:00:56. > :01:01.A goal for Scotland. Hampden goes wild!

:01:01. > :01:07.Andy Murray has won the title, oh my goodness, he's done it the hard

:01:07. > :01:11.way! Scotland against Serbia gave us the

:01:11. > :01:14.win we wanted but only at the second attempt. It was Andy Murray

:01:14. > :01:18.in New York last night rather than the national football team at

:01:19. > :01:22.Hampden on Saturday. That goalless draw at the weekend meant that

:01:22. > :01:27.tonight's home game against Macedonia, 50 places below Scotland

:01:27. > :01:36.in the world rankings, carried even greater significance for our

:01:36. > :01:41.qualification chances. We have highlights from Hampden now.

:01:41. > :01:44.Tonight Hampden Park is a pressure cooker. Scotland can ill afford to

:01:44. > :01:51.put a foot wrong against Macedonia after Saturday's draw with their

:01:51. > :01:59.Balkan neighbours. Craig Levein is an unflappable sort but he will be

:01:59. > :02:09.feeling hot under the clol ar tonight.

:02:09. > :02:17.Twice they have faced Macedonia, one defeat. A win here a win later,

:02:17. > :02:22.a result that kept hopes of qualifying alive in South Africa.

:02:22. > :02:26.Another huge night at Scotland's National Stadium.

:02:26. > :02:32.Craig Levein makes three alterations to his team from the

:02:32. > :02:42.one that drew with Serbia. Adams, Snodgrass and Naismith

:02:42. > :03:07.

:03:07. > :03:17.Adams Snodgrass and Naismith are benched. That is where Jordan

:03:17. > :03:26.

:03:26. > :03:36.Rhodes starts as well. The referee Scotland have to be aware of that

:03:36. > :04:04.

:04:04. > :04:14.attempts. Consequence of more dropped points is unthinkable for

:04:14. > :04:23.

:04:23. > :04:33.reckon 32,000 will be inside the stadium tonight.

:04:33. > :04:56.

:04:56. > :05:06.Puts the Scottish defence under in that kind of area. It slipped

:05:06. > :05:20.

:05:20. > :05:30.there. MacGregor delight today see that

:05:30. > :05:41.

:05:41. > :05:51.shot go past, it is a corner though though.

:05:51. > :06:05.

:06:05. > :06:15.opening minutes of the game. Pandev has something to say to the

:06:15. > :06:15.

:06:15. > :06:59.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:06:59. > :07:09.again, Mackie gets a good pick out. Good precision passes.

:07:09. > :07:37.

:07:37. > :07:41.Scotland. I don't Mackie or Dixon do

:07:41. > :07:51.themselves any favour. Mackie turns his back there, that allows

:07:51. > :07:51.

:07:51. > :08:34.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:08:34. > :08:44.A dagger into Scottish hearts and been slack from the start.

:08:44. > :08:44.

:08:44. > :09:24.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:09:24. > :09:29.Scotland attack to penetrate a Ibraimi just gets a touch. You can

:09:29. > :09:39.see the strike not far away at all. I am not sure if James Forrest has

:09:39. > :09:50.

:09:50. > :10:00.fans booing at this display. I am scared, and fearful of what is

:10:00. > :10:34.

:10:34. > :10:44.happening, because Caldwell is to reach him.

:10:44. > :10:44.

:10:44. > :11:53.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:11:53. > :11:57.A great pass from Mackie and Forest the Scotland goalkeeper who is

:11:57. > :12:06.having to be the hero just now. It is all happening in and around the

:12:06. > :12:16.Scottish box. Another huge let-off.

:12:16. > :12:53.

:12:53. > :12:58.Not good defending. MacGregor to the rescue.

:12:58. > :13:08.The corner kicks weren't of the highest standard here on Saturday

:13:08. > :13:18.from Scotland. Maloney takes and it is headed wide by Andy Webster.

:13:18. > :13:35.

:13:35. > :13:39.Pace is on the ball but he's on his good area.

:13:39. > :13:49.As good as you are going to get. Maloney does really well. Gets here

:13:49. > :13:49.

:13:49. > :14:33.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:14:33. > :14:38.this task. But I just think it's on a left-

:14:38. > :14:48.footed side. He's got good reverse on it, goalkeeper punch it had away

:14:48. > :15:10.

:15:10. > :15:16.Brilliant from Forest, being positive, committing players, hangs

:15:16. > :15:20.up a lovely cross. Didn't see Kenny Miller. It is Maloney getting in

:15:20. > :15:30.there, Mackie getting in there. We need more players, strikers hitting

:15:30. > :15:52.

:15:52. > :15:58.1-1. He had been much maligned in the

:15:58. > :16:05.build up to this one. Kenny miller steps up to the plate to rescue his

:16:05. > :16:15.manager and Scotland are back in Good play, nice quick passing,

:16:15. > :16:22.

:16:22. > :16:28.Morrison, great run, never offside. A huge shot in the arm for us.

:16:28. > :16:38.say the least! Kenny Miller, 17th international goal. People had

:16:38. > :16:38.

:16:38. > :18:02.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:18:02. > :18:08.He hasn't had the best first half half-time and it has been nervy,

:18:08. > :18:14.it's been tense and the boos still ring out from the Tartan Army. They

:18:14. > :18:18.saw their side go one down, cancelled out by Kenny Miller. The

:18:19. > :18:28.qualifiers don't end for 13 months but Scotland, were teetering on the

:18:29. > :18:34.

:18:34. > :18:38.brink. Macedonia, ranked 97 in the in the world.

:18:38. > :18:48.Macedonia were one up in the game and threatening to win their third

:18:48. > :18:57.

:18:57. > :19:07.away World Cup qualifier. They may still do that tonight. Craig Levein

:19:07. > :19:44.

:19:44. > :19:54.and Scotland hope it goes the other of the first half.

:19:54. > :19:54.

:19:54. > :20:45.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:20:45. > :20:49.They need to be out of the traps their most dangerous when the ball

:20:49. > :20:59.was on the ground. They were fighting it through the Serbian

:20:59. > :21:28.

:21:28. > :21:35.defence. Tonight the goal came from It was a good strike, but look at

:21:35. > :21:45.the area. High up the pitch, inside their half. Reading the play,

:21:45. > :21:45.

:21:45. > :22:32.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:22:32. > :22:42.Just look how slickly they do it. Pandev instrumental. MacGregor

:22:42. > :23:04.

:23:04. > :23:14.comes out. He's had two excellent Hasani.

:23:14. > :23:26.

:23:26. > :23:30.Scotland under the cosh again. A Here comes the change for the Scots.

:23:30. > :23:37.Kenny Miller has lasted less than an hour, but he has had the big

:23:37. > :23:43.impact for Scotland in the match so far. Rescuing Craig Levein's side,

:23:43. > :23:51.with his goal just before half-time, 17th for his country. He will be

:23:51. > :24:01.replaced by Charlie Adam and Jamie Mackie will go up-front.

:24:01. > :24:41.

:24:41. > :24:50.Adam into midfield. He's done his at last. That change will be made

:24:50. > :24:55.and it will be James Morrison who is sacrificed. Hasn't been at his

:24:55. > :25:01.best. Much better than he's shown and there will be a roar for onDan

:25:01. > :25:08.Rhodes. -- Jordan Rhodes. What pressure on the 22-year-old. Just

:25:08. > :25:17.his fourth cap. He's only started once. He scored when he started.

:25:17. > :25:27.Much is expected of Jordan Rhodes. And he will know that.

:25:27. > :25:27.

:25:27. > :26:23.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:26:23. > :26:33.He's come on with 25 minutes to go. through. I am not sure a team-mate

:26:33. > :26:46.

:26:46. > :26:52.There is a 4-4-2 now. They have to be careful. They are

:26:52. > :27:02.dangerous on the counter. But more options upfront for us now.

:27:02. > :27:15.

:27:15. > :27:25.No, it's the side net. He almost inches, that is all it is. A

:27:25. > :27:25.

:27:25. > :28:21.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:28:21. > :28:31.tries to get through Alan MacGregor but a vital stop again. He's been

:28:31. > :28:31.

:28:31. > :30:04.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:30:04. > :30:09.Pandev, intelligent once again. for Scotland to be replaced by

:30:09. > :30:16.Naismith. He's done a power of work, Jamie Mackie. Teed up the Kenny

:30:16. > :30:26.Miller equaliser. Scotland need fresh legs for the last throw of

:30:26. > :30:26.

:30:26. > :32:32.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:32:32. > :32:40.the of the dies. free-kick to Macedonia and everyone

:32:40. > :32:50.can calm down again. It's getting to that stage, ten

:32:50. > :32:51.

:32:51. > :33:31.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:33:31. > :33:41.minutes to go, that is a decent another chance for Scotland, but it

:33:41. > :33:41.

:33:41. > :34:31.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:34:31. > :34:40.the big screens here and it was met by a resounding boo from the

:34:40. > :34:50.Scotland supporters. Craig Levein will be a man under severe pressure

:34:50. > :34:50.

:34:50. > :36:44.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:36:44. > :36:51.A minute-and-a-half to go. easiest game of the group. It's 1-1.

:36:51. > :36:56.A draw with Serbia here at the weekend, immediately meant Scotland

:36:56. > :37:00.had to somewhere retrieve the points. They are going to have to

:37:00. > :37:04.retrieve points from two games at home, because time is up.

:37:04. > :37:07.Alan MacGregor will release this and it will be full-time. That is

:37:07. > :37:11.the final whistle. Just how damaging is this going to be for

:37:11. > :37:21.not just Scotland but for Craig Levein.

:37:21. > :37:22.

:37:22. > :37:27.Can he survive this one? Macedonia ranked 97th in the world,

:37:27. > :37:31.the bottom creedss in this group have come to Hampden and taken a

:37:31. > :37:34.point, that off the back with a draw with Serbia at the weekend.

:37:34. > :37:38.Scotland have two points in their opening two games and that is two

:37:38. > :37:43.home games gone now. Just how much pressure will Craig

:37:43. > :37:48.Levein be under. Frustration for Shaun Maloney and the rest of the

:37:48. > :37:53.players. You can't fault them for effort. But mass donia, like Serbia,

:37:53. > :37:59.well worth their point and it could have been worse. The qualification

:37:59. > :38:04.campaign doesn't end for another 13 months. At least the fixtures run

:38:04. > :38:09.out then. Is it over already for Scotland. We will find that out in

:38:09. > :38:19.the course of the coming months. They go to Wales and Belgium next

:38:19. > :38:25.month. It looks like they will have month. It looks like they will have

:38:25. > :38:30.to win at least one of those. 32,000 watch thaing tonight and

:38:31. > :38:35.after Chris McLaughlin to spoke to the manager Craig Levein. How

:38:35. > :38:40.disappointed are you after that? course I am disappointed. It is a

:38:40. > :38:45.game we had hoped to win. What tonight's game showed certainly

:38:45. > :38:51.there's no teams in this group can be underestimated. I think

:38:51. > :38:55.Macedonia played well. Disappointed, we are angry about the way we have

:38:55. > :39:02.performed tonight. No other words to say. It is a poor start, no

:39:02. > :39:07.doubt about it. Saturday, after the game Saturday, I felt we did play

:39:07. > :39:11.well enough, but we have watched the game back and we had more

:39:11. > :39:17.chances, more ball in dangerous areas, but tonight we were off the

:39:17. > :39:21.pace. It's taken us to go a goal down, we never started the game

:39:21. > :39:25.well. It took that to give aus shake. I think we kicked on towards

:39:25. > :39:31.the end of the first half but never really got going. We had a couple

:39:31. > :39:38.of half chances in the second half but not enough to go and win a game.

:39:38. > :39:44.We didn't start very well in the first 25 minutes. Going into the

:39:44. > :39:47.lead, I have heard it is off side, but it's not great, but I thought

:39:47. > :39:57.15 minutes before half-time we started coming into it, and

:39:57. > :39:58.

:39:58. > :40:02.Do you think this leaves Scotland in trouble so early on in the

:40:02. > :40:07.campaign? No, not at all. I look at the league, we are two points off

:40:07. > :40:10.the top. I did say as soon as the draw was made, the teams will take

:40:10. > :40:14.points off each other and I couldn't say where we are going to

:40:14. > :40:19.get a point, hopefully we would get a point here at Hampden but that

:40:19. > :40:21.didn't happen tonight. So the challenge is for us to go to the

:40:22. > :40:26.next game and remain hugely positive and take three points

:40:26. > :40:31.there. For some reason tonight there was a strange atmosphere at

:40:31. > :40:36.the stadium. It wasn't the usual upbeat Hampden tonight. Whether

:40:36. > :40:41.that is off the back of a poor result on Saturday, I don't think

:40:41. > :40:45.it was a poor result, but it was disappointing, but tonight was just

:40:45. > :40:53.more off the pace and we found it hard to get up to our usual tempo

:40:53. > :41:00.after a poor start. I am not giving up. Only two games gone, I know for

:41:00. > :41:05.a fact the boys won't be giving up. It's up to everybody to get behind

:41:05. > :41:08.us again and push on for the next couple of gainls. The fans

:41:08. > :41:16.frustrated at the end. How much personal pressure do you feel

:41:16. > :41:20.under? The biggest pressure is on myself. I want to do well for the

:41:21. > :41:25.country and the supporters more than anybody else. That is the

:41:25. > :41:29.pressure I put on myself. I can handle that. I have been doing this

:41:29. > :41:33.job for a long time. The important thing is to remain positive,

:41:33. > :41:37.letting the players know there is no way we are anywhere near being

:41:37. > :41:47.out of this competition. And the challenge now is to raise our

:41:47. > :42:19.

:42:19. > :42:24.performance in the next match. Let's hear from Pat and Craig. Do

:42:24. > :42:29.those vital stats there, the group placings, do they back up the

:42:29. > :42:34.belief of Craig Levein that we are still in this? You could say that.

:42:34. > :42:37.If Scotland get every back, everyone playing well, they can be

:42:37. > :42:41.a decent team but as soon as you have one or two important players

:42:41. > :42:44.hout you miss it. Craig mentioned there is a lack of balance in the

:42:44. > :42:49.team. The balance comes down to two players for me. You are asking the

:42:49. > :42:53.midfielders, Gary Caldwell and tonight it was Morrison to be the

:42:53. > :42:57.centre midfield players. Fletcher and Brown are the centre in the

:42:57. > :43:03.core of Scotland's team. If one of them is missing it is bad news and

:43:03. > :43:09.if two are missing it is incredibly missing. Get them back and there is

:43:09. > :43:13.a chance Scotland can go on a right good run. If there is a lack of

:43:13. > :43:17.balance about the team there is not a lot of time to get it right, is

:43:17. > :43:22.there? I think we are working on that over the next few weeks, we

:43:22. > :43:26.will look back at the games and the preparation as a manager, he will

:43:26. > :43:29.be looking at that in depth over the next few weeks and he will have

:43:29. > :43:34.it right by the next game. The important thing is in this group

:43:34. > :43:37.anybody can win any match. Home or away, against anybody else in the

:43:37. > :43:40.group. The seedings and rankings, it doesn't matter, any game is

:43:40. > :43:44.winnable. I think he said that before. With the two games coming

:43:44. > :43:48.up, if we can pick up points in that it will push us up the table.

:43:48. > :43:52.Yes, Scotland are two points off the top of the group after two

:43:52. > :43:56.match days, but two really unconvincing performances against

:43:56. > :44:02.Serbia and Macedonia which hardly inspire confidence confidence about

:44:02. > :44:05.the way ahead. They don't. The Tartan Army, the fans, they are not

:44:05. > :44:09.easily conned, they know it's not going to be good enough. What we

:44:09. > :44:14.have seen tonight is not good enough to get through to the World

:44:14. > :44:18.Cup Finals. It is not convincing at all. Craig is right to say we are

:44:18. > :44:24.not out of it yet. It would be ridiculous to say that. Just as

:44:24. > :44:27.Craig says, as Craig Levein says, teams are going to take points off

:44:27. > :44:33.everybody. Macedonia were better than I thought they would be. Moved

:44:33. > :44:37.the ball neatly. They may not win the group themselves, but they will

:44:37. > :44:43.take some surprising points off the home team. Teams will take points

:44:43. > :44:48.off everyone else, but it would have been nice if we had got four

:44:48. > :44:53.points. No surprise they went ahead in the game, because there were

:44:53. > :45:03.warning signs ahead of the goal. They started very brightly,

:45:03. > :45:06.

:45:06. > :45:13.creating a few chances down the left-hand side. It was a very

:45:13. > :45:21.difficult opening for us again, down the left back area.

:45:21. > :45:27.Alan Hutton manages to clear the danger. George he is key was doing

:45:27. > :45:35.really well. We are outclassed in the first half hour.

:45:35. > :45:40.You could say players weren't following. Yes, he is off side, but

:45:40. > :45:44.boy, is it close. Now and again you miss them. If you are going to give

:45:44. > :45:52.the advantage to the attacker now and again, you can't complain about

:45:52. > :45:57.it too much. They have the goal there. They probably deserved it,

:45:57. > :46:01.they were that far ahead. We couldn't get a kick of the ball and

:46:01. > :46:06.we were talking about in the highlights there, 97 in the FIFA

:46:06. > :46:11.rankings, which is a nonsense figure, but it is a bit scary to be

:46:11. > :46:16.so out classed by a team that low down the rankings. But for a

:46:16. > :46:26.terrific save by Alan MacGregor it could have been 2-0 in the first

:46:26. > :46:28.

:46:28. > :46:37.half. He's reacted very quickly to come out and makes a really good

:46:37. > :46:39.block. Pandev here, looking at his twisting and turning, he was

:46:39. > :46:44.fantastic, perfect ball through, great vision. We don't have anyone

:46:44. > :46:53.to do that, and not for the first time and certainly not for the last

:46:53. > :46:58.time, MacGregor is Scotland's save your. - saviour. It's very

:46:58. > :47:02.difficult to knock off the ball there, great strength and awareness

:47:03. > :47:12.to play in a team-mate. He was at it all night long creating most of

:47:13. > :47:18.

:47:18. > :47:21.This is early on in the game, every time the ball was played to Pandev,

:47:21. > :47:30.he's been told you have to stop them. You understand what the game

:47:30. > :47:34.plan was. If you give him a yard, whack, brilliant ball, always gets

:47:34. > :47:44.it through. As the game developed after that, he looked like pure

:47:44. > :47:46.

:47:46. > :47:50.This was a master class performance from Pandev. It would have been

:47:50. > :47:56.great to watch, had it not been against Scotland! We see it time

:47:56. > :48:01.and time again, the best passes in the game, it was Pandev making them

:48:01. > :48:04.off and making their team tick, every time they got a chance to get

:48:04. > :48:09.the ball into him. A great awareness of sways and where he is

:48:09. > :48:14.and how to get on the park, even when he has somebody marking him.

:48:14. > :48:23.It is the easy things, just a simple ball, but completely opened

:48:23. > :48:28.up all the space. He is a top, top international footballer. Whatever

:48:28. > :48:33.you do, you want to get players marking him, but that is easier

:48:33. > :48:37.said than done. He's got great vision and skill. He was fantastic

:48:37. > :48:41.tonight, the best player in the pack by a country mile. Do we have

:48:41. > :48:46.an overinflated opinion of our own players based on what we have seen

:48:46. > :48:51.against Serbia and Macedonia? Possibly. I think we are a hard-

:48:51. > :48:55.working team and when we do have a few people injured, it does lack a

:48:55. > :49:00.little bit of strength. But the quality of players we have brought

:49:00. > :49:03.in, we would have expected to have taken more points but we haven't

:49:04. > :49:08.done that. There will be chance toss pick up the points in the

:49:08. > :49:16.remaining games. We do have to have a realistic opinion of where we are.

:49:16. > :49:20.We are a strong hard-working team, but we are not -- we do have decent

:49:20. > :49:24.players who are capable of playing at international level. Just as

:49:24. > :49:34.there were signs of Macedonia taking the lead, they were

:49:34. > :49:36.

:49:36. > :49:40.indications Scotland were beginning ago pass to the ball but when he

:49:40. > :49:48.did get the ball at the end of the first half, he looked lively and

:49:48. > :49:52.sharp. I don't think there's much of a ball here, he's tried his best

:49:52. > :49:56.to find somebody, but it was down that right-hand side he began to

:49:57. > :50:04.look sharper. This is a really neat bit of playing that leads up to the

:50:04. > :50:14.goal. Mackie takes the chance and good vision that he makes sure he

:50:14. > :50:18.

:50:18. > :50:23.does the right thing. Nobody dislikes Kenny Miller, everyone

:50:24. > :50:28.wants him to do well. Delighted for Kenny there. He would have been

:50:28. > :50:32.looking to score tonight. He got criticism from a few people and I

:50:32. > :50:36.know Kenny very well, he always takes the responsibility of playing

:50:36. > :50:39.up there by himself and delighted to see him getting a goal. That is

:50:39. > :50:42.the signs of experience, not getting too excited about the goal-

:50:42. > :50:47.scoring chance, holding off the half yard and making sure he was

:50:47. > :50:57.on-side. Maybe there was an argument does he hold the ball up

:50:57. > :51:02.

:51:02. > :51:05.enough. It's not right for Kenny. He's not six foot three. I wouldn't

:51:05. > :51:10.blame Kenny Miller, the fact we didn't have good enough position.

:51:10. > :51:14.But good strikers, what they keep on doing is keep on getting their

:51:14. > :51:19.head down and getting into the right places. He scored a very

:51:19. > :51:22.important goal for us. Scotland were better in the second half. But

:51:22. > :51:28.Macedonia could still have got themselves in front again. This is

:51:28. > :51:38.an amazing passage of play from one end of the pitch to the other.

:51:38. > :52:03.

:52:03. > :52:08.Probably the best move in the match. goalkeeper was getting near that. I

:52:08. > :52:12.think that is where Scotland got lucky. That was a period of the

:52:12. > :52:17.game where we are starting to come into it a little bit, growing in

:52:17. > :52:26.confidence a little bit. You see a little bit of tiredness creeping

:52:26. > :52:36.into their game. I think in the end we z but thank goodness that ball

:52:36. > :52:40.

:52:40. > :52:50.hit the post. You mentioned Berra. The defence have done a reasonable

:52:50. > :52:51.

:52:51. > :52:55.job. Alan having to make a couple of saves that we have seen in the

:52:55. > :53:00.game, he has done well for us and was probably the most important

:53:00. > :53:03.player back there tonight. Rhodes was given 25 minutes to shine this

:53:03. > :53:08.time. Suddenly Scotland had a double threat in the penalty box of

:53:08. > :53:15.Rhodes and Mackie. Yes, it is not just Rhodes, it is the fact we

:53:15. > :53:21.changed the system a bit and the game opened out. Just like the

:53:21. > :53:26.weekend, the game opens out and we gain chances and lose chances. He

:53:26. > :53:31.gets in front of defenders. He is desperate to get into the areas.

:53:31. > :53:36.You know if he is on the pitch and you get the ball in there, him and

:53:36. > :53:40.Mackie are going to try and get there. Once again, they are front

:53:40. > :53:45.post defenders hate that, because you are getting across them. That

:53:45. > :53:53.is desire, that is what the Scotland fans want to see. This is

:53:53. > :54:01.the one that is painful to watch because he is so unlucky there. The

:54:01. > :54:07.ball just goes slightly too low for him. That could have bounced off

:54:07. > :54:11.any part of his body and gone into the goal. Once again, he's come on,

:54:11. > :54:16.and very, very unlucky that he doesn't win the game for us.

:54:16. > :54:21.says much about the game that Alan MacGregor comes out of it as our

:54:21. > :54:30.outstanding performer. Yes, as he did at the weekend. He's produced

:54:30. > :54:40.important saves for us. In we lose a second goal, it was important to

:54:40. > :54:41.

:54:41. > :54:46.keep the back door shut. Craig Levein is hugely positive in his

:54:46. > :54:53.own words about Scotland's chances still after the first two results.

:54:53. > :54:58.Do you share his optimism? I am not going to share the optimism is

:54:58. > :55:02.getting through because there are very good teams in the group. But

:55:02. > :55:05.we are not out of TI looked at the team tonight and didn't know if

:55:05. > :55:11.there was enough belief and that is my worry, there wasn't enough

:55:11. > :55:17.belief in the team. We need more strength of character in that

:55:17. > :55:24.central area. We need Brown and Fletcher. If we get them back there

:55:24. > :55:26.is a good chance we could go in a run, but we need them back.

:55:26. > :55:29.manager had as his biggest complaint over the two games the

:55:30. > :55:33.fact that Scotland didn't move the ball quickly enough, which was

:55:33. > :55:37.something you scroled down in her extensive notes during the game.

:55:37. > :55:42.That is something he always wants his team to do, to get switches of

:55:42. > :55:46.play quickly from one side to the other, to move their defence. They

:55:46. > :55:56.managed to get set in their shape very early and didn't move them

:55:56. > :55:58.

:55:58. > :56:03.from side to side to open up the gaps. In the last 20 minutes the

:56:03. > :56:09.quality of ball coming in was better. We have spoken about the

:56:09. > :56:18.likes of Brown and Darren flacher in terms of adding to what there is.

:56:18. > :56:22.It is interesting to hear that Levein is hopeful he will appear in

:56:22. > :56:28.the next qualifier. Let's hope we we get him back. A lot of people

:56:28. > :56:33.will be negative about Craig Levein tomorrow. We have asked him to be

:56:33. > :56:37.more positive. A lot of people have asked him to be positive. With 25

:56:37. > :56:44.minutes to go we change it had, we gave Jordan Jordan Rhodes 25

:56:44. > :56:47.minutes and that is what you wanted. Soes positive is there. If we keep

:56:47. > :56:52.that going we have half a chance but we need to get the ball in the

:56:52. > :57:02.goal more often. Let's give you some results you might want to know

:57:02. > :57:02.

:57:02. > :58:20.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 43 seconds

:58:20. > :58:24.It is a trip to Wales next for Scotland, you will hear it live on
