03:20.young 19-year-old started in Melbourne, and all the teams will be

:03:21. > :03:25.wearing this in celebration of that. This rather swanky looking T-shirt.

:03:26. > :03:30.It is no mean feat, only four other drivers have started more. It shows

:03:31. > :03:34.the skill set that he has had behind the wheel, he understands it so much

:03:35. > :03:37.more than just being a fast racing driver, truly professional in

:03:38. > :03:41.preparation, working with sponsors and the media. He is not looking

:03:42. > :03:46.close to the end at all, he is still a young guy, 34, so a huge day for

:03:47. > :03:51.him, fantastic to see the whole paddock celebrating. A great track

:03:52. > :03:55.to celebrate, the drivers seem to enjoy racing here, under lights not

:03:56. > :04:01.much difference for them? It is a great track for him, he won in 2009.

:04:02. > :04:07.Drivers tend to join the dots when they are driving, braking, apex,

:04:08. > :04:10.throttle, and there are enough floodlights for them to enjoy the

:04:11. > :04:14.race track, they are not enjoying the sunset or the stars above. In

:04:15. > :04:18.terms of driving under lights, it makes it easier because it is

:04:19. > :04:23.cooler. They will have to look out for falling temperatures as night

:04:24. > :04:28.comes in. Exactly, that is one of the biggest temperatures, and tyre

:04:29. > :04:30.temperatures will be affected. The Pirelli tyres are particularly peaky

:04:31. > :04:38.in terms of surface temperature. We will see quite a drop-off, as much

:04:39. > :04:40.as 15 degrees. This is round three in a calendar of 19 races. A few new

:04:41. > :05:02.events to look out for this year... Nico Rosberg heads the driver

:05:03. > :05:09.standings after two events, Lewis Hamilton is 18 points adrift. The

:05:10. > :05:20.two McLaren boys are behind Fernando Alonso.

:05:21. > :05:25.The Silver Arrows dominates the constructors' table. Red Bull are

:05:26. > :05:34.currently occupying sixth position. That definitely was not the start of

:05:35. > :05:39.the season they wanted. No, we know with the regulation change that the

:05:40. > :05:43.past has no bearing on how the car will go. They have won four straight

:05:44. > :05:50.World Championships, but the interaction of the sashay and the

:05:51. > :05:54.power unit is not as good as that of Mercedes and Ferrari. -- chassis.

:05:55. > :05:58.But the change from where they were in preseason to wear they have

:05:59. > :06:02.delivered on track has been huge, so much more to come this year. An

:06:38. > :06:40.never going to be a case of everyone having the same power or fuel

:06:41. > :06:46.efficiency, but at the moment the gap is a bit too big. It seems

:06:47. > :06:50.Mercedes will dominate here, the team will suit their drivers, do you

:06:51. > :06:54.think? Reflected by their performance in practice and the

:06:55. > :06:58.first two Grands Prix of the season, interesting to see whether it will

:06:59. > :07:02.be Nico or Lewis, depending on your personal favourite. They will be

:07:21. > :07:25.penalty, which means he starts from the back of the pack. Sebastian

:07:26. > :07:29.Vettel could not get his Red Bull working properly. He said the car

:07:30. > :07:34.was not quick enough and did not make the top ten shoot out, ending

:07:35. > :07:38.up 11. But he makes Daniel Ricciardo had no such problems, not only

:07:39. > :07:42.making it into Q3, but he put his Renault powered Red Bull into third

:07:43. > :07:45.place. He does carry a ten place grid penalty from Malaysia after his

:07:46. > :07:50.unsafe release into the pit lane means he will start from 13. Ferrari

:07:51. > :07:54.have been struggling throughout the weekend, Fernando Alonso could only

:07:55. > :07:58.manage tenth after an engine issue. Kimi Raikkonen tried everything,

:07:59. > :08:03.putting it into sixth, at qualifying his team-mate for the first time.

:08:04. > :08:07.Williams have been rejuvenated this season, and an impressive lap from

:08:08. > :08:11.Valtteri Bottas means he qualified on the second row. That left

:08:12. > :08:15.Mercedes, dominating the weekend, qualifying was no different. A

:08:16. > :08:20.mistake from Lewis Hamilton meant he abandoned his quick final lap, and

:08:21. > :08:22.he stuck with second, but team-mate Nico Rosberg had already done enough

:08:23. > :08:27.to put his Silver Arrow into pole position. So Nico Rosberg takes his

:08:28. > :08:31.second consecutive pole at the circuit, the first time this year

:08:32. > :08:35.there has been an all Mercedes front row. Valtteri Bottas moves up to

:08:36. > :08:41.third, Sergio Perez gives Force India their best qualifying enormous

:08:42. > :08:45.two years. Kimi Raikkonen is fifth, Button on his 250th race is sixth.

:08:46. > :08:50.Massa and Magnussen on the fourth row, Alonso and Vettel behind.

:08:51. > :08:55.Hulkenberg start outside the top ten for the first time in eight races,

:08:56. > :09:00.rookie Kvyat is 12. Ricciardo's penalty brings out in 30 alongside

:09:01. > :09:06.former team a Vergne. The two Lotus cars had a tough time, 16th and

:09:07. > :09:10.17th. Adrian Sutil, with his penalty, starts from the back of the

:09:11. > :09:13.grid. Just after qualifying, we learned

:09:14. > :09:17.from Adrian Newey that Sebastian Vettel's problems have started to

:09:18. > :09:22.occur in that uncharacteristic spin in free practice three. He spun the

:09:23. > :09:26.car on the exit of turn one leading into two, this is the legacy of them

:09:27. > :09:30.having some difficulties controlling the amount of torque the cars are

:09:31. > :09:34.delivering this year. Very uncharacteristic, and stopping in

:09:35. > :09:37.the gravel, the car overheated, and Adrian Newey explained there was an

:09:38. > :09:43.issue with the waste gate on the turbo, which apparently cost them a

:09:44. > :09:47.couple of tenths of a second. There are a couple of drivers who seem to

:09:48. > :09:50.be misplaced on the grid, this is a place where you can come through.

:09:51. > :09:54.Nico Hulkenberg, should we be looking out for him? We should

:09:55. > :10:00.certainly be looking out for him, he was on a lap that would match his

:10:01. > :10:04.team-mate but ran wide in turn 11. We know he has got great speed, I

:10:05. > :10:08.would expect him to be moving forward. Look out for Daniel

:10:09. > :10:12.Ricciardo, picking up a penalty from the previous race. Both Red Bulls

:10:13. > :10:17.will, in fact, move forward, but Nico Hulkenberg could be the biggest

:10:18. > :10:21.mover. Tom Clarkson is in the pit lane, what can you tell us about

:10:22. > :10:26.strategy? Well, Suzi, we are looking between two and three stops, and

:11:57. > :12:03.night for Williams and at these lights. Yeah, sure, we will see how

:12:08. > :12:12.not so easy for the tyres, so I hope we can have good pace, you know, and
