:19:51. > :19:56.docked five points, but in a separate disciplinary hearing it,
:19:56. > :19:59.team manager Mike Scott was found guilty of falsifying documents and
:19:59. > :20:06.banned from rugby for life. Evidence according to the club, one
:20:06. > :20:11.man was to blame. The punishment didn't fit the crime. The guy who
:20:11. > :20:18.was responsible for it all, I don't know where he can't -- came from,
:20:18. > :20:22.but it was a mistake, and he dropped us in it, without any doubt.
:20:22. > :20:27.What I am disappointed in his we reported it to the RFU, we found
:20:27. > :20:30.out and told them about it and we got punished. Surely London Welsh,
:20:31. > :20:36.as his employer, is ultimately responsible for any fraudulent
:20:36. > :20:40.actions he committed? Which is why, as soon as we were aware of it, we
:20:40. > :20:44.reported it to the RFU. As soon as we were alerted to the fact that
:20:44. > :20:48.there might be some began this, we reported it to the police, the RFU
:20:48. > :20:53.and the RFL. We did all that we could and more once we became aware
:20:53. > :20:56.of the fact, we acted as best as we could. The fact remains that London
:20:56. > :21:00.Welsh have been relegated and the fear now is the entire edifice
:21:00. > :21:04.could come crumbling down. The chief benefactor at Kelvin Brian
:21:04. > :21:09.has pulled out after 20 years of support. The Chief Executive has
:21:09. > :21:12.resigned. It is rumoured that by chairman John Taylor has also left.
:21:12. > :21:20.With money in short supply, there is every chance players and coaches
:21:20. > :21:24.might jump ship. We have to respect the players' wishes and where they
:21:24. > :21:27.want to be an some players may think, I want to be part of a
:21:28. > :21:31.Premiership club rather than the Championship club. Even if there
:21:31. > :21:34.are contractual commitments, we need to recognise that if players
:21:34. > :21:42.genuinely want to move on, we should respect their wishes and do
:21:42. > :21:47.what is in their best interests. The board had asked me to stay on.
:21:47. > :21:51.And to fulfil my contract, which I am more than prepared to do. So we
:21:51. > :21:54.will see how things develop in the coming weeks. A number of big
:21:54. > :21:58.decisions will need to be made over the coming weeks and months.
:21:58. > :22:02.Perhaps the biggest of all is where London Welsh will play their home
:22:02. > :22:06.games next season. They had, of course, been playing at the Kassam

:22:13. > :22:18.they will have to return to the familiar but less salubrious
:22:18. > :22:21.surroundings of Old Deer Park. like to think that we owe it to the
:22:21. > :22:26.supporters in the Oxford area to look at all the opportunities
:22:26. > :22:29.available in the area to sustain the momentum develop to the last 12
:22:29. > :22:34.months to the Oxford area. I would like to do all I can to ensure
:22:34. > :22:38.there are possibilities there. We are in mid-April, we need to make
:22:38. > :22:42.tangible progress in the next few weeks to be clear what is a viable
:22:42. > :22:45.option next season. The club is refusing to play the Blame Game,
