:00:31. > :00:37.Hello again. It's been nonstop action and nonstop drama here at the

:00:38. > :00:41.Crucible today. Only half an hour ago we were with you to see the

:00:42. > :00:49.defending Champion, Mark Selby, get over the line in what was quite a

:00:50. > :00:52.contest against Ding Junhui. Forget Klitschko Joshua this was a

:00:53. > :00:56.heavyweight contest. He came from three frames behind to just one

:00:57. > :01:00.before missing a blue to the centre pocket and allowing Selby the chance

:01:01. > :01:05.to cross the line with a closing break of 72. What relief he showed,

:01:06. > :01:07.thumping the table and punching his way to a fourth Crucible final.

:01:08. > :01:18.Since 2007. Ken Doherty and John Parrott know

:01:19. > :01:21.the thrill of making it to the biggest occasion in your sport.

:01:22. > :01:25.Thats with a heck of a contest. One of the greatest matches any of us

:01:26. > :01:27.have seen here? I feel really sorry for Ding.

:01:28. > :01:32.He put in a monumental effort in that match. As good as I saw him

:01:33. > :01:36.compete. All round he was brilliant. Needing to win the last four frames

:01:37. > :01:39.the effort was great. Missed that blue that let in Selby. What a

:01:40. > :01:43.clearance. What a contribution to get over the line. Ding played

:01:44. > :01:52.superb safety. Made four centuries in that match. Let us be honest, he

:01:53. > :01:58.nearly did a Selby on Selby? They were trading blows you talking about

:01:59. > :02:03.the Bocking, they were going blow to blow from word go. Like John, I feel

:02:04. > :02:09.sorry for Ding. He has done everything put win that match. What

:02:10. > :02:13.a performance from Mark Selby, his match play, determination and his

:02:14. > :02:17.champion instincts. Have you to scrape him off that table. Ding

:02:18. > :02:21.Junhui he has shown here, again, this year. He is the real deal. Pure

:02:22. > :02:25.box National Audit Office this sport? No doubt about. It he went up

:02:26. > :02:29.in everybody's estimations. Stephen said he went up in his estimations.

:02:30. > :02:34.We know what it's like out in the pit. He hasn't always gave

:02:35. > :02:37.everything. We know that. He came out with every single bit of

:02:38. > :02:40.concentration and will and determination was there on the

:02:41. > :02:46.table. It was great. We are still very much buzzing after that, I must

:02:47. > :02:50.say. Tonight, we will find out who Mark will be playing. After the

:02:51. > :02:59.morning's play, John Higgins has one foot in the final, again. A huge

:03:00. > :03:02.session of snooker coming up. An edgy start. That is a lapse in

:03:03. > :03:11.concentration. He has had three golden chances now

:03:12. > :03:16.to win this frame. He cannot hit the ball this morning. It looked as if

:03:17. > :03:24.Barry Hawkins could have got within three. He's now five behind at 12-7.

:03:25. > :03:28.It will be a very tough black. The four fiems former world champion has

:03:29. > :03:36.pinched that frame from Barry Hawkins. -- times. Can he get this

:03:37. > :03:44.with a special to spare. He's out there to do a job. Playing for pride

:03:45. > :03:49.at the moment, is Barry Hawkins. A terrific cheer for Barry Hawkins.

:03:50. > :03:56.It's not all over just yet. But John Higgins needs one frame to get

:03:57. > :04:00.through to his sixth final. 41-year-old Higgins enjoyed that fix

:04:01. > :04:04.frame run this morning. Barry Hawkins dug deep with a session to

:04:05. > :04:08.spare. We are back tonight. Higgins seeking one more frame to book a

:04:09. > :04:12.spot in his sixth world final and his first for six years. Ken, is

:04:13. > :04:17.this something of a formality tonight? You would say so. Maybe

:04:18. > :04:21.15-9 or 14-10 you would say Barry has a chance. One Graham against the

:04:22. > :04:25.four-time champion, previous champion here, with that bags of

:04:26. > :04:29.experience he has, John Higgins, one of the toughest players and greatest

:04:30. > :04:34.players that graced the game, very slim. OK. John Higgins could

:04:35. > :04:39.probably have done with the night off this evening, in truth. It paut

:04:40. > :04:44.new tip on the cue last night. Tell us about his eventful Friday evening

:04:45. > :04:49.I stuck a tip on initially. We had a few shots, said it was too hard. He

:04:50. > :04:54.drove to Southport. Had a tip put on. The motorway was closed because

:04:55. > :04:57.it's being dug up. He came through the back roads. He was wondering if

:04:58. > :05:00.he was ever going to get back here. He got back at 4.00am and went to

:05:01. > :05:03.bed. He had to play shots with it and

:05:04. > :05:09.break it in. He seems happy with it. The proof is in the pudding. He

:05:10. > :05:17.played so well this morning. . He certainly has. The biggest comeback

:05:18. > :05:23.was achieved by a certain Ken Doherty to win against Paul Hunter.

:05:24. > :05:28.We could be in for a short evening or, there again... Rob Walker is

:05:29. > :05:34.ready and waiting. Thank you. Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. This

:05:35. > :05:40.is the very last session of snooker before tomorrow's Betfred world

:05:41. > :05:51.Snooker Championship Final. The crowd are ready to deliver a massive

:05:52. > :06:08.reception at The Crucible. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

:06:09. > :06:16.Please welcome, a player who has done brilliantly here at the

:06:17. > :06:21.Crucible in recent years making four of the last five semi-finals. Since

:06:22. > :06:26.winning his first ranking title in 2012. He hasened looked back. He

:06:27. > :06:32.will come out tonight determined to show his class. Come on The

:06:33. > :06:52.Crucible, raise the roof for The Hawk, Barry Hawkins.

:06:53. > :07:03.MUSIC: My Love by Kele Le Roc. His opponent, now of course just one

:07:04. > :07:09.frame away from a sixth World Championship final. He won the first

:07:10. > :07:16.of his four world crowns 18 yearsing ago and has en massed 28 ranking

:07:17. > :07:18.titles of all. One of the finest sportsmen Scotland has ever

:07:19. > :07:39.produced. Here comes John Higgins. Barry appears to have the crowd with

:07:40. > :07:44.him. They want to see semi-final snooker tonight, don't they. All

:07:45. > :07:49.right we can hand over to our commentary box. Mark Selby with his

:07:50. > :07:54.feet up, he lies in wait. COMMENTATOR: Thank you, Hazel a

:07:55. > :07:58.typical Crucible reception for what we can only describe, not at the

:07:59. > :08:03.start of the match, but now the underdog. John Higgins, he'll

:08:04. > :08:09.appreciate the backing that Barry Hawkins has got. Thank you. Frame

:08:10. > :08:12.25, Barry Hawkins to break. COMMENTATOR: Can't afford a mistake.

:08:13. > :08:15.He's playing for pride at the moment. No thoughts of winning the

:08:16. > :08:28.match. But pride is a big thing. I know you were on this match this

:08:29. > :08:31.morning, Willie. Is there any possible way that bare could give

:08:32. > :08:35.him a run for his money? Well, I mean, obviously, we would love to

:08:36. > :08:39.get the match to the interval to put John Higgins under some sort of

:08:40. > :08:43.pressure. For Barry's supporters he's not played in this match. John

:08:44. > :08:47.Higgins in fairness has not played. It's been a poor match. Whoever wins

:08:48. > :08:52.this match, it looks like John Higgins, he will have to improve an

:08:53. > :08:58.awful lot to beat Mark Selby. Obviously, Higgins is that good he

:08:59. > :08:59.could improve, obviously. Maybe a plant here than have the balls put

:09:00. > :09:18.back. There's the pot success for this

:09:19. > :09:21.match. Both players below 90%. Only 1% difference pot success. Eight

:09:22. > :09:32.frames behind, Barry Hawkins. For the tournament, John Higgins

:09:33. > :09:36.92%, Barry Hawkins 90%. That is what you need to be.

:09:37. > :09:43.So another go at this. Just misjudged it. He wants to slide past

:09:44. > :09:49.them. There is loose reds on the right hand side of the table here.

:09:50. > :09:53.He's hit the pink again. That's all because he's frightened of slipping

:09:54. > :09:58.by them. That plant looks easier this time. I wonder whether he will

:09:59. > :10:00.take the plant on. No, still doesn't fancy that. Surely those two reds

:10:01. > :10:10.are set. The 12 points doesn't mean anything

:10:11. > :10:16.at all. Obviously, you would rather keep it in the pink rather than

:10:17. > :10:19.leave him an easy red on. This is a straight-forward escape to the side

:10:20. > :10:20.of the reds. I wouldn't expect someone of John Higgins' class to

:10:21. > :10:40.miss it three times on the trot. Beginning to doubt he's got the

:10:41. > :10:50.right line. He doesn't want to over compensate. Perfect that time.

:10:51. > :12:06.. Too thick on that. He needs that cue

:12:07. > :12:10.ball to go near the cushion to make this red difficult for John Higgins.

:12:11. > :12:12.He's gone close. He may have to dig down on it, but he needs to player

:12:13. > :12:29.better safety than that. Ah, right in the heart of the

:12:30. > :12:45.pocket. Good shot. APPLAUSE

:12:46. > :12:52.Well, decided he couldn't play for that one loose red. He thought he

:12:53. > :13:09.could get behind it and go into the cluster. Misjudged it.

:13:10. > :13:34.He can see the edge of this red. He can't see it thin enough to get back

:13:35. > :13:43.into balk. He's got to be careful he doesn't career into the pack, if he

:13:44. > :13:47.plays it thin. So it looks like he's trying to find the back cushion.

:13:48. > :13:54.He's played it with with a lot of check side. Has he missed the pack?

:13:55. > :13:57.No, he didn't. Why didn't he have that kind of look in the

:13:58. > :14:16.first-sessions. This is not the time to get a good look now, Barry.

:14:17. > :14:37.There's just a gap. It oh, he's hit it too thin, caught the pink. Now

:14:38. > :14:42.the red, just above the pink spot, is available. But, once again, that

:14:43. > :14:43.cue ball going closes to cushion makes this red a little bit more

:14:44. > :15:22.difficult. Yeah, refused the red because of the

:15:23. > :15:31.close-proximity. Played an excellent safety there. Safety success. Well,

:15:32. > :15:38.I like to see 90%. A little bit below that. There's a gap here.

:15:39. > :15:49.Just a fraction out. But that's all it takes.

:15:50. > :15:55.John Higgins would love to win the last frame of the morning Serbs not

:15:56. > :15:56.to play this evening, he won't get a better chance than this, to close

:15:57. > :16:19.the match out. Yes. We were hearing in the studio

:16:20. > :16:23.about tip trouble. Not trouble, but he tried a couple before he found

:16:24. > :16:35.one he liked. What John Higgins has got to do, if he gets to the final,

:16:36. > :16:43.which looks very likely, he's just got to think back. Not that long

:16:44. > :16:51.ago, in his performance against Mark Allen, that was as good snooker we

:16:52. > :17:02.have seen at the Crucible this year? He was scoring, he will win this

:17:03. > :17:11.match. I think once he gets to the final he may relax. He will be

:17:12. > :17:20.second favourite against Mark Selby. He under hit that by a foot. Yes.

:17:21. > :17:24.The red, drop the blue in and play for, the one below the blue, I don't

:17:25. > :17:27.think it goes to the corner. He has to run through a little bit further,

:17:28. > :17:39.wrong side of the So now he's got this three-ball pot.

:17:40. > :17:40.Doesn't have to do much with the cue ball, pot the red, bound to be on

:17:41. > :18:18.the black. The middle of three reds he'd like

:18:19. > :18:26.to hit full-ball. He played that very nicely. Keep an eye on this

:18:27. > :18:32.contact he made here. He caught the second red. If he hit it slightly

:18:33. > :18:34.thicker the white would have run in baulk. He knows now this is the

:18:35. > :18:58.chance. Overrun that. Still OK. Should be

:18:59. > :19:00.able to play this red to the right middle and hole for the blue, in the

:19:01. > :19:26.same pocket. Choice of reds, the one just below

:19:27. > :19:29.the pink or the one to the left corner.

:19:30. > :19:38.Deciding on the one for the left corner. Just off straight. Barry

:19:39. > :19:40.Hawkins may feel that he's played his last shot of this year's Betfred

:19:41. > :20:03.World Championship. Not ideal on the pink. He will have

:20:04. > :20:07.to come on and off the cushion. It pots in the same pocket as the pink.

:20:08. > :20:12.This is probably Barry Hawkins last hope. If he gets on this next red

:20:13. > :20:25.perfectly, he should score enough points to win frame and match.

:20:26. > :20:37.Obviously, there's a red the middle of that, of the five. It goes. Found

:20:38. > :20:46.the gap. Well, it's tight. Over run it a fraction.

:20:47. > :20:51.APPLAUSE Nicely played.

:20:52. > :20:57.Just one more good positional shot needed. Play for the red in the same

:20:58. > :21:05.pocket as the black. Inch-perfect. Red, black, red, for a place in the

:21:06. > :21:35.final. So there you see it, 60 ahead, 67

:21:36. > :21:39.remaining. Not for long. This red will put him 61 ahead with only 59

:21:40. > :21:55.remaining. In it goes. APPLAUSE

:21:56. > :22:05.This is the kind of form he needs to show tomorrow. He hasn't made a

:22:06. > :22:13.century break I think for 30 frames, John. He's not made a century. It's

:22:14. > :22:15.amazing, isn't it? The fact he's his tip change, maybe he wasn't happy

:22:16. > :22:19.with it. --. He'd love love to finish this

:22:20. > :22:32.off with a century. Run round the back of the black.

:22:33. > :22:46.APPLAUSE There's the family all watching,

:22:47. > :23:00.John. Wife, son, daughter - fantastic. He's there, again.

:23:01. > :23:06.Nicely on the blue. He's already made 124 century breaks at the

:23:07. > :23:16.Crucible. He's made five so far. He needs a

:23:17. > :23:21.red and a black to make it six. This is tricky this red. Dead weight. It

:23:22. > :23:30.should drop. Get in, you beauty. Get in, you beauty! Plus plus

:23:31. > :23:42.To finish the match off in style, the black fork the century.

:23:43. > :23:53.Wonderful. Wonderful. Finished that with ease. Tonne up. The wizard of

:23:54. > :23:57.Wishaw's got his supporters here and he'll have them for the next two

:23:58. > :24:02.days come the final. You would never count him out, Willie, could you?

:24:03. > :24:05.Not at all. He's the perfect match player. Very interesting to see some

:24:06. > :24:16.of the safety battles we are going to get in the final. Yes. He can

:24:17. > :24:19.compete with anybody. If he can score like this, and this will give

:24:20. > :24:26.him confidence, always nice to finish on a high.

:24:27. > :24:31.Oh, little exhibition shot for you there.

:24:32. > :24:40.Testing the tip. What a marvellous way to finish a match. Barry Hawkins

:24:41. > :24:46.will be disappointed, didn't get his best in the semi-final. But what a

:24:47. > :24:51.final we get to look forward to. Five-time champion of the world,

:24:52. > :24:55.we'll see if he can make it, he's got four, he's one behind Ronnie

:24:56. > :24:59.O'Sullivan, but he's a big ace against Mark Selby, the world number

:25:00. > :25:07.one. What a mouth-watering prospect that will be, John Higgins wins the

:25:08. > :25:15.semi-final comfortably by 17-8. Watched by the whole clan I think.

:25:16. > :25:20.Not sure if his oldest son is here actually but most of the clan

:25:21. > :25:26.Higgins are up there. I wonder how meaningful that will be for him to

:25:27. > :25:33.finish that with a century. I don't subscribe to that, sometimes the

:25:34. > :25:37.stats can lie. If you made an 80 every time, it doesn't matter. I

:25:38. > :25:41.fully agree that he has to score but I think he will do. Anyone who

:25:42. > :25:45.discounts John Higgins out for winning the Championship of the

:25:46. > :25:50.world when he's already won four is out of their mind. Here he is.

:25:51. > :25:54.Congratulations. The sixth final and you have waited a long time to get

:25:55. > :25:59.back here six years. How special is it to be back here? Can't wait. It

:26:00. > :26:07.was nerve-racking, the semi-final. It wasn't the best standard. Can't

:26:08. > :26:11.believe the standard Barry played. I was expecting him to be playing the

:26:12. > :26:16.way he's played the last few years. He'll be disappointed. He didn't

:26:17. > :26:22.even play. I didn't play that great and came out 10-6. I was struggling

:26:23. > :26:27.with my tip and was all over the place for the first two sessions.

:26:28. > :26:33.Then I was up all night. LAUGHTER. Travelling to Les Dodd's

:26:34. > :26:38.club. Unbelievable, honestly! I didn't get back in the apartment

:26:39. > :26:43.until about 3. 30, 4. How many hours sleep did you have? Two hours. So,

:26:44. > :26:46.I'm away to sleep tonight. You will need that rest. We were wondering,

:26:47. > :26:51.you know, you talk about changing the tip, what were you searching for

:26:52. > :26:55.and, did you really genuinely have a technical problem? The way I played

:26:56. > :27:03.against Mark Allen, I knew the tip was low but I played good against

:27:04. > :27:07.Mark Allen. Against Kyren Wilson, same again, then obviously there,

:27:08. > :27:10.the first two sessions I knew if I kept that tip on I couldn't win the

:27:11. > :27:14.World Championship. The thing is, you know it's a difficult balancing

:27:15. > :27:17.act to get a tip that you come here with, do all the practise, play all

:27:18. > :27:20.the matches, if you get to the latter stages, to have it pollutely

:27:21. > :27:31.perfect all the way through. It's hard to time that. The fella that

:27:32. > :27:37.made my cue put the last tip on so I blame him for not having it lasting

:27:38. > :27:41.longer. But thanks to big Les last night he kept his club open and he

:27:42. > :27:45.let me have a wee practise for half an hour in there and I jumped back

:27:46. > :27:50.in the car and it was a good tip so cheers Les. You have had a special

:27:51. > :27:54.season, won three titles, made an eighth maximum break, runner-up in

:27:55. > :27:57.the Scottish Open but you talked in a feature about your ambition still

:27:58. > :28:00.being to win a fifth world title. What is it about this driving

:28:01. > :28:04.ambition that's kept you going because it's been a long time since

:28:05. > :28:07.you have made it into a major, the Triple Crown final, John? Yes, it's

:28:08. > :28:12.been a long time but I just think, you just can't beat the feeling

:28:13. > :28:20.coming out here. The atmosphere was electric, so it was. A few boos from

:28:21. > :28:24.Barry's side there, but no, playing out there, it's just unbelievable.

:28:25. > :28:30.When you are playing well, it's unbelievable. We wondered about your

:28:31. > :28:37.age, can I mention your age, 41. Yes. Only Ray Reardon's won into his

:28:38. > :28:41.40s. This is the first time you have been back to the one-table stage for

:28:42. > :28:47.quite a while. How punishing is it as you get older to make progress in

:28:48. > :28:51.this Championship? I feel fine, honestly, absolutely fine. People

:28:52. > :28:56.might say different things but the only thing that was scrambling my

:28:57. > :28:59.brain was the tip. That was getting me flustered in the first few

:29:00. > :29:03.sessions because I knew it wasn't right and I couldn't play decent

:29:04. > :29:08.snooker. Tonight, the third session today I thought I had the ball good.

:29:09. > :29:13.I missed a couple but I felt as if I was going a lot better with the tip.

:29:14. > :29:17.We were remarking that clan Higgins is here in force. How many do you

:29:18. > :29:21.reckon you have got with you, John? About 16. There'll be more coming

:29:22. > :29:25.so... But they've been here interestingly

:29:26. > :29:30.for fr more or less ball one. Denise and the kids were here. They came

:29:31. > :29:36.down last weekend obviously they are off school so came down and shouted

:29:37. > :29:39.me on with Mark Allen then they are back up the road in school, now they

:29:40. > :29:44.are back down. That's been very special, as indeed was this moment

:29:45. > :29:47.as you beat Barry to get into that. There they are, growing up very fast

:29:48. > :29:55.obviously. John, it's great to see you in another final and it's a

:29:56. > :29:58.rerun of one Ten years ago and a lot of water under the bridge since you

:29:59. > :30:05.last played Mark Selby. What do you think of the man? I have every

:30:06. > :30:15.admiration for him. I said last time I knew he was going to go on to win.

:30:16. > :30:19.He's proved that he's won it. Going for a third, he's a special player,

:30:20. > :30:24.and I'm going to have to play my best to give him a game. But I think

:30:25. > :30:28.I can do that. There is a chance you might. I'm looking forward to it. We

:30:29. > :30:32.are too. It's going to be a great two-day game and John, well done,

:30:33. > :30:37.you've done it again. Well done, pal. If you go into that practise

:30:38. > :30:42.room, most of the time if John is not practising you will see Mark

:30:43. > :30:46.Selby in there working and grafting away and his Wingman, Bobby Lee, is

:30:47. > :30:59.always there. This fella's very much a part of Team Selby here.

:31:00. > :31:08.Hi, I'm Bobby Lee and I'm one part of Team Selby and have been coming

:31:09. > :31:15.here for the last three years. I think psychologically I can give a

:31:16. > :31:19.bit of input and pressure. It's very serious what we do, we try to

:31:20. > :31:24.approach it in a like relaxed kind of way. That's my job really, try to

:31:25. > :31:28.make him laugh, not too serious. We all know it's a big match, they all

:31:29. > :31:31.want to win. If you hear the same things all the time "you want to

:31:32. > :31:35.win", that's the added pressure, let's take that pressure away, make

:31:36. > :31:38.him happy, get as much rest as possible. That means taking your

:31:39. > :31:43.mind off things, watching the football or go for a stroll in town,

:31:44. > :31:48.normal things. We always share a room. We like to keep the costs down

:31:49. > :31:53.so it's not too expensive. Knowing how I am, Iover think things so if I

:31:54. > :31:57.was going back to the room after a bad session I'm overplaying shots in

:31:58. > :32:00.my mind and stawf, but we just chat about something else or will have a

:32:01. > :32:15.laugh and a joke, something will be on TV, we'll be cracking jokes. My

:32:16. > :32:19.wife is very comfortable on tour with me and Mark and his wife, you

:32:20. > :32:22.know. He's a brother I never had. Coming all the way from China to

:32:23. > :32:31.watch this, everything was perfect to win it that year, so it was

:32:32. > :32:36.emotional. We just hugged each other. We have been hugging each

:32:37. > :32:41.other all tournament, we have kept jumping, you know the man jump. We

:32:42. > :32:44.did all that and sometimes Ivan, the press officer will be waiting

:32:45. > :32:48.outside, he must be hearing what is going on in there because we were

:32:49. > :32:55.cheering high-fiving and it was brilliant, yes. Amazing feeling.

:32:56. > :33:01.Every players' dream I think. Can't believe it. Can't believe it.

:33:02. > :33:05.Doesn't matter if he is playing Ronnie O'Sullivan or somewhere lower

:33:06. > :33:08.down the rankings or someone who is amateur, he will treat everyone with

:33:09. > :33:12.respect. That's why he's so good. Don't take liberties with the game,

:33:13. > :33:20.treats everyone the same, plays the same game and, you know, that's what

:33:21. > :33:26.I think makes his stand out. Very good to see someone I've known since

:33:27. > :33:31.he was 11 lifting trophies on TV. He's got something I dreamed of

:33:32. > :33:35.Mile. Now I can't do it, it's great to see someone I can honestly say

:33:36. > :33:37.that I've seen growing up as a boy doing it, which is a great feeling,

:33:38. > :33:52.you know. Clash Mark was one of 17 champions

:33:53. > :33:56.who were here on the eve of the Championship to celebrate 40 years

:33:57. > :34:02.here at the Crucible, it was a fantastic gala evening. Despite the

:34:03. > :34:07.hype and expectation, it's lived up to its pre-Championship billing and

:34:08. > :34:44.all 32 players who made it here have performed brilliantly.

:34:45. > :35:03.So excited. Good evening and welcome to a very special night and this

:35:04. > :35:14.amazing little theatre in Sheffield, the Crucible Theatre.

:35:15. > :35:19.17 days. 705 frames to play before someone lifts that trophy up. It

:35:20. > :35:50.stretches into the distance. Aaron, you literally are the star of

:35:51. > :35:54.the show here because, without your coaching, this wouldn't actually be

:35:55. > :35:57.happening. Through his teaching, he's got them in a place where they

:35:58. > :36:24.might never have been until they found snooker.

:36:25. > :36:33.Anybody who can make a 147 has fast as he has televised is a Muir

:36:34. > :36:39.genius, if you ask me -- pure genius. I want to paint him this big

:36:40. > :36:42.like a memorial kind of thing. Ronnie's never going to die because

:36:43. > :36:46.he's always going to be on the wall for a long time. I retired from

:36:47. > :36:49.snooker and the DJ thing took off. Now I have this alter ego, it's very

:36:50. > :37:03.strange. Unfortunately, you have got the

:37:04. > :37:17.runners up prize. Thank you for establishing that once again!

:37:18. > :37:25.And it all seems about two months ago since we started and it was only

:37:26. > :37:28.15 days, night and day we've kept going but we have seen some

:37:29. > :37:32.absolutely brilliant snooker. For you, what's stood out so far Ken? I

:37:33. > :37:39.thought the Ding match against Ronnie was a classic. Ding against

:37:40. > :37:43.Mark Selby was one of the best semi-finals, matches that we have

:37:44. > :37:47.probably ever witnessed here. Ding did everything he possibly could and

:37:48. > :37:51.Mark Selby stood up to the challenge and I'm really looking forward to

:37:52. > :37:57.the final. It's going to be an absolute classic. We certainly are.

:37:58. > :38:01.In the head-to-head Selby 9-6. The fifth time they've met at the

:38:02. > :38:05.Crucible. Mark's won on one occasion in a first round match and John with

:38:06. > :38:09.the three wins, none since 200, including the final ten years ago.

:38:10. > :38:13.It's a very different picture these days, John, isn't it? Yes, but if

:38:14. > :38:17.there's one player whose game matches up to Mark Selby in the

:38:18. > :38:21.safety and tactical department, he's in the final with him. He's a son

:38:22. > :38:28.sue mate match player we've all been there and played him, we know what

:38:29. > :38:35.problems he shows everybody. -- consumate match player. It's going

:38:36. > :38:42.to be a classic. I hop you will share your next two days with us

:38:43. > :38:47.here on the BBC and we'll be back at 2for the first session. It's the

:38:48. > :39:16.jester against the Wizard take two ten years on. Catch you soon. Bye.

:39:17. > :39:22.The country's best chefs go head-to-head...

:39:23. > :39:24.The old gloves are off now, aren't they?

:39:25. > :39:27...for a chance to cook at the Wimbledon Banquet.
