:00:20. > :00:27.The Scarlets began the season as Wales's best region, but they failed

:00:28. > :00:29.to live up to the hype. Three games down they were floundering, no wins,

:00:30. > :00:40.no points. That is heartbreak for the Scarlets

:00:41. > :00:51.and they are still weeping -- waiting for their first point of the

:00:52. > :00:56.season. But then this. Five wins in a row including a romp over the

:00:57. > :01:02.Glasgow Warriors. Winning is a habit and Scarlets are on a roll. Smiles

:01:03. > :01:11.all round as the Scarlets take the spoils against Glasgow. What better

:01:12. > :01:14.way to put your winning run on the line than welcoming the league

:01:15. > :01:23.leaders? A first start for Johnny McNicholl,

:01:24. > :01:29.the latest kiwi import. Isa Nacewa captains the visitors and he's

:01:30. > :01:34.alongside an exciting prospect, Adam Byrne, who scored three tries this

:01:35. > :01:38.season for Leinster. These are undoubtedly the two form sides in

:01:39. > :01:43.the league. Leinster have won six in a row. Scarlets have won five in a

:01:44. > :01:48.row and victory tonight could see them climb into the top four for the

:01:49. > :01:53.first time this season. Good evening and welcome to a pretty chilly

:01:54. > :01:59.ground but conditions are fantastic for a game of rugby. We have a slick

:02:00. > :02:05.partnership alongside me. Gareth and Richie. We've talked about Scarlets

:02:06. > :02:08.winning five on the trot, two of them came when all their

:02:09. > :02:12.international is where with Wales. What does that tell us about the

:02:13. > :02:16.talent here? They were against Cardiff and Glasgow and they were

:02:17. > :02:20.the best two performances of the season. The young players they've

:02:21. > :02:25.brought in to replace the International 's, the likes of

:02:26. > :02:31.Boyde, Davies, they are standing up and being counted and they are

:02:32. > :02:35.pushing for a first-team spot. Johnny McNicholl, a man the crowd

:02:36. > :02:38.are very excited about. His team-mates have been applauding him

:02:39. > :02:43.in training, he's that good. You didn't play against him, but you

:02:44. > :02:48.were aware of him and he's impressed you. He is well respected in super

:02:49. > :02:53.rugby, scored a hat-trick -- hatful of tries last season and he was part

:02:54. > :02:57.of a special back three. It will be interesting to see what he can add

:02:58. > :03:05.to a special Scarlets back line as it stands. Talking of the Scarlets

:03:06. > :03:09.back line and their attacking prowess, perhaps misfiled in the

:03:10. > :03:13.early part of the season, but in the last few games it's become more

:03:14. > :03:18.fluent. They lost the last three -- first three of the season, but

:03:19. > :03:23.ironically they've won the last five on the bounce. Not a lot has

:03:24. > :03:28.changed. They keep the back row in the wide channels and it creates wit

:03:29. > :03:33.and mismatches in the wide channel. The execution has to be good and

:03:34. > :03:37.that's exactly what has improved for the Scarlets recently. They are

:03:38. > :03:42.getting to the wide channels and creating quick ball and getting

:03:43. > :03:46.mismatches in the wider channels. Here's the mismatch coming up from

:03:47. > :03:51.Steff Evans. Lovely step. He's been one of their form players and the

:03:52. > :03:55.width is being held by Boyde. That's exactly the form they've been

:03:56. > :03:59.playing with over the last few weeks. Powerful finish from Boyde,

:04:00. > :04:04.one of a number of players impressing in the absence of some

:04:05. > :04:10.key internationals. The teams in the dressing rooms but they are about to

:04:11. > :04:14.emerge onto the pitch. Leinster led by Isa Nacewa. They have the best

:04:15. > :04:18.records in the league. One of those records will end tonight. Which one

:04:19. > :04:24.will it be? Lets join our commentators.

:04:25. > :04:31.Thanks. It's the table toppers who take the field first. Strauss,

:04:32. > :04:33.cousin of tomorrow's captain, Adriaan Strauss. Bent and McCarthy

:04:34. > :04:43.are the other thirtysomethings. Gibson-Park at scrum-half, Ross

:04:44. > :04:53.Byrne is 21 and just a third start alongside him. Isa Nacewa giving the

:04:54. > :04:58.experience behind the scrum. The home youngsters providing away

:04:59. > :05:03.supporters well. It's good to see so many local schools represented here.

:05:04. > :05:10.It's good to see that they've got the Scarlets flags and the Leinster

:05:11. > :05:17.flags in evidence this evening on a very cold but thankfully dry evening

:05:18. > :05:29.in Plymouth Lee. Conditions are conducive for good, open rugby.

:05:30. > :05:36.Ryan Elias gets his third consecutive start with Wyn Jones

:05:37. > :05:42.alongside him. David Bulbring in the second row while Will Boyde has been

:05:43. > :05:50.impressing with recent displays. New signing from the Crusaders Johnny

:05:51. > :06:02.McNicholl. Jonathan Evans on a try scoring spree.

:06:03. > :06:09.Only his second game in charge in the competition for Sean Gallagher

:06:10. > :06:18.of Ireland. A lot on his shoulders this evening. Five in a row for the

:06:19. > :06:29.Scarlets, six in a row for Leinster. Which one will give? First penalty

:06:30. > :06:37.in the opening seconds goes to the Scarlets. A chance for them to move

:06:38. > :06:42.downfield as Adam Byrne, as Ross mentioned earlier, one of the top

:06:43. > :06:51.try scorers in the league. A little bit overeager and Patchell taking

:06:52. > :06:54.the Scarlets to just outside the 22. A beautiful night at Park to

:06:55. > :07:02.Scarlets at the start of a big night of Welsh rugby. Scarlets on top form

:07:03. > :07:08.at the moment in the Pro12 and I've watched them in the LV Cup as well

:07:09. > :07:16.so looking forward to tonight. Bulbring brings it down. A lot of

:07:17. > :07:20.running to try and create the space and an early chance for Johnny

:07:21. > :07:24.McNicholl. Did very well to keep it alive, but unfortunately for him it

:07:25. > :07:28.had gone forward beforehand. If that's the shape of things to come,

:07:29. > :07:33.we'll look forward to a great game. Early enterprise from the Scarlets.

:07:34. > :07:51.A good pass, just a little bit narrow. The signs are good.

:07:52. > :07:59.Johnny McNicholl's signing was done a long time ago, but waiting for the

:08:00. > :08:04.end of the MTM cup before finally coming over to the Scarlets. Great

:08:05. > :08:23.they want to get the ball in his hands very early.

:08:24. > :08:36.Wyn Jones, Ryan Elias and Werner Kruger in the front row. Leinster

:08:37. > :08:41.have the best scrummage success in the Pro12 currently. I've been

:08:42. > :08:44.impressed with Jones and Aljaz, two Young front rowers and making a mark

:08:45. > :09:10.here. -- Elias. Mizsei were trying to put pressure

:09:11. > :09:14.on the Scarlets. Patchell was back there. Barry Daly a cross from the

:09:15. > :09:44.left wing. Good tackle by Steff Hughes on

:09:45. > :09:55.halfway. The Scarlets defence up very quickly, led by James Davies. A

:09:56. > :09:59.Kums McNicholl. -- across Kums McNicholl. Into the arms of

:10:00. > :10:08.Gibson-Park. A bit crowded in midfield. Not a pass Patchell was

:10:09. > :10:09.hoping to pick. The line speed of both teams has been impressive early

:10:10. > :10:33.on. Nicely laid back by Ryan. Good,

:10:34. > :10:39.quick, clean ball from Leinster, getting away from the breakdown

:10:40. > :10:43.early. The speed of the ball is really noticeable. Lovely surface,

:10:44. > :10:49.lovely night, and the ball is coming back Freddie quickly on both sides.

:10:50. > :10:53.Nagle trying to time his run, but well read by Boyde. Almost an

:10:54. > :11:03.interception by Patchell. Pressure continuing. Good return ball boy Dan

:11:04. > :11:07.Leavy, but not taken cleanly. You may not recognise many Leinster

:11:08. > :11:12.players, but they have a fine set of players in Dublin. A lot of strength

:11:13. > :11:17.in depth and good young players. You have to be careful on turnover ball,

:11:18. > :11:22.especially against Leinster. It was a loose pass, but they come alive.

:11:23. > :11:32.If that goes to hand, it's a desperate tackle for Parkes. Early

:11:33. > :11:36.warning sides. -- signs. Is that our party should give? He was in his eye

:11:37. > :11:42.line. Speed of both teams very important tonight.

:11:43. > :12:01.Nothing in it as far as the two hacks go, weight wise. -- packs.

:12:02. > :12:09.Steff Evans got the tackle in. Scarlets fancy looking for space,

:12:10. > :12:14.good drive by Boyde. He's impressive. Outstanding young

:12:15. > :12:22.player. There's a few of them down here. It's an area of the game the

:12:23. > :12:34.Scarlets have to be careful. Nicely laid-back by Nacewa. Opening six

:12:35. > :12:42.minutes, ball in hand all round. Byrne tried to get the backpass in.

:12:43. > :12:44.Knock on, advantage plate. Dominic Ryan gets Leinster going forward

:12:45. > :12:50.again. Both front fives are growing

:12:51. > :13:10.already, fast game. Not knocked on by Jonathan Evans.

:13:11. > :13:14.The ball touched in flight. Everybody onside. Adam Byrne brings

:13:15. > :13:30.it up to the ten-metre line. So open at the moment, it's a bit

:13:31. > :13:36.like an old school game. Johnny McNicholl! That's a dream start for

:13:37. > :13:42.the New Zealander. It's been an open seven minutes, but mistakes followed

:13:43. > :13:46.and the ball came out of Strauss's hands into the willing grasp of

:13:47. > :13:52.Johnny McNicholl and it's taken him seven minutes to get his name on the

:13:53. > :13:56.scoresheet for the Scarlets. As much as anything the players are happy to

:13:57. > :14:01.get a rest! What a start to the game. Both teams looking to play

:14:02. > :14:06.wide. Strauss took his eye off the ball and this fella has made the

:14:07. > :14:11.most clean breaks in super rugby last season. He's not going to

:14:12. > :14:19.squander this chance. What a start to his Scarlets career. He took his

:14:20. > :14:29.eye off the ball, juggled it, tried to shift it on. I think he kept his

:14:30. > :14:34.eye on the ball! Great start to the game. If the game continues at this

:14:35. > :14:39.pace, and the willingness of both sides to play and keyboard in hand,

:14:40. > :14:46.we are in for a good night. -- keep ball in hand. What an opening for

:14:47. > :14:48.Scarlets. Not something they created, but something Johnny

:14:49. > :14:57.McNicholl was only too eager to take. The Scarlets will pick them

:14:58. > :15:02.off. Full of confidence at the moment. A great start, it will

:15:03. > :15:09.settle his nerves. Playing for his new team.

:15:10. > :15:19.Lovely weight on the restart. Perfectly done. Nagle couldn't

:15:20. > :15:26.gather, but he did get it back. Boyde did very well on the Scarlets

:15:27. > :15:33.side. Byrne watches the bounce. Waiting for the kicks. Kick chase

:15:34. > :15:35.and organisation is crucial. Aaron Shingler first up following the

:15:36. > :15:56.kick, as is so often the case. They are not giving up on style,

:15:57. > :16:03.Leinster. Advantage here, there was a swinging arm, but the referee has

:16:04. > :16:09.let it go. There's been some good carries by Jack Conan. And Barry

:16:10. > :16:22.Daly on the left wing, he looks a good carrier, too.

:16:23. > :16:30.Daly was waiting for that one. Had to take it on the half volley. Great

:16:31. > :16:40.control from the winger Andy Gray Pastor Daniel Levy. -- and a great

:16:41. > :16:45.pass to Dan Leavy. Not a great couple of minutes. So. The try line

:16:46. > :16:51.was beckoning. Lovely off-load and interplay. Dan Leavy recently

:16:52. > :17:01.selected for his first cap for Ireland. Look at this off-load off

:17:02. > :17:05.the floor. Nacewa is a class act. I mentioned the swinging arm earlier.

:17:06. > :17:17.A cheeky little dig by Hadleigh Parkes. It's an elbow! Lucky for

:17:18. > :17:25.Gibson-Park that he didn't make more contact. It may well interest the

:17:26. > :17:34.citing officer. This is bad news for the Scarlets because Rhys Patchell

:17:35. > :17:44.is leaving. The TMO has brought it to the attention of Sean Gallagher.

:17:45. > :17:49.Blue nine. Not sure there's much contact, but the intent is

:17:50. > :17:58.definitely there. He's clipped him on the chin. I'll tell you what I'm

:17:59. > :18:03.seeing. Blue nine has swung his arm into the red player. He hasn't made

:18:04. > :18:13.any contact, but it's still a penalty. Do you agree? At the

:18:14. > :18:21.moment, Sean Gallagher is only thinking penalty. If it is a

:18:22. > :18:27.penalty, it will be a double whammy. Let's have another look. Hadleigh

:18:28. > :18:33.Parkes driving through, let's go. He's not allowed to do that. That's

:18:34. > :18:42.at least a penalty. Letting him go, going to retreat... Have you heard

:18:43. > :18:47.what I've said? I've heard you and I was asking you to look at the angle

:18:48. > :18:56.from Ed on and bring it up again for me. -- head on.

:18:57. > :19:08.Just checking the contact, as requested. I'm going to stick with

:19:09. > :19:17.my original decision. Penalty only. The crowd went agree, but it will be

:19:18. > :19:21.just a penalty. -- the crowd went agree. A let off for Richardt

:19:22. > :19:24.Strauss, because even if he had got over the line, we would have gone

:19:25. > :19:49.back to the TMO, but it relevant. While all that happened, can you

:19:50. > :19:55.bring us any news or Rhys Patchell? Dan Jones is going to be on. Bad

:19:56. > :19:59.news the Rhys Patchell, but I'm looking forward to seeing Dan Jones.

:20:00. > :20:03.I saw him against Bath in the Anglo Welsh cup a couple of weeks ago and

:20:04. > :20:07.he controlled the game superbly well. This is his chance, it often

:20:08. > :20:10.happens for young players like theirs. Former Wales under 20

:20:11. > :20:18.outside-half. Tom Price couldn't get to the

:20:19. > :21:02.line-out throw. There they go, from the breakdown,

:21:03. > :21:39.led by Jack Conan. Nice pass to Ryan Elias. Good

:21:40. > :21:43.off-load from him as well. A fine cover tackle from Mike McCarthy.

:21:44. > :21:49.Just a bit slow coming around the corner. You can't afford that

:21:50. > :21:54.against these guys. Lovely little into play in midfield, just needed

:21:55. > :21:57.somebody on his shoulder. A bit slow coming around the corner from the

:21:58. > :22:08.previous phase. Jonathan Evans had to go the other way, looking for

:22:09. > :22:14.support. A relieving scrum down here, disappointing. Hopefully we

:22:15. > :22:20.have you -- news on Rhys Patchell. We understand it's a head injury

:22:21. > :22:24.assessment. Just been talking to Mark Taylor, the team manager, and

:22:25. > :22:34.he tells me he is optimistic he will be coming back onto the pitch, but

:22:35. > :22:38.we'll wait and see. Thanks. There's a certain time limit he has to

:22:39. > :22:44.undergo a series of tests. Very simple questions, what's your name?

:22:45. > :22:46.What was the score last night? If he passes them in a certain time, he'll

:22:47. > :23:03.be back. There is one of the new laws, a long

:23:04. > :23:08.arm transfer. Mick McCarthy has to keep the ball within the proximity

:23:09. > :23:12.of his body. He extends his arm and that's not allowed under the new

:23:13. > :23:26.rulings. That's better from Tom Price.

:23:27. > :23:43.Nacewa has to carry over. Did he? He's not sure. He's checking. My

:23:44. > :23:52.first thought was he did carry it over. What a beautiful kick.

:23:53. > :23:56.Checking for the grounding. Nacewa couldn't do anything else than take

:23:57. > :24:02.it over. Beautifully weighted kick, difficult bounce of the ball. I

:24:03. > :24:10.don't have a very good view of the goal-line. Scooted from the in play

:24:11. > :24:24.side of the whitewash. The players legs are in goal as the

:24:25. > :24:29.ball is moving and he brings it back and grounds it so it's a 22 drop

:24:30. > :24:37.out. Technical decision. Good decision. His legs were over, but

:24:38. > :24:42.his arm wasn't. It's a good call. I don't know if you can give Nacewa

:24:43. > :24:53.credit, but if it was intentional, a brilliant touch of skill.

:24:54. > :24:59.Jones called for it amongst all the big forwards. Hadleigh Parkes steps

:25:00. > :25:14.in at ten. Jonathan Edwards probing the

:25:15. > :25:20.blindside, but across comes Nagle. Good defence by Leinster. Clever

:25:21. > :25:25.defence. It's not just a collapsed maul, look how they get their bodies

:25:26. > :25:28.the other side of the ball. Very difficult for a Scarlets player to

:25:29. > :25:39.present the ball and it's a turnover. Rhys Patchell

:25:40. > :25:40.successfully, it looks like, has completed the head injury

:25:41. > :26:03.assessment. Good to see, a head injury

:26:04. > :26:18.assessment coming back onto the field. Relaying the call of the last

:26:19. > :26:19.line just to let him know. Watch out for Jack Conan coming down the

:26:20. > :26:43.channel. Great work by James Davies. He will

:26:44. > :26:48.get in there. He's so selective of these, and very, very good.

:26:49. > :26:54.Exceptionally strong on the ball and low. That's invaluable to having

:26:55. > :27:00.your squad. An openside who can get over the ball, but be clever and

:27:01. > :27:05.picks the right ones as well. If it's cold here, I bet it's a few

:27:06. > :27:13.degrees colder in Galway. Blue is trailing 7-5 at the moment. The game

:27:14. > :27:17.in Belfast was called off because of a frozen pitch. When they put the

:27:18. > :27:24.wind machine on in Galway, it gets worse. Second-half, normally. Price

:27:25. > :27:42.the target again at the front. A good drive on by the Scarlets/ the

:27:43. > :27:50.-- Scarlets forwards. Again, very well defended. Technical, very

:27:51. > :27:54.technical. The referee is spot on. He's blowing the whistle quite

:27:55. > :28:01.sharply tonight, but he's spot on. Irish sides are clever. Good set up,

:28:02. > :28:08.where the Scarlets players are coming onto the ball. When they were

:28:09. > :28:12.trying to get to ground, incomes Dan Leavy. Impressed with him, he's one

:28:13. > :28:27.to watch. He will win many more caps for Ireland. Tom James got the Blues

:28:28. > :28:32.try in Galway. Blues were seventh going into this game, one place

:28:33. > :28:39.behind the Scarlets. Conduct, champions last year, down in tenth.

:28:40. > :28:43.-- Connacht. Scarlets have had two line-outs in the 22 in the first 18

:28:44. > :28:49.minutes and neither have been executed so Leinster have been able

:28:50. > :28:52.to clear their lines. You need to execute, it's a key statistics. How

:28:53. > :29:08.they can transfer possession into points.

:29:09. > :29:13.All transferred back very quickly to the back row again. Clean break by

:29:14. > :29:44.Reid. Using him as first receiver. Steff Evans. David Bulbring. The

:29:45. > :29:52.Leicester defender did not get away quickly enough. Dan Leavy. His

:29:53. > :30:11.mitigation will be could not get away.

:30:12. > :30:24.So far so good from the referee. No way Aaron Shingler could present as

:30:25. > :30:31.he wanted to. It is six of one and half a dozen of another there. Very

:30:32. > :30:40.clever. Five penalties converted -- conceded by Leinster in the opening

:30:41. > :30:42.quarter. He will want to get this just about on the 22 and it changes

:30:43. > :31:01.the line-out call. Can they make this one card? It is

:31:02. > :31:29.their third line-out in the 22 this half.

:31:30. > :31:35.Will Boyde is a good carrier. Aaron Shingler gets them over the gain

:31:36. > :31:50.line. Rhys Patchell. Aled Thomas as a man and ball. Johnny McNicholl

:31:51. > :31:56.goes the long way round. Wyn Jones. The referee eventually decides there

:31:57. > :32:06.is no advantage. After the warning I wonder if it will be a card as well.

:32:07. > :32:16.He made it clear when he spoke to Isa Nacewa and it should be a yellow

:32:17. > :32:25.card. Ref mac I have just spoken to the captain about not rolling away.

:32:26. > :32:30.He is true to his word. It might not be the same offence but repeat

:32:31. > :32:34.offending has the same result. The accumulation of all those penalties.

:32:35. > :32:41.It was the third line-out in the 22. They apply the Scarlets are going

:32:42. > :32:45.for the try. They have good set up in the more. You can't pull this

:32:46. > :32:55.down and McCarthy in full vision of the referee visit. Can they make it

:32:56. > :32:59.count? The Scarlets have been daddy Leicester territory a few times but

:33:00. > :33:09.have come away empty-handed. Can they make use of the extra man up

:33:10. > :33:16.front? Werner Kruger is over. The Scarlets are celebrating and this

:33:17. > :33:21.time they make it count. To justification. On the yellow card

:33:22. > :33:27.should cost you and it has. And the decision by Hadleigh Parkes to go to

:33:28. > :33:37.the corner and they executed it. The fall is rewarded the captain for the

:33:38. > :33:40.decision. The forwards coach has got them going and it's nothing short of

:33:41. > :33:47.what the Scarlets deserve. Good execution. David Bulbring in a

:33:48. > :33:58.keeper 's vision. The leg power and height takes them over. They are

:33:59. > :33:59.played to the Scarlets. Some young players in there but a good

:34:00. > :34:15.collective decision. Rhys Patchell with an excellent

:34:16. > :34:24.conversion from wide out. That has doubled the score. I think the

:34:25. > :34:29.Scarlets will be quite pleased. Catrin Heledd is with Mark Taylor.

:34:30. > :34:32.That is how you make the most of an extra man. We put them under

:34:33. > :34:39.pressure with the driving line-out and again a good call to go for the

:34:40. > :34:44.corner and we got the reward. A very tough Leinster team and delighted

:34:45. > :34:48.with the start with that. Johnny McNicholl has been impressive in

:34:49. > :34:56.training. What a Scarlets debut. He has come over and he finished that

:34:57. > :34:58.off with one of his first edges. That is the reason we want people

:34:59. > :35:13.like him here. They didn't manage to clear from the

:35:14. > :35:25.restart. They will need to from here. Aaron Shingler the safe

:35:26. > :35:33.recipient. Jonathan Evans who has scored a try in each of the last

:35:34. > :35:39.three games. It was a safe defensive kick but it could have turned out

:35:40. > :35:44.better. It's a lovely kick. The strategy is either to kick long and

:35:45. > :35:48.get a good chase or kick a contestable kick. They chose the

:35:49. > :35:50.latter and Steff Evans should have backed himself to take that. It's a

:35:51. > :36:08.good Catt tactic. A good kick under pressure. It is a

:36:09. > :36:22.contestable height and distance. Adam Byrne was lying deep waiting

:36:23. > :36:30.for the long kick. Dominic Ryan has moved up to Parton -- partner Ian

:36:31. > :36:36.Nagle in the second row. It's crucial they don't give any points

:36:37. > :36:44.away while Mike McCarthy is. Just consolidate that lead. They are

:36:45. > :36:50.running at the ten channel. Aled Thomas and Johnny McNicholl with the

:36:51. > :37:12.tackle. It's Leinster 's ball. Richardt Strauss. Peter Dooley. Back

:37:13. > :37:17.on the angle comes Noel Reid. Not bearing his weight on the floor. His

:37:18. > :37:21.entry was legal into the tackle area but he went off his feet. The

:37:22. > :37:31.referee has been spot on in this area of the game. I think they will

:37:32. > :37:37.take the three points year. One man down. Will Boyde is disappointed

:37:38. > :37:43.with himself. He's had a great start to the game. This is the tackle. He

:37:44. > :37:57.comes through the entry but he doesn't support his own body weight.

:37:58. > :38:04.Reaching passed the ball, it's too clear for the referee. It just looks

:38:05. > :38:14.wrong more than anything. But he's trying things and his all action.

:38:15. > :38:18.It's good to see. Isa Nacewa reaches the 50 point mark in the league for

:38:19. > :38:23.the season and gets Leinster's first of the evening. You always worry as

:38:24. > :38:28.a coach about how vulnerable your team is after scoring and that is

:38:29. > :38:34.three cheap points particularly with the yellow card for Leinster.

:38:35. > :38:46.Leinster are down to 14 men for the next four minutes. And con advantage

:38:47. > :38:59.being played. Jack Conan disappointed after the initial good

:39:00. > :39:04.work. A great state. Jonathan Evans ripping the ball from the number

:39:05. > :39:08.eight. He has done well since coming back to Wales from Bath. He has

:39:09. > :39:12.taken a few opportunities off the bench and pushed himself up the

:39:13. > :39:50.pecking order behind Gareth Davies at the Scarlets.

:39:51. > :39:54.The games between these two have been one by the home side on the

:39:55. > :40:19.last five occasions. Jonathan Evans to Aled Thomas. David

:40:20. > :40:27.Bulbring. Another penalty. Rhys Patchell. Floated out by Hadleigh

:40:28. > :40:31.Parkes to James Davies. Still advantage being played. The Leinster

:40:32. > :40:45.defence came up to quickly in midfield. We're starting to see the

:40:46. > :40:49.shape Richie Rees talked about. Ryan Elias was out there. James Davies

:40:50. > :40:58.again in the wide channel. Will Boyde in this near channel. They are

:40:59. > :41:01.getting into that shape. They are going for it again. It's great to

:41:02. > :41:13.see. It shows a lot of courage. Going for the throat. A couple of

:41:14. > :41:17.forwards of Rhys Patchell at ten. He gets back into position. James

:41:18. > :41:33.Davies waiting in that far 15 metre channel. And tidy but James Davies

:41:34. > :41:38.does gather. Wyn Jones. Ryan Elias. The Scarlets have a minute to take

:41:39. > :41:43.advantage of the extra man. Hadleigh Parkes comes on strong angle.

:41:44. > :41:50.Jonathan Evans. Rhys Patchell. Well read by Isa Nacewa. The pass was too

:41:51. > :41:55.long and it gave Isa Nacewa a chance. The Scarlets still have

:41:56. > :42:03.possession but up backpedalling. They are a bit narrow now. Steff

:42:04. > :42:12.Hughes does give them a bit of it. Hadleigh Parkes tries to go through

:42:13. > :42:24.again. Great pass by Rhys Patchell. Ryan Elias. Up into double phases --

:42:25. > :42:29.double figures for phases. Aaron Shingler. Jonathan Evans. Rhys

:42:30. > :42:37.Patchell has a go himself. Again, tantalisingly close. They need quick

:42:38. > :42:43.ball. Great defence keeps out Jonathan Evans. Aaron Shingler has a

:42:44. > :42:52.luck. Johnny McNicholl is a screaming on the touchline. They

:42:53. > :42:58.keep it tight. Wyn Jones has a go. There is a chance on the left-hand

:42:59. > :43:02.side. Steff Evans tries to sneak through and he has them. The

:43:03. > :43:05.Scarlets are rewarded for their enterprise in keeping the ball alive

:43:06. > :43:14.as Steff Evans gets try number three. And rewarded in the boldness

:43:15. > :43:18.going for the corner. They built the phases, pressured the Leinster line

:43:19. > :43:22.and got there in the end. Steff Evans does really well. He still has

:43:23. > :43:27.a bit to do and it's a great score from the Scarlets. I have been

:43:28. > :43:34.impressed by this young man this season. He knows where the line is.

:43:35. > :43:40.The Scarlets go for the throat and capitalise on the yellow card of

:43:41. > :43:51.Mike McCarthy. A good finish by Steff Evans. His fourth of the

:43:52. > :43:54.season. The Scarlets have been criticised for getting three tries

:43:55. > :43:58.but not getting the bonus point but they have one hole have to get one

:43:59. > :44:02.more try. If you have your foot on the throat of a side like Leinster

:44:03. > :44:05.you have to go for it you can let them get back into the game. Rhys

:44:06. > :44:18.Patchell slots are crucial to points. If you have a chance to put

:44:19. > :44:20.the Moray, put them away. Three from 34 Rhys Patchell. What an

:44:21. > :44:34.encouraging first half from the Scarlets. Despite Isa Nacewa's

:44:35. > :44:42.penalty Leinster were made to pay for losing a man to the sin-bin.

:44:43. > :44:48.They got out of jail there. Wayne Pivac and his coaching team would

:44:49. > :44:51.have been on eBay because you are vulnerable straight after scoring

:44:52. > :44:55.and you want your team to Exeter and get out of the danger zone. They

:44:56. > :45:21.will have another -- another opportunity to do that.

:45:22. > :45:28.Not for the first time the scrum goes down on the near side. Werner

:45:29. > :45:39.Kruger is propping against Peter Dooley. We are nearly at 25 minutes

:45:40. > :45:45.before half-time. Leinster will be dangerous as they chase the game but

:45:46. > :45:48.a fantastic half for the seat Daleks. Technically sound and some

:45:49. > :46:07.good young players getting in the wider channels.

:46:08. > :46:16.Jonathan Evans comes away for it. Over the halfway. He has a Steff

:46:17. > :46:21.Evans in support. As he looked at the defence coming across the

:46:22. > :46:32.concentration went and so did the try scoring opportunity. We were

:46:33. > :46:39.praising him for his close finish. Jonathan Evans showed a clean pair

:46:40. > :46:46.of heels. It was on his right shoulder attached but Jonathan Evans

:46:47. > :46:51.did absolutely everything. He drew Isa Nacewa in and fed his winger but

:46:52. > :46:58.that is a bonus point try gone. I hope they don't live to regret that.

:46:59. > :47:03.It is Dutch -- attach flat on him but he's got the gas and he should

:47:04. > :47:20.have taken it. The Scarlets fans with their heads in their hands.

:47:21. > :48:07.They've got to five pointers so far this season.

:48:08. > :48:18.Ross Byrne to Isa Nacewa. Time for Aled Thomas. He knew the fullback

:48:19. > :48:23.was following his own kick. The outside-half had gone back there.

:48:24. > :48:41.That is in the hands of Johnny McNicholl. Rhys Patchell. That was

:48:42. > :48:45.dangerous. Leinster shooting out of the line and putting the parser

:48:46. > :48:51.under pressure. Good play again from the Scarlets. See how we spotted out

:48:52. > :49:02.of the back and backs himself. He hits Hadleigh Parkes man and ball.

:49:03. > :49:06.If somebody comes out of the line like that Rhys Patchell should go at

:49:07. > :49:24.him and make that decision to come out of the line a vulnerable one.

:49:25. > :49:57.Jamison Gibson-Park to Rory O'Loughlin. Just a couple of minutes

:49:58. > :50:02.for the Scarlets not to concede at the end of the first half. Keep your

:50:03. > :50:10.line discipline, don't go for lost causes. Support from Noel Reid.

:50:11. > :50:14.Richardt Strauss out to Adam Byrne. Back inside and as we were talking

:50:15. > :50:20.about not conceding that exactly what the Scarlets to and that is a

:50:21. > :50:30.lifeline for Leinster. Will the Scarlets reject that dropped pass by

:50:31. > :50:33.Steff Evans? You have to credit the hooker for the support. Fast play

:50:34. > :50:40.again and Noel Reid is a dangerous player. A very clever pass. They do

:50:41. > :50:48.looked dangerous in those wide channels. Dominic Ryan's burst to

:50:49. > :50:57.start it all. The presence of mind to offload knowing Noel Reid was in

:50:58. > :51:00.support. Richardt Strauss likes it out in the wide area and he makes up

:51:01. > :51:13.to his early -- for his earlier dropped pass. Game on. The Pretoria

:51:14. > :51:16.born hooker has 17 caps for Ireland. Isa Nacewa tries to add the extra

:51:17. > :51:24.two points but it cuts across the face. That could prove costly. It's

:51:25. > :51:30.a great night for the kickers. Great off-load on the presence of mind to

:51:31. > :51:33.float the pass over. Lovely step inside Steff Evans and a quality

:51:34. > :51:56.score from the league leaders. It could be the final play of the

:51:57. > :52:08.first half. They have shown no great sense to go to the touchline

:52:09. > :52:19.Leinster. Good step by Aled Davies. Aaron Shingler. The clock goes red.

:52:20. > :52:23.Jonathan Evans just checking and Rhys Patchell puts the ball dead. A

:52:24. > :52:27.pretty satisfactory first half for the Scarlets but it could have been

:52:28. > :52:30.even better. They could have the bonus point in the bank and a clean

:52:31. > :52:36.sheet but instead it's three tries to one. The Scarlets lead 21-8.

:52:37. > :52:42.Hadleigh Parkes is with Catrin Heledd. You had the extra man on the

:52:43. > :52:46.pitch and you made them pay. The forwards wanted to go for the

:52:47. > :52:51.line-out and we got our reward for that. It's a shame we let them in

:52:52. > :52:56.with a couple of minutes to go but it's been pleasing. And very close

:52:57. > :53:01.to securing the bonus point. Sometimes it just doesn't come off.

:53:02. > :53:11.Hopefully we can come out in the second half and put on a show for

:53:12. > :53:15.the fans. What a game it's been sold. It's pretty much been all

:53:16. > :53:23.Scarlets. What a dream start for Johnny McNicholl on his debut. Mike

:53:24. > :53:25.McCarthy was shown a yellow card not long after and the Scarlets took

:53:26. > :53:31.advantage. At the confidence to go for the line-out and that was the

:53:32. > :53:36.end result. Werner Kruger at the bottom of the pile of bodies. Then

:53:37. > :53:40.patients for their third. Steff Evans crossed the line after another

:53:41. > :53:44.of phases. The Scarlets with three quarters of the way towards a bonus

:53:45. > :53:47.point and they still have a healthy lead at half-time but it's not as

:53:48. > :53:52.big as it could have been because in the dying moments of that first-half

:53:53. > :53:58.Richardt Strauss crossed for Leinster's first try of the game.

:53:59. > :54:01.Interesting to look at the stats because they are very even. The

:54:02. > :54:05.Scarlets have made their most out of their opportunities they've had.

:54:06. > :54:12.Territory and possession virtually even. Penalties conceded, seven

:54:13. > :54:14.conceded by Leinster and to buy the Scarlets. The Scarlets staying on

:54:15. > :54:27.the right side of the referee. A fascinating opening half for the

:54:28. > :54:33.Scarlets. What a half of rugby and they could have secured the bonus

:54:34. > :54:37.point by half-time. It's largely down to the pressure the Scarlets

:54:38. > :54:41.are exerting on Leicester. They can't get out of their half. The

:54:42. > :54:44.Scarlets can't have too many complaints. The key players are

:54:45. > :54:53.playing well and that's all you can ask. These two teams are the form

:54:54. > :54:57.teams in the league. But you'd think the Scarlets worthy table toppers on

:54:58. > :55:02.the evidence of that display so far. They have blown them away. The

:55:03. > :55:08.Johnny McNicholl try was a good starter him. You can see the energy,

:55:09. > :55:13.it's a young squad and well captained by Hadleigh Parkes. They

:55:14. > :55:17.are playing for each other and it's a fantastic team. Johnny McNicholl

:55:18. > :55:26.has looked hungry for work and what a start to his Scarlets career. He

:55:27. > :55:31.will be really pleased. He is a big-name signing. You always want to

:55:32. > :55:38.get off the mark as a winger. It's your first job to score tries. There

:55:39. > :55:43.was a bit of luck but he gets on the ball and there was only one winner

:55:44. > :55:50.after that. The wingers are predators. The spot opportunities

:55:51. > :55:53.and make the most of them. Steff Evans has been fantastic so far but

:55:54. > :55:59.there was a chance and Johnny McNicholl to get. It's difficult for

:56:00. > :56:06.Steph on the other side but it's those small things that sometimes

:56:07. > :56:13.separate the top class players. One try each for the winners. The wide

:56:14. > :56:19.game is going well. We spoke before about the Scarlets pack not having a

:56:20. > :56:22.really hard edge but they are picking a game plan to suit the

:56:23. > :56:26.players they've got and in that back row they've got to sevens in Will

:56:27. > :56:31.Boyde and James Davies and they are playing a game plan which suits

:56:32. > :56:35.those players. Both of those players have been a nuisance at the

:56:36. > :56:39.breakdown. They are working in tandem and getting over the ball.

:56:40. > :56:47.James Davies year is a superb openside. He joined that defensive

:56:48. > :56:55.line and made the tackle and is back on his feet. He's over the top of

:56:56. > :56:59.the ball and it's a penalty. Again, just the workrate of both of them in

:57:00. > :57:03.defence and attack has given the Scarlets the go forward and put

:57:04. > :57:11.Leinster under pressure. They are struggling to deal with it at the

:57:12. > :57:14.moment. Wales did not think on their feet against Japan. They are

:57:15. > :57:22.intelligent players thinking on their feet and making those

:57:23. > :57:28.decisions. Definitely. They lack the experience of international players

:57:29. > :57:31.but the way they are playing, in attack they are splitting on either

:57:32. > :57:39.side off the field but in defence they are hunting in packs. They have

:57:40. > :57:42.been impressive tonight. Johnny McNicholl got over the try line and

:57:43. > :57:47.the other winner Steff Evans scored as well. It was the patients which

:57:48. > :57:53.impressed everybody about that try. They went through the phases and

:57:54. > :57:57.Steff Evans eventually saw the gap and scored. It's about having

:57:58. > :58:02.composure in the final third off the field. Steff Evans has scored a few

:58:03. > :58:11.tries this season. He is looking for the ball. They built through the

:58:12. > :58:18.phases. The ball could have gone to phases earlier. Steff Evans stops

:58:19. > :58:22.back out. He is running at spaces rather than bodies and by doing that

:58:23. > :58:27.he's always going to get that extra two or three metres over the gain

:58:28. > :58:31.line. You have been looking at Johnny McNicholl throughout that

:58:32. > :58:36.first-half and you have spotted some of the off the ball stuff. He is

:58:37. > :58:41.keeping about Leinster defence honest with his field position. Yes,

:58:42. > :58:47.Smart work of the ball. Whether the narrow angle for the driving

:58:48. > :58:51.line-out and the pick and go try a year is holding his lips. He is on

:58:52. > :58:55.the touchline. That means the Leicester defence have to spread. It

:58:56. > :59:01.means they can't put as much pressure on the ball when the

:59:02. > :59:05.Scarlets are picking and going. Johnny McNicholl is making a good

:59:06. > :59:10.first impression. It's all to do in the second half. A couple of other

:59:11. > :59:17.games going on tonight in the Pro12. The Blues are playing Connacht.

:59:18. > :59:23.Connacht went ahead in that one but then this from Tom James,

:59:24. > :59:30.intercepting that when to put the Blues back on level terms and its

:59:31. > :59:34.7-7. Glasgow against the Ospreys was scoreless for most of the first half

:59:35. > :59:40.but Tom Habberfield has put the Ospreys into a 5-0 lead over

:59:41. > :59:48.Glasgow. Catrin Heledd is on the touchline. I am actually in the

:59:49. > :59:53.stands because when I was in school I used to go on trips to museums but

:59:54. > :00:04.I did go to the rugby. But we have school year from Dublin. You are the

:00:05. > :00:08.games master of Saint Mary's College Dublin. We have been doing this

:00:09. > :00:27.fixture for the last 38 years. We've had Jonny Sexton, Jack

:00:28. > :00:32.McGrath, a lot of guys that have gone on and played for Ireland and

:00:33. > :00:46.Lions. A very interesting a school trip. Who is going to win? If we can

:00:47. > :00:50.get a bit more possession, Leinster. Did he set Scotland? I don't think

:00:51. > :00:54.they are playing! Well done, braving those schoolkids, who are clearly

:00:55. > :00:59.very excited. There's another game tomorrow, and it's a big one. The

:01:00. > :01:05.last of the autumn internationals and a chance for Wales to redeem

:01:06. > :01:11.themselves. There will be no quarter given at the principality stadium as

:01:12. > :01:16.two wounded beasts look to salvage pride. Wales against South Africa on

:01:17. > :01:23.BBC Two at 5pm. And a double bill on Sunday. Dragons against Ospreys. --

:01:24. > :01:36.Dragons against Edinburgh. It is a big day for Wales tomorrow.

:01:37. > :01:43.Let's remind ourselves of the team Rob Harley has picked. Pretty much

:01:44. > :01:49.the team that beat Argentina. Dan Lydiate is at six, replacing Sam

:01:50. > :01:53.Warburton. He suffered a stinger in training on Tuesday. The backs are

:01:54. > :02:01.the same as the ones that beat Argentina. Liam Williams and Leigh

:02:02. > :02:05.Halfpenny have swapped. Scott Williams and Jonathan Davies, the

:02:06. > :02:12.Scarlets pair, in the centre. We've talked about the back row, no Sam

:02:13. > :02:15.Warburton, but Justin Tipuric is on the openside flanker Matt Moriarty

:02:16. > :02:21.retains his place at eight with Follett out on the bench. Would you

:02:22. > :02:33.have played Fala towel? I think it's the right decision. It rewards

:02:34. > :02:38.Moriarty for his good form so far. I think it's a good decision all

:02:39. > :02:42.round. After Sam Davies's heroics to win the game against Japan, there

:02:43. > :02:47.were many calling for his inclusion in the starting line-up against

:02:48. > :02:53.South Africa. Would that have been a bit reactionary? Is Dan Biggar still

:02:54. > :03:02.the man? They are the two best tens in Wales at the moment. Dan, with

:03:03. > :03:06.his experience, and his control... We saw what Sam could do off the

:03:07. > :03:13.bench and hopefully he gets a bit longer tomorrow afternoon. We can

:03:14. > :03:19.see the Ospreys try. I mentioned Tom Habberfield got over the line. Never

:03:20. > :03:28.in easy place to go and win so they will be delighted being 5-0 up at

:03:29. > :03:35.half-time. Tom Habberfield showing pace to get over the line. One more

:03:36. > :03:41.question before we talk about this game. I want to talk about South

:03:42. > :03:46.Africa tomorrow. We saw the Wales team. South Africa have picked a

:03:47. > :03:50.very inexperienced team. Seven caps in the three quarters line. It's

:03:51. > :03:56.Thomas Likert C has thrown caution to the wind. Does that put more

:03:57. > :03:58.pressure on Wales? If they were marginal favourites before South

:03:59. > :04:03.Africa announced the team, they are massive favourites now. You would

:04:04. > :04:07.hope so and hopefully we come away with a good win. It shows that South

:04:08. > :04:12.Africa are really unhappy and that's more down to the pressure that's

:04:13. > :04:19.come on from the public and media in South Africa. It's almost a case of

:04:20. > :04:23.the coach doing something. Making a change and reacting to that loss

:04:24. > :04:29.because they will have been wounded after the loss to Italy. The teams

:04:30. > :04:33.are coming back out so I will ask you briefly to a prediction on South

:04:34. > :04:41.Africa against Wales. I would go with Wales by 12. Wales by ten. Very

:04:42. > :04:49.positive. Let's get back to this game. Rhys Patchell is about to kick

:04:50. > :04:51.off. Scarlets one try away from achieving a bonus point. Leinster

:04:52. > :05:01.have it all to do. No changes during the interval.

:05:02. > :05:07.Leinster will look to build on that late recovery. Scarlets will have to

:05:08. > :05:16.put behind them the one missed chance for a bonus point and get

:05:17. > :05:25.down there and create another. Superb take by Thomas. Would have

:05:26. > :05:29.been. This is one for the referee and TMO to sort out between them.

:05:30. > :05:32.What it a fair challenge in the air or water it not? Clearly going to

:05:33. > :05:54.TMO. They have a clear protocol now. Go back. No doubt Thomas called the

:05:55. > :06:03.ball. I want to check the contact between 11 blue and 15 red. Was it a

:06:04. > :06:08.rash challenge? Eyes on the ball, textbook. That's a yellow card and

:06:09. > :06:20.it could be worse. He's landed on his head. It could be a red card

:06:21. > :06:30.here. We could see red. These are the best two angles. Keeping his eye

:06:31. > :06:35.on the ball, he's gone up. I think they have clear directives now

:06:36. > :06:39.regarding this. He's looking at the man. He's tackled him in the air.

:06:40. > :06:45.That's a red for me because he comes down on his head. What I've seen is

:06:46. > :06:52.11 blue has tackled the player in the air. I just want you to confirm

:06:53. > :06:57.that if I took the hand out of the equation, his head would have made

:06:58. > :07:05.contact with the ground first. I think his head makes contact with

:07:06. > :07:11.the ground anyway. It's a real shame, he's had a good game so far.

:07:12. > :07:19.Young player. Too rash. I'm going to give a red card to number 11 blue

:07:20. > :07:28.and a penalty. Player safety is paramount. Poor Aled Thomas came

:07:29. > :07:33.down in a heap and that could have been really, really nasty. Very

:07:34. > :07:41.unfortunate and he knows it. He landed on his head so it's a red

:07:42. > :07:46.card. He wasn't expecting that. He was expecting yellow, not red. A

:07:47. > :07:51.real shame for the young man, he's had a good game, he's carried well,

:07:52. > :07:56.he's looked lively. It's a rash decision and challenge. He will

:07:57. > :08:01.learn from that, he won't do it again. It puts the Scarlets in the

:08:02. > :08:08.box position now to ram this time. They won't have a better chance.

:08:09. > :08:14.Disappointment for Barry Daly, but the correct decision from Sean

:08:15. > :08:20.Gallagher. Can the Scarlets make it count? They have time on their

:08:21. > :08:26.hands. They have superior numbers. They should surely make it count

:08:27. > :08:29.from here. They looked good enough in the first 40. They can't rest on

:08:30. > :08:37.their laurels, they have to be ruthless. A lot of rugby to play.

:08:38. > :08:50.Aled Thomas straight back in play. He's lost out to Adam Byrne.

:08:51. > :09:09.Gibson-Park giving them some breathing space.

:09:10. > :09:19.Dominic Ryan is guarding the far wing at the moment. Can they get

:09:20. > :09:24.McNicholl out there? Lovely step by Shingler. Great work past Dominic

:09:25. > :09:40.Ryan. Bulbring was there. Hadleigh Parkes lays it back. Great

:09:41. > :09:45.pass to Steff Evans. Links up with Aled Thomas and the spare man is

:09:46. > :09:52.Will Boyde. The Scarlets have their bonus point. What a try from the

:09:53. > :09:56.Scarlets. Tantalise -- capitalising on the red card straightaway. We

:09:57. > :10:02.said they needed to be ruthless and they've done that. Some deft skills

:10:03. > :10:09.in the midfield, the timing of the pass was fantastic. Two of the

:10:10. > :10:14.players are still on the field. Will Boyde in the five metre channel.

:10:15. > :10:21.Watch this pass, the delay. Lovely pass to put Steff Evans through.

:10:22. > :10:26.Aled Thomas shows and gives. You will see these two young men in the

:10:27. > :10:32.wide channels, holding the wits. Great play by added tots and that's

:10:33. > :10:37.the bonus point try. No sooner does he come tumbling from a height, than

:10:38. > :10:41.he gets hammered with a tackle! The Link viable in creating the space

:10:42. > :10:48.for Will Boyde. Very, very well worked try. Lovely rugby on a lovely

:10:49. > :10:53.night. Unfortunate that the yen -- young Leinster winger -- wing is

:10:54. > :10:57.off, but Scarlets have to be ruthless. They have to keep the

:10:58. > :11:04.tempo high and make the Leinster men work hard, and use their bench

:11:05. > :11:09.wisely. Four tries against the Dragons, four tries against the blue

:11:10. > :11:17.and now four tries against Leinster. All four converted by Rhys Patchell.

:11:18. > :11:21.You know how I feel as a coach about the conversion. It doesn't seem like

:11:22. > :11:28.much, but it's the next Denayer Lynda Coffin of Leinster. What have

:11:29. > :11:34.they got now? -- it's an extra nail in the Coffin of Leinster.

:11:35. > :11:44.Well, Leinster have brought Zane Kirchner on for Dominic Ryan. Having

:11:45. > :11:49.lost a winger, they are now bringing on a back three player as well. A

:11:50. > :11:58.change at scrum-half and hooker as well for the visitors.

:11:59. > :12:05.It's not going right for Leinster now, even the bounce of the ball.

:12:06. > :12:09.James Tracy, one of the replacements. And the other one,

:12:10. > :12:27.Luke McGrath. Dan Leavy knocked it on in trying to

:12:28. > :12:32.pick it up. Help from the touch judge. The little things where the

:12:33. > :12:43.extra man will tell. Leinster will get very narrow now on the kick

:12:44. > :12:47.chase. Look at Stephen's moustache! November macro going on.

:12:48. > :13:01.Good effort. I don't know about that! How many days to go? Is it

:13:02. > :13:14.after the watershed? Are we allowed to show that?

:13:15. > :13:27.Loose from the Scarlets. Jack Conan has been impressive. Good ball.

:13:28. > :13:29.They'll need him now. McCarthy, former Connacht man, seven years

:13:30. > :13:54.there before joining Leinster. Good build-up by Leinster. Peter

:13:55. > :14:04.Dooley gets over the gain line. Pushes back the Scarlets defence.

:14:05. > :14:15.Dan Leavy is on his own. Support now arrives. James Tracy once more.

:14:16. > :14:18.They've got their order back in defence now, Scarlets, but they

:14:19. > :14:28.can't get loose or complacent. Keep playing the way they are playing.

:14:29. > :14:36.Noel Reid is the danger man. The ball just dying on Ross Byrne. We

:14:37. > :14:41.are next to the Leinster coaching staff. They probably want the ground

:14:42. > :14:45.to swallow them up, nothing is going right for them. The Scarlets just

:14:46. > :14:50.have to concentrate on themselves. The ball dies at his feet. Keep

:14:51. > :14:55.their composure and keep their systems. Play when they have the

:14:56. > :15:00.opportunity and use the extra man. Squads are absolutely vital at this

:15:01. > :15:05.time of year. Leinster have a host of big names missing with Ireland.

:15:06. > :15:27.Scarlets doing pretty well with the ones they've got in at the moment.

:15:28. > :15:36.A big boot from Rhys Patchell. They are happy with that. They've picked

:15:37. > :15:43.their heads up and well into Leinster territory.

:15:44. > :15:53.Wales against South Africa, last autumn international, tomorrow

:15:54. > :16:01.afternoon. I'll be Rodney Parade on Sunday afternoon. Justin Marshall

:16:02. > :16:08.will be joining the team for a review of the autumn series at

:16:09. > :16:16.6:10pm on Sunday. He won't be short of a word!

:16:17. > :16:28.Leinster try and weave their patterns and get back into this one.

:16:29. > :16:29.Bulbring has come good in the last few weeks. He's been prominent for

:16:30. > :16:48.the Scarlets. Looking to get the ball away,

:16:49. > :16:56.Leinster. Steff Evans over the ball. Tracy doing just enough. Adam Byrne

:16:57. > :17:00.having to drive over and it was very untidy ball. : doing the salvage

:17:01. > :17:17.job. -- Conan. In from the side. The moment you come in from the

:17:18. > :17:20.side, the referee... I've been impressed with the referee tonight.

:17:21. > :17:29.Good control and made clear decisions. Scarlets ready to make

:17:30. > :17:34.changes. John Fogarty, it could be a long half-hour for your 14 men.

:17:35. > :17:38.Scarlets put us under a lot of pressure in the first half. We

:17:39. > :17:41.turned the ball over for five times on the ground and conceded seven

:17:42. > :17:46.penalties due to the pressure they put on us. We've made it difficult

:17:47. > :17:49.for ourselves. What about the way the Scarlets have taken their

:17:50. > :17:53.opportunities? We knew they would get out the blocks and scored tries

:17:54. > :18:00.and they've done that well. We just have to battle on now. Any chance of

:18:01. > :18:05.getting back into this one? We need to defend this first and get in good

:18:06. > :18:10.positions. If we do that, we can score tries. Thank you. A lot of

:18:11. > :18:21.ground to cover. Leinster, offside in front of the

:18:22. > :18:28.kicker. There goes the Scarlets Gipper. -- skipper.

:18:29. > :18:41.Boyde is a handful. He's impressive. Good pick-up from Wyn Jones. Loves

:18:42. > :18:45.to be part of open play, the loosehead. Looking to step away from

:18:46. > :18:50.Luke McGrath. McNicholl looking for work as well, good to see. It's a

:18:51. > :18:53.good debut, looking for work and looks to have settled in with his

:18:54. > :19:04.fellow players. Scarlets playing with a lot of confidence and a lot

:19:05. > :19:11.of widths. Advantage played. See how wide he's coming.

:19:12. > :19:19.There's the prop, Wyn Jones. Replaced in the first game --

:19:20. > :19:24.replacement in the first game, but he's started every game since. He

:19:25. > :19:28.was top of the turnovers at one point and his scrummaging is very,

:19:29. > :19:36.very good. In the interests of being a boring coach, the scoreboard is 20

:19:37. > :19:40.points. A man advantage. Do you take three and kill off the game or do

:19:41. > :19:45.you go with the philosophy they have had all game and go for the corner

:19:46. > :19:50.and really kill them? There's another warning for Nacewa. You

:19:51. > :19:57.could lose another man. Go to the corner, another penalty... I'd be

:19:58. > :20:03.inclined for the latter, personally. Head injury assessment. Substitute

:20:04. > :20:08.on, please. Dan Leavy going off for a head injury assessment. Peadar

:20:09. > :20:17.Timmins, first of the season for him. For the corner. This is the

:20:18. > :20:34.difference in the Scarlets side this year, playing with confidence.

:20:35. > :20:43.Glasgow are down to 14 men against the Ospreys as well. Wyn Jones slips

:20:44. > :20:52.it back to James Davies. A couple of metres from the try line. Driving

:20:53. > :21:01.in. And they've dropped it again, the Scarlets! Ryan Elias, the number

:21:02. > :21:05.five. Last one out, turn off the lights. That's the end of it.

:21:06. > :21:09.Fantastic decision from Parkes, showing confidence in his team.

:21:10. > :21:15.Young players stepping up. Leinster on the back foot, down to 14 men.

:21:16. > :21:20.You have to congratulate the performance to date. Good composure,

:21:21. > :21:25.good set up. Wyn Jones put in a lovely slip past and that's a good

:21:26. > :21:31.finish. There he goes, Wyn Jones. A little slip in the contact,

:21:32. > :21:36.fantastic. Driving them forward. All about patience, height and

:21:37. > :21:46.technique. And some help from Aaron Shingler, who's had a good game

:21:47. > :21:50.tonight. There's Elias, he typifies the young talent down here at the

:21:51. > :21:52.moment. Hungry to play for the first team, to get onto the starting

:21:53. > :22:06.sheet. When I was learning my times tables,

:22:07. > :22:12.five sevens were 35 and that's exactly what the Scarlets.. It's a

:22:13. > :22:19.good balance at the moment. I'd really like to see them be ruthless

:22:20. > :22:25.now, but still a long way to go. A chance to give the squad run out

:22:26. > :22:33.now. Phillips, Evans and MacLeod are the ones coming on. Try scorer Ryan

:22:34. > :22:58.Elias, Wyn Jones and David Bulbring departing.

:22:59. > :23:03.Scarlets are giving Leinster no time to settle. A very impressive

:23:04. > :23:09.Scarlets performance, as good as we've seen this season. Fantastic,

:23:10. > :23:10.but can they compete it? Keep their discipline, and add to the

:23:11. > :23:24.performance. Tom Daly has just come on for Rory

:23:25. > :23:30.O'Loughlin. Both teams, for different reasons, using the bench.

:23:31. > :23:33.Scarlets giving everybody a chance. Leinster looking for something

:23:34. > :23:39.different to see if they can change the situation. Tadgh Beirne has just

:23:40. > :23:47.come on the field and given a penalty away. His first

:23:48. > :23:53.interventions. Tadgh Beirne has joined from Leinster. He will be

:23:54. > :23:55.looking to make a point having been released. He tried to come he just

:23:56. > :24:08.made the wrong point! Aled Thomas has had a knock 4-2 this

:24:09. > :24:17.evening. He makes way for Gareth Owen. Not bad replacements, either.

:24:18. > :24:22.Showing their depth. Gareth Owen, call it a player. I had him the

:24:23. > :24:30.Ospreys. Aled Davies, recently in the Welsh squad. First time in four

:24:31. > :24:38.games he hasn't got a try, but he certainly contributed and supplied

:24:39. > :24:48.the players around him. Good work from Leinster, led by James Tracy.

:24:49. > :25:04.Eventually forced to ground. Andrew Porter takes it on. Michael Bent

:25:05. > :25:10.next in line. Lovely ball in. Easy road through four Adam Byrne. The

:25:11. > :25:15.fifth of the season. That was too easy from a Scarlets point of view.

:25:16. > :25:20.Yes. You can't switch off. They are top of the league for a reason. 14

:25:21. > :25:25.men or not, they will create and keep coming. 25 minutes of rugby to

:25:26. > :25:29.play. These teams can score four tries and get close to you and they

:25:30. > :25:39.will be hunting for anything. A slip off tackle. Leinster love the inside

:25:40. > :25:46.ball, decoy runners. Lovely little block play and in he comes off the

:25:47. > :25:52.right-wing. Adam Byrne, who has shown good flashes tonight.

:25:53. > :25:58.Conversion from Nacewa. It will be a boost for Leinster after suffering

:25:59. > :26:13.so much in the opening 55 minutes. A good, positive restart, get

:26:14. > :26:17.themselves back into the game, keep the intensity high and make the

:26:18. > :26:22.extra man count towards the last ten minutes. Leinster will still be

:26:23. > :26:26.chasing two tries to get a bonus point, whatever the result.

:26:27. > :26:36.Absolutely. Come away with a point from this.

:26:37. > :26:52.Did the sensible thing, didn't force it. The line speed was there again

:26:53. > :27:10.from Leinster. A good drive on. Patchell to

:27:11. > :27:11.Hadleigh Parkes. Putting the ball behind the defensive lineman up.

:27:12. > :27:33.Ross Byrne. Took his eye off the ball. Now

:27:34. > :27:55.Leinster can sniff a chance. Amazing, you score that extra try,

:27:56. > :28:04.make some replacements and it changes the mood and the shape of

:28:05. > :28:10.the game. Luke McGrath with a quick tap and go, but not from the right

:28:11. > :28:14.place. I think we know where this 1's going. They are going to chase

:28:15. > :28:33.four tries. They need to keep those

:28:34. > :28:41.concentration levels up, they can't think this is done and dusted.

:28:42. > :28:46.Scarlets scored their 35th point quite early in the half. It's

:28:47. > :28:52.tempting to get fresh players on and give them some game time, but don't

:28:53. > :28:56.underestimate this team. They are a champion province and they've won

:28:57. > :29:00.this Pro12, they've won European cups, depth in their squad.

:29:01. > :29:05.McNicholl has had an impressive debut. After the red card, I'm not

:29:06. > :29:09.sure any Leinster players were going to touch in. He's scored a try, he's

:29:10. > :29:24.been creative. Jack Conan with the line-out take.

:29:25. > :29:29.James Tracy has the ball in his hands.

:29:30. > :29:36.Scarlets have to be careful now, they could lose a man because they

:29:37. > :29:43.are conceding penalties at a rate. A little grubber kick through...

:29:44. > :29:46.Interesting. A trifle Tom Daly! Suddenly the game has changed

:29:47. > :29:54.complexion completely. Leinster are back in this. Complacency, that's

:29:55. > :29:59.all I can say. Complacency. Not just on the field, off the field. Making

:30:00. > :30:00.replacements, changing the picture of the game. Leinster aren't going

:30:01. > :30:07.away. Does he get it? A lovely little kick. Beautifully

:30:08. > :31:10.weighted. Can these replacements make their

:31:11. > :31:14.mark for the Scarlets? Leinster are fighting the two points because if

:31:15. > :31:22.they get back within seven, even if they lose, they will come only with

:31:23. > :31:34.two. If you are six points adrift with ten minutes on the clock they

:31:35. > :31:39.are chasing five. The Ospreys have extended their lead against 14 man

:31:40. > :31:43.Glasgow. Dan Baker adding to Tom Habberfield's try. Connacht are

:31:44. > :31:52.getting the better of it in Galway against the Blues. Josh Macleod into

:31:53. > :32:10.the Leinster 22. Aled Davies. Dan Jones. Steff Hughes. Dylan Evans.

:32:11. > :32:20.Leinster keeping the Scarlets outside the 22 at the moment. James

:32:21. > :32:33.Davies trying to inject a bit of pace. That's more like it. Looking

:32:34. > :32:37.to get in the game. Stretching the defence one way and then the other.

:32:38. > :32:43.Leinster have turned it over. Ross Byrne putting it back downfield.

:32:44. > :32:57.Gareth Owen under pressure from Isa Nacewa. Hadleigh Parkes needs to

:32:58. > :33:04.clear the decks. It is a massive net gain. The Scarlets have to be very

:33:05. > :33:19.careful. These half-backs need to control this game. Gareth Owen

:33:20. > :33:26.coming across. He gets to his feet. A good rescue by Gareth Owen.

:33:27. > :33:37.Nervous times at the moment. A shake of the head by Wayne Pivac. Where

:33:38. > :33:42.has this gone wrong? Tom Daley. Jack Conan with another telling Carrie.

:33:43. > :33:49.James Tracy has done well since he's come on. Isa Nacewa in the thick of

:33:50. > :33:57.things. This is 14 man Leinster remember. Tactically various tube.

:33:58. > :34:16.This strength is in the close quarters.

:34:17. > :34:34.Out to Adam Byrne on the way. Danger signs again for the Scarlets.

:34:35. > :34:51.Dan Leavy back on the field. James Tracy again. They are not going

:34:52. > :34:58.wide. That is good defence eventually by the Scarlets. James

:34:59. > :35:01.Davies gets the congratulations. He thought he had won on the near

:35:02. > :35:05.touchline but the referee didn't give it. He picked another good run

:35:06. > :35:16.under the post that it was a vital penalty. That meant so much for the

:35:17. > :35:21.team. They needed to relieve the pressure. Dan Jones putting the ball

:35:22. > :35:30.out of play. Catrin Heledd is with Rob Evans. The Scarlets prop joins

:35:31. > :35:35.me now. This game seemed done and dusted but the Scarlets under

:35:36. > :35:42.pressure. We have done well but we need to calm it down a bit and keep

:35:43. > :35:46.the ball and close the game out. The most of the game it has been pretty

:35:47. > :35:54.pleasing. What is Wayne Pivac thinking right now? Here's a chilled

:35:55. > :36:00.out blog. He is probably hoping we can calm it down a bit and get the

:36:01. > :36:04.ball and close the game out. You are injured. When can we expect you

:36:05. > :36:15.back? Hopefully next week. If selected obviously. I'm hoping to

:36:16. > :36:22.make an appearance next week. His foot was over the touchline but it

:36:23. > :36:24.was a long advantage being played to a previous offside. This is an

:36:25. > :36:30.uncomfortable period for the Scarlets. Wayne Pivac might be a

:36:31. > :36:40.chilled out blog but he would be in the stand. This is only going to one

:36:41. > :36:49.place. The same morning that Isa Nacewa got in the first half. A

:36:50. > :36:55.massive momentum swing. This is going five metres out. Down to 14

:36:56. > :37:18.men. That is a poor kick. The Scarlets not challenging in the

:37:19. > :37:33.line. Ross Molony has lost it but backwards. It is still on. A great

:37:34. > :37:38.charge down by Dan Jones. They were looking for Adam Byrne on the wide

:37:39. > :37:43.right. Could be that -- could that be the momentum of the Scarlets

:37:44. > :37:54.needed? That is as big a cheer as you've heard all night. A great

:37:55. > :37:57.charge down by Dan Jones. Saint Kershner did so well to pick it up

:37:58. > :38:07.on his way back that he had no support. The play to the referee, he

:38:08. > :38:11.has been on the spot all night. After being under the cosh for a

:38:12. > :38:17.long time the Scarlets are back downfield. He is sensing the

:38:18. > :38:23.crossfield kick and he executes that very well. Great follow up by Steff

:38:24. > :38:43.Evans and Gareth Owen and Hadleigh Parkes. Anything that is has it

:38:44. > :38:50.tucked away. Aaron Shingler. Aled Davies. Will Boyde. Nothing fancy

:38:51. > :39:02.from the Scarlets. They can't afford to give away possession.

:39:03. > :39:25.James Davies. Johnny McNicholl. He made sure he didn't run into Aled

:39:26. > :39:32.Davies. But presence of mind. Keep building the phases. Hadleigh Parkes

:39:33. > :39:39.gets in behind the defence. Noel Reid was just hanging on. The

:39:40. > :39:45.Scarlets will settle for a scrum in the end. You can feel everybody

:39:46. > :39:53.around the end of their nervous year. Everyone in the stands is on

:39:54. > :39:58.the edge, the players, the coaching staff, even you and me. Hadleigh

:39:59. > :40:01.Parkes made the right decision not to kick. Nobody on his shoulder.

:40:02. > :40:22.Just a knock-on in the tackle. Still 11 minutes ago. That is an

:40:23. > :40:49.eternity in rugby. A messy scrum. The Scarlets won't

:40:50. > :41:45.mind time being eaten away. Neil Hennessy was a loosehead. He

:41:46. > :41:55.played for Ponder previewed. The television match official. --

:41:56. > :42:15.Pontypridd. I can't see what happens there. It's

:42:16. > :42:27.possibly against Dan Evans number 17 for the Scarlets. Down goes the

:42:28. > :42:54.scrum. He just drives on. Nothing in it really I don't think.

:42:55. > :43:12.Impressive refereeing. It's a big game at the top of the Pro12. He has

:43:13. > :43:17.controlled himself very well. It's not like me to complement Irish

:43:18. > :43:31.referee 's! Praise where it is too and he deserves it.

:43:32. > :43:43.Rock-solid this time. Hadleigh Parkes on the charge. James Davies

:43:44. > :43:56.latching on. Aled Davies to Werner Kruger. Into the final ten minutes.

:43:57. > :44:08.Surely the Scarlets will go for points now. They will go for a try

:44:09. > :44:20.first. Dan Jones fires it out. Johnny McNicholl gets man and ball.

:44:21. > :44:25.They will go for three. We praised them going for the Cordoba this is a

:44:26. > :44:34.different ball game. This could close the game out. Ashley Beck has

:44:35. > :44:41.got a try for the Ospreys. 22-0. A bonus point try. That is an

:44:42. > :44:50.impressive win for the Ospreys. Glasgow down to 14. It's a difficult

:44:51. > :45:01.place to go. Back on track for the Ospreys and they are staying on

:45:02. > :45:06.track. It could take the Ospreys back to the top of the table for the

:45:07. > :45:17.time being. The Scarlets will move into the top four.

:45:18. > :45:27.Safely done by Dan Jones. A little but of breathing space for the

:45:28. > :45:42.Scarlets. That is a big kick in the context and it gives that breathing

:45:43. > :45:58.space. Aaron Shingler. Leinster have plenty to play for. Still that

:45:59. > :46:05.fourth try. Josh Macleod has done some impressive driving. They have a

:46:06. > :46:22.lot of young back row players coming through. Saint Kirchner. 21 caps for

:46:23. > :46:30.South Africa. They could do with him tomorrow. He's had more caps than

:46:31. > :46:39.half the team. It is an interesting one tomorrow. It has been a very

:46:40. > :46:44.patchy autumn series. It is a must win game for both teams. I hope it's

:46:45. > :46:59.a bit more open and both sides go for it. Good luck to the Welsh boys.

:47:00. > :47:24.Steff Hughes. James Davies has been very in distress in the second half.

:47:25. > :47:32.Dan Jones. Peter Edwards links up. Johnny McNicholl. If it stays alive

:47:33. > :47:42.it's therefore Steff Evans but it balances out. He didn't have the gas

:47:43. > :47:48.to hold the last defender. Maybe if he showed the ball to have made a

:47:49. > :47:54.difference. He tries to stretch and a great pass from Aaron Shingler.

:47:55. > :48:07.The cover defender comes across. Not quite. Stolen by Aled Davies and

:48:08. > :48:15.here they come again. Emyr Phillips. James Davies juggles and loses. Dan

:48:16. > :48:45.Leavy picks up and knows what he has to do. Zane Kirchner.

:48:46. > :49:09.utmost. One more change for Leinster. So who is your choice for

:49:10. > :49:14.man of the match? It's been a great game and both sides have entertained

:49:15. > :49:20.us. Noel Reid and Jack Conan has played well for Leinster. Wyn Jones

:49:21. > :49:23.and Ryan Elias in the front row and Aaron Shingler and James Davies. But

:49:24. > :49:36.for his first-half contribution and his all-round game Will Boyde is my

:49:37. > :49:50.man of the match. He will be 22 next month. He really has caught the eye

:49:51. > :50:00.and asked the games. Johnny McNicholl. He has popped up in all

:50:01. > :50:09.kinds of places. A great debut. He will only grow in the Scarlets

:50:10. > :50:16.shirt. James Davies on the ball. Tadhg Beirne has got in there as

:50:17. > :50:26.well. James Davies. A bit of a blip in that 20 minutes after half-time

:50:27. > :50:32.but have composed themselves. The alarm bells were ringing for a while

:50:33. > :50:36.and another converted try then would have been 21 and as advance. The

:50:37. > :50:44.lives were jangling but the Scarlets held their nerve and Jan Jones

:50:45. > :50:47.penalty is the big difference. Having given themselves that

:50:48. > :50:50.breathing space they have gone for the corner again. The Scarlets are

:50:51. > :51:20.building nicely. Peadar Timmins had only just come on

:51:21. > :51:28.for the second time but a head injury assessment necessary for him.

:51:29. > :51:37.He is looking a bit wobbly. Tadhg Beirne. The Scarlets luck to get

:51:38. > :51:49.over 40 points against the table top was. Emyr Phillips. Under pressure

:51:50. > :51:54.from Dan Leavy and Dan Leavy has had a very good game as well. He is a

:51:55. > :51:57.good player and has impressed meal season. He is big and aggressive

:51:58. > :52:07.over the ball, good with the ball and he's one to watch. On a cap

:52:08. > :52:11.against Canada. The Scarlets are in the right part off the field. The

:52:12. > :52:29.decision to go for the corner eats into the clock. Jack Conan. Just

:52:30. > :52:39.making sure everything is OK. The replacement on for Peadar Timmins.

:52:40. > :52:48.Disappointment for Leo Cullen after a six match winning run and just the

:52:49. > :53:00.one defeat for them all season. That came in the second game at

:53:01. > :53:17.Glasgow. Power from the Scarlets scrum. Noel Reid. Zane Kirchner to

:53:18. > :53:40.Isa Nacewa. Trying to get downfield first. James Davies is the first man

:53:41. > :53:48.back. A poor pass. Are they going to go for the corner? Very

:53:49. > :53:55.disappointing from the Scarlets. Every point counts in this Pro12.

:53:56. > :53:58.Alone this bowl -- a losing bonus point for Leinster could buy them at

:53:59. > :54:07.the end of the season. Give them nothing. You have secured the win,

:54:08. > :54:12.give them nothing. As it is its one last late chance for Leinster to

:54:13. > :54:22.come away from Parc y Scarlets with something. James Tracy puts itself

:54:23. > :54:30.in the position. James Tracy comes away with it. In the final minute.

:54:31. > :54:38.Leinster looking for this losing bonus point. It's been a great

:54:39. > :54:44.effort in the second half from the 14 men of Leinster. Two quick tries

:54:45. > :54:51.got themselves back in the game. They are looking for another one.

:54:52. > :54:59.James Tracy again. Another penalty coming. They can afford to open it

:55:00. > :55:10.out. The referee will take them back. It was good defence in the end

:55:11. > :55:18.but they've got a second bite at the cherry. The clock turns red. It's

:55:19. > :55:24.all or nothing for the Leinster forwards. Dan Leavy deserves thank

:55:25. > :55:30.you -- something. The Scarlets trying to keep them out. The referee

:55:31. > :55:37.can see. It's one for the television match official to decide to see of

:55:38. > :55:46.Leinster have something or not. He thinks he's got it. The referee

:55:47. > :56:21.thinks it is a try. Andrew Porter. The clue is in the

:56:22. > :56:28.question. Andrew Porter the replacement prop gets over the line

:56:29. > :56:33.but does he get the ball to ground. The question is is there any reason

:56:34. > :56:36.why I can't award the try. It doesn't look as if it's made it to

:56:37. > :56:57.the ground. Even though it doesn't look as if

:56:58. > :57:00.the ball has gone to ground the try has to be awarded because of the

:57:01. > :57:08.wording of the question and right up the death Leinster come away with a

:57:09. > :57:15.losing bonus point. Had he said try yes or no they probably would have

:57:16. > :57:19.said no but it's no more than Leinster deserved for their

:57:20. > :57:28.second-half comeback. They attacked the Scarlets with 14 men. 20 minutes

:57:29. > :57:32.of complacency have left them back in. That's the difference between

:57:33. > :57:37.the really good sides and the rest in the Pro12. A nine try thriller

:57:38. > :57:47.and the Scarlets get a winning bonus point and right at the very death

:57:48. > :57:52.Leinster have a losing bonus point. Andrew Porter scores the fourth try.

:57:53. > :58:02.The Scarlets get the win and that's the important thing for them. Six in

:58:03. > :58:06.a row for them now. That was a fantastic win in the end for the

:58:07. > :58:11.Scarlets. Leinster did come back in and at one point it was looking

:58:12. > :58:14.nervous. Leinster go away with a bonus point. Let's focus on the

:58:15. > :58:20.victory because it's an epic victory. Six in the way -- sticks in

:58:21. > :58:24.a row for the Scarlets. They switched off after 15 minutes. They

:58:25. > :58:27.were clinical and everything they did in 50 minutes but you have to

:58:28. > :58:36.give Leinster credit for coming back. They scored some good tries.

:58:37. > :58:40.Nine tries on a Friday evening at Parc y Scarlets, you

:58:41. > :58:50.Hadleigh Parkes is joining us. Congratulations. Not any people but

:58:51. > :58:56.38 points on Leinster. How does it feel? It's a good feeling. We scored

:58:57. > :58:59.a few tries and it got dodgy for ten minutes in the second half. You

:59:00. > :59:06.can't take your foot off the throttle. They came back into it and

:59:07. > :59:13.this Leinster side never knows when to lie down. Were you nervous at

:59:14. > :59:17.that point? We needed to do was get a turnover and get down there and

:59:18. > :59:27.get three points and they did that. It was in doubt for ten minutes but

:59:28. > :59:31.I'm happy. Many congratulations. A quick look at the table. The

:59:32. > :59:37.Scarlets into the top four and Leinster still top. Very little time

:59:38. > :59:41.left so I just want to ask you about Will Boyde. We talked about his

:59:42. > :59:46.contribution in the first half. He was superb tonight. He focused on

:59:47. > :59:50.what he does so well. He's never going to be the biggest number eight

:59:51. > :59:56.but fantastic around the park tonight. It goes to show that there

:59:57. > :59:59.are so many youngsters coming through at the Scarlets. The

:00:00. > :00:02.Scarlets are building a squad capable of competing in the Pro12

:00:03. > :00:07.and Europe. I enjoyed watching them tonight. They played with a smile on

:00:08. > :00:13.their face and the energy was fantastic. There is a lot of quality

:00:14. > :00:17.comeback under this team as well. Thank you for your company tonight.

:00:18. > :00:27.That's all we have time for. Massive congratulations to the Scarlets.

:00:28. > :00:31.They are back on track. Scrum five Sunday on Sunday. Justin Marshall

:00:32. > :00:32.and Jonathan Davies among the guests.

:00:33. > :00:38.Welsh women helped the British win the war.

:00:39. > :00:45.I spent years trying to be somebody whom I wasn't.
