:00:15. > :00:25.Welcome to the show. Plenty coming up tonight, including: From prisoner

:00:26. > :00:30.to mentor, Leyton Orient defender on seizing his second chance.

:00:31. > :00:36.I got arrested and realised how serious it was. I thought well,

:00:37. > :00:39.could be, this could be the end of the road there. Fair play to

:00:40. > :00:44.Brighton, financially speaking that is. How the Seagulls are coping with

:00:45. > :00:48.financial fair play. In this window it's been difficult,

:00:49. > :00:57.more difficult because of financial fair play, we can't afford to get

:00:58. > :01:04.any doles wrong. Rock`and`roll, Wycombe's Steich on his

:01:05. > :01:10.international debut with Gibraltar. And a look back at the day the Dons

:01:11. > :01:19.of Wimbledon truly arrived. ? With me is a man who used to play in

:01:20. > :01:23.defence Chris Perry. Now it was an awful day for your former club in

:01:24. > :01:26.the FA Cup quarter finals. Are you concerned for them now? It was

:01:27. > :01:29.disappointing yesterday. I'm concerned, their league position

:01:30. > :01:35.isn't great. They have games in hand. Their destiny is in their

:01:36. > :01:40.hands. Back memories seeing this man by your side? This is how close he

:01:41. > :01:45.used to mark me. Pulling me down and giving away fouls. I wasn't clean.

:01:46. > :01:48.Said that you were dirty. You've said, "I wasn't clean." At least

:01:49. > :01:55.he's honest. Late ton orient right back Omazusi

:01:56. > :01:58.has played a key role in their promotion push this season. Two

:01:59. > :02:01.years ago he appeared to have thrown all his talents away after being

:02:02. > :02:06.sent to prison. Since his release he's been working to ensure local

:02:07. > :02:11.youngsters don't repeat his mistakes. He's been telling Richard

:02:12. > :02:17.Adams about how he's turned his life around, after losing his job and

:02:18. > :02:21.freedom. It was surreal really. I was looking

:02:22. > :02:25.around thinking, I'm going to wake up soon. This can't be happening. It

:02:26. > :02:31.was tough for him. I think this was a real wake`up call. It focussed me

:02:32. > :02:38.and sent me down to earth with a bump. In 2011 Elliott Omazusi was

:02:39. > :02:43.sentenced to two`and`a`half years in prison for witness intimidation. He

:02:44. > :02:50.was sacked by his club and served 16 months. The day I got arrested, I

:02:51. > :02:54.realised how serious it was. I thought, this could be the end of

:02:55. > :03:01.the road here. What was it like when you first, you got sentence and you

:03:02. > :03:06.first went to prison? It was surreal really, looking around thinking, I'm

:03:07. > :03:11.going to wake up soon. This can't be happening. My family and friends

:03:12. > :03:16.were good. They just said keep your head down, keep as fit as you can. I

:03:17. > :03:20.ended up getting a job in the gym, which was good. I kept myself in

:03:21. > :03:27.pretty good condition. The assistant manager went to see him. He was very

:03:28. > :03:33.quiet, but reflective as well. I knew that this is definitely not

:03:34. > :03:38.some place, this ain't the place for me, that definitely ain't the life I

:03:39. > :03:42.want to lead. Time in prison had a profound impact and gave him a sense

:03:43. > :03:47.of responsibility. It was this change in Elliott that encouraged

:03:48. > :03:52.his former club to resign him. It seems to have evolved him into a

:03:53. > :03:56.better person. He will do anything for you. He's always upbeat, always

:03:57. > :04:02.a smile on his face now. It shows in his football as well. His football

:04:03. > :04:08.has come on leaps and bounds. I have a story to tell and I want to make a

:04:09. > :04:12.difference and help a lot of people. We've been doing a lot of work in

:04:13. > :04:18.the estate`based works in schools, youth club things like that. I'll be

:04:19. > :04:23.real. As soon as the judge said "guilty", bang that was my lesson

:04:24. > :04:28.learned. That's all I needed. I didn't need the 16 months in jail. I

:04:29. > :04:32.knew straight away, but I messed up. Do you get what I'm saying? He's not

:04:33. > :04:37.in there feeling as if he's pressed into doing it. He wants to do it. He

:04:38. > :04:41.talks about the mistakes he made and he just doesn't want other people to

:04:42. > :04:45.make those mistakes. What kind of things do you try to get across to

:04:46. > :04:51.the people you speak to? Just a bit about my personal experiences, both

:04:52. > :04:57.a footballer and going to prison and things like that and growing up in

:04:58. > :05:00.the place that I did. A lot of them can relate to that. Just coming from

:05:01. > :05:04.someone who's seen it, been there, done it and come through the other

:05:05. > :05:12.side. What do you personally get out of it? Ah, it helps me massively. It

:05:13. > :05:17.helps me to focus, stay humble. It's definitely stuff that I like to do a

:05:18. > :05:21.lot more of and continue to do in the future. Elliott's proven that

:05:22. > :05:26.you can be mixing with possibly the wrong crowd and come out the back of

:05:27. > :05:34.it and really pb a positive character to the younger lads. His

:05:35. > :05:38.work has led Elliott to be nominated for the PFA player in the community

:05:39. > :05:41.award. The event takes place on Sunday. What was it like first

:05:42. > :05:46.stepping back onto the pitch and playing football again? It was

:05:47. > :05:49.unbelievable. I'll never forget coming back onto the pitch and

:05:50. > :05:53.second chance, a lot of people don't get first chances let alone a second

:05:54. > :05:56.chance. I intend to take it with both hands. Do you think it has

:05:57. > :06:00.improved you as a player, the overall experience? Yeah,

:06:01. > :06:04.a person. It's the overall a person. It's the overall

:06:05. > :06:08.experience, it's definitely got me to where I want to do, what I want

:06:09. > :06:15.to be and the kind of example I want to set for others.

:06:16. > :06:19.There's no escaping the fact that it was an extremely serious case that

:06:20. > :06:23.Elliott was involved in. How impressed have you been with his

:06:24. > :06:27.reaction? First acknowledgement that he did wrong. He got punished. He

:06:28. > :06:30.served that. He's come out`and`out of something bad has come something

:06:31. > :06:34.good. He's going back into the community and warning the youngsters

:06:35. > :06:39.of the perils of getting involved with gangs etc. Fair play to him. On

:06:40. > :06:42.the positive side, his form has been excellent this season. He's possibly

:06:43. > :06:46.been their player of the season so far. It's a real turn around for him

:06:47. > :06:51.and the club. Chris, you've worked as a youth team coach, latterly at

:06:52. > :06:54.Dagenham and reg bridge, what can clubs do, if anything, to avoid

:06:55. > :07:00.players getting into that situation in the first place? Clubs use a

:07:01. > :07:03.holistic approach nowadays. When the boys come in from the age of nine,

:07:04. > :07:06.they try to educate them not only on the football side of things, but on

:07:07. > :07:10.their whole life and make sure that the boys come out of it, whether

:07:11. > :07:15.they're released at 16 or 18 at rounded human beings. Last week, we

:07:16. > :07:21.gave Leyton Orient the big build up about how many goals they scored and

:07:22. > :07:23.the highest scorers in Europe. That provoked the first goalless draw

:07:24. > :07:26.this evening. the highest scorers in Europe. That

:07:27. > :07:35.provoked the first goalless draw The second one here, he hits the ball ``

:07:36. > :07:39.bar, that's unlucky. And Campbell`Rice missing a chance. For

:07:40. > :07:41.the leading goal scorers, the fiven in Europe `` fifth in Europe,

:07:42. > :07:44.playing the bottom team, you expected them to win. That's why we

:07:45. > :07:49.love football because you don't know what's going to happen next. For

:07:50. > :07:53.Brentford, a better day for them. A goalless draw at Carlisle recently

:07:54. > :07:58.and that heavy defeint at home it Wolves. How important was it that

:07:59. > :08:05.they got back on track. Donald's son's 50th for the club. And Savile

:08:06. > :08:10.on loan for `` from Chelsea. It's not the prettiest goal. But they all

:08:11. > :08:15.count. Brentford have been on a great run. They have lost one in 14

:08:16. > :08:18.games to Wolves. It's not unexpected. It's a minor blip. They

:08:19. > :08:23.have got back to winning ways, which is important in their push for

:08:24. > :08:28.promotion. There's no such thing as an ugly goal. A goal's a goal.

:08:29. > :08:33.Absolutely. Looking at the top of it, it's tight. Who will go up?

:08:34. > :08:38.Wolves are doing fantastic. Leyton and Brentful are in the mix.

:08:39. > :08:44.That top six might stay as it is, but if you have games in hand you

:08:45. > :08:49.fancy your chances. I'm hoping one of our two go automatic. I think

:08:50. > :08:53.Wolves are nailed on. Wolves will win it. Brentford will end up second

:08:54. > :08:58.with orient in the play`offs. You hope that all three would go up,

:08:59. > :09:03.ultimately. It doesn't always work like that. Of course, Wolves. No!

:09:04. > :09:11.Just because they're the best club. Last week QPR nowed that they lost

:09:12. > :09:17.?65 million in the last financial year. Clubs losing ?8 million will

:09:18. > :09:22.face penalties under the fair play rules. We've been finding out how

:09:23. > :09:27.clubs will go about it. Traditionally played out on a

:09:28. > :09:34.Saturday afternoon, football now has a critical financial game being

:09:35. > :09:41.played in the background. QPR have announced a loss of ?65

:09:42. > :09:46.million. Clubs losing more than ?8 million this season will be subject

:09:47. > :09:52.to sanctions... They face fines totalling tens of millions...

:09:53. > :09:56.Financial fair play, limiting club's losses to make the game more

:09:57. > :10:02.sustainable. Last season, brighton lost 14. .7 million, like other

:10:03. > :10:06.championship clubs, they're working hard to reduce that or face

:10:07. > :10:09.punishment by the Football League. This is one of our executive boxes.

:10:10. > :10:13.We have more than 20 of these across the stadium. They are used on match

:10:14. > :10:16.day for entertaining and non`match day for other events. They're

:10:17. > :10:23.important revenue generators for the club. We're forever trying to drive

:10:24. > :10:26.income. We want people to come to the stadium and feel part of the

:10:27. > :10:30.experience. The more that we can get people here earlier, have them here

:10:31. > :10:33.later, the more chance of building those revenues and creating a

:10:34. > :10:37.sustainable club for the future. It's not easy. It's not any easier

:10:38. > :10:43.now that financial fair play is here. The pressure is on

:10:44. > :10:49.championship clubs. This season, the first that their finances have come

:10:50. > :10:55.under the spotlight. A club can only make a ?3 million loss, that's the

:10:56. > :11:00.basics. An additional ?5 million loss can be made if an owner decides

:11:01. > :11:05.to put equity in the club, which makes ?8 million total figure. Any

:11:06. > :11:08.punishment would come as an unwelcome Christmas present, with

:11:09. > :11:13.sanctions due around December this year. The figures can be confusing.

:11:14. > :11:17.Could they be overcomplicating our enjoyment of football? What can you

:11:18. > :11:22.tell me about financial fair play, do you understand it? Not

:11:23. > :11:26.completely. I know the club are trying hard to stick to the rules.

:11:27. > :11:30.We understand the general idea of it. We don't understand how it's

:11:31. > :11:35.actually going to work. It's a pain, because we just want to buy, buy,

:11:36. > :11:39.buy here so we can get up, up, up. The majority of a club's spending is

:11:40. > :11:46.on wages and transfers. So preparing for match day has become more

:11:47. > :11:50.complicated too. We've been lucky to get Lingard on loan from Manchester

:11:51. > :11:53.United. We beat off competition from five clubs to do that. We're looking

:11:54. > :11:58.forward to seeing him perform in this part of the season. How dish

:11:59. > :12:02.has it been doing that under the regulations than before? This is a

:12:03. > :12:05.Man's World window it's been more difficult because of financial fair

:12:06. > :12:09.play. We can't afford to get any of the deals wrong. Every penny has to

:12:10. > :12:13.counts on the field otherwise we could miss the target off the field.

:12:14. > :12:19.Off the field, the goal posts could be set to move. The number of

:12:20. > :12:24.unnamed clubs at the moment are suggesting that the sanctions may be

:12:25. > :12:27.too harsh, that there aren't enough acceptable loss that's are

:12:28. > :12:32.permitted. The interesting question will now come ` what will the

:12:33. > :12:38.Football League do and can changes occur? How would you feel if any of

:12:39. > :12:44.these rules were to change now? We'd be very disappointed. 21 out of 24

:12:45. > :12:47.clubs voted in favour of the rules. Most of us are working hard to

:12:48. > :12:51.comply. Any change would be very unfair on those clubs that have

:12:52. > :12:56.worked hard to make sure they stay within the rules. Football's always

:12:57. > :13:01.been a numbers game. But the off the field numbers are getting ever more

:13:02. > :13:06.important. So Brighton sticking to FFP, some of

:13:07. > :13:11.the other clubs are considering a legal challenge. Amongst those clubs

:13:12. > :13:17.are Queens Park Rangers. As we mentioned, they loss 65. .4 million

:13:18. > :13:24.in the year up until May 2013. They have to reduce those losses down to

:13:25. > :13:28.?8 million. Proposed sanctions are if a club goes up to the Premier

:13:29. > :13:34.League, they'll be hit with fines on a sliding scale. A ?40 million loss

:13:35. > :13:41.would result in a fine of 28. 7 million. If the club stays? The

:13:42. > :13:44.champion `` if the club stays in the championship, there will be a

:13:45. > :13:50.transfer embargo until the following January.

:13:51. > :13:54.Harsh. It's scary stuff. QPR owner has said directly to the fans, don't

:13:55. > :13:59.worry, don't lose sleep over it. But will the fans worry, should they? If

:14:00. > :14:03.he says that, maybe they won't. QPR are trying to stay in the Premier

:14:04. > :14:07.League last year, upped their wage bill by ?17 million to ?68 million

:14:08. > :14:15.just to try and stay in and they got relegated. They had a higher wage

:14:16. > :14:19.bill than Borussia Dortmund. They're Champions League finalists. They

:14:20. > :14:24.spent big to stay in. The punishments are heavy. The pressure

:14:25. > :14:27.is on them to stay up or go straight back up. There's so much money in

:14:28. > :14:31.the football world now. Do you think these rules are positive, that

:14:32. > :14:36.they're trying to reduce the amount of losses? I do, yeah. It's

:14:37. > :14:39.important that the clubs at the bottom of the table have got a

:14:40. > :14:43.chance to compete with these clubs like QPR, who have the massive

:14:44. > :14:49.backing, the millionaires come into the clubs who are theo`o clubs who

:14:50. > :14:54.go up `` yo`yo clubs who go up from the championship to the Premier

:14:55. > :15:00.League. The Barnsleys struggle everiory. The more even we can make

:15:01. > :15:03.the playing field, the better. We heard from Paul of Brighton, these

:15:04. > :15:07.new rules are concentrating the minds of chief executives. Is that a

:15:08. > :15:14.good thing? Yeah, of course. What we don't want is people going in trying

:15:15. > :15:18.to save the club year in, year out, going into administration. It can be

:15:19. > :15:22.a positive thing. Brighton host QPR on Tuesday night. Let's remind

:15:23. > :15:33.ourselves how they and Millwall fared on Saturday in our round up.

:15:34. > :15:39.QPR's finances might be under scrutiny at the minute, but the fans

:15:40. > :15:45.who travelled to St Andrews got their money's worth. That thanks to

:15:46. > :15:49.the first goals in hay QPR shirt from Morrison. He opened with a

:15:50. > :15:54.curling free kick early in the first half. Clint Hill hoped to extend the

:15:55. > :16:00.lead before the break, but saw his header bounce off the wood work. The

:16:01. > :16:02.first win in six was sealed when Morrison had the chance to claim

:16:03. > :16:08.goal number two. I spoke to Lee Clark before I signed

:16:09. > :16:15.him. Lee said to me, he's the best chal `` talent. I think he did some

:16:16. > :16:20.things today, people close to him and tackles and goals, just a

:16:21. > :16:26.fantastic footballer. As we've been hearing, there's plenty of hard work

:16:27. > :16:30.currently happening off the pitch at the Amex and plenty on it too as the

:16:31. > :16:36.seagulls try to remain in play`off contention. Reading gave them a

:16:37. > :16:41.helping hand, or head, he was no doubt hoping to turn it back to his

:16:42. > :16:48.keeper. Not surprisingly the head coach says his skipper's sending off

:16:49. > :16:56.was a game changer. Greer was booked for bringing down a player in the

:16:57. > :17:02.first half. The second yellow was for a late challenge. Minutes later

:17:03. > :17:05.they were back into the game. This is his first goal for the Royals.

:17:06. > :17:10.Both teams had chances to win it. Buckly came close in stoppage time.

:17:11. > :17:24.A point apiece means Reading move back into the play`off places. (

:17:25. > :17:28.aware they were the underdogs. Millwall were on a run of just one

:17:29. > :17:34.win and six points from their last ten league matches. The game was

:17:35. > :17:38.surely only going to end one way. Not if David Forde had anything to

:17:39. > :17:46.do with it. The keeper blocking an early effort from Salmond. He saved

:17:47. > :17:54.a low shot from Dawkins. After the hour mark, the Lions pounced. With

:17:55. > :17:57.Derby desperately pushing for an equaliser, Morrison had a chance to

:17:58. > :18:01.extend the lead late on. Their second away win of the season means

:18:02. > :18:06.Millwall are above the relegation zone, but it came at a cost.

:18:07. > :18:10.There are plenty of injuries to assess ahead of Tuesday's trip to

:18:11. > :18:16.Blackpool. Very big relief for Millwall. We're

:18:17. > :18:23.taking credit for it, because we think we might have inspired them a

:18:24. > :18:27.little bit. Allen Dunne said, "The feeling when you wake up on Sunday

:18:28. > :18:31.morning with three points and the sun shining puts a smile on your

:18:32. > :18:38.face. Similar to this." You can tweet us: if you're a

:18:39. > :18:44.Millwall fan and you feel the need to watch that goal again, we're on

:18:45. > :18:47.the iPlayer all week, as are the other regional versions of Late Kick

:18:48. > :18:53.Off. You can watch around the country. So, as we heard from Emma

:18:54. > :18:57.Jones that Ole will be going back to Blackpool on Tuesday night. Charlton

:18:58. > :19:01.at home it Huddersfield on Wednesday. Then they meet on

:19:02. > :19:07.Saturday, which is a pretty huge game. I'm going to Leyton Orient

:19:08. > :19:15.first versus Brentford and then on a bike an going to watch a promotion

:19:16. > :19:21.battle hopefully, it's so so important. Fear for most? As

:19:22. > :19:27.Charlton have so many games in hand. It's always a struggle. You look at

:19:28. > :19:33.the bottom there and games rained off etc, in the FA Cup and you have

:19:34. > :19:37.to win those games. Players would have the points, if you asked them.

:19:38. > :19:41.Charlton have been on a great cup run, but it's cost them. They now

:19:42. > :19:45.have four games in hand, but they're four points away from safety. What

:19:46. > :19:50.psychological effect could that have on the players? I think it's

:19:51. > :19:53.difficult. When you're in the FA Cup and winning games, it breeds a lot

:19:54. > :19:56.of confidence. They've had a couple of good results off the back of

:19:57. > :20:01.that. Now the disappointment of going out in the quarter final. It

:20:02. > :20:04.will be difficult to lift themselves again. They need three points and

:20:05. > :20:10.they need to win all their games in hand. The Millwall game on Saturday

:20:11. > :20:15.will be a massive six pointer. It's the back`to`back games. That's what

:20:16. > :20:24.you have to do. If you can win two games in a row, everyone will be

:20:25. > :20:27.lifteded. `` lifted. Now, when euro 2016 qualifying begins in September,

:20:28. > :20:33.a new name will be amongst the teams taking part. Last week, Gibraltar

:20:34. > :20:39.staged its first home matches since UEFA granted full member status. For

:20:40. > :21:08.the players it's a chance to take to the international stage.

:21:09. > :21:20.My uncles live here, my cousins liver here. The lads are welcoming.

:21:21. > :21:25.They're brilliant. If there's ever a conversation in their language, they

:21:26. > :21:30.tend to translate for you. Even if you're not listening, somebody will

:21:31. > :21:38.say oh, we were talking about this. They're very courteous.

:21:39. > :21:42.British`based players don't speak the language.

:21:43. > :21:50.The lad over there in the white T`shirt, he says he's the best

:21:51. > :21:55.player Gibraltar has ever produced. He's now the fattest player they've

:21:56. > :21:59.ever produced. It's a big game, the first game at home on home soil for

:22:00. > :22:14.Gibraltar since they've been recognised by UEFA.

:22:15. > :22:15.It's a rude awakening today to realise that there's a lot of work

:22:16. > :22:29.to be done. We have one of the giants of Europe,

:22:30. > :22:33.Germany. Special matches with Scotland and Ireland. I think

:22:34. > :22:39.Gibraltar was over the moon about it. The coach is just like Britain,

:22:40. > :22:45.it's just exactly like England. I just think there's a lot more

:22:46. > :22:49.relaxed atmosphere. You've got that recognition that you

:22:50. > :22:53.are an international footballer that you're playing against teams that

:22:54. > :22:55.are going to be playing in the European Championships, teams

:22:56. > :23:01.playing in the World Cup. Just enjoying it while it lasts. You

:23:02. > :23:04.never know when your career could be cut short.

:23:05. > :23:08.Defeat for Gibraltar against the pharaoh and Estonia. Is that a good

:23:09. > :23:13.thing for a League Two player to be playing that level of international

:23:14. > :23:16.football? He can get something out of it. It raises his profile of

:23:17. > :23:20.playing international football. I don't think I would have wanted to

:23:21. > :23:24.go to a team that was going to be beaten every time they turn up, but

:23:25. > :23:30.international football is international football. It's big on

:23:31. > :23:39.his CV. For Wycombe, a good win at the weekend. They had to come from

:23:40. > :23:44.behind. Then Dean Morgan and McClure turn it around for them. A couple of

:23:45. > :23:49.weeks ago they looked in trouble. Six unbeaten and seven points clear

:23:50. > :23:54.of relegation makes it a lot better, easier reading for the players when

:23:55. > :24:00.they pick up the paper. The only way is up from here. Chris used to play

:24:01. > :24:05.with Ainsworth. Is he managerial material? Not at the time! He used

:24:06. > :24:09.to play in a band. He was always a bit different to most other

:24:10. > :24:13.footballers really. He's done extremely well since he's gone

:24:14. > :24:19.there. Good to see Morgan grabbing goals. Played with Dean, he's got a

:24:20. > :24:23.lot of talent. We wish Gareth and the team all the very best. Let's

:24:24. > :24:34.get the other goals from our teams in leagues one and two.

:24:35. > :24:40.Gillingham boss Peter Taylor said his side had played better in their

:24:41. > :24:44.previous three matches and come away with nothing. Jon Gregory felt his

:24:45. > :24:51.team could have and should have won. Crawley did have their chances.

:24:52. > :24:54.Walsh hit the post. The goal`scoring opportunities included this from

:24:55. > :24:59.McDonald. With just two minutes left to play,

:25:00. > :25:02.the home side claimed the victory. Charlie Lee making it two goals in

:25:03. > :25:15.two games. The win moves Gillingham six points

:25:16. > :25:20.clear aat the bottom four. Dagenham were denoid a win late on, after

:25:21. > :25:29.battle their way back into the match. Nicholls gave them the lead.

:25:30. > :25:37.After the hour mark, Norris curled in a fine equaliser. The Daggers

:25:38. > :25:44.wept ahead. A foul on Brian Saa and they scored from the penalty spot.

:25:45. > :25:51.In the 95th minute, Richards' shot was fumbled by the keeper and rolled

:25:52. > :25:55.just over the line. The players now have to pick

:25:56. > :26:03.themselves up quickly for a trip to Bristol Rovers on Tuesday.

:26:04. > :26:09.Neil Ardley warned his players there is no room for complacency as

:26:10. > :26:12.competition for places hots up. Wimbledon were unbeaten in two

:26:13. > :26:20.games. Their opponents were aiming fire fourth win in six. The Dons

:26:21. > :26:26.went close before Michael Coulson heed York into the lead. Appeals for

:26:27. > :26:31.a penalty were waved away. And then a missed open goal. Next up:

:26:32. > :26:34.Chesterfield. Chris, you were a Wimbledon fan

:26:35. > :26:39.growing up. Do you follow their fortunes? I do, very closely. I

:26:40. > :26:44.still have family who go to the games, a lot of friends at the club.

:26:45. > :26:46.What about Dagenham, your former club. A howler amongst howlers for

:26:47. > :26:51.the keeper. club. A howler amongst howlers for

:26:52. > :26:54.That was unlike Chris. The mistakes he usually makes is coming for

:26:55. > :27:01.crosses. It was such a disappointing way to end the game really. They did

:27:02. > :27:08.really well to take the lead 2`1. Question for you on Twitter. What

:27:09. > :27:13.was your best moment as a Charlton player? Probably scoring an

:27:14. > :27:19.equaliser against Man City at home. I didn't score many goals. It was,

:27:20. > :27:25.David James was the England keeper at the time. We were 2`1 down. I

:27:26. > :27:31.ended up passing the ball with my left foot and carried into the box,

:27:32. > :27:36.inexplicably for me. It was the only goal I scored with my left foot. I

:27:37. > :27:40.was proud of it. Would you consider coming back to work at Wimbledon?

:27:41. > :27:45.You're in the market for work at the moment. I am in the mark. Of I would

:27:46. > :27:51.definitely considering going back to Wimbledon. If a job became available

:27:52. > :27:59.that suited me, definitely. You have that tastive double header this

:28:00. > :28:02.weekend. Yeah, Leyton Orient versus Brentford. Then Millwall against

:28:03. > :28:06.Charlton, also crucial in the championship.

:28:07. > :28:10.I wish all those teams all the best. I hope you get a great atmosphere as

:28:11. > :28:14.well. Thank you Mark and Chris. Lovely to have you in the studio

:28:15. > :28:17.with us. Tonight, we leave you with a memorable day in the history of

:28:18. > :28:21.one of Chris's former clubs, Wimbledon. Their first ever Football

:28:22. > :28:25.League fixture at homes to Halifax in August 1977. A special occasion

:28:26. > :28:31.for everyone connected with the club, including a man who was a key

:28:32. > :28:35.figure in London football, the late Ron Rodes. Good night.

:28:36. > :28:40.Before the game was due to start, the crowds began to arrive. I spoke

:28:41. > :28:44.to Wimbledon's chairman. We are very excited. I think the whole club is.

:28:45. > :28:50.Probably apprehensive. Maybe we need a result on the first game. That may

:28:51. > :28:58.be important today. Before today the club had sold 5,000 programs and

:28:59. > :29:00.thousands more went today. I'd rather come here than go to Fulham.
