:00:13. > :00:23.So here is the plan. You pour a little of this on here and that is

:00:23. > :00:28.

:00:28. > :00:38.the future of English football, apparently! Tonight the appliance

:00:38. > :00:48.

:00:48. > :00:51.of science. The new cap to transform a coaching. - app. The

:00:51. > :01:01.grass will turn with you, with your boots. This surface won't, will it?

:01:01. > :01:09.

:01:09. > :01:17.I think it will. With me as normal as I have some pundits. The MK Dons

:01:17. > :01:27.manager is here. Every time you come on you seem to win. That is

:01:27. > :01:28.

:01:28. > :01:36.why I keep coming on! We have news of something that can transform the

:01:36. > :01:39.way football is coach to. -- coached. Colchester United formed

:01:39. > :01:42.in 1937. 75 years of history. It's their 4th season at their new

:01:42. > :01:44.stadium and now they have added a modern twist to match-day

:01:44. > :01:48.preparation. It is 8am Thursday morning. Colchester's next home

:01:48. > :01:52.game against Rochdale just two days away. Traditionally coaches use

:01:52. > :02:02.this, a tactics board, good old fashioned magnetic players. But

:02:02. > :02:05.times are moving on. OK, Joe, what have you got planned today? We are

:02:06. > :02:12.going to move on to a defensive session. Just put the back four in.

:02:12. > :02:20.Being attacked by a wave of four. We asked them to attack outside

:02:20. > :02:23.mannequins. And also inside mannequins. OK. High-intensity?

:02:23. > :02:29.This will be more high intense. We're looking at the back four to

:02:29. > :02:35.keep a decent line. OK, yeah. decent line as best they can.

:02:35. > :02:40.We'll go from there. Excellent. club sports scientist David Carolan

:02:40. > :02:43.designed it. Colchester are making full use of it. That was designed

:02:43. > :02:47.to allow coaches to have the tools to be able to create all of their

:02:47. > :02:50.session content on an iPad and do away with really the archaic pen

:02:50. > :02:54.and paper and creating stuff on your desktop and then throwing it

:02:54. > :02:59.in the bin. It's a resource that's lost forever. Now coaches can keep

:02:59. > :03:02.that information with them at all times. And refer back to it and be

:03:02. > :03:08.able to use it in the future or share it with everybody from other

:03:08. > :03:12.professionals all the way down to the grass roots level. So, is this

:03:12. > :03:15.revolutionising the way you do things? I think times are moving on

:03:15. > :03:21.in football on and off the pitch. Apps like this help us visualise

:03:21. > :03:25.and players learn in so many different ways. The best way we

:03:25. > :03:28.find is visualising, we show them what we are looking for in the

:03:28. > :03:31.session rather than doing all the time. Sometimes if you can give a

:03:32. > :03:34.player a picture of what we are looking for we can get a lot more

:03:34. > :03:37.from it. Nowadays there is an app for almost everything. Downloads

:03:38. > :03:45.have reached 25 billion. I-Drills is one of the latest to hit the

:03:45. > :03:49.market. This is what it used to be, hundreds and hundreds of sessions,

:03:49. > :03:52.all in here. You don't need these any more. You can get all of this

:03:52. > :03:55.on an iPad now so no carrying around reams and reams of paper.

:03:55. > :04:05.One device for everything. You can have thousands and thousands of

:04:05. > :04:05.

:04:05. > :04:15.drills on there. OK, let's go and So, the session's planned,

:04:15. > :04:16.

:04:16. > :04:26.programmed, time to perform. Yup. Good on the cards. That's at all.

:04:26. > :04:29.Heel up on to toe. Right home! Good work. Good work fellas. So Dave has

:04:29. > :04:36.taken his warm-up. Joe is currently down there at the moment working on

:04:36. > :04:39.defending. It is shape today. Attack versus defence. This says it

:04:39. > :04:41.should take about 20 minutes. Also in here we have drills for

:04:41. > :04:49.attacking, tactics, small cider games. Set pieces, always crucial

:04:50. > :04:53.come match day and fun games. I guess it takes all sorts. It has

:04:53. > :04:56.been shipped all around the world. It has been in 25 different

:04:56. > :04:59.countries at this stage and it has been used from the Premier League

:04:59. > :05:03.all the way to the A League in Australia, to non-league and to

:05:03. > :05:06.youth football as well. In the next few months we will be opening up a

:05:06. > :05:09.marketplace where coaches can exchange all of their drills with

:05:09. > :05:17.each other. A coach in Brazil can transfer information to Japan,

:05:17. > :05:21.Canada even back into the UK. you buy into technology? I do. Only

:05:21. > :05:25.when other people can do it for me. That is key. Dave's very good at it

:05:25. > :05:29.and wants to do it and push things on which is great for me and the

:05:29. > :05:32.players. He will sit on the bench and make notes of things that

:05:32. > :05:38.immediately he can bring to my attention or at half time maybe we

:05:38. > :05:48.cannot get the video guy from the stand to give us some back-up.

:05:48. > :05:49.

:05:49. > :05:52.Stuff like that is vital for us because it's immediate. CHANTING.

:05:52. > :05:56.It is match day and the atmosphere is building. Rochdale's fans have

:05:56. > :06:05.come in good numbers and in good voice. Colhester's fans are just

:06:05. > :06:08.warming up. Come on! 50, 50 over here. New supporters have arrived

:06:08. > :06:12.anxious to see their team recover from defeat at Yeovil. Also, a new

:06:12. > :06:17.signing make his home debut. Inside, Freddie Sears, on loan from West

:06:17. > :06:24.Ham, was keeping cool. Others did their best to lighten the mood. It

:06:24. > :06:30.was clear an old favourite still had its uses. Confident head today,

:06:30. > :06:33.John? We always are, aren't you? We've worked on this game Thursday

:06:33. > :06:36.and Friday and we will see the finalised pieces today when we know

:06:36. > :06:39.the opposition. Someone was injured at training on Friday so we've got

:06:39. > :06:43.to think on our feet. Everybody is fully informed of everything we

:06:43. > :06:45.think they should be informed of, we'll see if we can put it into

:06:45. > :06:50.action. On paper, the Ewes firm favourites mid-table against second

:06:50. > :06:56.bottom. Rochdale's away record is poor. But this game is not played

:06:57. > :07:00.on paper. Come on! One minute to three just time to squeeze in one

:07:00. > :07:03.final drill before kick-off. During the game Dave is glued to the

:07:03. > :07:09.action recording the finer details. Crosses, shots, fouls all

:07:09. > :07:13.registered. Patterns of play fed back, anything to gain an advantage.

:07:13. > :07:18.It was an uneventful half. Attempts from distance but nothing to

:07:18. > :07:28.trouble the keeper. So it is 0-0 at half-time. Dave has been beavering

:07:28. > :07:30.

:07:31. > :07:34.away on his app during the first half. What have you learnt? Well it

:07:34. > :07:37.seems to have been a battle of the right sides at the moment. We're

:07:37. > :07:41.getting shots and crosses from our right side and they are getting

:07:41. > :07:44.their joy down their right side so it seems to be whoever can stop the

:07:44. > :07:47.other side down the right side might get a little more joy. But

:07:47. > :07:50.the second half was a similar story. Colchester's strikers starved of

:07:50. > :07:53.space. A chance for Sears forced wide. Andy Bond thought he had a

:07:53. > :07:56.sight of goal. Not quite. When Ben Williams was called upon he dealt

:07:56. > :07:59.with the danger. It finished goalless. Your app then. Helped you

:08:00. > :08:03.get a clean sheet but just couldn't help you find a way past them?

:08:03. > :08:07.Unfortunately not but it allows us to see the pattern of what teams

:08:07. > :08:10.might be trying to do against us. Also, how we are playing as a team

:08:10. > :08:14.ourselves. We are not get anything out the left hand side a little bit.

:08:14. > :08:17.That is the information we got so we switched it around a wee bit to

:08:17. > :08:21.see if we could. It helps. It is that little detail that adds that

:08:21. > :08:23.extra for us and tries to give us that little edge. We will review

:08:23. > :08:26.our performance today. The information that we will now

:08:26. > :08:29.process over the next 24 hours, we'll feed that back in and that

:08:30. > :08:36.will hopefully help us shape our team for Tuesday but we will also

:08:36. > :08:45.know we have to do our homework in Oldham as well. Go on you! Is that

:08:45. > :08:50.something that you use at MK Dons? Not to that extent. I like being

:08:50. > :08:55.able to see really what we have done. For instance, we will look

:08:55. > :09:05.back on last year and would be dead right or wrong, did we get fit heat,

:09:05. > :09:05.

:09:05. > :09:10.did we not work hard enough? think we have got to use every

:09:10. > :09:16.advantage we can. I have got a mind set of what I want to do with

:09:16. > :09:22.coaching. We go out and see things, we coach what we see. We improve

:09:22. > :09:28.and we move on to the next session. During games if you can seek an

:09:28. > :09:38.advantage which has been done before or with technology, I have

:09:38. > :09:45.been told I could not have it. do you make of it? To beefier it

:09:45. > :09:53.will save a few Brazilian rain forests. -- to be feared. But your

:09:53. > :10:02.best coaching tool is your eyes. Let's see how it is shaping up at

:10:02. > :10:09.the busy end of League One. Charlton are flying at the moment.

:10:09. > :10:19.Other than this game I think they have won four of the last six games.

:10:19. > :10:23.They have got most boxes kept. They have got a strong back four and a

:10:23. > :10:29.good front two. They have got a crop of fans who are supporting

:10:29. > :10:34.them who will help them get it over the line. I think Gary Smith will

:10:34. > :10:40.not be happy with the goals that were conceded. He will be wanting

:10:40. > :10:47.to work on his defensive principles. Again tomorrow night against

:10:47. > :10:53.Huddersfield at home. Coverage will be on local radio. It is

:10:53. > :11:00.interesting that. Tough to call a winner. Huddersfield will be strong

:11:00. > :11:06.with good presence physically. The other manager needs tremendous

:11:06. > :11:13.credit for the job he has taken over. I want to go to that match

:11:13. > :11:22.tomorrow, I am looking forward to it. That takes me to another of my

:11:22. > :11:32.old clubs. Bournemouth. The owner's wife giving a team talk! What was

:11:32. > :11:32.

:11:32. > :11:38.all that about? I just saw a lady dressed in red stood in the middle.

:11:38. > :11:48.But I do not know what she was seeing. I do not speak a Russian

:11:48. > :11:50.

:11:50. > :11:57.fluently. -- what she was saying. What about the action? Grade when.

:11:57. > :12:02.It was a tough game. This was a marker for us. They spent a lot of

:12:02. > :12:07.money. We went there and took the game to them. I know we miss the

:12:07. > :12:14.chance early on but the other 88 minutes of the game we were the

:12:14. > :12:19.best team. We deserved the win. Alan Smith, what a terrific signing.

:12:19. > :12:27.He has settled in brilliantly it seems. He has got an understanding

:12:27. > :12:34.of what it is like to win. He has done it at the highest level and he

:12:34. > :12:38.has fitted in brilliantly with our boys. He is more than determined.

:12:38. > :12:43.That was a great chance for or Charlie MacDonald. He is going

:12:43. > :12:51.through a lean spell at the moment. He is a great lad and I have got

:12:51. > :12:56.faith in him that he will turn it around. He had a great chance

:12:56. > :13:01.towards the end. Sometimes when you go up you need that luck. There are

:13:01. > :13:06.certain games you have to ride your luck when you should be three or

:13:06. > :13:11.four clear. You have just got to four clear. You have just got to

:13:12. > :13:16.take the chance. Let's look at the top of the table. Do you fancy your

:13:16. > :13:21.cells for automatic promotion if you got the chance? Yes we do. We

:13:21. > :13:27.have got a strong belief in the dressing room, among the fans and

:13:27. > :13:35.players and coaching staff. We play a style of football that beat feel

:13:35. > :13:41.is correct. I also think you have got to feel that Huddersfield and

:13:41. > :13:44.Charlton have it really difficult. The lads have been fantastic. Every

:13:44. > :13:54.The lads have been fantastic. Every one of them. We have had plenty of

:13:54. > :14:03.

:14:03. > :14:08.fans wanting to ask a question of Chairman's wives coming into the

:14:08. > :14:14.dressing-room at half-time! I am really happy where I am. Just like

:14:14. > :14:18.the club, if my ambition falls short of the chairman. I am

:14:18. > :14:23.committed to the club and dial-up be that we can create history. I

:14:23. > :14:29.have almost become emotionally attached to everything about the

:14:29. > :14:39.club. It would take an awful lot. I have turned down a number of things

:14:39. > :14:46.

:14:46. > :14:51.and it would take an awful lot to Everything about it. They have

:14:51. > :14:56.given me a chance on the chairman has put tremendous paper me. The

:14:56. > :15:03.players, but fund on the board have been great taught me. Still to come

:15:03. > :15:09.on tonight's programme. What unearth is going on here? Will be

:15:09. > :15:15.revealed very shortly. Back to the action and leaked to continues to

:15:15. > :15:25.look worrying for Northampton. were lucky because the other six

:15:25. > :15:27.

:15:27. > :15:31.teams around them true but they are with that goal because is defenders

:15:31. > :15:39.switched off. It came on the back of two straight win so that will

:15:39. > :15:43.frustrating. He said afterwards that he was not very happy. But you

:15:43. > :15:49.have to play at high-intensity for the full 90 minutes to give

:15:49. > :15:55.yourself no chance. He has made a couple of good signings and Clarke

:15:55. > :15:59.Carlisle has made a big difference. He has. He brought in Andy King and

:15:59. > :16:05.he is one of the best to recruitment. I have tremendous

:16:05. > :16:11.faith in those two than they will keep Northampton in the league.

:16:11. > :16:15.This is what Aidy Boothroyd said after the game. I have not got any

:16:16. > :16:21.complaints. Today, we got what we deserved because they played at

:16:21. > :16:26.match pace and we were playing a testimonial pace for some reason.

:16:26. > :16:33.Let us see where they are in the table. Still a lot to do. The game

:16:33. > :16:38.in hand is huge. And Adebayo Akinfenwa got his 11th goal of the

:16:38. > :16:43.season. Southend have had a sticky spell, losing five of the last

:16:43. > :16:51.eight. They lost the last two as well. They had disciplinary

:16:51. > :16:55.problems on the Friday, at least that was reported. A massive game

:16:55. > :17:00.next week against Crawley, which we will have on Monday night next week.

:17:00. > :17:09.They have to get themselves back on track. You have ground breaking

:17:09. > :17:15.away there with a decent effort. Again, a lack of concentration and

:17:15. > :17:19.Burrows scored at the far post. disappointing. Charlton in our

:17:19. > :17:24.league pride themselves on defending and attacking set-pieces.

:17:24. > :17:30.Those are the key components they get you out of leaks. As a manager,

:17:30. > :17:35.when you watch of games over, you'd like to think... Do you think they

:17:35. > :17:40.can do it? I have seen them once or twice this year. I cinema their

:17:40. > :17:44.best and at their worst. If they can get their consistency in their

:17:44. > :17:53.game they are capable. They have players in the squad to come go and

:17:53. > :17:58.win football matches but they have Lot the more hate them there is a

:17:58. > :18:01.chance we could see the return of artificial pitches in the eight not

:18:01. > :18:08.too distant future. The Football League is inviting consultation on

:18:08. > :18:16.whether the ban should be lifted. What you think of them? I think

:18:16. > :18:22.they are still skin on Kenilworth Road where I was tripped up! Just

:18:22. > :18:27.to remind you, we're looking for your skin there! They are testing

:18:27. > :18:33.the banks of the pitches and the role to see how good and true they

:18:33. > :18:41.were. They certainly gave the team soon had them a real advantage.

:18:41. > :18:45.am not old enough to relearn the them! Luton, Oldham, QPR and

:18:45. > :18:49.Preston, all had their most successful period when they had

:18:49. > :18:54.artificial pitches. You get used to playing on the surface and it

:18:54. > :18:58.becomes an advantage to you. If yours is different about the else's

:18:58. > :19:03.is going to taking time to get used to it. What of these new synthetic

:19:03. > :19:07.surfaces like? There was only one way to find out. This is the latest

:19:07. > :19:11.artificial surface and it is called 3G. It's certainly moved on a lot

:19:11. > :19:14.from 30 years ago when the likes of Luton were using it. How much has

:19:14. > :19:18.it moved on? Is it good enough to persuade professional footballers

:19:18. > :19:22.to take it on board and move forward with it? Well, I have been

:19:22. > :19:25.joined by the expert, Gavin, here, and he has been telling us about it.

:19:25. > :19:29.What is the technology behind this surface? Well, it has significantly

:19:29. > :19:33.changed from what it was previously. The biggest change is the length of

:19:33. > :19:37.the pile of the grass. Sure. We are now standing on a 60 millimetre

:19:37. > :19:40.length pile. The previous one was just like a carpet in the house.

:19:40. > :19:44.You stand on top. With this one you've got this in-filled with

:19:44. > :19:47.rubber crumbs to try and give it that natural feel to what grass

:19:47. > :19:50.also gives you. As a professional footballer, on this surface what

:19:50. > :19:53.would you use? Would you use trainers? You want studs worn on

:19:53. > :19:57.these carpets. They are strong enough do takes studs. Studs?

:19:57. > :20:01.studs. In the carpet? They are recommended. It could be moulded,

:20:01. > :20:04.studs, blades, it can take anything now. What they don't want is the

:20:04. > :20:09.trainers being worn. Personally I would prefer to wear these but you

:20:09. > :20:12.say studs. My worry is that you'd get your foot stuck in it and you

:20:13. > :20:16.wouldn't be able to turn. In grass, the grass will turn with you. Your

:20:16. > :20:20.boots. This surface won't, will it? I think it will. Do you? You know,

:20:20. > :20:24.that is what UEFA are now saying, the carpets are that good, that

:20:24. > :20:27.close to natural turf pitches, wear what you would normally wear as a

:20:27. > :20:30.footballer. Let's have a look at the practicalities of this surface.

:20:31. > :20:34.Bounce wise. In the past, the old surface you are talking about ones

:20:34. > :20:38.like Luton, you bounced it and it went miles in the air, didn't it?

:20:38. > :20:41.This one, well, you demonstrate. Well, it is very natural. The ball

:20:41. > :20:48.bounces, one thing. And they do test. UEFA have testing and they

:20:48. > :20:52.have different two stars. They have three for one stars. And the ball

:20:52. > :20:55.bounce and the roll is all part of that testing. And does it bounce

:20:55. > :20:59.evenly every time? Because on grass you know you get uneven bounces and

:20:59. > :21:03.you have to sort of judge that. On this is it perfect every time?

:21:03. > :21:06.no, it's certainly not perfect. It is like natural turf. You've got

:21:06. > :21:09.rubber crumb. You might have an area that has more rubber crumb

:21:09. > :21:13.than others because that's the movement within the game. That's no

:21:13. > :21:17.different to grass. There might be a bobble on the grass. You're not

:21:17. > :21:21.going to get that with this. There might be more rubber in a certain

:21:21. > :21:25.area and that will change the bounce of the ball. And what about

:21:25. > :21:29.the roll of the ball? I'm going to put you on the spot. I'm going to

:21:29. > :21:32.ask you to shoot goalwards. And see what it's like. OK. No pressure.

:21:32. > :21:36.Decent finish again and I suppose I'd better have a go myself. See

:21:37. > :21:42.what it's like. Certainly moves all right, doesn't it? Got a good roll

:21:43. > :21:51.on it. But can you finish? Can I finish? I'll tell you what, I'll go

:21:52. > :21:57.for the crossbar. Crossbar challenge. Oh! That was close! You

:21:57. > :22:04.would have hit it! Artificial pitches will produce artificial

:22:04. > :22:14.games. Can you see any benefits? Sub-zero temperatures or snow, due

:22:14. > :22:19.clear the pitch? Not a hope. Why? This game is the best game anywhere.

:22:19. > :22:24.You can use it five or six days, you can play and it, have concerts,

:22:24. > :22:29.mate money from it. I understand that, but we are talking

:22:29. > :22:33.professional football and they are paid to entertain, footballers. The

:22:33. > :22:38.spectacle is the unpredictability of the game and grass to she that.

:22:38. > :22:42.If we go away from that I think we will lose an awful lot. Tackling,

:22:42. > :22:47.you will not get any tackling. with you, but what about supporters

:22:47. > :22:51.in this part of the world? can't have some teams playing on

:22:51. > :22:54.proper pitches and others on artificial. It would be unfair.

:22:54. > :22:57.a club like Peterborough it would be good, make use of the pitch,

:22:57. > :23:01.reduce postponements. We would not have problems like frozen pitches.

:23:01. > :23:04.I'm not in favour, I seen them years ago. Players got injured. It

:23:04. > :23:08.wasn't natural. I prefer the grass. It does alter the play. I don't

:23:09. > :23:12.think it's an equal playing field. I've played on them myself so yeah,

:23:12. > :23:15.they're ok. It's better than getting the match banned 30 minutes

:23:15. > :23:22.in, innit? I'd rather see a football pitch. I don't want to see

:23:22. > :23:26.a ball bounce ten foot in the air so, no, keep tradition.

:23:26. > :23:33.consultation continues until the end of April. Everyone is

:23:33. > :23:38.encouraged to have a say, including fans. Log on to the website shown.

:23:38. > :23:43.Back to the action and the Championship. Peterborough got a

:23:43. > :23:53.last-gasp equaliser against Doncaster and made a big signing.

:23:53. > :23:54.

:23:54. > :24:00.Yes, Tyrone Barnett had a fantastic and Giles Barnes put on Gerster

:24:00. > :24:09.head. There was a good set piece! would not be happy with that.

:24:09. > :24:13.about Tyrone Barnett from Crawley? How could is he? I love them

:24:13. > :24:16.because they have Craig Mackail- Smith and the keep going for

:24:16. > :24:21.forwards and the keep reducing. Paul Taylor, the Liverpool lad as

:24:21. > :24:29.well, a good player. They went and got the boy from Crawley. They keep

:24:29. > :24:33.getting these players. Over a million pounds from League Two and

:24:33. > :24:38.his old manager said he is the best strike outside the Premier League.

:24:38. > :24:46.This is great technique. And a little leaving present from Brian

:24:46. > :24:55.Bennett in his last game before What you think of Peterborough? Is

:24:55. > :24:58.all about survival this season. They are rivals for us but I have

:24:58. > :25:03.tremendous respect for what the manager has done there and the

:25:03. > :25:08.players they have brought in. I think they will stay up. I think

:25:08. > :25:11.they will get that magic 50 quite comfortably. They have players that

:25:11. > :25:15.can score goals, they have something different at the top end

:25:15. > :25:23.of the pitch. Do you think there is a big gap between the Championship

:25:23. > :25:27.and League One? Not so much any more. Leeds, Southampton, Norwich,

:25:27. > :25:31.have gone from our leak into the next and gone into the top 10 in

:25:31. > :25:35.the first season. I think Peterborough will go from strength

:25:35. > :25:40.to strength. You have to have respect for what they have done to

:25:40. > :25:44.be relegated and then promoted again. That leaves us with its rich

:25:44. > :25:54.who had been on a great run but it came to a shuddering halt at --

:25:54. > :26:03.

:26:03. > :26:10.Mackail-Smith put them one goal up. About clearance there from Barratt

:26:10. > :26:17.and it comes to Ashley Barnes. It is good technique but again it is

:26:17. > :26:23.too loose from the point of view of Ipswich. 110 goals in their matches,

:26:23. > :26:29.which is unbelievable. Paul Jewell has and 57 games in charge and in a

:26:29. > :26:38.third of than they have conceded three goals on more. Have you seen

:26:38. > :26:42.Not this year. With them being in our vicinity, you look at their

:26:42. > :26:47.results and I took them last year to have a good season they share

:26:47. > :26:53.and things are not, way. But they have got players in that squad that

:26:53. > :26:55.can score goals. Defined a centre half now is difficult. I know three

:26:55. > :27:00.of four managers searching everywhere to try to find somebody

:27:00. > :27:04.to plug the gap. Have you been surprised by the form of goods

:27:04. > :27:09.which given the quality of player at their disposal? Yes, and the

:27:09. > :27:14.quality of the manager what he has done with his career, I did expect

:27:14. > :27:24.more. But the Championship is so unpredictable. There are so many

:27:24. > :27:28.

:27:28. > :27:38.good teams now. So many good teams are 10 points clear of the

:27:38. > :27:38.

:27:38. > :27:41.relegation zone. Ipswich probably need another 10.. It is incredible,

:27:41. > :27:51.you look at Nottingham Forest and Portsmouth and Coventry in the

:27:51. > :27:56.bottom half, it shows you how strong football in this country is.

:27:56. > :28:00.There are fantastic teams which put Tom fantastic performances.

:28:00. > :28:10.have heart report away on Saturday. When are you setting off, tonight?

:28:10. > :28:10.

:28:10. > :28:15.Yes! There are no kidneys any more. A good run any sink be hitting form

:28:15. > :28:21.at the right time. I think I should come on the show every Monday!
