:00:25. > :00:29.4th Khedive name for stop today, Wales welcomed home its Olympic and

:00:29. > :00:34.Paralympic athletes, and as the party get started here at Sophia

:00:34. > :00:40.Gardens, we will be catching up with some of the London 2012 heroes,

:00:40. > :00:43.plus 20 more are -- plenty more on tonight's Sport Wales. Coming up,

:00:43. > :00:48.two straight defeats in the World Cup qualifiers, so what's gone

:00:48. > :00:51.wrong for Chris Coleman's men and how to be put it right? I will make

:00:51. > :00:56.sure the players understand their responsibility to each other, him

:00:56. > :01:00.and the country. And we follow Robert Croft as he bids goodbye to

:01:00. > :01:04.23 years as a Glamorgan player. That is what makes me happy,

:01:04. > :01:08.because I know there is nothing else left, it is time to move on.

:01:08. > :01:18.Plus Brendan Rodgers on his emotional farewell to Swansea City.

:01:18. > :01:20.

:01:20. > :01:25.Me and my wife couldn't stop crying. As our Olympians and Paralympians

:01:25. > :01:29.gathered behind me, thoughts turn to what Chris Coleman would give

:01:29. > :01:32.for something to celebrate right now after a disappointing start to

:01:32. > :01:36.Wales's World Cup qualifying campaign. The great and good of

:01:36. > :01:46.Welsh football have been sharing their thoughts on Wales's first's

:01:46. > :01:55.

:01:55. > :02:04.It's pushed away for stop and it's I thought Wales were very poor for

:02:04. > :02:07.stop back to the days when you were a laughing stock. This is a Boorman

:02:07. > :02:10.-- performance I am embarrassed about. I take responsibility, I'm

:02:10. > :02:16.the manager. Chris Coleman is a man under

:02:16. > :02:20.pressure. Two Games in to his tenure as Wales manager and they

:02:20. > :02:26.are at the bottom of the group. They seem to fall like a deck of

:02:26. > :02:30.cards every time one game -- goal goes in. Six months per goal. We

:02:30. > :02:35.thought we would have a chance of finishing second. The way things

:02:35. > :02:40.look at the moment, we are may be looking at finishing second from

:02:40. > :02:47.bottom, which is demoralising, the defeat, and wasn't the best

:02:47. > :02:51.performance, there was a lot of players playing sub-standard, and

:02:51. > :02:56.so they need to look at themselves. There are reasons, excuses if you

:02:56. > :03:05.like, for bad results. The absence of Taylor, led Lee, Hennessy and

:03:05. > :03:14.Bellamy. To going to any international match, losing 6 oz

:03:14. > :03:17.seven starters from your main in it -- main 11, it won't help. They

:03:17. > :03:22.were poor on the night and the midfielder was in front of them, I

:03:22. > :03:27.felt it was one of those occasions where everybody in the team had an

:03:27. > :03:31.off day. We have to start winning Games now. They will be down and

:03:31. > :03:35.very disappointed, but there are still many points to be played for,

:03:35. > :03:39.and there will be a lot of countries taking points. This is a

:03:39. > :03:45.new management and coaching set-up, just four matches into their tenure,

:03:45. > :03:49.trying to put shape on a team shaken by the death of Gary Speed.

:03:49. > :03:55.When Gary Speed started he didn't win a first full game, so you have

:03:55. > :04:00.to take your time. With everything that went on with Gary Speed and

:04:00. > :04:04.the situation there, it will be a stranger was feared. Maybe it is

:04:04. > :04:08.affecting people and they don't even realise it. The energy coming

:04:08. > :04:13.of the players, maybe that is a consequence of memories of Gary,

:04:13. > :04:17.but I am sure Gary would be the first to say that that is looking

:04:17. > :04:20.behind and to move on, the lads have to get some new Games. This

:04:20. > :04:27.isn't the first time Wales have been thrashed and a qualification

:04:27. > :04:35.campaign. John Toshack--- John Toshack's team were thrashed 5-1.

:04:35. > :04:40.This week's was in search -- Serbia was the first since 1996 How Wales

:04:40. > :04:45.respond this time may be crucial. Terry Yorath's team went from a

:04:45. > :04:48.loss in Bucharest to the verge of World Cup qualification in 1994. If

:04:48. > :04:58.anyone knows how it feels when it doesn't go your way in management,

:04:58. > :04:59.

:04:59. > :05:05.it is Calman's former assistant, Steve Kean. -- Chris Cole man. They

:05:05. > :05:09.need to -- he needs to get around them and pick them up again. He is

:05:09. > :05:13.carrying the hopes of the nation as a manager, and needs to get his

:05:13. > :05:17.point across, and the lads will know what is expected for him.

:05:17. > :05:21.the evidence of the first four of five Games, Friendly's and

:05:21. > :05:24.qualifiers, I have to say they can't qualifier.

:05:24. > :05:28.While Chris Coleman has steered clear of interviews in the

:05:28. > :05:34.aftermath of Tuesday, his immediate post-match comments reflected his

:05:34. > :05:39.underlying anger at his players. They won four at the five Games but

:05:39. > :05:46.losing 6-1 and a performance like that, you have to take

:05:46. > :05:49.responsibility, well let's see it, then. The majority of parents --

:05:49. > :05:55.are Premier League players and a high standard, so you have to put

:05:55. > :05:59.an expectation on the players. You can't say it doesn't matter.

:05:59. > :06:07.market were true play is how they react after a bad day. Players go

:06:07. > :06:11.out there and shy away and hide. Aaron Ramsey wouldn't do that. He

:06:11. > :06:16.put everything into the game, heart on his sleeve, and it is vital for

:06:16. > :06:19.Wales if they are to achieve anything. The next chance for the

:06:19. > :06:22.golden generation to impose their abilities on the group and the

:06:22. > :06:32.public are back-to-back Games in October, starting with Scotland at

:06:32. > :06:32.

:06:32. > :06:35.home. We have had two losses. It can take us up a couple of places

:06:35. > :06:42.if we win one and it will be a massive boost, because we have

:06:42. > :06:45.Croatia again next -- a way next. For his own peace of mind, for the

:06:45. > :06:49.country's peace of mind, we have to get a win.

:06:49. > :06:53.It was also a significant week for cricket as one of the true greats

:06:53. > :06:58.of Glamorgan, bowling legend, Robert Croft, decided to hang up

:06:58. > :07:08.his spikes at the age of 42. Sport Wales was there to follow his

:07:08. > :07:21.

:07:21. > :07:28.emotional final week as a It is 7:30am on Tuesday, the

:07:28. > :07:32.beginning of the end for Croft's career as he leaves his home.

:07:32. > :07:37.morning of the last game of my career. It feels a bit odd,

:07:37. > :07:45.actually, I have goose bumps talking to you. Just four more

:07:45. > :07:52.drive-ins to the square-leg stadium from my beloved West Wales. --

:07:52. > :07:57.Swalec stadium. It is not sinking in yet. It feels so long ago when I

:07:57. > :08:03.was bowling in the nets, first and second team, nervous as a kitten,

:08:03. > :08:10.and the one thing that is sure is that nerves never change. Still as

:08:10. > :08:15.nervous. Even with more experience. An hour and 20 minutes later, we

:08:15. > :08:21.finally hit the Swalec Stadium. Day one -- day one of a four-day game

:08:21. > :08:24.against Kent. Let's have it! As he warns -- warms up for his last

:08:24. > :08:34.stand as a pro, reflections on a legend who has been part of the

:08:34. > :08:38.

:08:38. > :08:48.fabric here, and his highlight, the Glamorgan are the 1997 county

:08:48. > :08:48.

:08:48. > :08:55.The emotion I will miss most is that split-second when the umpire's

:08:55. > :08:58.finger goes up with an lbw or a stumping, and then you see the

:08:58. > :09:02.catch going in the deep 60 ft in the air and somebody running round,

:09:02. > :09:10.taking the catch and realising you have a wicket. Nothing will replace

:09:10. > :09:15.that. But first, what has he got left as a batsman? After Kent win

:09:15. > :09:21.the toss and chose to field, just a single run to add here, caught

:09:21. > :09:24.behind, out for one. But there is always another chance in four-day

:09:24. > :09:30.cricket, and they too would give him the opportunity to get his

:09:30. > :09:37.hands on the ball -- day two. Unfortunately -- fortunately it is

:09:37. > :09:41.not that sweaty. This is what they came to see, Vintage, timeless spin

:09:41. > :09:47.bowling from a master of the art, craft taking five wickets for 31 to

:09:47. > :09:52.take Glamorgan well on course to mark his farewell with a win.

:09:52. > :09:57.People are saying, kick give him a new contract, don't put him out to

:09:57. > :10:01.grass. I don't want to hear that! The time is right to move on. We

:10:01. > :10:06.have to look -- look for the next generation. It is pleasing to go

:10:06. > :10:12.out on a high, and you want people to remember you for what you could

:10:12. > :10:17.do rather than couldn't. Day three, and a perfectly scripted finale for

:10:17. > :10:21.craft. He takes two more wickets, the second with his last-ever ball

:10:21. > :10:24.as Glamorgan were in the context with a day to spare. Croft and

:10:24. > :10:34.right in there a memorable end to the season of county -- the county

:10:34. > :10:36.

:10:36. > :10:43.To get a wicket with your last ball in county cricket is a bit of a

:10:44. > :10:49.dream, I suppose. To go alongside his Test caps, Glamorgan

:10:49. > :10:54.Championships, a fantastic career. It has been an emotional day for

:10:54. > :10:59.him. But he is going to move on now, he is 41, 42 and has had an

:10:59. > :11:06.exceptional career, and no one can take that away from him. Sad to see

:11:06. > :11:11.him hanging up his spikes? Nuttall, really! He is a fine bowler, -- not

:11:11. > :11:17.at all. He has done himself proud especially in this game, and he has

:11:17. > :11:23.had a long, very, very good Korea, and he is always good fun, and I am

:11:23. > :11:27.sure he will carry on next year in a coaching role at the club. I feel

:11:27. > :11:31.really shattered now. I have nothing left to give. That is how I

:11:31. > :11:41.feel. And that's what makes me happy, because I know there is

:11:41. > :11:42.

:11:42. > :11:46.nothing else left, it is time to And good luck to Robert with

:11:46. > :11:50.hopefully an equally illustrious coaching career. Now as the crowds

:11:50. > :11:53.gather to await their heroes here in Cardiff Bay, we turn our

:11:53. > :11:58.attentions to a man who has had some celebrations in his time.

:11:58. > :12:05.Brendan Rodgers left Swansea City in May for pastures new in

:12:05. > :12:09.Liverpool and we sent Lisa Rodgers New manager Brendan Rodgers has

:12:09. > :12:12.promised he will fight for his life to bring success and ultimately the

:12:12. > :12:18.Premier League title to the club... Liverpool say Rodgers was the only

:12:18. > :12:23.man offered the job... So, Brendan, how soon did you know Liverpool

:12:23. > :12:33.might be interested? It was obviously after the season. We

:12:33. > :12:33.

:12:33. > :12:39.played Liverpool on the Sunday. you beat them? Yet. -- yes. I had a

:12:39. > :12:43.wonderful season, and it was time to reflect after that. I signed a

:12:43. > :12:47.new deal in January, firstly because I had spoken about wanting

:12:47. > :12:54.to stay with the club, and secondly, because I wanted to stay with the

:12:54. > :12:58.boys, anything in the future, to ensure the club would be protected,

:12:58. > :13:03.because before I signed a new deal we went protected. There was very

:13:03. > :13:10.little compensation. But that is how football works. It changes, and

:13:10. > :13:19.one of the biggest clubs in world football were looking for a manager,

:13:19. > :13:24.and having their unspoken with Huw Jenkins at Swansea and had an

:13:24. > :13:29.emotional conversation, because I think, me and my wife, we couldn't

:13:29. > :13:36.stop crying! Because we really loved our life in Swansea and were

:13:36. > :13:42.in no rush to leave. So absolutely, Swansea couldn't have given me any

:13:42. > :13:46.more, and hopefully they felt happy for what I had given them and my

:13:46. > :13:51.time there. I went to Swansea to try to make it a better place than

:13:52. > :14:01.when I first arrived. The club, I was a part of the journey for the

:14:02. > :14:03.

:14:03. > :14:08.club. For a number of years, I came in and gave my all, and obviously,

:14:08. > :14:15.I depart and Michael will come in, and he will add his philosophy and

:14:15. > :14:20.his slant, so I move on, and I am sure the club will move on again.

:14:20. > :14:27.How did it feel the first time you walked out at Anfield? It was very

:14:27. > :14:32.special. When I recognised the size of the institution that was

:14:32. > :14:37.Liverpool was when we went to America where 40,000 of were at the

:14:37. > :14:42.Games, 40,000 Liverpool supporters! It was absolutely incredible,

:14:42. > :14:50.talking to some of the staff who had been to Asia, that when they go

:14:50. > :14:57.to Asia, they get 60,004 training. So it's that, the sheer scale of it

:14:57. > :15:06.is unbelievable. You are manager of Liverpool. When you come here to

:15:06. > :15:10.what are extraordinary state-of- the-art training facilities. In the

:15:10. > :15:14.last -- in the last 10 to 15 years they have modernised it and brought

:15:14. > :15:24.it up to speed with all the modern technology, and all the facilities

:15:24. > :15:25.

:15:25. > :15:28.that allow players to perform for stop he has got everything on!

:15:28. > :15:33.sports scientists put the supplements in here, and everything

:15:33. > :15:37.that players need. It's very good. The one player that came with you

:15:37. > :15:47.was Joe Allen. Did you feel that was the one play you wanted to

:15:47. > :15:54.bring, or did he say he wanted to It was quite straightforward. We

:15:54. > :16:02.spoke to the chairman, and obviously, if there is an

:16:02. > :16:09.interest... If there is a market for Joe Allen, then I would be keen

:16:09. > :16:15.to be in that market. So you wouldn't flocking to somebody else?

:16:15. > :16:19.-- blog him. We have an excellent relationship and still do. Would

:16:19. > :16:24.Swansea relate -- fans feel disappointed that you took Joe

:16:24. > :16:34.Allen with you? I think he was -- I don't think he was going to go

:16:34. > :16:36.

:16:36. > :16:41.anyway. I had asked the question if he was for sale, and obviously, if

:16:41. > :16:49.he becomes available, I would like to take a top player, but it is

:16:49. > :16:55.also understandable that the money on offer for Joe as well... It was

:16:55. > :16:59.certainly... He's got a manager he's worked with before, an

:16:59. > :17:05.opportunity to come and changed his life for the rest of his life

:17:05. > :17:08.financially, but that wasn't that the overriding reason for it, I

:17:08. > :17:13.think it was just one of those moments, we had a great couple of

:17:13. > :17:20.years together like I had with all the players, they were fantastic,

:17:20. > :17:24.and there was availability for Joe, which I was able to take on board

:17:24. > :17:34.from Swansea, and we were thankfully able to get him. Joe has

:17:34. > :17:36.

:17:36. > :17:40.been outstanding, and the Liverpool Hateley he can be a big player for

:17:40. > :17:44.Liverpool in the coming years. of the strikers you lost was Craig

:17:44. > :17:48.Bellamy, a big figure in Wales. Would you have liked to have kept

:17:48. > :17:57.him at Liverpool? For sure. Craig has spent his life travelling

:17:57. > :18:01.around the country. He felt it was time to go home. I spoke to

:18:01. > :18:06.Craigend it was the club he wanted to leave Liverpool four.

:18:06. > :18:09.Reluctantly I went along with that. A did want to rub salt and the

:18:09. > :18:13.wound, but you haven't won in the first three. Are you feeling the

:18:13. > :18:18.pressure from the fans? It is the fans who put pressure rather than

:18:18. > :18:26.the management or anyone else? Football is very simple. If you

:18:26. > :18:31.don't win games you will get a bit of stick. If you do, then it is the

:18:31. > :18:34.limit some for dealing with everything that comes. -- it is the

:18:34. > :18:38.only medicine for dealing with everything that comes. You will go

:18:38. > :18:48.back to the liberty in November. How do you think you will be

:18:48. > :18:48.

:18:48. > :18:52.received? How do you think? Listen, I was very proud that we made it

:18:52. > :18:55.one of the most difficult places for any team to come. It will be

:18:55. > :19:01.the same in November. The reception you go to the manager will never

:19:01. > :19:10.take away from my time there, my family's time there. Because as I

:19:10. > :19:14.said it was an incredible journey and one I will never forget.

:19:14. > :19:17.Sad news in football this week with the passing of former Cardiff City

:19:17. > :19:22.manager Jimmy Andrews, the man credited with bringing culture

:19:22. > :19:29.rogue Robin Friday to the club. He died after a long illness at the

:19:29. > :19:33.age of 85. Now I am joined by two men who have

:19:33. > :19:38.five medals between them. I have been warned about these two. A

:19:38. > :19:42.couple of characters from the Paralympic Games, Le Jon Davies, I

:19:42. > :19:46.will begin with you. The last time I saw you you were sat on the sofa

:19:46. > :19:50.with Lorraine. What a crazy few weeks you have had? It has been so

:19:51. > :19:56.real. It is funny how you can go from and nobody took a somebody in

:19:56. > :20:01.a matter of hours. It is nice to be recognised for the hard work we put

:20:01. > :20:05.him behind the scenes. When is it going to sink in and when does the

:20:05. > :20:11.hard work start again? I honestly don't think it will at the sink in.

:20:11. > :20:15.This is something that not many people can say, to be at the home

:20:15. > :20:21.Paralympics is one thing, to be at your home Paralympics and get a

:20:21. > :20:25.medal is another. It will sink him in about four or five weeks, when I

:20:26. > :20:32.am training again, going for the Commonwealth Games and Rio. For us

:20:32. > :20:37.to go to our first games, he was almost half my age. We are very

:20:37. > :20:41.proud, very proud to represent ParalympicsGB and proud to

:20:41. > :20:47.represent Wales. Very exciting times and fantastic memories to

:20:47. > :20:51.take forward for the future. had the first medal for

:20:51. > :20:55.ParalympicsGB as well. There will be tension that came with that?

:20:55. > :21:00.is fantastic. On Thursday morning, racing and the Velodrome, focusing

:21:00. > :21:05.on my job at hand and winning the silver and being told I had won the

:21:05. > :21:09.first medal for ParalympicsGB the Home Games, it was a great feeling.

:21:09. > :21:14.It really was. There are hundreds of people wanting to congratulate

:21:14. > :21:20.you. I will congratulate you myself., regulations, boys. Well

:21:20. > :21:23.done, go and party. -- congratulations, boys. You may be

:21:23. > :21:28.surprised that women's hockey was only introduced as an Olympic sport

:21:28. > :21:32.in 1980. Since then, just three Welsh players have been selected

:21:32. > :21:42.for British Olympic squads. The most recent, Sarah Thomas, was part

:21:42. > :21:50.

:21:50. > :21:53.of the bronze medal-winning team at COMMENTATOR: Absolutely brilliant.

:21:53. > :21:58.Sarah Thomas has scored. Olympic medals are a long time in

:21:58. > :22:04.the making. Sarah Thomas has been an international hockey player for

:22:05. > :22:10.15 years. She has won 69 caps for Wales. COMMENTATOR: A dummy, oh yes,

:22:10. > :22:14.beautifully turned in. It is Sarah Thomas. As well as 72 for Great

:22:14. > :22:20.Britain. But her career will be defined by the final seven matches

:22:20. > :22:24.during London 2012. 16,000 people screaming, it was incredible. I

:22:24. > :22:32.will never forget walking out and everyone screaming. It was tingling

:22:32. > :22:36.through your body, lovely. COMMENTATOR: Yes. The Welsh member

:22:36. > :22:41.of the party. As soon as you're on the pitch can you play as you do

:22:41. > :22:45.every single day that you play like you do in training. I do this on a

:22:45. > :22:50.regular basis, just go out, play and enjoy it. It could be your last

:22:50. > :22:55.tournament. It was lovely to get on the scoresheet. It is a team effort.

:22:55. > :23:01.That game against Japan, we played well. The second place finish in

:23:01. > :23:04.the group meant the semi-final against Argentina. The semi-final,

:23:04. > :23:08.the depth of feeling, how heartbreaking was that moment?

:23:08. > :23:13.genuinely was. Very few experiences have made me feel that way. Knowing

:23:13. > :23:18.we had given everything and it was not enough was soul-destroying and

:23:18. > :23:23.to go back that night. I had two hours' sleep at the next day I

:23:23. > :23:30.could not shake my mood. For me, I can smile and laugh, so it was

:23:30. > :23:33.weird that I could not shake it off. The bronze medal match, is that

:23:33. > :23:37.going to be the one game that sticks with you for the rest of

:23:37. > :23:41.your life, would you say? From the mid- bit -- from the minute the

:23:41. > :23:48.whistle went, we knew we would win. You sometimes get that feeling.

:23:48. > :23:53.When we scored, there was no doubt. Once you scored it. Hal was that

:23:53. > :23:59.feeling? You know what is done at Witt. Yes come to sealed the deal

:23:59. > :24:05.was incredible. I was like this is my moment to make this happen. It

:24:05. > :24:08.was really nice it came off. It is nice to be with my team. Winning a

:24:08. > :24:13.bronze medal at the Olympics shows that Welsh hockey players can make

:24:13. > :24:18.the jump to Great Britain level, but only 17 women and 33 men have

:24:18. > :24:24.made it so far. Sarah Thomas helped to inspire more in time for Rio in

:24:24. > :24:29.and 60. It was very difficult and 2002 at 2003 going from Wales to

:24:29. > :24:33.Great Britain. It is an enormous step. There is a gap. No one is

:24:33. > :24:36.saying that gap cannot be made. People should get out there that

:24:36. > :24:41.continue what they're doing and believe. If you want something

:24:41. > :24:46.enough, you can go and get it. future, are you going to carry on

:24:46. > :24:51.with hockey? Is that the end for you? I don't know. I am taking a

:24:51. > :24:57.break. I am having a bit of time out. I will try and get a real job,

:24:57. > :25:01.as my parents say, and start in the real world and get a normal life. I

:25:01. > :25:08.will continue looking to do something which inspired me as much

:25:08. > :25:11.as hockey it. -- as much as hockey did.

:25:11. > :25:15.From hockey to football now and the Wales women's team has never

:25:15. > :25:19.qualified for a major championship. But this weekend they could take a

:25:19. > :25:23.major step towards their that the repayments as they take on Scotland

:25:23. > :25:26.in a crucial European Championship tie in Llanelli.

:25:26. > :25:30.A perhaps a good news story for Welsh football. If Wales beat

:25:30. > :25:34.Scotland and the Scots lose to France, Wales are guaranteed a

:25:34. > :25:40.play-off place for the European finals. Uncharted territory. This

:25:40. > :25:44.is the biggest game for women's football so far. We are seeded 4th.

:25:44. > :25:49.To be in this situation is pretty much unheard of. We have never got

:25:49. > :25:54.anywhere near qualifying for a championship. We have been bottom

:25:54. > :25:58.or one from bottom. It is a huge gap. If that happened in men's

:25:58. > :26:02.football everybody would be watching, it would be amazing.

:26:02. > :26:07.There is more media interest and more pressure we are not putting it

:26:07. > :26:11.on ourselves. We will be underdogs and nobody expects us to get

:26:11. > :26:16.results. If we did get the results and finished third, that is what

:26:16. > :26:21.most people expect. This is the man who has raised the standards, the

:26:21. > :26:28.Finnish coach who has improved the professionalism and standing of the

:26:28. > :26:33.women's team in world football. were 29th in Europe relating to the

:26:33. > :26:36.rank and next. Now we are 22nd. We have advanced quite a bit. There

:26:37. > :26:40.are only 12 teams to go to the final tournament, so everybody can

:26:40. > :26:44.understand what a big step that would be. You have been there, at

:26:45. > :26:48.finals. What would it mean to you to take Wales to the European

:26:48. > :26:52.championships next year? It would be the proudest moment of my

:26:52. > :26:56.footballing and coaching career. Again, I know how difficult it is.

:26:57. > :27:02.I have been there and they know the quality of those 12 teams it

:27:02. > :27:06.eventually will go to the final tournament. It is extremely good.

:27:06. > :27:12.So it remains to be seen whether we are ready for that yet but at least

:27:12. > :27:18.we're going in the right direction. I have played 59 off 60 game for

:27:19. > :27:23.Wales would probably 55 of those, it is down to emotions. You just

:27:23. > :27:29.think, we're never going to get there. We look at each other and go,

:27:29. > :27:36.we have a chance here. Do you think you can do it? Yes, I really do. I

:27:36. > :27:43.honestly do. Public it will be tough. Scotland are a great side.

:27:43. > :27:48.And quietly confident. I think it is going to be for us on Saturday.

:27:48. > :27:53.Good luck to the Wales women's squad this weekend. Now, time to

:27:53. > :27:57.meet the goal did the King superstar from North Wales. She is

:27:57. > :28:01.the taekwondo gold medallists, Jade Jones. It is so good to have you on

:28:01. > :28:07.the programme. What a few weeks for you. A covered bowl of the

:28:07. > :28:14.magazines and everything. How has life been? -- the cover girl.

:28:15. > :28:20.Unbelievable experience, really. I am happy I have it on my neck.

:28:20. > :28:26.it up properly. How has life changed? It has been overwhelming.

:28:26. > :28:31.The requests I have been, I was sponsored by Jaguar. I am just a

:28:31. > :28:36.goal from Flint. You have been in Hello magazine, meeting famous

:28:36. > :28:40.people. Is it hard to get a good training? It is hard because I am

:28:40. > :28:44.Olympic champion. This is the best that is ever going to get. I am not

:28:44. > :28:48.a world champion yet of European champion at by what to be one of

:28:48. > :28:51.the greats in the sport. I want to keep going. I don't want to be a

:28:51. > :28:57.one-hit wonder. I want to be recognised as going to numerous

:28:57. > :29:00.competitions that we need. On all the film now there is that image of

:29:00. > :29:05.youth chucking your head guard into the air. Have you been watching

:29:05. > :29:11.back back? I have seen it once on the advert and it looks crazy.

:29:11. > :29:16.People say, did you planet? I just went crazy, I just put it in the

:29:16. > :29:21.air. It was fantastic, the abiding memory for so many people. Huge
