:00:16. > :00:20.Good evening, welcome to Late kick`off, coming up on the show

:00:21. > :00:23.tonight... It is a home frol home for Millwall, how the Den h`s

:00:24. > :00:28.changed two decades on from being the first all`seater stadiul after

:00:29. > :00:34.Hillsborough. Dash`macro programme`macro.

:00:35. > :00:39.I think I preferred it at the other ground, there was a lot mord

:00:40. > :00:42.camaraderie. It was hard sitting down, but I understand the reasons

:00:43. > :00:45.for. We are at a six`pointer on the south coast, as Brighton take on

:00:46. > :00:49.Charlton. For us to combine the game, with the fight. It is a very

:00:50. > :00:53.important game for us, and we want to keep this momentum going. Nicky!

:00:54. > :00:56.Nicky! We meet a lady for whom this season really has been a marathon,

:00:57. > :01:00.not a sprint. I get very nervous watching Paul, this time it is me

:01:01. > :01:04.doing it and I feel more in control of my emotions. All that and joining

:01:05. > :01:07.Mark Bright and me, something of a rarity in modern football, ` man who

:01:08. > :01:36.has spent ten years at one club Matt Bloomfield of Wycombe

:01:37. > :01:41.Wanderers. Yes, some diffictlt times at the moment at Wycombe, M`tt, but

:01:42. > :01:45.we will gloss over that. Generally, over your decade at Adams P`rk, it

:01:46. > :01:50.has been mainly positives. There have been ups and downs, but I look

:01:51. > :01:52.back on my ten years with a lot of happy memories and it is positive

:01:53. > :01:56.overall. There have been thd promotions and the Cup run which has

:01:57. > :02:00.been great, but I enjoyed mx ten years, it has been a great time You

:02:01. > :02:02.have a testimonial to come, we will talk about that shortly. Thd

:02:03. > :02:06.consequences of the Hillsborough tragedy were far`reaching. The

:02:07. > :02:11.Taylor Report's recommendathons for all`seater stadiums first borne out

:02:12. > :02:15.at Millwall. 20 years since the Lions left the Old Den and we went

:02:16. > :02:22.to see how the move has changed the club. The backdrop relegation fight

:02:23. > :02:27.with Leicester the opponents. `` with Watford the opponents. There is

:02:28. > :02:32.the hard uncompromising skyline of London South East.

:02:33. > :02:36.For the younger generation that support Millwall, this is their

:02:37. > :02:42.home, but for the older supporters, I do not think it will be. Ht is

:02:43. > :02:48.loved to a degree, but whether any of the fans have an affection for it

:02:49. > :02:51.now, I do not know. To approach it is to feel a sense of grim

:02:52. > :02:56.foreboding. The very names `re chilling, it feels cold. To get

:02:57. > :03:01.there it was awful, it was dark and grim, the old place, the urhnal was

:03:02. > :03:07.a wall. I used to get my kids to go before they left home, becatse it

:03:08. > :03:09.was horrendous. It was an intimidating ground, the atlosphere

:03:10. > :03:15.was different, the crowd were much closer, it was probably onlx four

:03:16. > :03:18.foot away from the pitch. I preferred the other ground, there

:03:19. > :03:25.was a lot more camaraderie. It was hard sitting down, but I understand

:03:26. > :03:28.the reasons for it. Following the Taylor Report, we came down and

:03:29. > :03:33.visited to see what the recommendations were. We took it on

:03:34. > :03:36.board and others have followed. To have a new ground, the first built

:03:37. > :03:39.since the early 1920s when Wembley was erected and the first thme in

:03:40. > :03:41.London after all that time, it shows that the infrastructure of the game

:03:42. > :03:53.had been neglected. It was originally called thd New

:03:54. > :03:58.London Stadium when it was built and it did not go down well.

:03:59. > :04:04.The fans have changed because it was an all`seater stadium and it is a

:04:05. > :04:08.much better stadium. What pdople put up with 40 years ago would not be

:04:09. > :04:11.accepted today. It is a lot more clinical now, not so many

:04:12. > :04:15.characters. People used to congregate together, but thdre are

:04:16. > :04:19.reasons for it. The supportdrs had forgotten what defeat was lhke. The

:04:20. > :04:24.side had gone 59 games without being beaten. There was something about it

:04:25. > :04:37.and that is why the records will be steeped in history. We need to get

:04:38. > :04:42.that fortress back. Players did not like coming here.

:04:43. > :04:46.We are solid as a group, we get together, the chips are down, we get

:04:47. > :05:12.together. We are in a position we did not

:05:13. > :05:16.expect to be in, but we havd got to fight tooth and nail to stax up and

:05:17. > :05:18.if we can do it, we can do ht, if not we will stick together `nd push

:05:19. > :05:27.again. This is home, whether it be on the

:05:28. > :05:34.park, it is Millwall, there is nowhere else we can go.

:05:35. > :05:39.If you're going to score an equaliser, it may as well bd in the

:05:40. > :05:43.95th minute. What do you thhnk that could do for the self`belief of

:05:44. > :05:47.Millwall? That would be gre`t coming in off the back of that, it keeps

:05:48. > :05:54.their unbeaten run going. Snatch a draw from the jaws of defeat, that

:05:55. > :05:57.will help them. If they can repeat the last four games and the next

:05:58. > :06:01.four games, that will give them a chance of staying up. 20 ye`rs at

:06:02. > :06:07.the Den, I remember going to the old Den, Mick McCarthy was playhng. I

:06:08. > :06:12.was only a baby. You played at both, how would you compare it? The old

:06:13. > :06:16.Den was gritty, earthy, the fans were right on top of the pitch, it

:06:17. > :06:20.was a great atmosphere to play in front of, very intimidating. The new

:06:21. > :06:24.Den, very sterile, very open, they do not have that warmth, but the

:06:25. > :06:34.change was made, for the better and they have experienced an FA Cup

:06:35. > :06:37.final. Now they are fighting for survival in the Championship. Ian

:06:38. > :06:40.Holloway said that he got stick from the Watford fans at the weekend he

:06:41. > :06:44.gestured to them the score because they had been giving him sthck. He

:06:45. > :06:51.is a very emotional manager, how will that work in this relegation

:06:52. > :06:54.battle? If you turn to last year and what he did with Crystal Palace but

:06:55. > :06:58.when it came to the play`offs, he set the team up really well to beat

:06:59. > :07:01.the two best teams in the ldague, but he has a tough one on hhs hands,

:07:02. > :07:05.QPR and Bournemouth going for play`offs, Doncaster Rovers just

:07:06. > :07:11.above them, so it is going to take a minor miracle to stay up. The

:07:12. > :07:14.Saturday lunchtime game at Loftus Road with QPR taking on Nottingham

:07:15. > :07:21.Forest, and they started thd weekend in style.

:07:22. > :07:24.There is Junior Hoilett, he is looking for Morrison, put in by

:07:25. > :08:06.Yossi Benayoun. Benayoun. He is looking for Morrison

:08:07. > :08:12.who can finish it off. Morrhson That is classy. That is number four

:08:13. > :08:18.for Queens Park Rangers'. They have got another one. It is partx time

:08:19. > :08:31.for QPR! There was every chance we would not

:08:32. > :08:35.have made the play`offs. Yot might find a few teams that will get it,

:08:36. > :08:40.six teams that will get 70 points, so I do not think we were s`fe

:08:41. > :08:43.before today. If we had gotten beaten, we would have needed a

:08:44. > :08:47.result. Three late goals for QPR, very handy given the situathon they

:08:48. > :08:55.are in. It is handy we can bring players like Kranjcar and Z`mora in

:08:56. > :08:58.off the bench. I think it is important they got Charlie @ustin

:08:59. > :09:01.back in the starting line`up, although he was off the pitch when

:09:02. > :09:04.they scored three goals, but the strength and depth of Kranjcar and

:09:05. > :09:08.Zamora and Aaron Hughes, thd list goes on, it helps, but what you need

:09:09. > :09:11.to do is find a little bit of form going into the play`offs and it

:09:12. > :09:18.looks like they will have to settle for that. Then you have got all the

:09:19. > :09:24.players coming back from fitness, added to that, the strong bdnch it

:09:25. > :09:27.is starting to look better for QPR. Pressure on them all season, they

:09:28. > :09:30.have coped with it to a certain extent and they have perhaps not in

:09:31. > :09:35.another respects, how do yot see them getting on the play`offs? They

:09:36. > :09:40.have had a lot of expectations on them. Going into the play`offs, no

:09:41. > :09:44.one will want to play them because they have players who are used to

:09:45. > :09:46.playing in big Premier Leagte games, in international football, so come

:09:47. > :09:49.the big play`off games and possibly a final at Wembley, that experience

:09:50. > :09:53.will hold them in good stead. Absolutely. One team with rdcent

:09:54. > :09:56.experience of the play`offs is Brighton, they lost to Crystal

:09:57. > :09:59.Palace in the semifinal last year and are looking to wipe out those

:10:00. > :10:03.painful memories this time round, but first they need to secure a top

:10:04. > :10:07.six spot. Out to stop them were Charlton, they needed the points for

:10:08. > :10:10.very different reasons. Richard Adams went to see which teal would

:10:11. > :10:18.enjoy their Saturday on the south coast.

:10:19. > :10:21.Two of our teams at oppositd ends of the league, today, with one

:10:22. > :10:36.objective, three precious points. Oscar, how important is tod`y's

:10:37. > :10:39.game? It is an important gale, we came from a victory against

:10:40. > :10:53.Leicester and we want to kedp this momentum going. After the rdsult

:10:54. > :10:57.last week, how important is the game today in your fight for survival? We

:10:58. > :11:01.have to combine the game with the fight, because certainly, to be able

:11:02. > :11:12.to compete in all the aspects that this game requires is important Are

:11:13. > :11:15.you feeling the pressure? There is pressure, because some weeks ago,

:11:16. > :11:26.nobody thought we could be here and we are here, fighting for otr place.

:11:27. > :11:28.The pressure, we have to have pressure, but the good pressure I

:11:29. > :12:44.mean the pressure will make us grow. We realised what a quality squad we

:12:45. > :12:48.have here and we realised wd all need to pull together, we rdalise it

:12:49. > :12:51.is an important time for us. We are still in the competition, wd lose

:12:52. > :12:58.one game, it happens, we nedd to produce the results. What is it

:12:59. > :13:02.going to take between now and the end of the season to secure that

:13:03. > :13:04.play`off place? Probably fotr wins. If we win all our games, we will

:13:05. > :13:12.have a chance. So, seven goals in the last two

:13:13. > :13:18.games for Brighton, can you see them going all the way? It was a real

:13:19. > :13:20.confidence booster beating Leicester, Leicester had just got

:13:21. > :13:24.promoted, but they backed that up with the biggest win for five months

:13:25. > :13:27.against Charlton. They found their swagger, scoring goals against them,

:13:28. > :13:30.going into the play`offs, m`ybe the experience of last year, thd hurt

:13:31. > :13:36.will drive them on to more success this time. Charlton in a sililar

:13:37. > :13:41.position to where you were, but in a different position, how do xou rate

:13:42. > :13:44.their chances of staying up now I think the two games in hand that

:13:45. > :13:47.they have are key. They plax Barnsley tomorrow night and Barnsley

:13:48. > :13:51.are fighting for their lives, that is a big game for them, if they pick

:13:52. > :13:54.up points out of that, they will really fancy themselves. Thdy have

:13:55. > :13:58.two games in hand, but thosd games are no use unless they get points.

:13:59. > :14:01.They had a good Cup run and they will try and take the belief of that

:14:02. > :14:05.back into the remaining fixtures of the season. They will use those

:14:06. > :14:09.games well, they will fancy their chances. One of your old cltbs,

:14:10. > :14:13.Charlton, how do you rate them now? They have done all right. It is ten

:14:14. > :14:16.games, drawn four, lost two, but the last eight games they have won one,

:14:17. > :14:24.lost one, if they continue that they will stay up. It is a boost,

:14:25. > :14:31.beating Bournemouth, Forest and Leeds gave them a boost, so they can

:14:32. > :14:34.do it. Now, if you are enthtsiastic about Football League, then you can

:14:35. > :14:37.find all seven regional versions of Late Kick`off on the iPlayer and if

:14:38. > :14:41.promotion parties are your thing, you might want to head over to the

:14:42. > :14:45.Midlands version, they have had two of them, which is greedy and it is

:14:46. > :14:48.to the wrong end of the league we will turn our attention, sorry about

:14:49. > :14:50.that, Matt, but that involvds your club Wycombe Wanderers, precariously

:14:51. > :15:04.above the relegation zone in League Two. What has gone wrong so far

:15:05. > :15:08.I was explaining to Brighty earlier, we haven't found otrselves

:15:09. > :15:12.out of too many games, we'vd just been on the odd side of the wrong

:15:13. > :15:14.goal, and that's led us to the position we are now. We havdn't

:15:15. > :15:18.scored enough goals, that's probably obvious. We've found it tough at

:15:19. > :15:21.times this year. We've put good runs together followed by poor rtns. It

:15:22. > :15:24.is breaking that cycle that we have to try and do. A disappointhng

:15:25. > :15:28.result for us on Saturday, but we've got to fight until the end of the

:15:29. > :15:31.season. We are above the line at the minute and it's a nice tastx six

:15:32. > :15:34.points against Northampton on Friday. Just a tiny one! It was poor

:15:35. > :15:37.defeat at Newport at the wedkend, you weren't there, you were injured,

:15:38. > :15:41.what happened? First half, we didn't do too badly, we started off quite

:15:42. > :15:46.well. We cleared off the line from Nick Arnold. Struck it well and

:15:47. > :15:50.there was a great clearance off the line. In the VT, you can sed a

:15:51. > :15:56.reaction of the lads is pretty disappointing. Stevie Craig headed

:15:57. > :15:59.it in and the keeper saved well The first half went all right btt a

:16:00. > :16:03.couple of sloppy goals on otr behalf. A long throw that wd should

:16:04. > :16:06.have dealt with better ended up in the back of the net. Then this one,

:16:07. > :16:11.which isn't great. A simple flick on, striker runs in on goal and

:16:12. > :16:14.Zeb's finish is great. We h`d Zeb's at Wycombe a couple of years ago,

:16:15. > :16:18.he's a good player, you givd him that chance and he is going to tuck

:16:19. > :16:21.it away. A disappointing second half but we have no choice but to put

:16:22. > :16:25.that behind us and look forward to Friday. As a footballer, yot want to

:16:26. > :16:28.play in these big games and what bigger game than a six pointer

:16:29. > :16:31.against a relegation rival? It really is a six pointer. Thd bottom

:16:32. > :16:35.half of League Two is extraordinary this season. You are right down

:16:36. > :16:39.there, but you are not too far off the mid`table with a win and a bit.

:16:40. > :16:43.It's been like that all season, we've always be looking over our

:16:44. > :16:44.shoulders. You've always had the opportunity to put a run of results

:16:45. > :16:46.that pulls you away. shoulders. You've always had the

:16:47. > :16:50.opportunity to put a run of We haven't been able to do that and the

:16:51. > :16:53.results have pulled other tdams down. Torquay beating Bristol Rovers

:16:54. > :16:59.on Saturday was a favourabld result for us. Exeter drawing with

:17:00. > :17:02.Cheltenham as well. A lot of teams will be looking at this weekend as a

:17:03. > :17:06.real opportunity to try and get four or six points on the board, and we

:17:07. > :17:09.are no different. We have to attack on Friday. I'm looking forw`rd to

:17:10. > :17:15.it. It's bizarre, the way the fhxtures

:17:16. > :17:20.have come out. That they ard playing the teams around them. Unbelievable.

:17:21. > :17:23.The two teams below them and that team directly above them. I don t

:17:24. > :17:24.think you want to be in a bdtter position than that.

:17:25. > :17:25.The two teams below them and that team directly above them. I See the

:17:26. > :17:29.running here. Northampton, this is the big one, it's a game yot can't

:17:30. > :17:32.lose. Fleetwood going for promotion, so that's going to be very difficult

:17:33. > :17:35.for them but you are always hopeful. Bristol Rovers right above

:17:36. > :17:40.them, Torquay below them. What better opportunity? Equally, if you

:17:41. > :17:43.get points yourself you are taking points off others. They are each

:17:44. > :17:46.going to be huge games and very important in their own right. As

:17:47. > :17:50.Brighty says, the game on Friday is very important to us and I'l hoping

:17:51. > :17:53.for a favourable result. But Northampton are going to be the

:17:54. > :17:57.same. They won on Saturday, they are coming into it with a bit of

:17:58. > :18:01.momentum and they will be f`ncying their chances as well. We are hoping

:18:02. > :18:04.for a big crowd to come and cheer us on. Mark has got an easy life, he

:18:05. > :18:06.just sits here and talks about football.

:18:07. > :18:11.Your manager, Gareth Ainsworth, is doing that all the hard work. It

:18:12. > :18:14.looks a very stressful business how has he been coping with it? Really

:18:15. > :18:18.well. He's a very positive kind of guy, Gaz. He's always upbeat. On the

:18:19. > :18:21.face of it to the lads, you will never see him down. When he comes

:18:22. > :18:25.into the building in the morning he is always upbeat. He was like that

:18:26. > :18:28.as a player and he is simil`r as a manager. It must be stressftl when

:18:29. > :18:32.results aren't going for yot. You must take it home and it must be a

:18:33. > :18:36.hard job to do. He's kept positive all season and he believes hn the

:18:37. > :18:40.boys. We have to repay that faith. Good luck to you all. A mixdd day

:18:41. > :18:43.for our other two sides in League Two. Here are Emma Jones and Jamie

:18:44. > :18:48.Reid to remind us how the D`ggers and the Dons got on.

:18:49. > :18:52.This would be Dagenham's he`viest defeat of the season and me`ns those

:18:53. > :18:55.slim play`off hopes are raphdly fading. Having already hit the

:18:56. > :18:58.woodwork, Danny Hollands gave the visitors an early lead. A wdak back

:18:59. > :19:02.header then offered Michael Drennan a simple scoring chance to lake it

:19:03. > :19:05.two. Abu Agogo's header had halved the deficit before a Portsmouth team

:19:06. > :19:08.pushing for a third successhve win to put more space between them and

:19:09. > :19:15.the relegation zone got thehr third of the afternoon with Drenn`n's

:19:16. > :19:18.second. Wayne Burnett said he'd expected a tough encounter with the

:19:19. > :19:22.Daggers playing host to Pompey for the first time ever. And th`t proved

:19:23. > :19:26.to be the case, as another lix`up allowed Jed Wallace to clail a

:19:27. > :19:30.fourth for the south coast side Dagenham will hope to get b`ck on

:19:31. > :19:37.track at bottom of the tabld Torquay on Good Friday.

:19:38. > :19:42.Neal Ardley praised his teal for giving absolutely everything as they

:19:43. > :19:45.claimed a vital three points at Roots Hall. The only goal of the

:19:46. > :19:48.game was scored from the penalty spot. The former Shrimpers loanee

:19:49. > :19:53.Jack Midson squeezing his effort under Daniel Bentley's body. The

:19:54. > :19:56.Southend side still in the play`off places rarely threatened but when

:19:57. > :20:01.they did, Ross Warner was there to keep a clean sheet. The travelling

:20:02. > :20:04.fans were singing, "we are staying up", at full`time. Wimbledon remain

:20:05. > :20:11.six points above the drop zone with four games to play.

:20:12. > :20:17.We saw Jack Midson last weekend missing a hat`trick. He just

:20:18. > :20:23.squeezed his penalty. Some were good saves. Says an ex`striker! Lade up

:20:24. > :20:26.for it, Jacqui. Slotted the penalty away, I think that puts thel on 52

:20:27. > :20:30.points now. I think that should be enough, but I'm sure Neal Ardley

:20:31. > :20:34.will press the team for another win. As we saw, villain and a hero.

:20:35. > :20:43.Missed a few chances this wdek, the only goal. When you looked `t that

:20:44. > :20:47.league at the beginning of this season, did you expect it to be so

:20:48. > :20:50.tight or did you think diffdrent teams were going to do diffdrently?

:20:51. > :20:53.I thought would be tight, it seems to be every year in League Two, a

:20:54. > :20:57.very small gap between the play`off teams and the bottom of the league.

:20:58. > :21:00.It's that consistency. I'm not sure there's a huge difference in quality

:21:01. > :21:03.in the teams. Maybe a goal`scorer and a bit of consistency throughout

:21:04. > :21:06.the team, that seems to be the difference. At times we've played

:21:07. > :21:09.well and other teams have, but it's always going to be tight in League

:21:10. > :21:11.Two. There are some teams that have struggled this year like

:21:12. > :21:14.Northampton. Losing the plax`off final, no one expected them to

:21:15. > :21:17.struggle but they have done. Equally, I didn't expect us to

:21:18. > :21:21.struggle quite like we have either. It's a very tight league, it always

:21:22. > :21:24.has been and I'm sure that probably won't change. The essential thing is

:21:25. > :21:28.to stay up in that division, you don't want to be trying to get out

:21:29. > :21:29.of the Conference. To our Ldague One quartet, starting with a late

:21:30. > :21:37.kick`off derby at Brisbane Road After five games without a win,

:21:38. > :21:39.Leyton Orient strikers found their scoring boots again to conddmn

:21:40. > :21:44.Gillingham to a third straight defeat. David Mooney 's angled shot

:21:45. > :21:48.opened the scoring. Dean Cox's powerful striker gave the home side

:21:49. > :21:51.a 2`0 lead within the first ten minutes. Before Kevin Lisbid raced

:21:52. > :21:56.into the box to head in frol close range for goal number three. There

:21:57. > :22:00.was barely time to celebratd before Lisbie became provider for Looney's

:22:01. > :22:03.brace and his 20th of the sdason. The Gills were tougher to break down

:22:04. > :22:05.in the second half, but thex couldn't stop substitute Chris

:22:06. > :22:09.Dagnall extending Orient's lead before Craig Fagan got a late

:22:10. > :22:12.consolation for the visitors. In a record`breaking season for the Os,

:22:13. > :22:19.this was their third 5`1 win, and means there is still slim hope of

:22:20. > :22:22.automatic promotion. While Peter Taylor's team continue to kdep one

:22:23. > :22:23.eye over their shoulders with just five points separating them from the

:22:24. > :22:31.drop zone. Orient's next opponents are Crawley,

:22:32. > :22:35.who travelled to Milton Keynes on the back of six straight defeats.

:22:36. > :22:39.They made the perfect start when Jamie Proctor's pass was sm`rtly

:22:40. > :22:42.turned in by Andy Drury. John Gregory praised his players for

:22:43. > :22:44.keeping their composure in front of goal, as another Proctor pass

:22:45. > :22:51.allowed Mike Jones to extend Crawley's lead. The win movds them

:22:52. > :22:52.up to 15th in the table, as they prepare to host Tranmere on Tuesday

:22:53. > :23:01.and then the Os on Good Friday. Brentford continue to keep their

:23:02. > :23:04.fans' nerves on edge after ` disappointing day at the cotnty

:23:05. > :23:07.ground. The Bees might have gone behind early on when Alan M`cCormack

:23:08. > :23:11.felled Alex Pritchard and the referee pointed to the spot. But

:23:12. > :23:16.David Button denied Michael Smith. The hosts, though, went ahe`d with a

:23:17. > :23:19.goal Button will want to forget He passed to Jonathan Douglas, who lost

:23:20. > :23:23.the ball to Louis Thompson to slot home. Mark Warburton questioned just

:23:24. > :23:26.how generous the referee was early on with yellow cards. And it proved

:23:27. > :23:34.costly when Adam Forshaw picked up his second booking with 66 linutes

:23:35. > :23:36.on the clock. Brentford still know that two wins over Easter would see

:23:37. > :23:46.them promoted at MK Dons on Monday. So, this is how the top of League

:23:47. > :23:49.One looks right now, with jtst four games left to play. Wolves have

:23:50. > :23:52.secured an immediate return to the Championship, that was sortdd on

:23:53. > :23:56.Saturday at Crewe. Brentford remain in pole position to follow them up.

:23:57. > :24:02.Leyton Orient still have a chance of sneaking in if they were to slip up.

:24:03. > :24:07.Brentford. They could do it this weekend. When are they going to get

:24:08. > :24:09.these two wins.?They will gdt them. They are playing Preston next,

:24:10. > :24:14.impressive away from home, Preston, 11 wins. After MK Dons, thex've lost

:24:15. > :24:18.nine at home. They need two wins, if not, they've got to play thd lower

:24:19. > :24:21.teams in the last two games. But the sooner they get over the line the

:24:22. > :24:28.better, purely and simply bdcause of last year and the nerves.

:24:29. > :24:32.Preston at home, MK Dons aw`y, then Colchester and Stevenage, Stevenage

:24:33. > :24:36.are rock bottom, Colchester are struggling as well. If you `re a

:24:37. > :24:39.Brentford fan, they will do it, just sooner rather than later, hopefully.

:24:40. > :24:42.MK Dons on Easter Monday, they've lost five at home in a row. Peter

:24:43. > :24:45.Taylor was saying after his Gillingham defeat at Leyton Orient,

:24:46. > :24:49.that it was the worst 45 minutes in the first half that he's evdr seen

:24:50. > :24:54.as a manager. That is saying something given the career he has

:24:55. > :24:57.had. I'm so surprised to sed the goals they conceded in the first

:24:58. > :24:59.half because Peter Taylor is meticulously organised in hhs

:25:00. > :25:02.management style. You very rarely see them concede four or five goals

:25:03. > :25:06.in a game, so that's obviously what he prides himself on and whx he was

:25:07. > :25:08.so disappointed. Turning our attention is to Crawley, thdir

:25:09. > :25:11.defender Paul Connelly is to appeal an FA charge of violent conduct

:25:12. > :25:17.That's relating to this inchdent which occurred in last Tuesday's

:25:18. > :25:20.match away to Brentford. Connelly appeared to raise his arm towards a

:25:21. > :25:27.Brentford supporter, who threw the ball at him. The match officials

:25:28. > :25:30.didn't see the incident at the time and the FA says that a standard

:25:31. > :25:33.three match ban would be cldarly insufficient, as they put it, if

:25:34. > :25:37.Connelly is found guilty by an independent panel. Connelly said on

:25:38. > :25:40.Twitter," I did not slap or punch the fan. I reacted wrongly but was

:25:41. > :25:47.hugely provoked in the game." What did you make of it? I saw it on

:25:48. > :25:52.Twitter. Didn't make contact with the fan, but it's the gesture. He

:25:53. > :25:56.gets provoked, the ball is thrown at him. You can't take a swing at a

:25:57. > :26:01.fan. We don't have the fencds anymore, that could have catsed a

:26:02. > :26:05.riot, somebody getting hurt there. As a player, there are 300 `nd odd

:26:06. > :26:08.games, you've got to step b`ck from that situation and let the officials

:26:09. > :26:12.deal with it. It was wrong what the fan did and wrong what Conndlly did.

:26:13. > :26:17.Just a reminder that we're not here next week. The Football League Show

:26:18. > :26:20.is on in our place with all the Easter action. We will be b`ck on

:26:21. > :26:24.April the 28th, by which tile, Matt, we hope things will be lookhng

:26:25. > :26:29.brighter for you and Wycombd. And you have a testimonial coming up. A

:26:30. > :26:33.golf day at the end of this month on the 30th at a golf club nearby,

:26:34. > :26:36.which is great. Aston Villa are coming pre`season for a match, which

:26:37. > :26:40.is fantastic. I'm grateful for Paul Abbott to agree to that, my manager

:26:41. > :26:43.from a few years ago. And wd are looking at having a dinner hn

:26:44. > :26:47.October as well. It's been fantastic to try and mark those ten ydars at

:26:48. > :26:52.one club. It's a really special club to me now, to spend so long in one

:26:53. > :26:55.place. It's been great. I rdally do feel part of things there. Xou get

:26:56. > :26:58.that affiliation with the f`ns, you know everyone who works there and

:26:59. > :27:02.everyone who comes and support the away games and everything. Ht's been

:27:03. > :27:05.great. There's been lots of ups and downs but I've loved it. Yot've been

:27:06. > :27:09.popular with the fans on Twhtter. Tom asks, who is the best player

:27:10. > :27:11.you've played alongside in xour time at Wycombe? Potential`wise, Jordon

:27:12. > :27:14.Ibe, he's gone to Liverpool, he s currently on loan at Birmingham He

:27:15. > :27:18.has the potential to be whatever he wants to be. At the other end of the

:27:19. > :27:25.spectrum, I suppose Rob Lee, when he came to play for us at 41, he had

:27:26. > :27:28.everything. He wasn't a bad player. Thanks so much for joining ts. Thank

:27:29. > :27:31.you. Just three weeks of thd regular season remaining. The finishing line

:27:32. > :27:35.is within sight, which for lany of you who took part in the London

:27:36. > :27:37.Marathon on Sunday, must have been a moment of pure relief. Good night to

:27:38. > :27:42.you. She's been fantastic throughout my

:27:43. > :27:48.career, she's always supported me through the whole journey. H can't

:27:49. > :27:52.praise her enough. I try to be very supportive, always there for him, we

:27:53. > :27:56.try to go to as many games `s we can. The most memorable momdnt by

:27:57. > :28:03.far has to be when Paul scored the winner in the play`off finals at

:28:04. > :28:07.Wembley. Paul Robinson scooted into the back of the net! It was

:28:08. > :28:12.unbelievable for us watching. I can't imagine what it must have felt

:28:13. > :28:17.like for Paul. This year I ran the London Marathon for Millwall's main

:28:18. > :28:20.sponsor,Prostate Cancer UK. The club have made a fantastic gesture this

:28:21. > :28:24.season in putting Prostate Cancer on the front of our shirts. It's been a

:28:25. > :28:31.lifelong ambition of mine to run the London Marathon. It was nicd to

:28:32. > :28:33.relax and be the spectator `nd go enjoy the experience of chedring

:28:34. > :28:37.someone else on. Fantastic day, great atmosphere. You see all London

:28:38. > :28:41.come together. The nerves are harder in a way because you can't do

:28:42. > :28:44.anything about it, you are there the whole time... How is she getting on,

:28:45. > :28:50.I hope she's feeling all right! Nikki, Nikki! She's in the zone

:28:51. > :28:53.It's been exciting, hard work, very hard work. Exhausting. But `lso it's

:28:54. > :29:16.been fantastic. Every time I see you,

:29:17. > :29:21.it's shorts and a dressing gown
