:00:12. > :00:28.it will be times for these teams to settle it. Touchdown! A1 that man

:00:29. > :00:34.wrecking ball! Unbelievable. How did he do that? For the when?

:00:35. > :00:37.Unstoppable! In a week where the LA Rams finally

:00:38. > :00:42.decided the time was right to expose their rookie quarterback

:00:43. > :00:45.to the NFL, Jared Goff now has to prove he's worth that four

:00:46. > :00:47.year $27.9m contract. Also, the face of the Dallas Cowboys

:00:48. > :00:50.franchise returned from injury this week, only to hold a press

:00:51. > :00:52.conference to acknowledge he's now Dallas now have some back-up in Tony

:00:53. > :00:59.Romo. Not so much NFL rookies,

:01:00. > :01:01.but old weary veterans, joining me once again

:01:02. > :01:03.is British-born Super Bowl winner Osi Umenyiora and former NFL

:01:04. > :01:08.cornerback Jason Bell. There's been a look of disgust

:01:09. > :01:10.recently on the face of Green Bay Packers quarterback

:01:11. > :01:13.Aaron Rodgers, which if you watched last weeks show, Osi took

:01:14. > :01:15.great satisfaction in. However, for Packers fans,

:01:16. > :01:17.seeing their team give up 30 plus points in three successive

:01:18. > :01:19.losses has given them Hoping to avoid 4 straight losses,

:01:20. > :01:25.they travelled to Washington for a must win game to stay

:01:26. > :01:28.in contention in the NFC North. For the Washington Redskins

:01:29. > :01:31.it was an equally important game as they looked to stay in contention

:01:32. > :01:42.in the NFC East. There is something about football in

:01:43. > :01:47.the North. They have grown in leaps and bounds. Perhaps it is the

:01:48. > :01:52.contrast between the heat of the NFL and the sinking thermometer, white

:01:53. > :01:58.hot sport and sub zero states. But for the Green Bay Packers, this is

:01:59. > :02:03.threatening to turn into a lukewarm season. And the Washington Redskins.

:02:04. > :02:13.Kirk Cousins doing his best to fire at the furnace. Do you like that!

:02:14. > :02:22.Sean Jackson in the slot, Kirk Cousins, close to Jackson,

:02:23. > :02:28.touchdown! I watch the move by Jackson up the field. Fake out to

:02:29. > :02:31.your left and hit hard. Going on between those split safeties, that

:02:32. > :02:41.is where they think they can work all night long. It is a sweet move.

:02:42. > :02:48.Third in gold, the pressure, Rogers eludes the rush. Nelson cannot hold

:02:49. > :02:54.on. They say touchdown. They say he had it and knocked the ball out. We

:02:55. > :03:01.had a flag, when the blitz was coming in. There is the grabbing of

:03:02. > :03:05.the facemask, almost pulled it off and somehow 4th Down got his front

:03:06. > :03:12.leg bag on the ground and found Geordie Nelson. A remarkable play.

:03:13. > :03:17.After forcing the three and out, screenplay went on a nine Play Drive

:03:18. > :03:30.on this Mason Crosby field goal. Corner blitz coming. There is read.

:03:31. > :03:44.Jordan Reed to the 15. They will run with Robert Kelley. -- Mark Chapman.

:03:45. > :03:48.-- Mark Chapman. Green Bay fluffed their chance to head back, the mess

:03:49. > :03:54.by Mason Crosby give the Redskins the ball back late in the third

:03:55. > :04:08.quarter. It is 3rd 11 now at the 34th. Down the field. It is caught

:04:09. > :04:12.for the touchdown. Jamison Crowder, 44 yards. Straight down. A safety on

:04:13. > :04:18.for the touchdown. Jamison Crowder, either side, taking advantage of

:04:19. > :04:26.that speed. Kirk Cousins had made some nice riches. That was not easy.

:04:27. > :04:38.He saw one safety, assumed the other and got him. James Starks is the

:04:39. > :04:42.back. Seven carries, 19 yards. Wide open, there is nobody there, James

:04:43. > :04:47.Starks will walk in for the touchdown. A passed by the Redskins

:04:48. > :04:52.and the Packers starred the fourth quarter. They were pointing and did

:04:53. > :04:57.not quite have it all figured out and then play fake and then nobody

:04:58. > :05:04.around James Starks. That is just the gift of all guests. Kirk Cousins

:05:05. > :05:13.takes the deep shot down field and it is caught by Pierre Garcon who

:05:14. > :05:19.will score. Into the wind. 70 yards. Once this tight end goes up the

:05:20. > :05:24.field, it is one on one road to the outside. Everyone in the league does

:05:25. > :05:28.the same thing, these quarterback injuries are currently killing the

:05:29. > :05:32.Green Bay Packers. If you had to say how does this team lose four in a

:05:33. > :05:42.row, they have just run out our bodies in a key position. Randall

:05:43. > :05:49.Cobb getting Green Bay down here. Looking for plays. Rogers gets

:05:50. > :05:55.pressure, throws it inside to Jared Cook. He gets his first touchdown as

:05:56. > :06:02.a pack. He is a big player. 4th down. A blitz coming for the

:06:03. > :06:07.Packers, it is picked up, Kirk Cousins, caught by Jamison Crowder.

:06:08. > :06:12.To be a zone, he is just shy of the goal line. A blitz Peter with

:06:13. > :06:23.Jamison Crowder, first end goal Washington. Robert Kelley in for the

:06:24. > :06:29.touchdown. His second of the night and at Washington are able to get an

:06:30. > :06:42.81 yard Drive into the wind to extend the lead to double digits.

:06:43. > :06:50.Quick flip. Coke. Washington has it. -- Jared Cook. The game's first

:06:51. > :06:56.turnover could be the crushing blow. What a play by 29-macro. He paid

:06:57. > :07:01.dividends on that 75 million. -- Josh Norman. He is the guy that

:07:02. > :07:07.started doing it. They were team-mates last year in Carolina.

:07:08. > :07:11.Did not even go for the tackle, saw his opportunity, got it out,

:07:12. > :07:19.tremendous play. Two time-outs left for the Packers, Robert Kelley with

:07:20. > :07:25.a lot of room, Robert Kelley in the open field, inside the 20, stays on

:07:26. > :07:31.his feet to the four yard line, 66 yards, longest run of his rookie

:07:32. > :07:37.season. This is one you almost had to get to give yourself a chance and

:07:38. > :07:42.Rogers is coming in, three touchdowns, huge win for them. They

:07:43. > :07:47.are trying to figure out who they can get on the field. Robert Kelley

:07:48. > :07:52.will get the payoff with another rushing touchdown. 42-24, Kirk

:07:53. > :08:00.Cousins out there. Tremendous performance. Disappointed, we

:08:01. > :08:01.understand clearly what is in performance. Disappointed, we

:08:02. > :08:08.understand clearly what is in front of us. Six losses which are as

:08:09. > :08:12.against the wall. Tonight was certainly the culmination of what we

:08:13. > :08:15.feel our potential can be. It is hard to do it week in and week out

:08:16. > :08:19.but we were pleased with what we were able to do tonight because so

:08:20. > :08:24.many people made a difference and contributed. We put ourselves in a

:08:25. > :08:28.difficult spot. We have to find a way to get a win next week, approach

:08:29. > :08:34.it one week at a time. That is all we have right now. It is a tough

:08:35. > :08:42.stretch. The first thing to notice is that we all have got the brown

:08:43. > :08:45.shoe memo. You can understand the frustration of Aaron Rodgers. He is

:08:46. > :08:49.doing all he can to get his team in a position to win and it is not

:08:50. > :08:50.working. The defense is disabled right now, it

:08:51. > :08:54.working. The defense is disabled right now, it is not happening.

:08:55. > :08:57.Fourth straight game they have conceded 30 points or more and when

:08:58. > :09:01.we look at it, they are vulnerable against both the pass and the rush

:09:02. > :09:07.which is not great. You cannot stop both the run or the past, then what

:09:08. > :09:12.can you stop? It is ridiculous. You see them here. I know you want to

:09:13. > :09:16.look at the DBAs, there is no pass rush, it is not getting to Kirk

:09:17. > :09:23.Cousins and that allows them to sit in the pocket and find a wide open

:09:24. > :09:27.receiver. I agree. You need a good pass rush but when you're on your

:09:28. > :09:33.fourth corner, you're going to have that happen. Robert Kelley ran riot.

:09:34. > :09:37.He did. They were out coach. You want to blame the players, but they

:09:38. > :09:41.were out coach, too many hands on the football, ran right through the

:09:42. > :09:45.gap, the Green Bay defense did not have enough people. I will not blame

:09:46. > :09:52.it on the coach, he was my coach and he gets guys ready to play. I will

:09:53. > :09:55.put it on the players. Guys, they got too many injuries. They were

:09:56. > :10:00.ready to play, but on that play, there were too many people, they

:10:01. > :10:03.pulled the guard, the tight end to the other side of the football field

:10:04. > :10:09.and there were too many gaps left in the defense, you need to play like

:10:10. > :10:13.that in the league and if you do not have enough people on one side of

:10:14. > :10:17.the football, Green Bay ran right through them. If I'm going to find a

:10:18. > :10:21.middle line between blaming coaching and not blaming coaching, it must be

:10:22. > :10:27.hard if you are approaching an injury ravaged defense which is what

:10:28. > :10:30.he is doing. At the beginning of the season, coaches know what they have.

:10:31. > :10:33.When you start plugging guys in there, you're trying to figure guys

:10:34. > :10:38.out on the run and that is difficult for a coach. You need to speak to

:10:39. > :10:42.the point. A lot of times when a defensive coordinator does not know

:10:43. > :10:45.who is playing, it changes the way they play and some of the things he

:10:46. > :10:49.might want to do, he does not do because he does not trust the people

:10:50. > :11:03.on the field. Punditry can be negative, so let's throw some love

:11:04. > :11:06.the way of Washington, let's be positive and start with Josh Norman

:11:07. > :11:08.who quite often, we talk about his battle with Odell Beckham Junior

:11:09. > :11:11.Rather than focusing on his play and he was very good. He is aggressive,

:11:12. > :11:15.he sets the tone. They call us the peanut punch. And that is exactly

:11:16. > :11:19.what he does right here. He goes in and punches it out, the guy makes

:11:20. > :11:27.plays and you have to give him that. He did that 35 times! Peanut punch.

:11:28. > :11:31.35 times, Mark! When he had said, he goes off celebrating before the ball

:11:32. > :11:35.has been recovered! He has his eye on the ball and that takes a lot of

:11:36. > :11:41.precision to go win and punch the ball out. You have to be very aware.

:11:42. > :11:44.They won the AFC East last season and given how well the Dallas are

:11:45. > :11:49.doing that might not be a possibility this season. Are they a

:11:50. > :11:53.better side this year, whether they win it or not? I think they are

:11:54. > :11:56.better team and I think it is offensively they have a tonne of

:11:57. > :12:00.weapons for Kirk Cousins and he is playing well, he has a grasp of

:12:01. > :12:05.that. One line on him, first two or three weeks of us doing this show,

:12:06. > :12:19.we talked about how he was playing for his

:12:20. > :12:23.future and truly sorted, he will make a lot of money this summer. He

:12:24. > :12:26.will make a tremendous amount. He deserves it. What are they going to

:12:27. > :12:30.pay him? He is playing lights out football. They took a chance, he

:12:31. > :12:34.proved that he is worth the money. What I like, even in praising the

:12:35. > :12:38.quarterback, you manage to criticise another quarterback in doing so. I

:12:39. > :12:40.am glad you noticed that. You cannot get anything past me.

:12:41. > :12:46.Right let's take a look at our first round-up of week 11.

:12:47. > :12:53.We will start with Detroit. They eased past Jacksonville and won four

:12:54. > :13:00.of their last five games. Andre Roberts scored. Then there was a

:13:01. > :13:05.spectacular interception and they turned at 39 yards. Detroit won

:13:06. > :13:13.that. Tennessee who we praise to the held on last week show, lost this

:13:14. > :13:18.week. 24-17 to Indianapolis. Indianapolis went 1-0 up in the

:13:19. > :13:19.second quarter and that is their 11th straight victory over the

:13:20. > :13:40.Titans. Next we will go to Los Angeles. Ryan

:13:41. > :13:45.Tannehill and a duck with 172 yards. This wouldn't have looked out of

:13:46. > :13:51.place at Twickenham. The second was a nine yard strike to Divan tape

:13:52. > :14:06.Parker. The Dolphins have one five straight. Next, to Cleveland,

:14:07. > :14:21.Pittsburgh winning 24 dash nine in this game. Don't laugh at them.

:14:22. > :14:31.Next, Dallas, winners against Baltimore. This is a franchise

:14:32. > :14:36.record, ninth straight win. Prescott throwing and three touchdowns, three

:14:37. > :14:41.of them to Dez Bryant. Yet, you are still laughing at Cleveland. Stop

:14:42. > :14:48.laughing, I get the complaints. Before we did this show, both of you

:14:49. > :14:53.said to me, you still would doubt Dallas winning the Super Bowl,

:14:54. > :14:58.despite the form they are in? Yes, offensively they have the whole

:14:59. > :15:01.package, good quarterback, good running back, good receivers.

:15:02. > :15:07.Defensively is where they are lacking. They don't have been enough

:15:08. > :15:13.playmakers on defense to take them to the playoffs. The Ravens should

:15:14. > :15:21.have won that game and the penalties hurt them. 12 penalties, if you look

:15:22. > :15:25.at zooter, the penalties he conceded. You put yourself in good

:15:26. > :15:31.positions and the penalties take that back. That is how you hamper a

:15:32. > :15:36.team. If you are the Dallas Cowboys, why waste energy beating a team when

:15:37. > :15:43.they cant beat themselves. This is the 15-yard penalty. This is bad

:15:44. > :15:50.football. You cannot go in there and do that. You just cannot do that.

:15:51. > :15:57.That is frustration? Frustration, anger, it is stupidity. He knows

:15:58. > :16:01.better than that. Your thoughts on Dallas in the Super Bowl? They can

:16:02. > :16:07.do anything because they built the team around the offensive line, but

:16:08. > :16:14.I agree, defensively I don't like what they do. They stop the run

:16:15. > :16:17.well, but they don't get after the passer. Sometimes it is easy to

:16:18. > :16:24.forget they have a rookie quarterback. If we go to another

:16:25. > :16:29.rookie quarterback, Jared Goff, his first start, horrible conditions in

:16:30. > :16:33.LA. He is being put into the worst ranked offense in the NFL. It sounds

:16:34. > :16:38.like I am trying to make excuses for him? Thank goodness he has a good

:16:39. > :16:43.defensive of The Games don't look too terrible. He didn't turn the

:16:44. > :16:48.ball over and nothing terrible happens. This is the crazy thing

:16:49. > :16:53.about the NFL, Jared Goff, the number one pick in the draft. They

:16:54. > :17:00.don't play him into week ten. He is a rookie. Prescott was a

:17:01. > :17:04.fourth-round pick. People don't know as much as they think. Who would you

:17:05. > :17:10.have said was a first-round pick right now? You don't know until you

:17:11. > :17:20.get the product, these are two different teams. Different offenses.

:17:21. > :17:24.Prescott and... Nobody knows, based upon the way these two are playing,

:17:25. > :17:36.one was a first-round pick, and the fourth round pick. At Cleveland

:17:37. > :17:40.Stadium since 1999, the quarterback with the most wins in Cleveland

:17:41. > :17:49.Stadium since 1999, equal to this record is, Ben Roethlisberger from

:17:50. > :17:58.Pittsburgh. While! Hold on. From the Steelers? How is that even possible?

:17:59. > :18:04.You told me to stop making fun of Cleveland. Moving on. I am really

:18:05. > :18:05.sorry, Cleveland fans! Kansas City had the same 7-2

:18:06. > :18:08.record as the much talked New England Patriots heading

:18:09. > :18:11.into week 11, but for a team on a 5 game win streak there's not been

:18:12. > :18:14.much fanfare about Alex Smith For their visitors, 13 years have

:18:15. > :18:18.passed since tasting Super Bowl success, but with a young core,

:18:19. > :18:20.led by quarterback Jameis Winston the future looks bright for Tampa

:18:21. > :18:22.Bay. It's been slightly longer

:18:23. > :18:24.on the Super Bowl success front for Kansas City,

:18:25. > :18:26.46 years to be exact, which mighy explain why Jason calls

:18:27. > :18:40.them his sleeper team. From the AFC West division, the

:18:41. > :18:44.Kansas City Chiefs who are making progress by stealth, almost

:18:45. > :18:52.undetected, certainly understated. But still, very much in the hunt.

:18:53. > :18:55.Just as unheralded, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the NFC South, quietly

:18:56. > :19:00.working their way through the regular season. It is the style of

:19:01. > :19:10.Jamie Swinson, the star of baseball, football and not a shy and retiring

:19:11. > :19:18.type. There is progress by stealth and progress with the sound turned

:19:19. > :19:26.up. Let's go! Kansas City opening the scoring with a 22 yard field

:19:27. > :19:34.goal. Tampa struck back with a 31 yarder to tie the game at 3-3 in the

:19:35. > :19:39.second quarter. The Buccaneers are now five from six. This is the 2nd

:19:40. > :19:50.down in 16 foot Tampa Bay following the time-out. Looking for Evans, he

:19:51. > :20:02.makes the catch. Mike Evans inside the 5-yard line of Kansas City.

:20:03. > :20:04.Again Stephen Nelson, subtlety is the coach was talking about with the

:20:05. > :20:10.physical receiver on the outside. the coach was talking about with the

:20:11. > :20:15.Let's credit Doug Martin for stepping up. Someone turn Chris

:20:16. > :20:24.Jones loose inside the defensive tackle. After failing to score

:20:25. > :20:37.inside three plays, they kicked over from 22 yards. The Tampa Bay

:20:38. > :20:51.Buccaneers have a 6-3 lead. Makes the catch in Buccaneers territory.

:20:52. > :21:01.2nd down and seven. He will take it into the end zone. Everybody has

:21:02. > :21:05.their backs turned. Looking up, backs turned, man to man coverage.

:21:06. > :21:18.When he realises that he has an easy run into the end zone.

:21:19. > :21:25.They must get to the 37-yard line of the Chiefs. It is Humphreys who

:21:26. > :21:34.makes the catch for the Buccaneers 1st down. Three plays later, they

:21:35. > :21:39.cut the Chiefs lead to one point going into half-time. He later

:21:40. > :21:50.kicked a career-best field goal of the game to give Tampa a two point

:21:51. > :22:01.lead going into the final quarter. Smith on fourth and tenth. Kelsey

:22:02. > :22:05.stepped out of bounds 10-yard line. You know how happy Alex Smith is

:22:06. > :22:08.about this because he missed a couple of shots last week against

:22:09. > :22:17.Carolina down the field. This is a well throw ball. Double move, gets

:22:18. > :22:31.him open down the field. Nice throw by Alex Smith. Smith... It is picked

:22:32. > :22:34.after. He brought one back for a touchdown last week and comes up

:22:35. > :22:40.with the huge interception for the Buccaneers today. Just a little bit

:22:41. > :22:45.of a deflection from the interior, but I think the window is too small.

:22:46. > :22:54.If this ball comes through clean, he still makes the interception.

:22:55. > :23:05.Winston, moving to his right. Throws and it is complete for Buccaneers

:23:06. > :23:15.1st down. 3rd down and two from the third yard line. Winston close,

:23:16. > :23:19.complete for a touchdown. He gets everybody's eyes focused on Brandon

:23:20. > :23:28.Myers. You bring the action the other way. Doug Martin goes out on

:23:29. > :23:40.Justin Houston. 3rd goal. Two possession game. Touchdown! Alberta

:23:41. > :23:48.Wilson. The inside routs, him over the top. Wilson with the heck of a

:23:49. > :24:02.Winston on 3rd down. He throws and Smith. 3rd down and three.

:24:03. > :24:11.Winston on 3rd down. He throws and it is Evans who makes the catch. And

:24:12. > :24:16.he stays inbounds. 14 yard pass play and that takes us to the two-minute

:24:17. > :24:21.warning. The Buccaneers will run the clock all the way down once again.

:24:22. > :24:30.It is Martin and he will be stopped just shy of midfield so they can now

:24:31. > :24:34.run it down to 22 seconds. Now the Buccaneers, Mike Evans is back deep

:24:35. > :24:45.on defense. Evans back at the 10-yard line. One final shot.

:24:46. > :25:04.Defensive penalty from the 34-yard line. Complete. Ball comes loose.

:25:05. > :25:09.That will do it. This is a tough place to play, a team that has won

:25:10. > :25:14.17 out of 19 games. I am proud of the guys for the way we came in here

:25:15. > :25:23.with this awesome atmosphere. Always an awesome place to play. We played

:25:24. > :25:26.good football today. Kansas City was another team we praised last week.

:25:27. > :25:31.We have to give Tampa credit for that. Yes, Winston is looking good,

:25:32. > :25:41.I like what he's doing in the offense. He converted 11 of 16

:25:42. > :25:49.downs. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers play were on third downs. You have to win

:25:50. > :25:53.on third third downs. Andy Reid, Kansas City head coach took the

:25:54. > :25:56.blame for the Alex Smith interception by Chris Conte, he

:25:57. > :26:02.called it a lousy call on his behalf. That is looking out for your

:26:03. > :26:06.quarterback. It was a lousy throw. He shouldn't have forced that into

:26:07. > :26:13.that many defenders. The window was really tight. It was a bad decision.

:26:14. > :26:17.I don't know how the coach takes blame for that. It was a horrible

:26:18. > :26:23.decision by the quarterback. He's looking out for him. He has got to

:26:24. > :26:27.jump on the pile. The bigger point, aside from that play is not having

:26:28. > :26:31.Marcus Peters in that game. When we show what Marcus Peters has done

:26:32. > :26:36.this season at Kansas City Chiefs, you can see why he is missing. This

:26:37. > :26:42.is why you play your quarterback 's a tonne of money. He comes up with

:26:43. > :26:45.big plays and I have seen this guy get beat deep and come back and make

:26:46. > :26:51.big plays like this. Nothing really shakes him. This is a team that

:26:52. > :26:56.needs to create turnovers and this is a big part of it. You have to

:26:57. > :27:02.have your playmakers on the field. I remember when one of my coaches got

:27:03. > :27:08.fired, he said he played straight left and then all of a sudden you

:27:09. > :27:14.are -- I am not the best coach any more. If he is back, he will be

:27:15. > :27:20.restricted. That is at the Broncos. They will need him in Mile High,

:27:21. > :27:23.won't they? They need him. As long as he can get on and run around a

:27:24. > :27:28.little bit because he creates plays just from opportunities. He can come

:27:29. > :27:29.across the field and do things like that.

:27:30. > :27:32.A quick reminder that you can get another dose of NFL with a special

:27:33. > :27:35.Thanksgiving edition of the NFL Show this Saturday night

:27:36. > :27:38.We'll review the Thursday night games, which includes

:27:39. > :27:40.Washington heading to Dallas, and Minnesota's trip to Detroit

:27:41. > :27:42.in a huge NFC North Game, and preview the rest

:27:43. > :27:47.Back in October, heading into week 6 as the only

:27:48. > :27:49.undefeated team in the NFL, Harrison Smith of the

:27:50. > :27:55.Minnesota Vikings joined us on the show for a chat.

:27:56. > :27:59.Excuse us if we're slightly paranoid here at NFL This Week,

:28:00. > :28:02.but since that chat it's all gone a bit wrong in Minnesota.

:28:03. > :28:04.Four straight losses, the offensive co-ordinator resigns,

:28:05. > :28:07.and the Vikings have been pulled back into an NFC North fight

:28:08. > :28:10.Looking to stop the rot, they hosted Arizona.

:28:11. > :28:13.Apologies Arziona fans, but no prizes for guessing

:28:14. > :28:29.Back to football in the north where the temperature has been dropping

:28:30. > :28:34.for the Minnesota Vikings. Five straight wins followed by four

:28:35. > :28:41.straight defeats. Teddy Bridgewater and Adrian Peterson injured. Can Sam

:28:42. > :28:44.Bradford stop the slide? The Arizona Cardinals from warmer climes, Larry

:28:45. > :28:49.Fitzgerald, the wide receiver who played in Super Bowl XLIII. The

:28:50. > :28:51.Cardinals last event and the wait for a first Super Bowl victory goes

:28:52. > :29:15.on. Bradford. To the end zone.

:29:16. > :29:18.Incomplete. And he believes that was good and from up here it looked

:29:19. > :29:28.awfully close to being good if he held on. And if he hangs on, that is

:29:29. > :29:37.a touchdown. After I reviewed the play, he had both feet down, it is a

:29:38. > :29:39.touchdown. Good protection and there is the tight end cells, spinning his

:29:40. > :29:55.weight down near the 20. Extra offensive line. Into the end

:29:56. > :30:02.zone for the touchdown is David Johnson. 24th touchdown for David

:30:03. > :30:08.Johnson in 26 career games. On the next Cardinals possession, there was

:30:09. > :30:19.a 34 yard field goal to give Arizona a 3-point lead. Little task to

:30:20. > :30:25.Bradford, to the end zone for Phelan. A flag. Tony Jefferson was

:30:26. > :30:32.down there defending and he interfered with Adam Phelan. They

:30:33. > :30:34.had a chance but they draw the penalty. It sets them up down on the

:30:35. > :30:41.1-yard line. First in gold. There are going to

:30:42. > :30:53.mark him short of the end zone First in gold. There are going to

:30:54. > :30:59.inside the one. The bigger one, he is there a short yardage goal-line

:31:00. > :31:03.runner. Watch this. The elbow. That is a touchdown. It looks like it

:31:04. > :31:13.from here. He will want to challenge. He came down on bodies.

:31:14. > :31:22.There was a touchdown. Extra points have not been given. A block to keep

:31:23. > :31:33.it a 3-point game as Justin Bethell got in and knocked it away. From the

:31:34. > :31:37.23, protection this time. The path is to Fitzgerald and it is caught.

:31:38. > :31:44.He putted about the only place he could, had to get it on the outside

:31:45. > :31:55.and Fitzgerald... What a catch. 3rd down and goal. Palmer sets in.

:31:56. > :32:06.Intercepted by roads. Xavier Rhodes down the sideline and goodbye

:32:07. > :32:12.touchdown, Vikings, no flags. There is two or not one on the outside and

:32:13. > :32:16.Xavier Rhodes he is playing outside and The miscommunication with what

:32:17. > :32:21.the receiver was doing, I believe it was John Browne, he does not know

:32:22. > :32:31.where to put the ball and Xavier Rhodes makes a huge play. Here is

:32:32. > :32:36.Gresham. Jermaine Gresham is in for the touchdown. What an effort by the

:32:37. > :32:47.seven-year pro, Jermaine Gresham and the Cardinals back in it. Arizona

:32:48. > :32:54.are down by three and a half. Paterson will bring it out. Full

:32:55. > :33:02.head of steam. He is gone. Paterson. What they start to the half.

:33:03. > :33:10.Touchdown, Minnesota. Special teams. The score for the Vikings. You have

:33:11. > :33:15.to make the block, the first one right here, to at least give him a

:33:16. > :33:20.chance to spring it. You are one on one and at some point, you have to

:33:21. > :33:29.make someone a mess and Paterson does just that. From the 31, Palmer

:33:30. > :33:37.stepped up and errors it out, floating it downfield. Again, Xavier

:33:38. > :33:42.Rhodes. After the interception, the Vikings went on 11 Play Drive which

:33:43. > :33:53.they converted into A13 point lead, thanks to a field goal. 3rd 12,

:33:54. > :33:59.ball is out, this one is a football and it is recovered by Arizona, it

:34:00. > :34:05.was knocked out by Chandler Jones. Sam Bradford gets blown up at the

:34:06. > :34:09.end of this play. They are fortunate on the previous one but it was not

:34:10. > :34:14.ruled a fumble and they come back and try and get the ball down the

:34:15. > :34:18.field again and they have not been able to handle the pressure. They

:34:19. > :34:23.started David Johnson in the backfield and seeing what they do

:34:24. > :34:33.with him. We see what a weapon he is. There he goes. Palmer, governs

:34:34. > :34:39.it, touchdown, Johnston. The Cardinals take the turnover and turn

:34:40. > :34:42.it into points. Four yard touchdown throw to David Johnson, his second

:34:43. > :34:48.receiving touchdown of the year. This could be the final play that

:34:49. > :34:55.means anything. It is 4th down and 19 for the four for the Cardinals,

:34:56. > :35:02.down by six. Pass is incomplete but a flag on a hit on Palmer and this

:35:03. > :35:12.would be an automatic 1st down. Tom Johnson. Foul. Defense, number 92.

:35:13. > :35:18.Piling the quarterback into the ground, 15-yard penalty. Automatic

:35:19. > :35:21.1st down. 4th down and five, does it continue with the four-man rush or

:35:22. > :35:29.die lit up a bit more? Would not be surprised to see him mix it up.

:35:30. > :35:35.Palmer was not ready again for this. He is in trouble, down he goes. And

:35:36. > :35:43.the Vikings are going to snap their losing streak. Let's keep going,

:35:44. > :35:47.let's get back to play, this is how the Vikings play football. Play

:35:48. > :35:54.together as a team, take it down, it gets down the wire, so be it, we

:35:55. > :36:00.figure out how to win. Way to rush a quarterback. When I tell you, right,

:36:01. > :36:06.what did I tell you the other day? What we are going to do? We are

:36:07. > :36:11.coming here to win the division. Let's go to work! If I had a

:36:12. > :36:15.six-pack like that, I would do the show without my shirt. You were

:36:16. > :36:20.there, you went to this game, because of the hoodoo that we

:36:21. > :36:27.thought we had cast on them, you went in a mask, what was the feeling

:36:28. > :36:31.around the place? You could feel the tension. Before, even the fans were

:36:32. > :36:36.like, we need this. It was touch and go but afterwards it was lights out.

:36:37. > :36:42.That was amazing. They feel it is enough to get them back on track?

:36:43. > :36:45.Yes, they needed the win. I was there and after when the players

:36:46. > :36:50.came in and they have this look that they were back on track. Let us look

:36:51. > :36:57.at the touchdown from Xavier Rhodes, simply because there was a speed

:36:58. > :37:00.going on during the touchdowns, he ran at 22.4 mph at one point which

:37:01. > :37:06.makes it the fastest touchdown at this season. That is incredible. It

:37:07. > :37:12.is a corner. Fastest guy on the field. It is a good play. The

:37:13. > :37:21.rhinoceroses chasing him! We have this interception. To put it into

:37:22. > :37:26.context, 22.4 mph, Usain Bolt goals at 27.7 mph and he does not have all

:37:27. > :37:31.the gear on. Do you still think when we look at the NFC North, that it is

:37:32. > :37:39.to tried and Minnesota, would you rule Green Bay out? Never. They have

:37:40. > :37:44.been in a situation like this and they have came back and won. I do

:37:45. > :37:49.not see Detroit or Minnesota as being that much better than the

:37:50. > :37:53.Green Bay Packers. I do not agree. Just because of injuries. I would

:37:54. > :37:58.not rule out Green Bay but with those injuries, I do not think they

:37:59. > :38:02.can pull it together. Speaking about pace, the sound man at this game

:38:03. > :38:10.could have done with the pace of Xavier Rhodes. That is one

:38:11. > :38:17.horrendous hit. He got back up and continued with his job. The glasses

:38:18. > :38:22.are not in a great state and the nose is bloody as well. That was the

:38:23. > :38:26.strongest guy in the NFL! The strongest person in the NFL and that

:38:27. > :38:33.is who ran him over like that? That is incredible. We can smile about it

:38:34. > :38:36.now because he is all right, but that is dangerous! It is crazy, man!

:38:37. > :38:42.Let's now look at our final round-up from week 11.

:38:43. > :38:52.We will start with the Seahawks, they have gone three clear. Russell

:38:53. > :38:58.Wilson threw for 272 yards including a 35 yard strike to Jimmy Graham.

:38:59. > :39:03.However, look at this, he collected a 15 yard lob from the wide

:39:04. > :39:09.receiver, Doug Bald went to go in for that. That is being creative. I

:39:10. > :39:13.love them. They have won three on the trot. Houston and Oakland played

:39:14. > :39:19.in Mexico and it was successful for the Raiders. Derek Carr walk up a

:39:20. > :39:23.struggling offense by throwing two touchdown passes in the fourth

:39:24. > :39:27.quarter and Denver were on a bye week, Kansas City lost, big

:39:28. > :39:31.statement from the Raiders. Big statement and I like how they are

:39:32. > :39:35.winning in the end, they find a way to win, this was not a clean game

:39:36. > :39:41.but they came back and made it happen. Cooper going in from 35

:39:42. > :39:44.yards, winning the touchdown. Buffalo against Cincinnati and AJ

:39:45. > :39:47.Green suffered a hamstring strain, he was carted off by growing

:39:48. > :40:03.Cincinnati, he will not require surgery, McCauley

:40:04. > :40:05.scored on a seven yard run to help Buffalo even their record. The

:40:06. > :40:07.Bengals kegger managed to hit the upright on two extra points

:40:08. > :40:10.attempts. Next, San Francisco, New England returning to winning ways,

:40:11. > :40:22.Tom Brady returning for his first professional game. Patriots winning

:40:23. > :40:27.30-17. New York Giants beat another struggling side in the Chicago

:40:28. > :40:36.Bears. Eli Manning throwing for a 227 yards and two touchdowns and the

:40:37. > :40:44.Giants have now won five straight. Here are the divisions. Miami now on

:40:45. > :40:48.a five-game winning streak and in contention for a playoff spot. The

:40:49. > :40:55.AFC North is close at the top and the Steelers and the Ravens made in

:40:56. > :40:59.week 16. In the AFC South, the Colts have crept into contention thanks to

:41:00. > :40:59.a two-game winning streak and Oakland's four-game winning streak

:41:00. > :41:02.sees them take Oakland's four-game winning streak

:41:03. > :41:06.sees them take control of the AFC West. Dallas have won nine on the

:41:07. > :41:11.spent and the New York Times, five, they are the top two with the

:41:12. > :41:19.Redskins still very much in it. In the NFC North, we spoke about it

:41:20. > :41:23.earlier,, the NFC South is really tight, you could argue any one of

:41:24. > :41:28.the four teams there could win it and the Seahawks are coasting in

:41:29. > :41:32.what you would say is a weak NFC West. At the moment. We have reached

:41:33. > :41:35.the point in the show where we have our weekly what is going on with

:41:36. > :41:41.kicking conversation and these two would disagree on it, but they had

:41:42. > :41:46.their worst week ever this week! A windy weekend, it was rough to play

:41:47. > :41:50.in certain places. I have to give them an excuse. It is the wind and

:41:51. > :41:55.the pressure, look what is happening! Is of course it is the

:41:56. > :41:59.pressure up the middle. 12 missed kicks, you have put some of it on

:42:00. > :42:03.the weather. Some of the games took place indoors, though. It is the

:42:04. > :42:08.the weather. Some of the games took rule they set in place, backing up

:42:09. > :42:11.the kicks, it must be mental. They are not converting. In all

:42:12. > :42:17.seriousness on the mental point, you could argue, kickers see other

:42:18. > :42:20.kickers struggling and that panic spreads throughout the league, would

:42:21. > :42:25.that happen with other positions or do you think it is specific to that

:42:26. > :42:31.position? I do not buy into that. I watch these guys sit there on the

:42:32. > :42:34.practice field for four hours, kicking and then for them to go out

:42:35. > :42:38.here and be kicking a football like this, I do not understand. I agree

:42:39. > :42:43.with you for other positions as well. Nobody can cover him and I am

:42:44. > :42:47.thinking maybe nobody can cover him. You mean to tell me that you watch a

:42:48. > :42:53.quarterback struggle and you will start struggling? I did not say

:42:54. > :42:56.that, but it can happen. Blair Walsh was probably sitting out, maybe he

:42:57. > :43:02.was sitting at home with dolls of all sorts of other kickers, but

:43:03. > :43:06.having been cut by the Vikings last week, he might be thinking maybe it

:43:07. > :43:11.was unfair I was cut, and may be there are plenty of other kickers

:43:12. > :43:15.whose jobs I could take. He better be out there kicking and somebody

:43:16. > :43:21.might call him, they will try anyone now. More kicks most than any other

:43:22. > :43:28.week in the NFL. Let us move on to the Giants, we are talking about the

:43:29. > :43:31.five-game winning streak, you have looked at their squads were you just

:43:32. > :43:32.get on a roll at the right time, do you sense that with the Giants at

:43:33. > :43:44.the moment? Not at this particular moment. In

:43:45. > :43:48.2007, to get into the playoffs we had to go into the Buffalo Bills

:43:49. > :43:53.Stadium, it was cold and raining and we beat them to get into the

:43:54. > :43:57.playoffs. There is something knowing everything is on the line, going in

:43:58. > :44:02.there and getting it done. It gives you confidence. 2011, we had a

:44:03. > :44:08.battle between us and the Dallas Cowboys. Whoever won that game would

:44:09. > :44:12.go into the playoffs. We took the momentum all the way through. When

:44:13. > :44:18.they win a game they absolutely have to win, that is what will bring them

:44:19. > :44:21.together. Jason? I agree, the teams that coast into the playoffs and

:44:22. > :44:26.know they are going to make it, they can get a bit relaxed. When you are

:44:27. > :44:31.on the edge, something happens and you have the magic. A five-game

:44:32. > :44:39.winning streak, the first one since 2010, when you look at it, they have

:44:40. > :44:43.a new head coach, a rookie head coach, but they have the experience

:44:44. > :44:49.of Eli Manning. One go into this stretch, this competitive division,

:44:50. > :44:54.how crucial is that experience of Eli Manning, having been there and

:44:55. > :44:58.done it before? Absolutely crucial. He is the only quarterback in that

:44:59. > :45:02.division that has this experience. That is why our back the Giants

:45:03. > :45:05.because of Eli Manning and some of the other players who have been in

:45:06. > :45:12.crucial situations and have come through. I would do it because of

:45:13. > :45:15.coach spikes. He has done before coming in is how play football needs

:45:16. > :45:19.to be conducted on how he needs to make it good for his players. We

:45:20. > :45:23.cannot lay you talk about the Giants of the way into the end of the show.

:45:24. > :45:27.If we take a look at the winning streaks, we have mentioned the

:45:28. > :45:31.Giants are on this five-game winning streak, Dallas are the ones who

:45:32. > :45:38.obviously lead the way there, with nine. Miami as well with five. We

:45:39. > :45:43.saw them win against the Rams. But the AFC West is the competitive

:45:44. > :45:47.division. Miami will be looking at that division in the hope of beating

:45:48. > :45:53.one of those sites to a playoff position? What I like about Miami,

:45:54. > :45:59.they are built on the offense. They can protect the quarterback, control

:46:00. > :46:02.the clock. In the AFC West, all those teams have to play each other

:46:03. > :46:07.so they will be knocking wins and losses from each other. If the Miami

:46:08. > :46:15.Dolphins carry on with this winning streak, they have a chance of a

:46:16. > :46:23.playoff spot. Let's look at your index, it is not sign this -- it is

:46:24. > :46:33.not scientific. These are the most favoured teams last week. See how

:46:34. > :46:36.much they have changed it this week. They haven't really changed it that

:46:37. > :46:53.much. A couple of positional moves for Jason. Osi has with the same

:46:54. > :46:59.five. You have moved those ahead of the Broncos? It is about those teams

:47:00. > :47:07.who can squeeze it out. It takes a lot. That is what my wife likes to

:47:08. > :47:17.say. I like to stay right here. You know what I mean? I met your wifey a

:47:18. > :47:22.couple of weeks ago and I apologise to her about something Osi and

:47:23. > :47:25.myself said. Back to the football Axel I have you stuck with Atlanta

:47:26. > :47:32.and not put Oakland in your top five? I like the Oakland Raiders,

:47:33. > :47:36.but I don't think they are a better team than the Atlanta Falcons.

:47:37. > :47:41.They're Atlanta Falcons would beat the Oakland Raiders, that is why I

:47:42. > :47:44.have them in there. Do you think New England and Seattle if they both

:47:45. > :47:48.finish as the number one seeds, that will be the Super Bowl, as long as

:47:49. > :47:54.they both finish number one and get the home advantage? I would bet on

:47:55. > :47:58.that right now. Right now. Obviously New England is New England, but I

:47:59. > :48:02.like what Seattle is doing now and as long as they stay healthy. They

:48:03. > :48:06.have a couple of injuries on defense at the moment that are scaring me.

:48:07. > :48:10.Seattle is the number one seed, nobody is coming out there

:48:11. > :48:12.victorious beside the Seattle Seahawks.

:48:13. > :48:14.One last reminder the Thanksgiving special NFL Show this Saturday -

:48:15. > :48:17.join us after Match of the Day on BBC One, 11:50pm.

:48:18. > :48:19.That's week 11 wrapped up, we're off to prepare

:48:20. > :48:21.for Thanksgiving and three blockbuster games...

:48:22. > :49:21.Join me and Alan for the new series of QI on BBC2.

:49:22. > :49:24.There's something different about you, Stephen.

:49:25. > :49:36...actually dare to be prime minister.

:49:37. > :49:39.The new generation who are going to unveil the plaque to Bill Richmond.
