:00:22. > :00:28.On tonight's show, Jonathan Davies meets Rob Howley ahead of the Six

:00:29. > :00:32.Nations. After the last two world cups, Wales have gone on to win the

:00:33. > :00:36.championship, so no pressure really. It would be good if it happens

:00:37. > :00:40.again. We look at Cardiff City and ask - why do the fans seem unhappy

:00:41. > :00:47.with the club? I just think that people don't feel that the passion

:00:48. > :00:52.is necessarily there and that Russell Slayed almost embodied that.

:00:53. > :00:56.Newport County in the FA Cup and local boy cheering them on.

:00:57. > :01:00.Tonight's game against Blackburn Rovers will be the biggest match

:01:01. > :01:05.they'll have had in 30 years. It's all about Rio for our Paralympians

:01:06. > :01:08.and Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson is our guide. I'm proud of Welsh

:01:09. > :01:14.athletes who show the other home nations how good we are. Win, win

:01:15. > :01:20.gold. British cycling's Mastermind shares his psyche. Commitment time

:01:21. > :01:26.minus distraction gives performance. They've got the talent. First up

:01:27. > :01:30.tonight it's rugby. Only two weeks to go now until the start of the Six

:01:31. > :01:37.Nations. So what are Wales' chance that's year? We sent Jonathan Davies

:01:38. > :01:43.for a catch up with Rob Howley. COMMENTATOR: Support outside him.

:01:44. > :01:47.He's on his own. What a repot by Wales! That is a superb individual

:01:48. > :02:05.try. How's things then, Rob? It's come

:02:06. > :02:09.round very quickly, hasn't it, like just a couple of weeks ago, seems

:02:10. > :02:13.World Cup been and gone now Six Nations. How was the World Cup

:02:14. > :02:18.experience for you? Obviously, it's enjoyable. I'd never been through a

:02:19. > :02:24.campaign quite like it before. The last eight years, you know, the

:02:25. > :02:29.time, how quickly it's gone, you go into Rugby World Cup and I think as

:02:30. > :02:34.a coaching team, pretty much as a squad as well, to have the injuries,

:02:35. > :02:38.which we did, at the times that happened as well, we all know that

:02:39. > :02:43.sport can be cruel, but we didn't know it was that cruel. We pretty

:02:44. > :02:47.much knew as a coaching team that ultimately we were all going to be

:02:48. > :02:53.judged on that Wales-England game which has been built up for the last

:02:54. > :02:58.two years. The biggest ever game I think for Wales. That night was

:02:59. > :03:02.extraordinary. Before the game, I think it was the one place you

:03:03. > :03:09.wanted to be, whether you were a player, supporter, or even a coach.

:03:10. > :03:14.Yeah. Ultimately, you knew in 80 minutes destiny was going to be at

:03:15. > :03:18.the fate of your hands really.. Biggest disappointment I had was

:03:19. > :03:22.looking at the way we performed against Australia and there was that

:03:23. > :03:27.eight-and-a-half minutes, where we had 15 against 13 and you know,

:03:28. > :03:31.obviously Attacking coach, what was it like for you, and what's your

:03:32. > :03:38.attacking philosophy for Wales? I think you take the 56 minutes to 69

:03:39. > :03:44.minutes - Remember that, do you? I'll take it to my grave with me, I

:03:45. > :03:46.can assure you. I suppose and the pressure, having that ability to

:03:47. > :03:52.think at that moment in times and having clarity. Our attacking

:03:53. > :03:57.philosophy hasn't changed over the last eight years. I think that the

:03:58. > :04:05.key part of any attacking philosophy is determined on your personnel

:04:06. > :04:09.available. We talk about creating mismatches, look, we want to kick to

:04:10. > :04:12.ability to change positions in the back three, which then will earn the

:04:13. > :04:16.right to play a bit wider. The object is to try and get in the

:04:17. > :04:22.outside channels, as often as possible. You want your numbers on

:04:23. > :04:27.the ball as often as possible. That creates the two on ones, three on

:04:28. > :04:31.twos in the outside channels and the ability to execute under pressure

:04:32. > :04:35.with 70,000 people watching. Interesting stat for you, after the

:04:36. > :04:39.last two World Cups, the seasons after, Wales have gone on to win the

:04:40. > :04:46.championship. So no pressure really. No. It would be good if that happens

:04:47. > :04:51.again. Are you happy with the squad that's been assembled? If you look

:04:52. > :04:54.at the age profile of the squad as well, this squad has been pretty

:04:55. > :05:00.much together for nearly eight years. I think majority of them will

:05:01. > :05:05.go on to the next Rugby World Cup 2019 as well. In terms of continuity

:05:06. > :05:10.in selection in the squad, I think the players know what we're about as

:05:11. > :05:13.coaches and we know pretty much a lot about the players. The

:05:14. > :05:19.preparation in international rugby is key. The two weeks or probably

:05:20. > :05:23.the week leading up to the game, because the first week now players

:05:24. > :05:27.are going back and playing, so the week of Test... It's not like a

:05:28. > :05:34.Monday, Wednesday when we used to play. ?13 a mile. That's changed,

:05:35. > :05:38.it's 40 now I think! The preparation time is key. It's going to be really

:05:39. > :05:43.interesting. You've got England with Eddie Jones at the helm. I think

:05:44. > :05:47.they are favourite, I think that's right. The strength of players and

:05:48. > :05:51.quality of players they've got I don't disagree but England should

:05:52. > :05:55.probably start favourites every year in terms of strength and depth that

:05:56. > :06:00.they have and their selection pool is far greater being probably equals

:06:01. > :06:04.France, possibly. I think we've always performed well in the Six

:06:05. > :06:09.Nations. Over the last eight years, the one thing which we haven't been

:06:10. > :06:15.sometimes very good at is starting. That is a challenge. We're going

:06:16. > :06:18.first up to Ireland. We went there in Rugby World Cup. We look forward

:06:19. > :06:24.to playing Ireland. That's your focus now. Absolutely. If we can

:06:25. > :06:29.start well against Ireland, we have got Scotland. They're like 16-1,

:06:30. > :06:37.aren't they? They played well in the World Cup. There's no doubt Ven

:06:38. > :06:42.Cotter has been a huge influence. They should have beaten Australia.

:06:43. > :06:47.Scotland, Murrayfield, Six Nations, they will be looking forward to

:06:48. > :06:52.that. We welcome Scotland at home then. Always good games, they are.

:06:53. > :07:00.Always high-scoring games. They've got the capacity to play really well

:07:01. > :07:04.against you in an open-style game. The Six Nations, the first game.

:07:05. > :07:11.What's Gats like to work for? You've been with him a long time now. The

:07:12. > :07:16.one thing is trust. He wants players and coaches to challenge him and ask

:07:17. > :07:22.questions, because he'll certainly come back and challenge you. I was

:07:23. > :07:40.fortunate late in my career to go to London Wasps. I learned more under

:07:41. > :07:46.Warren. We should cut that out! Are you still enjoying it? You've still

:07:47. > :07:50.got your hair, just. Bit grey. We're both getting like that. We're at an

:07:51. > :07:59.age where I'm just happy it's grey and I've still got it. We're not

:08:00. > :08:05.Dying it, are we. I'm grateful I've got a head ever hair. Rob, thanks

:08:06. > :08:10.for sparing the time. Good luck, mate. Good to see you again. Cheers,

:08:11. > :08:16.mate. That was really interesting to catch up with my old mate Rob. Very

:08:17. > :08:20.interesting conversation. I think that they're looking forward to the

:08:21. > :08:24.Six Nations. They've got players coming back from injury, which gives

:08:25. > :08:31.them better balance and more of an attacking threat. As usual, you just

:08:32. > :08:38.focus on the first game. First game - Ireland. If they win that,

:08:39. > :08:43.Scotland home. France home. They'll have a great chance of winning the

:08:44. > :08:48.championships. So, as everyone else in the home nations, really excited

:08:49. > :08:56.and now looking forward to the Six Nations. Tara.

:08:57. > :09:00.So, Swansea City have a new head coach. But some Cardiff City fans

:09:01. > :09:06.would like to see a new man take charge of their team as well. But is

:09:07. > :09:11.Russell Slade doing such a bad job? We look at some of the issues

:09:12. > :09:13.affecting the club on and off the field.

:09:14. > :09:17.The football club at the heart of its community, a place to forget

:09:18. > :09:24.about stress at work or at home. A place to be entertained, to dream,

:09:25. > :09:27.to reminisce, to worship new heroes. For many Cardiff fans, though, it

:09:28. > :09:30.doesn't quite feel like it should, they don't find it entertaining.

:09:31. > :09:35.They're not enjoying themselves any more. Thousands are staying away and

:09:36. > :09:39.those who do still go, well it's like a marriage or a love affair

:09:40. > :09:46.that's going through a very rocky patch. Loads of Cardiff City

:09:47. > :09:50.customers are very depressed. Compared to the glory days, in the

:09:51. > :09:54.Premiership a couple of years ago. We're 3-0 up, we're drawing. 2-0 up,

:09:55. > :09:58.we're drawing. That's not good enough. If you love something, you

:09:59. > :10:03.love it for life. I've loved Cardiff City all my life. But it is harder

:10:04. > :10:10.to carry out that relationship with the way things are at the moment.

:10:11. > :10:15.Cardiff are only five points off the play-off places, yet the owner

:10:16. > :10:20.Vincent Tan is rarely seen at games these days. Russell Slade is

:10:21. > :10:24.criticised for his tactics, his playing style, the signings he's

:10:25. > :10:29.made even the body language. We don't have out-and-out goal scorers,

:10:30. > :10:33.that's an issue. Yet we have a good, strong defensive team. I just that I

:10:34. > :10:37.that people don't feel that the passion is necessarily there and

:10:38. > :10:43.that Russell Slade almost embodies that lack of passion. He's never

:10:44. > :10:48.been the supporters' choice. I think the man and what he's got has done

:10:49. > :10:52.remarkably well. I expected him to have a relegation battle, not a

:10:53. > :10:55.play-off battle. Everybody slaughters Russell Slade. I think

:10:56. > :11:00.that's completely out of order, because he's been asked to did a job

:11:01. > :11:05.of work under certain circumstances. He's doing. It he's saving the club

:11:06. > :11:08.money. Vincent Tan is the issue. Vincent Tan and the running of the

:11:09. > :11:12.football club, I don't feel Cardiff City at the moment,

:11:13. > :11:14.behind-the-scenes, really have that drive and determination to want to

:11:15. > :11:18.get back to the highest level. Sometimes you've got to tell the

:11:19. > :11:23.fans the truth, what your ambitions are, which direction you want to go

:11:24. > :11:26.in. If they know the truth, then they've got a choice then. Either to

:11:27. > :11:30.back it or leave it. And they are voting with their feet.

:11:31. > :11:36.The average gate in Cardiff's one year in the Premier League was

:11:37. > :11:42.27,500. Still healthy at just over 21,000 last season. But this year,

:11:43. > :11:47.down to 14,500 so far. One way to get people pouring back through the

:11:48. > :11:51.turnstiles and off their seats is of course exciting new signings,

:11:52. > :11:55.someone to bang in the goals. Then last week, the transfer embargo

:11:56. > :11:59.emposed for alleged breach of financial fair play rules is not

:12:00. > :12:04.going to help much. There is a total bar on paying any kind of fee to

:12:05. > :12:07.bring a player in, where that's a permanent transfer fee or a loan

:12:08. > :12:12.fee. If you bring someone in, there is a cap which says you can't pay

:12:13. > :12:17.more than the equivalent of 600,000 a year to the player you're bringing

:12:18. > :12:20.in. So on loan with no fee. I still think they are sadly lacking in

:12:21. > :12:25.football knowledge at board level, which leads them into problems like

:12:26. > :12:28.FFP. If they'd have sought specialist advice before putting

:12:29. > :12:31.those accounts in, they'd have had a better idea whether they were

:12:32. > :12:34.compliant or not. We invited the club to put their viewpoint across.

:12:35. > :12:38.They declined to be interviewed. They said in a statement last week

:12:39. > :12:42.that they had taken expert vice and thought they had complied with the

:12:43. > :12:45.league's financial fair play rules. It's understood they will post a

:12:46. > :12:49.profit for the first time in several years when their latest annual

:12:50. > :12:53.accounts are published. Though they are still heavily in debt to their

:12:54. > :12:57.Malaysian owner. How much money do you believe they still owe to

:12:58. > :13:03.Vincent Tan? I believe, I mean, the figure in the last set of accounts

:13:04. > :13:06.which we've got, which goes back to May 2014, was over 130 million.

:13:07. > :13:10.We're told, I was told by the board that Vincent Tan has written off

:13:11. > :13:16.some of his debt. I believe the amount was reported at 13 million in

:13:17. > :13:19.the year for the accounts we're waiting for and also converted

:13:20. > :13:24.another three million of debt into shares. So that debt should be

:13:25. > :13:28.coming down. But the figure will still be substantially over ?100

:13:29. > :13:32.million. While it remains as a debt, there remains a significant risk to

:13:33. > :13:38.the club. If you take the money out of it, Cardiff City's lost its soul

:13:39. > :13:52.as a club. Because of what's going on, the negatives, Malky Makay, the

:13:53. > :13:59.situation, blue to red. Ole Gunner Solsjar coming in. All the millions

:14:00. > :14:02.that he's had, most probably to be paid off, Vincent Tan has said one

:14:03. > :14:06.thing: I'm trying to save all that money now that I've paid out.

:14:07. > :14:11.As ever, it's what happens on the pitch that matters most to fans.

:14:12. > :14:15.Some have already delivered their verdict on manager and players. For

:14:16. > :14:27.others, well the jury will indeed remain out until the summer.

:14:28. > :14:30.# Last Monday night Newport County played their rearranged FA Cup tie

:14:31. > :14:34.championship side Blackburn Rovers, and this was the first time since

:14:35. > :14:42.1986 that they had got this far in the competition. Local boy Christian

:14:43. > :14:50.Malcolm went along to support them. Newport. This is where I was born

:14:51. > :14:57.and bred. Football was my first love, I got into athletics when

:14:58. > :15:02.Irish anger. -- I got into athletics when I was younger. It is great to

:15:03. > :15:05.see you put in the third round of the FA Cup, and a night's game

:15:06. > :15:11.against Blackburn will be the biggest match they have had in 30

:15:12. > :15:17.years. One of the few clubs which are owned by the fans, how is that

:15:18. > :15:20.working out? Very good. In October we raised around quarter of the

:15:21. > :15:24.medium to take over the club, and we spent a lot of time with our

:15:25. > :15:29.supporters and they dug deep -- quarter of a million. We were able

:15:30. > :15:33.to take a controlling influence on the club and we have been running it

:15:34. > :15:38.accordingly. What does it mean to the club, tonight? The third round

:15:39. > :15:40.in the FA Cup is the best date of the football calendar, it's a free

:15:41. > :15:44.match for the players, they can share what they can do in front of

:15:45. > :15:51.TV, and financially it is a great thing for us. How big a night is

:15:52. > :15:56.this four-year? It is a massive night, the first time in 30 years

:15:57. > :16:02.that we have reached this stage, since we played at Sunderland in

:16:03. > :16:16.1986. -- is this for you? Predictions? 1-0. Too? Us. I am with

:16:17. > :16:22.one of the finest buyers to come out of Newport, Nathan Blake. --

:16:23. > :16:27.players. I think it will be a difficult game for both parties, the

:16:28. > :16:31.pitch will be a level, if you like. If they can get themselves a goal,

:16:32. > :16:36.that will lift the crowd and I can see Newport getting a couple of

:16:37. > :16:39.goals, definitely. Newport visual hometown club, you played for

:16:40. > :16:44.Blackburn Rovers, as well. -- is your hometown club. It is nice to be

:16:45. > :16:48.the guest of honour, and it is nice to see two teams playing each other

:16:49. > :16:50.in my hometown and I can come watch the game. I can have some free food.

:16:51. > :17:02.LAUGHTER COMMENTATOR: Marshall, the right

:17:03. > :17:09.back, that is a great run, down he goes, is that a penalty? Yes, it is.

:17:10. > :17:13.No way. It is a fine penalty kick from Marshall. Blackburn have taken

:17:14. > :17:25.the lead. It is a red card. That is

:17:26. > :17:29.astonishing. That must be for the challenge, and all of a sudden

:17:30. > :17:42.Newport County have a one-man advantage. See you later. Snapshot.

:17:43. > :17:49.Oh! What a goal from Mark Byrne. It has been a good game so far, both

:17:50. > :17:51.teams going at it. Even Stevens, I said Newport would score, so fingers

:17:52. > :18:02.crossed they can get the winner and go through. COMMENTATOR: Right

:18:03. > :18:15.footed cross. And that is 2-1! Teasing cross. Over the bar. Oh!

:18:16. > :18:26.I know, I know. I feel your pain. You know, you want that dream, that

:18:27. > :18:33.glory and the fourth round, and a bit more money. But our priority now

:18:34. > :18:35.is safety in the league and to get ourselves say. I wish you all the

:18:36. > :18:52.best. -- safe. Cheers. Last week we looked ahead to a huge

:18:53. > :18:56.summer of sport by profiling some of the Welsh hopefuls heading to the

:18:57. > :19:01.Rio Olympics as part of Team GB. This week we are looking ahead to

:19:02. > :19:05.the Paralympics, and who better to guide us than our very own

:19:06. > :19:17.Paralympic legend Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson? I'm really excited

:19:18. > :19:22.about Rio, it will be huge, a beach party. There is part of me that

:19:23. > :19:26.still wants London to be known as the best Olympic Games ever, but Rio

:19:27. > :19:32.needs to step up for the Paralympic movement to move forward. How is Rio

:19:33. > :19:38.set up for the Paralympics? What is it looking like? It will be OK, it

:19:39. > :19:42.will be finished and ready, there are some tensions around facilities

:19:43. > :19:51.being ready, and the water quality, for rowing and canoeing and the

:19:52. > :19:53.triathlon, and to be honest, we were worried about Athens, but the

:19:54. > :19:57.quality of competition was fantastic. What I can't get any

:19:58. > :20:00.feeling for, how many people are going to come and watch, and that

:20:01. > :20:04.will make the difference, that is what made the difference in London,

:20:05. > :20:09.the stadiums were full and that makes a difference for the athletes

:20:10. > :20:13.competing. This is a big opportunity for the team, plenty of expectation

:20:14. > :20:16.in terms of winning medals, if we win the same, we will be one of the

:20:17. > :20:21.only countries which has done that, and this is a chance to show the

:20:22. > :20:28.world, that the British team are an amazing Paralympic team. In terms of

:20:29. > :20:33.Welsh success, can this group of athletes live up to what happened in

:20:34. > :20:36.London? There has always been a big expectation for the Welsh athletes

:20:37. > :20:40.in terms of punching above their weight, and how many get to

:20:41. > :20:45.represent the British team, in London it was 25% of the gold

:20:46. > :20:49.medals, I was proud of that. That is added pressure on them, but also

:20:50. > :20:54.that can be very motivating for them to want to do really well. Who is

:20:55. > :20:59.coming home with a medal? Hollie Arnold, I've known her since she was

:21:00. > :21:03.on the junior talent programme, even when she was 14 she had more

:21:04. > :21:10.confidence than I did when I was 25, which is amazing. She has had a few

:21:11. > :21:13.ups and downs and has now come back and she was amazing last year, she

:21:14. > :21:20.was looking like an incredible javelin thrower. For me to watch her

:21:21. > :21:26.and to see the way she threw, it was, OK, she can do this, she can

:21:27. > :21:32.win gold. Alan Sean Davis, how will he be feeling? Exciting, a huge

:21:33. > :21:37.amount of pressure, I've seen him develop over the years, I remember

:21:38. > :21:42.when he was a kid, he was skinny. The confidence he got from London,

:21:43. > :21:48.that has set him on a new level. He will feel the responsibility of

:21:49. > :21:52.being one of the best-known, not just Welsh but British athletes, he

:21:53. > :21:58.will see himself as a poster boy, in terms of young athletes looking up

:21:59. > :22:01.to him. That is why he's an amazing team captain, he has time for many

:22:02. > :22:05.of the athletes and he knows what it is like to be young on the team and

:22:06. > :22:14.to have these aspirations. Easy our main hope for a gold medal? -- is

:22:15. > :22:17.he. Yes, not just in terms of winning goal, but the way that he

:22:18. > :22:22.wins, do not just sit on his laurels, and to be better in Rio

:22:23. > :22:26.than he was in London, and that's a tough decision for any athlete, but

:22:27. > :22:32.it shows how important it is, that he wins and wins well in Rio. What

:22:33. > :22:37.about Olivia Green, the bundle of joy? I have never seen her anything

:22:38. > :22:42.but really happy all the time, and this is great to see, she loves

:22:43. > :22:47.athletics so much. She has had a tough time in sport, as well.

:22:48. > :22:52.Looking at Long jump, sprinting, but I see her come into her own when she

:22:53. > :22:57.is part of the relay, she is the glue for the team. Plenty of

:22:58. > :23:04.pressure. Yes, but they need her in the team. As part of her category,

:23:05. > :23:09.she competes, and she needs to be there, she can be the one to help

:23:10. > :23:14.them deliver a gold medal. I love watching the relay, it is such a

:23:15. > :23:16.dramatic event, it in terms of whether they get the baton around,

:23:17. > :23:23.especially athletes with cerebral palsy. Whether she wins or loses,

:23:24. > :23:28.she comes off, she is smiling and happy, and that is quite infectious

:23:29. > :23:32.for the rest of the team. Tanni, what would you say to the Welsh

:23:33. > :23:40.contingent ahead of the Olympics? Enjoy it, have an amazing time, I

:23:41. > :23:44.hope Rio brings everything you want and try to win gold, because I'm

:23:45. > :23:48.proud of the Welsh athletes who show the other home nations how good we

:23:49. > :23:55.are. No pressure, but please win, lots. If I was to ask you, who is

:23:56. > :24:00.Wales's most successful coach or manager in the last decade, who

:24:01. > :24:05.would you say? Warren Gatland, Chris Coleman? What about a Welshman from

:24:06. > :24:10.North Wales who is a legend in his sport? He is in Spain preparing for

:24:11. > :24:14.another big year and we have been finding out the secret of his

:24:15. > :24:24.success. It is Team Sky's said Dave Brailsford. -- Sir. Determined,

:24:25. > :24:31.organised, obsessed. Dave Brailsford, away from home, plotting

:24:32. > :24:34.another relentless year. I don't get much of a winter break, we are there

:24:35. > :24:40.until the end of the season, the racing season, I was over 200 days

:24:41. > :24:44.on the road, that was quite a lot. You come back, you take stock, you

:24:45. > :24:48.try to review, you review this season and do that while it is fresh

:24:49. > :24:51.in our minds, reflective practice is when you take the time to reflect

:24:52. > :24:56.and that is when you are going to learn. I try to learn in October,

:24:57. > :25:01.November, and then we are back here again. Marginal gains, Dave

:25:02. > :25:06.Brailsford's mantra, tiny improvements multiplied equals

:25:07. > :25:13.significant gains, nothing is left to chance. We come here all the way

:25:14. > :25:18.through December, January, and it is like a drop in centre, as well. You

:25:19. > :25:21.look at the group dynamic, and you look at the people, you think, what

:25:22. > :25:26.have we got as a group and what is going to move them forward? What you

:25:27. > :25:31.do know, a team is in a constant state of flux, the dynamic changes

:25:32. > :25:34.all the time, and unless you spend the time thinking about the group

:25:35. > :25:36.you have got there is no way you will decide about the best

:25:37. > :25:40.intervention to move that group forward. Take the copy and paste

:25:41. > :25:46.kind of thing, from last year, that will not work on and that is lazy.

:25:47. > :25:53.Dave Brailsford is a winner, but it is not he who wins, he guides,

:25:54. > :25:56.motivates. They come to the start of the season and they will have the

:25:57. > :26:00.hunger for the next year, the desire, and some of them will be

:26:01. > :26:07.really hungry, and some of them, you think, OK... Every rider has a

:26:08. > :26:10.hunger index and I try to work out where they are in terms of their

:26:11. > :26:14.desire for next season and we monitor that quite carefully, we

:26:15. > :26:21.have got commitments I must, as well as performance -- we have got

:26:22. > :26:28.commitment times. You talk about them and you talk with them, and off

:26:29. > :26:37.we go. Last year, Durant Thomas was elevated to the elite, but our Team

:26:38. > :26:41.Sky is -- Geraint John must was elevated to the elite, but at Team

:26:42. > :26:46.Sky he is still behind the main man, Chris Froome. The issue,

:26:47. > :26:51.potentially, defending my Tour de France title again on the cards, and

:26:52. > :26:57.it will not be an easy season, that is for certain -- this year. He won

:26:58. > :27:03.the Tour de France and he would like to win that again, and he has the

:27:04. > :27:16.Olympics. Is up for it, it is exciting for him. The -- Geraint

:27:17. > :27:24.John the Thomas eventually win the Tour de France? -- good he

:27:25. > :27:31.eventually win the Tour de France? I hope so. He has the headache of

:27:32. > :27:35.getting up to the level of Chris, but this is a big year for him, very

:27:36. > :27:40.exciting, we are right behind him, supporting him. The plan is set,

:27:41. > :27:48.from here on till October, there will be no respite. -- on till. I

:27:49. > :27:55.feel really up for it, the most for a long time, I don't know why, but I

:27:56. > :28:00.love what I do, I guess. And that is it for this week, we back at nine

:28:01. > :28:01.o'clock next Friday, but from the Sport Wales team, have a good

:28:02. > :28:32.weekend. On your marks, get set...

:28:33. > :28:34.Bake for Sport Relief. sift and whip their way through

:28:35. > :28:39.the Bake Off tent... Burnt on the outside

:28:40. > :28:48.and doughy in the middle. Look at his little legs.

:28:49. > :28:51.THEY LAUGH I got a Hollywood handshake.

:28:52. > :28:55.I'm this happy.
