:00:12. > :00:54.No matter where in the world, at whatever level, every club has

:00:55. > :01:06.dreams. First round of the FA Cup against

:01:07. > :01:19.Notts County. 59 places between them. One game, one night. Good

:01:20. > :01:21.effort. A chance for Hume... Less than 20 seconds into the second

:01:22. > :01:33.half! It is still Jordan Hulme! Mightily

:01:34. > :01:43.close. The goalkeeper has got to get there. Magnificent. What a goal! A

:01:44. > :01:46.magical moment of history. Wherever this Salford City story takes them,

:01:47. > :01:48.this is a chapter they will never, ever forget.

:01:49. > :01:51.Incredible scenes from Friday night, as this season's Emirates FA Cup

:01:52. > :01:57.Coming up, the best from this weekend's 39 games

:01:58. > :02:02.And with me, ready to delve into the weekend's big talking points,

:02:03. > :02:08.And before every first round cup tie, clubs across the country

:02:09. > :02:25.paid tribute to those members of the Armed Forces lost to war.

:02:26. > :02:52.First stop - the Memorial Ground, in Bristol,

:02:53. > :02:55.as League Two Rovers took on a side 75 places below them in the

:02:56. > :02:58.football pyramid - Chesham United from the Southern League Premier.

:02:59. > :03:00.Chesham had managed just one away league win since January.

:03:01. > :03:12.Many of Chesham United's players were still in nappies when the club

:03:13. > :03:17.last played in the first round proper of the FA Cup 21 years ago.

:03:18. > :03:21.They will be sure to remember this tie, though, as they knocked out

:03:22. > :03:26.League Two side Bristol Rovers, a club 75 places above them in the

:03:27. > :03:30.football pyramid. Opportunity Knocks for the visitors, who play in the

:03:31. > :03:34.seventh tier. Brad Watkins was brought down by Tom Lockyer on the

:03:35. > :03:38.half-hour mark. David Pearce, though, could only watch as his

:03:39. > :03:44.penalty kick was saved by Lee Nicholls. Rovers had appeals for a

:03:45. > :03:48.penalty turned down, an apparent handball. The League Two side were

:03:49. > :03:52.controlling play but failed to make the most of a double chance.

:03:53. > :04:01.Jermaine Easter denied before Ellis Harrison missed the target. Time for

:04:02. > :04:06.Chesham, then, to change things up. 43-year-old player coach Barry

:04:07. > :04:10.Hayles, remember him? He received a warm reception from the home crowd

:04:11. > :04:13.as he came on as a second-half substitute. Something of a cult

:04:14. > :04:18.figure at Rovers during the later 1990s, but this time he was plotting

:04:19. > :04:26.their downfall. It worked, the Buckinghamshire club unlocking their

:04:27. > :04:30.defence, Ryan Blake firing low from 20 yards. This time, Lee Nicholls

:04:31. > :04:34.should have done better but Chesham were in dreamland. Rovers had

:04:35. > :04:38.chances to pull level late on. Harrison's effort parried away

:04:39. > :04:45.before Easter's dumping shot was pushed out by Shane Gore. --

:04:46. > :04:47.thumping shot. Celebrations all round for the non-league side as

:04:48. > :04:53.they booked their place in the second round. These Rovers fans,

:04:54. > :04:56.though, still had something to smile about. Barry Hayles will forever be

:04:57. > :05:01.deemed a hero by the League Two club. He is now a Chesham 12. Did

:05:02. > :05:08.you think the shock was on when you came here? Yes, the manager gave us

:05:09. > :05:10.a game plan and the boy stuck to it and we knew the longer the game went

:05:11. > :05:22.on, we would get a chance. The manager said go there and just

:05:23. > :05:28.hold the ball up and catch them on the counter attack. Blake fired his

:05:29. > :05:34.shot and we were absolutely buzzing when it went in. At your age, do you

:05:35. > :05:37.enjoy the celebrations even more? Of course, it could be my last one, who

:05:38. > :05:42.knows question mark but I'm looking forward to the next round, I can

:05:43. > :05:46.watch the draw tomorrow. So Barry Hayles on a memorable

:05:47. > :05:50.return to the Memorial Ground 17 years after he left the club, time

:05:51. > :05:54.has gone so quickly, but well done to Chesham, a terrific result

:05:55. > :05:59.considering there are 75 places between them, the resources and it

:06:00. > :06:02.was away from home. Yes. Bristol Rovers haven't got a great home

:06:03. > :06:07.record, we hasten to add, but there will be some upsets this weekend and

:06:08. > :06:10.if you know about the non-league pyramid system, you can see why they

:06:11. > :06:13.got results, because some of the clubs that got results have spent

:06:14. > :06:16.good money, a lot of money, and were able to buy good players this year.

:06:17. > :06:19.Chesham don't come into that sort of able to buy good players this year.

:06:20. > :06:22.Chesham don't come into that sort of list, so you look at the way they

:06:23. > :06:28.have played this season, the form they have been in, this was a turn

:06:29. > :06:36.up. The key moment early on, when they missed a penalty. Yes, I think

:06:37. > :06:39.from that setback, they didn't recover pro while, because Rovers

:06:40. > :06:46.came back into it. It was a clear penalty, no debate about that. And

:06:47. > :06:50.once he steps up, I think it is David Pearce with the penalty, and

:06:51. > :06:56.Lee Nicholls with a good save, in fairness. Barry Hayles came on and I

:06:57. > :07:00.think he calmed them down, got them settle. This, he struck it well

:07:01. > :07:04.enough, really good strike, but I think Lee Nicholls could have saved

:07:05. > :07:07.it and it will disappoint him from Rovers' point of view. You look

:07:08. > :07:11.where the ball finishes when it hits the net, it is not in the corner, it

:07:12. > :07:16.must go through him. The standout from the game was they had about 25

:07:17. > :07:22.shots on goal, Bristol Rovers, but how many were gilt-edged chances?

:07:23. > :07:23.Not many. That is how well Chesham defended. Yes, well done to everyone

:07:24. > :07:25.concerned with Chesham. League Two strugglers Newport County

:07:26. > :07:27.hardly had the ideal preparation for their trip to non-league

:07:28. > :07:29.Brackley Town today. They arrived late

:07:30. > :07:31.for their first round cup tie after the coach driver left his

:07:32. > :07:34.keys locked inside the team bus. They managed to get to them

:07:35. > :07:53.in the end - but at some cost. Seeking only the second ever FA Cup

:07:54. > :07:58.first round win in their 125 year history, Brackley Town certainly

:07:59. > :08:02.represent everything that epitomises this great competition. Part time

:08:03. > :08:07.players, including Birmingham bin man Richard Batchelor, among those

:08:08. > :08:12.seeking to write their names into FA Cup folklore. Five of the Newport 11

:08:13. > :08:20.are low knees, all granted permission to play, including Zac

:08:21. > :08:25.Ansah, and Arsenal graduate at one time, on loan from Charlton. Like

:08:26. > :08:32.many today, it is his first FA Cup tie.

:08:33. > :08:44.Good Pastor John HYPHEN Lewis -- good pass to John - Lewis. And it is

:08:45. > :08:47.a penalty. He believes it was nothing more than a man-to-man

:08:48. > :08:53.tonsil rather than an illegal challenge, but the referee says

:08:54. > :09:00.penalty. 15th minute, Newport County off take the lead. Lennell

:09:01. > :09:05.John-Lewis, nice and calm. And the supporters behind the goal, you can

:09:06. > :09:09.tell, have made the trip from South Wales and a joyous early goal to

:09:10. > :09:13.settle down the side who represent the Football League.

:09:14. > :09:23.Now, there was a little nudge there. He looks longingly at the referee

:09:24. > :09:24.and suggests the contact on him might be similar to the one that led

:09:25. > :09:35.to the penalty. Lennell John-Lewis is onside. One by

:09:36. > :09:42.Graham. He is still going. And he has scored. He wrote the challenges

:09:43. > :09:51.and he has just kept on going. The question about offside and he picked

:09:52. > :10:01.himself up, found there was an opportunity to score and he did. And

:10:02. > :10:05.the smile of -- on his face is that centre half in the side who rarely

:10:06. > :10:08.scores, but he has an FA Cup goal and he has provided Newport County

:10:09. > :10:22.with terrific advantage before half-time.

:10:23. > :10:26.Settles for a corner. They have had a few corners in this second half.

:10:27. > :10:36.Four in total. In swing towards the goalkeeper. I

:10:37. > :10:43.said it was in swinging and it is almost going to go in. And it does!

:10:44. > :10:48.And it counts as well. Luke Graham turns away celebrating, Walker does

:10:49. > :10:55.the same. One man not celebrating is Joe day. The in swinger, with the

:10:56. > :10:58.breeze behind it, and it somehow found its way creeping over the line

:10:59. > :11:05.after the goalkeeper couldn't feel good. Makes a real hash of it. It is

:11:06. > :11:14.off the line and Graham and Walker went for it. Who got the final

:11:15. > :11:17.touch? I think it is Graham. The Football League side in control in

:11:18. > :11:22.the first half, it has not quite been the same in the second. A third

:11:23. > :11:23.goal, though, would probably sea lift once and for all and they have

:11:24. > :11:42.won a corner. -- seal it. It breaks for Bowden. Off the line

:11:43. > :11:48.brilliantly. Just over ten minutes to go and Bowden's shot cleared off

:11:49. > :11:53.the line. A 3 -1 lead would have sunk Brackley Town. He thought it

:11:54. > :11:56.was there. Brilliant. No question that it was over the line. It was a

:11:57. > :12:06.really decisive block. Do they have anything left in the

:12:07. > :12:07.tank? Listen to the Brackley Town supporters roaring them forward. Get

:12:08. > :12:20.it upfield, they cry. They have a throw in. Fourth minute

:12:21. > :12:25.of added time. Just a goal away from being in the second round draw. It

:12:26. > :12:34.is a terrific header and they have done it! Curtis McDonald! Brilliant

:12:35. > :12:40.header. The full-back up from the back, glances it into the corner of

:12:41. > :12:46.the net and they are in the FA Cup second round draw and Kevin Wilkin

:12:47. > :12:50.is absolutely delighted. Stoppage time almost up, the full-back creeps

:12:51. > :12:56.forward, he has just about got enough energy to get to the ball,

:12:57. > :13:00.and the flick of his head, into the corner of the net. And Newport

:13:01. > :13:07.County's 2-goal lead wiped out in the last moments of the game. To

:13:08. > :13:12.scoring the FA Cup is magic. 2-0 down, looked out of it at half-time,

:13:13. > :13:16.then we nicked a goal and you start believing you can get the result. I

:13:17. > :13:23.took a chance, went up there, it doesn't happen often, got my head on

:13:24. > :13:26.the end of it. Yeah, buzzing. I am not surprised. Terrific afternoon

:13:27. > :13:30.for Brackley Town, they looked dead and buried at half-time, you

:13:31. > :13:34.couldn't see the fightback coming. If you stay in the game, that is

:13:35. > :13:38.exactly what they did. They didn't let it get away from them, they

:13:39. > :13:43.continue to plug away and when they were 2-1 down, that clearance off

:13:44. > :13:47.the line kept them in the game and they gained momentum. That made all

:13:48. > :13:52.the difference, potentially 3-1 and instead, there they were of fighting

:13:53. > :13:56.back with two good headers. There will always be times when things go

:13:57. > :14:00.for you and against you. Here, we see the part of the wind played in

:14:01. > :14:06.the game, because we kept going to Kevin Wilkin all the way through the

:14:07. > :14:11.game, and even at half-time, you were surprised at how much the wind

:14:12. > :14:15.changed the game in his side's favour. The keeper probably wants to

:14:16. > :14:22.Parmlid over, but there is not enough pace on the ball to get that

:14:23. > :14:27.power on it, but look at that for a bullet header. Great header. He

:14:28. > :14:32.arrives from deep, his momentum is with him and no chance that the

:14:33. > :14:35.goalkeeper. Two teams that haven't done particularly well on the

:14:36. > :14:41.domestic front and that is probably what Brackley would have wanted.

:14:42. > :14:44.They were at home and would have thought, this is our opportunity,

:14:45. > :14:49.but going back to Newport, a tough start to the season, there might be

:14:50. > :14:52.an opportunity there. Newport haven't won at home since March, so

:14:53. > :14:53.that will be competitive to say the very least.

:14:54. > :14:56.Our next stop is bit of a throwback and the artificial surface of the

:14:57. > :14:59.Gallagher Stadium, home of Maidstone United, of National League South.

:15:00. > :15:02.They'd won their last nine games in all competitions as they took

:15:03. > :15:04.on injury hit Yeovil, second-bottom in the Football League.

:15:05. > :15:19.Commentary from Martin Fisher. Alex Flisher made his 200th appearance

:15:20. > :15:23.for the club last week. He and his fellow striker are both carpenters

:15:24. > :15:28.by day. A window fitter, an insurance salesman and a forklift

:15:29. > :15:34.driver also make the starting 11. Daryle Ward makes his Yeovil debut

:15:35. > :15:41.after joining them on loan. He played in the final for Millwall.

:15:42. > :15:47.This is only the second time that Maidstone United, under their

:15:48. > :15:53.current guys, have reached the first round of the FA Cup. They got the

:15:54. > :16:00.better of Stevenage from league two in a replay. That was a lunging

:16:01. > :16:08.challenge. Jakub Sokolik. The referee once a word with the Yeovil

:16:09. > :16:12.Town defender and it is a red card. Jakub Sokolik sent off with seven

:16:13. > :16:17.minutes on the watch. If this was going to be a difficult afternoon

:16:18. > :16:22.for the league two site, it has got more difficult. It was a heavy first

:16:23. > :16:27.touch by the defender but as he tried to retrieve it, he is lunging.

:16:28. > :16:32.The soul of the fruit is raised and the positioning of the referee could

:16:33. > :16:35.not have been better. I do not think he required the protests of the

:16:36. > :16:40.Maidstone players to encourage him to find the red card. It was coming

:16:41. > :16:46.out anyway. Now an enforced reshuffle.

:16:47. > :16:57.Maidstone's throw. Alex Flisher winding himself up. The short is

:16:58. > :17:00.wide from James Rodgers. It fell invitingly for the man who scored

:17:01. > :17:10.the winning goal for Maidstone couple of weeks ago.

:17:11. > :17:20.The referee has given the free kick for the earlier challenge. He has

:17:21. > :17:28.been in charge since last April, just five wins in his last 24 games.

:17:29. > :17:34.That is in. Wes Fogden for Yeovil Town. The ten men take the lead. The

:17:35. > :17:40.free kick was a difficult one, but they'd Morgan need to get involved?

:17:41. > :17:44.I am not sure. It was a bad clearance. Wes Fogden got enough on

:17:45. > :17:47.it. The goalkeeper was losing his balance going to his right, the ball

:17:48. > :18:02.was going to his left. Hesitation. Alex Osborn is in. The

:18:03. > :18:08.goalkeeper has brought him down. Krysiak could go for this. It has to

:18:09. > :18:13.be a red card. It is, I second red card. You could not write this

:18:14. > :18:23.script. Artur Krysiak centile for the foul on Alex Osborn. Yeovil Town

:18:24. > :18:28.are down to nine men. Hesitation between Roberts and the goalkeeper.

:18:29. > :18:34.Krysiak connects as Alex Osborn came in. There can be no debate that that

:18:35. > :18:39.deserved a red card. Chris Weale, who has only made one appearance so

:18:40. > :18:52.far this season, he has a role to play as they looked to reach around

:18:53. > :18:55.two of the FA Cup. Driven wide. That whistled past the left-hand post of

:18:56. > :19:04.Chris Weale. I am not sure the goalkeeper even moved. There are

:19:05. > :19:09.still 30 minutes to go. Maidstone can try and find an equaliser.

:19:10. > :19:14.Before that, they have got to defender Yeovil Town corner, the

:19:15. > :19:18.first of the game. Ryan Blake sin with the corner, and outswinger.

:19:19. > :19:29.Somebody on the goal-line has it out. Ward, on his Yeovil Town debut,

:19:30. > :19:38.close to making it 2-0. Brilliant work on the line. The defender got

:19:39. > :19:40.his chest in the way. The defender forced to concede the corner. The

:19:41. > :19:54.sixth corner for Maidstone United. The delivery against the post, and a

:19:55. > :20:00.bit of juggling from Chris Weale. It Yeovil Town's lead remains intact.

:20:01. > :20:11.It is a sea of bodies that claim for this corner. It bubbles of the post.

:20:12. > :20:26.Oil with the header, I think. -- Coyle. It is in, but I think the

:20:27. > :20:31.flag is up. It is offside. His joy will be short lived. The flag was

:20:32. > :20:39.raised on the near side. What drama in the very last minute of the 90.

:20:40. > :20:44.The ball in, Collins' header. You could maybe see that he was half a

:20:45. > :20:53.yard ahead of the defender. He might have used his arm to push it home.

:20:54. > :20:58.Chris Weale is struggling. In the end, he has done enough. His face

:20:59. > :21:06.almost matched the colour of that jersey. The cross almost caught him

:21:07. > :21:09.out. It stays 1-0 to the league two strugglers.

:21:10. > :21:18.Have you been more proud as Yeovil Town manager? Idlib like we had to

:21:19. > :21:22.decline. The players were fantastic. They kept the shape we talked about

:21:23. > :21:29.and worked hard to close down the man on the ball all the time. We

:21:30. > :21:33.probably only had one key saves to make in the 90 minutes. With the

:21:34. > :21:44.sendings off, it made it harder. It drew us to deep. I thought that it

:21:45. > :21:48.was in the box when Alex Osborn was fouled. Sometimes it goes for you

:21:49. > :21:53.and today it has not. Massive relief for Yeovil Town and Paul Sturrock.

:21:54. > :21:57.They had to do it the hard way. They did. If you had said before the game

:21:58. > :22:03.this would happen and it were going to get a victory out of it, they

:22:04. > :22:06.would have taken that. It was a spirited performance. Something we

:22:07. > :22:14.have not seen a lot of from Yeovil Town. They were up against it. They

:22:15. > :22:17.negated the Maidstone thread. We looked that the chances, there were

:22:18. > :22:24.not apply thorough. What did you make of the red cards? The first

:22:25. > :22:29.one, it is the angle of the referee. As Jakub Sokolik goes in for the

:22:30. > :22:35.challenge, look at his body. The referee a good position. He is off

:22:36. > :22:39.the ground, out of control. He is sent off for the wiki has made the

:22:40. > :22:45.challenge, not the challenge. I do not know what Roberts is doing. It

:22:46. > :22:50.is like when you have run the wrong man out in cricket. The wrong man

:22:51. > :22:54.has had to make the foul. You have got to clear that. Don't deny men,

:22:55. > :23:00.they are up against it but they saw the demo well. No debate. At 1.I

:23:01. > :23:05.thought that the pitch might have added to the confusion. Add some

:23:06. > :23:10.points, the ball's momentum did not carry on, it did not bounce. 20

:23:11. > :23:17.minutes for Yeovil Town together acclimatised. Was it a soft goal in

:23:18. > :23:21.some respects for Yeovil Town? You could certainly look and say there

:23:22. > :23:25.were mistakes leading up to it. The goalkeeper takes a false step. He

:23:26. > :23:32.does not get any purchase on the punch. No one reacts. By missing the

:23:33. > :23:40.step, he cannot attack the ball. Look at the reaction from the Yeovil

:23:41. > :23:47.Town players. Nobody closes down. It might be down to the page. It is a

:23:48. > :23:53.misjudgement. He loses his fitting and they cannot react. He gets up

:23:54. > :23:57.and on it. Jay Saunders was looking back with frustration, against nine

:23:58. > :24:03.men, he could not get the victory. They had a couple of chances at the

:24:04. > :24:05.end. Yes, but I do not think they created enough chances in open play

:24:06. > :24:11.considering they were playing nine men. They had lots of the ball but

:24:12. > :24:19.in the final third, they did not create. I think this is a good

:24:20. > :24:24.decision. As he goes in, he gets on position, it is a good decision by

:24:25. > :24:31.the assistant. As the cross comes in initially, he is not offside. The

:24:32. > :24:35.flip after that puts him offside. It is a good decision. Maidstone will

:24:36. > :24:39.come out of that game and think about what might have been. It was

:24:40. > :24:42.too late in the game that we saw something from them.

:24:43. > :24:45.The FA Cup first round was unchartered territory for National

:24:46. > :24:48.The non-league team from Sussex were hoping to make it

:24:49. > :24:50.an unwanted hat-trick for Lincoln of the National League,

:24:51. > :24:53.who had gone out at the first round stage for the last two seasons.

:24:54. > :25:08.On the south downs on the edge of Brighton is the home of Whitehawk.

:25:09. > :25:12.It is called the Enclosed Ground but it was did the most open of cup

:25:13. > :25:19.ties. In their first appearance in the first round, Whitehawk began as

:25:20. > :25:27.the underdogs but soon set about Lincoln City. Danny Mills put them

:25:28. > :25:31.ahead. Whitehawk are perched forth in the division and are playing with

:25:32. > :25:37.confidence, epitomised by Jake Robinson as he put his side two up

:25:38. > :25:42.inside half an hour. The tale was just beginning. Well back defending,

:25:43. > :25:47.goal-scorer Danny Mills give away a penalty. The job of taking it felt

:25:48. > :25:50.to Matt Rhead and that began an eventful afternoon for him. The

:25:51. > :25:56.Lincoln City defence was not having one of its better afternoons and

:25:57. > :26:01.Whitehawk knew it. Sam Deering made it three in the 58th minute. Add the

:26:02. > :26:06.other end, city were having more joy. A game of head tennis was

:26:07. > :26:14.interrupted by Matt Rhead. It was 3-2. As the late for an equaliser,

:26:15. > :26:17.Whitehawk came at them again. Dave Martin's goal surely finished this

:26:18. > :26:28.four minutes from time. Instead it got crazier still. Into stoppage

:26:29. > :26:34.time and Lincoln were still going. A hat-trick for Matt Rhead and 4-3. In

:26:35. > :26:39.the desperate effort to grab an equaliser, Lincoln City were found

:26:40. > :26:46.short at the back. This was a red card and a penalty. For the last

:26:47. > :26:50.word, or 30 Sam Deering. With the spot kick, into the corner, he sends

:26:51. > :26:56.the goalkeeper at the wrong way. That seals it for Whitehawk. What a

:26:57. > :27:02.game for the supporters. I was saying to the lads, I had lovely

:27:03. > :27:06.blonde hid a year ago and now it is turning grey. Fantastic, thoroughly

:27:07. > :27:11.deserved. We were better than two goals better than them today. The

:27:12. > :27:18.fans were amazing. You see fans like that in non-league, incredible. We

:27:19. > :27:21.should say well done to Matt Rhead on his hat-trick but he has been

:27:22. > :27:27.outdone by the Whitehawk's performance. You do not have the

:27:28. > :27:31.rise that they have had in recent years without being able to put your

:27:32. > :27:38.hand in your pocket. They have got caught in conference South. They

:27:39. > :27:42.have had to tag along with the finances to be competitive with

:27:43. > :27:48.other clubs. They have lots of players who used to play in the

:27:49. > :27:56.league. Even at that level, it is really deep. 1342 were there to

:27:57. > :28:02.witness it, including this little girl who experienced her first time

:28:03. > :28:05.at Whitehawk. That is what it is all about.

:28:06. > :28:07.Right, let's find out how the lowest ranked side in the

:28:08. > :28:10.competition, Didcot Town fared today against the side 96 places above

:28:11. > :28:14.The Grecians, led by Paul Tisdale, were desperate to sharpen up their

:28:15. > :28:17.act after crashing out to non-league Warrington Town 12 months ago.

:28:18. > :28:33.Commentary from Adam Virgo and Ian Darke.

:28:34. > :28:43.He won the header well. A well constructed a tag by accident. The

:28:44. > :28:47.cross is charged on. This man has the reputation of being the best

:28:48. > :28:57.dressed manager in the country, Paul Tisdale. That is another

:28:58. > :29:03.good-looking one. McAllister, a great effort. Beaten away by the

:29:04. > :29:09.goalkeeper. He has been a star so far. It was a wonderful save, it

:29:10. > :29:12.really was. They do not defend the corner well, and McAllister has that

:29:13. > :29:31.wonderful strike. Clinton Morrison puts Exeter city

:29:32. > :29:39.ahead. Clinton Morrison, the old Premier League striker. It is a

:29:40. > :29:51.great ball around the corner. You can just see Andy Ballard saying, he

:29:52. > :29:58.is your man. Now then, what was plan B?

:29:59. > :30:09.Ari Lovely run from we love. On and on. What a save that is by Leigh

:30:10. > :30:19.Bedwell. Brilliant from the young PE teacher. It was a great save any and

:30:20. > :30:22.from Leigh Bedwell, good strong left hand. Coming into the last 20

:30:23. > :30:29.minutes, this is where the fitness of the league side comes into play.

:30:30. > :30:43.Here is France's. Can he finish it? Black. And he makes the save at his

:30:44. > :30:48.feet. They are claiming offside, it is the skipper that allows it to

:30:49. > :30:54.come in. Alex Nicholls, Tom Nichols. Still not away.

:30:55. > :31:06.And the header of the bar. Morris earned... And scrambled in. Exeter

:31:07. > :31:13.City have the second goal they are looking for. Tom Nichols. And Exeter

:31:14. > :31:17.have clear water. Leigh Bedwell has every right to be frustrated,

:31:18. > :31:21.because he makes a wonderful save and when you make that kind of save,

:31:22. > :31:29.you need one of your defenders to really get on that second ball.

:31:30. > :31:36.Tom Nichols with a lovely ball. Straight in, could score with his

:31:37. > :31:41.first involvement. Grand plays it across the face of goal. -- rant. It

:31:42. > :31:49.is touched in, Alex Nicholls with the third. Well, it is great

:31:50. > :31:58.all-round play. The substitute coming on and making an instant

:31:59. > :32:00.impact. It got caught trying to play offside. Leigh Bedwell coming out,

:32:01. > :32:11.really in no man's land. We knew it was going to be

:32:12. > :32:15.difficult. There have been a few cup upsets recently, we watched the

:32:16. > :32:20.Salford game, so we know what it is that this standard and I have played

:32:21. > :32:24.a few games here, and I know what it is like to be at this level, so fair

:32:25. > :32:29.play to Didcot, but the boys did a professional job and I am pleased in

:32:30. > :32:33.the next round. Well spoken by Clinton Morrison. I know Paul

:32:34. > :32:37.Tisdale was stung by their defeat at the weekend and that was a

:32:38. > :32:41.professional performance. Paul Tisdale got a response from his side

:32:42. > :32:45.today. It was ashamed to Didcot, it didn't quite happen and Exeter were

:32:46. > :32:51.too strong for them. It was nice to see ex roommate Clinton Morrison

:32:52. > :32:56.scoring. He only rings you when his cause, so my biannual phone call

:32:57. > :33:00.will come this week. Pleased for him, but disappointing the Didcot --

:33:01. > :33:04.when he scores. Five more first-round ties coming up now,

:33:05. > :33:10.involving the size putting their reputations on the line -- involving

:33:11. > :33:14.league sides. Starting with Braintree town, up against Michael

:33:15. > :33:19.Appleton's inform Oxford United of League Two.

:33:20. > :33:25.Braintree knew it would be tough to bridge a gap of 27 places to Oxford

:33:26. > :33:32.and sure enough, it was the League Two promotion chasers who broke the

:33:33. > :33:39.ice. Paloma dodo -- Palamo Dowd's searching cross found Taylor. He was

:33:40. > :33:43.then heavily involved in a missed opportunity. Some good feed, a nice

:33:44. > :33:53.backheel, but looks of anguish all around. And the non-league team made

:33:54. > :33:59.Oxford pain. Davies shoots and scores! Braintree town are level and

:34:00. > :34:03.it is the skipper! And it was to get even worse for Oxford. Johnny

:34:04. > :34:12.Mullins already booked Tom appeared to bring down Michael Cheek. The

:34:13. > :34:14.dressing room beckoned. Down to ten men, Oxford faced a stern

:34:15. > :34:20.examination. In fact, they very nearly won it instead. Liam Sercombe

:34:21. > :34:23.saw his shot come back of the post and then right at the end, Braintree

:34:24. > :34:30.almost pulled off the shock they craved. Taylor miles from distance.

:34:31. > :34:36.Braintree close, but the cigars stay on hold.

:34:37. > :34:40.Maidenhead had an FA Cup winner on board the team bus to the potteries.

:34:41. > :34:45.Alan Devonshire lifted the old trophy as a West Ham player in 1980,

:34:46. > :34:50.but his bid to mastermind a Maidenhead upset at Port Vale came

:34:51. > :34:56.unstuck. Byron Moore, the phrase nutmeg comes to mind. But

:34:57. > :35:01.Maidenhead, some 62 places below them in the league system,

:35:02. > :35:10.responded. David topping's free kick, Ben Wright should have buried

:35:11. > :35:15.it. Only introduced from the bench minutes before, Sam Foley could have

:35:16. > :35:20.won it for the League One side, but instead, his shot clipped the

:35:21. > :35:27.crossbar. A costly miss. Deep into added time, they were made to pay.

:35:28. > :35:35.Save on the line, back out... Gault a Maidenhead! 1-1 X -- and

:35:36. > :35:40.pandemonium. Bradford City conjured up some of last season's finest FA

:35:41. > :35:42.Cup magic, famously beating Chelsea and Sunderland on their way to the

:35:43. > :35:46.six ran. Aldershot were aiming to bring them

:35:47. > :35:56.down to earth. Tony Jones was watching. Stevenson. Williams forced

:35:57. > :36:05.to make a smart save. McMahon with a free kick. Almost fell for Billy

:36:06. > :36:09.Clark. And still Smith hasn't been able to hold on. Helped on to the

:36:10. > :36:22.top of the crossbar. It is a lovely turn by Billy Clark,

:36:23. > :36:29.magnificent save by Phil Smith. Bradford huffed and puffed but

:36:30. > :36:33.couldn't find a goal. As the night drew in through October, things got

:36:34. > :36:37.darker and darker for FC Halifax town, in the league at least. They

:36:38. > :36:41.lost six out of seven National League matches, twice conceding

:36:42. > :36:45.seven, and we can soon found a way through. Gary Thomson's fourth of

:36:46. > :36:51.the season was simple. Their next one was anything but. Sido Jombati

:36:52. > :36:58.has never scored for Whickham, that was a good way to put it right. The

:36:59. > :37:06.Wanderers were all soon trying to outdo each other. Max Kretzschmar

:37:07. > :37:13.took on the defence by himself and won. And in stoppage time,

:37:14. > :37:21.Amadi-Holloway finished things off nicely for them. Halifax had plenty

:37:22. > :37:24.to concentrate on in the league. 71 places separate Gainsborough

:37:25. > :37:28.Trinity from Shrewsbury town, but today, the difference was just one

:37:29. > :37:32.goal. Shrewsbury were given several scares before going ahead thanks to

:37:33. > :37:37.a moment of quality in the second half from Irish striker James

:37:38. > :37:43.Collins. Trinity were fearless, just not sufficiently ruthless.

:37:44. > :37:47.We saw a couple of battling draws, non-league side against league

:37:48. > :37:50.opponents, not least Maidenhead. We know what Alan Devonshire was like

:37:51. > :37:53.as a player and I suppose his players almost did something for

:37:54. > :38:00.him, but you spotted something in the build-up to their equaliser.

:38:01. > :38:04.Yes, I think Mr upward might have been doing a bit of an impression of

:38:05. > :38:11.Ashley Young. I am not sure that is a foul. I know they say there are

:38:12. > :38:17.chances to clear it, but the ball never goes out of play after the

:38:18. > :38:22.free kick, which was clearly not a free kick. They do well to keep

:38:23. > :38:25.winning the second and third phase, they missed their chance but they

:38:26. > :38:31.get a bit of luck from Dickinson and it is a deserved result, so no one

:38:32. > :38:34.would begrudge them the goal. And for Braintree town against Oxford,

:38:35. > :38:40.tell me what you thought about their equalising goal. They couldn't quite

:38:41. > :38:44.get past the ten men at first. Oxford played well, but again,

:38:45. > :38:50.Braintree stayed in the game and this finish from Kenny Davies, what

:38:51. > :38:56.a goal. It is composed finish, 20 yards out and just strokes it into

:38:57. > :39:02.the corner. Lovely goal. At any level, that is struck and it goes

:39:03. > :39:05.high and wide, but he has got his line and site but it brilliantly.

:39:06. > :39:08.Well, it's a busy day of Football here on the BBC,

:39:09. > :39:24.with Match of the Day 2 coming up a little later this evening,

:39:25. > :39:38.MUSIC: "Life of Riley" by Lightning Seeds

:39:39. > :39:41.Well, let's get back to yesterday's FA Cup first round ties, then,

:39:42. > :39:43.and no other non-league side could boast a better giant-killing record

:39:44. > :39:46.against league opposition than Altrincham of the National League.

:39:47. > :39:49.They'd sent no less than 16 league sides packing over the years.

:39:50. > :39:52.League One strugglers Barnsley went there hoping not to be

:39:53. > :40:07.Watching this one was Nigel Adderley.

:40:08. > :40:16.Former manager of altering, Tommy Docherty, a famous name in the FA

:40:17. > :40:25.Cup, once described this club as the Manchester United of non-league

:40:26. > :40:29.football. -- Altrincham. Great save by Davies. Jake Moult is the

:40:30. > :40:33.long-range specialist in the Altrincham team. Scored from fully

:40:34. > :40:37.30 yards in the National League last week and that one was closer in, but

:40:38. > :40:46.Adam Davies had to make a really good save.

:40:47. > :41:01.It is given away. Need some support. He goes down, but no

:41:02. > :41:08.penalty. And in fairness to Winnall, not a huge appeal. It was careless

:41:09. > :41:09.from the full-back. Was bad enough to force Winnall to crumple to the

:41:10. > :41:24.turf? Winnall is onside and it is a sharp

:41:25. > :41:28.save at the near post and with three minutes to play in the first half,

:41:29. > :41:33.it is the first real save the Altrincham goalkeeper has had to

:41:34. > :41:36.make. And it is Barnsley, in the black shirts, playing left-to-right

:41:37. > :41:42.in the second half and now defending. Crowther may go all the

:41:43. > :41:57.way. It is a fine save, but it is in. Damian Reeves. And seconds after

:41:58. > :42:07.half-time, Altrincham ar at it again in the FA Cup. Crowther doing well

:42:08. > :42:10.to initially Rob Pearson and although it was turned aside by

:42:11. > :42:18.Davies, Damian Reeves was alive to the opportunity. Poaching the chance

:42:19. > :42:24.and Altrincham have the lead. Altrincham have carried the greater

:42:25. > :42:48.threat throughout. Is growth challenging. What a chance

:42:49. > :42:53.and what a miss. -- Isgrove. The man on loan from Southampton should have

:42:54. > :43:00.brought it Barnsley level. Winnall doing well to find him, but it was

:43:01. > :43:04.the second challenge that just did enough to put him off.

:43:05. > :43:25.Headed away, Wilkinson! Wide. And that they have been the chance for

:43:26. > :43:26.Barnsley to save themselves. And in these circumstances, they simply

:43:27. > :43:46.have to go in. Sinnott shows his frustration but

:43:47. > :43:48.now is the time to try and get back and organise. Altrincham three

:43:49. > :44:02.minutes away. Winnall again challenging. It is a

:44:03. > :44:10.rugby scrum inside the six yard area and somehow, Altrincham escape. It

:44:11. > :44:13.may look a bit wet and miserable, but his team are on the verge of a

:44:14. > :44:27.great result. That is it! 21 years on, Altrincham

:44:28. > :44:33.are FA Cup giant killers once again. How much did you enjoy that? You

:44:34. > :44:37.enjoy it now. You are thinking to yourself, while the game is going

:44:38. > :44:41.on, I mean, I actually missed the goal, it came back quickly after

:44:42. > :44:45.half-time, and I will have to look at it on the BT. I was told about

:44:46. > :44:49.it. The last 25 minutes, you can tell Barnsley are trying to find a

:44:50. > :44:53.way back in, you know you've will be under pressure and you think, is it

:44:54. > :44:58.going to be your day and it turned out to be. I am delighted to say we

:44:59. > :45:04.have been joined by the scorer for Altrincham, Damian Reeves. What was

:45:05. > :45:10.it like to be part of a fantastic afternoon for Altrincham? It was, we

:45:11. > :45:13.haven't had a great run in the cup for the last few years, so we said

:45:14. > :45:21.before the game, let's go out and give it a go. You have a great cup

:45:22. > :45:24.pedigree at the club. Barnsley, your 17th league opposition to go out of

:45:25. > :45:29.the cup. Is it something you are aware of?

:45:30. > :45:36.You get to know it over time. Over the last few years, it has been a

:45:37. > :45:43.little bit nonexistent. We have not had the run. We have been beaten by

:45:44. > :45:46.teams from lower leagues. It was important to put that right and get

:45:47. > :45:51.a good run going this year. Your manager mentioned he did not see the

:45:52. > :45:56.goal. Let's remind him again. Talk us through this. Ryan has put the

:45:57. > :46:01.ball in the middle of the park. He has got him one-on-one. I do not

:46:02. > :46:06.know what the centre halves are doing. They seem to be waiting for

:46:07. > :46:13.someone else to come and pick up the ball, so there I was to knock it in.

:46:14. > :46:18.That is movement, you are moving and they are not. That is why you have

:46:19. > :46:24.scored a goal and they have not defended it. You should across the

:46:25. > :46:27.goalkeeper. You know full well. It is the only place you can shoot.

:46:28. > :46:33.When you're learning the game, that is what you are taught, shoot across

:46:34. > :46:38.the goalkeeper. As a striker, to get in position is to score goals, you

:46:39. > :46:41.know it has got to go across the goalkeeper. They did go to the game

:46:42. > :46:47.plan that was pencilled out for you? Yes, we had been to watch them.

:46:48. > :46:52.We knew that they had that been on good form recently. Our game plan

:46:53. > :46:58.was to get stuck into them and make them nervous. We tried that with the

:46:59. > :47:02.high price. We tried to rush them and they started making mistakes and

:47:03. > :47:08.kicking the ball out. That allowed us to get a foothold in the game.

:47:09. > :47:16.You got gate -- you got great backing as well. 2500 people in the

:47:17. > :47:21.stadium? Yes. It was a big game, a big occasion. They came out to

:47:22. > :47:27.support us and they did that in good numbers. Of the 151 goals you have

:47:28. > :47:36.scored in 253 games, where does that rank among them, we are? It is

:47:37. > :47:45.definitely up there. We have not been up there. It was important for

:47:46. > :47:50.the club is to get a run going. That game got us into the second round.

:47:51. > :47:56.It gives everyone something to look at, the drug, to see where we can go

:47:57. > :48:02.from there. Who do you fancy next? To be honest, anybody. If you get a

:48:03. > :48:07.team from a lower league, you have a chance of getting into the third

:48:08. > :48:16.round, but you have the opportunity to go up against some big names. We

:48:17. > :48:23.mentioned your scoring record. Well done and congratulations. They were

:48:24. > :48:27.not the only sides on Saturday flying the victory flag for the

:48:28. > :48:31.non-league teams. It's a leak on's bottom club were

:48:32. > :48:36.looking to the FA Cup for a spot of light relief they were to be sadly

:48:37. > :48:39.disappointed. Eastleigh arrived under relatively new management and

:48:40. > :48:44.in good heart, five victories in seven games since the new manager

:48:45. > :48:49.took the reins. An upset waiting in the wings. Eastleigh Julie

:48:50. > :48:55.delivered. It went wrong for Crewe after the break. The goalkeeper

:48:56. > :49:00.rushed out, arguably a Rush of blood. He certainly saw red. Perhaps

:49:01. > :49:06.it was something in the home team's have time TV because the replacement

:49:07. > :49:11.suffered a similar calamity. Just a yellow card, but significantly a

:49:12. > :49:16.penalty. Time for Ben Strevens to give the keeper the eyes. What is he

:49:17. > :49:20.going to do, he licks to send the keeper of the wrong way, he does.

:49:21. > :49:28.Ben Strevens has scored four Eastleigh. Eastleigh had the

:49:29. > :49:32.victory. Despite late efforts from Crewe, Eastleigh's first ever

:49:33. > :49:37.competitive meeting with a league club set up the potential for

:49:38. > :49:46.another in Rome two. An historic victory for Eastleigh. They have

:49:47. > :49:48.only gone and done it. Top of the National League, Forest Green Rovers

:49:49. > :49:54.have ambitions to play in the football league. Taking on Wimbledon

:49:55. > :49:57.was a chance to test those out. They began well when Darren Carter put

:49:58. > :50:02.them ahead in the six minute. Wimbledon have history in the FA Cup

:50:03. > :50:07.and got back into this midway through the first half. This was

:50:08. > :50:16.Callum Kennedy's second in two matches. Wimbledon could have taken

:50:17. > :50:21.the lead, but when Charlie Clough find a weird week -- the woodwork,

:50:22. > :50:24.it seemed like Wimbledon were booked in for a midweek game in The

:50:25. > :50:34.Cotswolds. Then Elliott Frear scored. Have Forest Green done it

:50:35. > :50:39.again? What a great weekend it turned out to be for Forest Green

:50:40. > :50:43.Rovers and Eastleigh. Two sides with clear muscle behind them. Let's talk

:50:44. > :50:50.about the dramatic late winner for Forest Green. It is not really a

:50:51. > :50:53.shock, the investment has gone into the club. Perhaps the goalkeeper

:50:54. > :50:59.could do better. He does not adjust his feet. Take nothing away from the

:51:00. > :51:05.non-league side, an excellent finish. The manager has got them

:51:06. > :51:09.playing well. Yes, he has. People have spent money before and it has

:51:10. > :51:15.not worked out. You cannot do more than what he has done. For a few

:51:16. > :51:21.seasons we have known that Eastleigh are major force to be reckoned with.

:51:22. > :51:28.They took on Crewe. It was always going to be a banana skin for them.

:51:29. > :51:34.They have financial muscle. I am not sure that is a sending off. The

:51:35. > :51:40.goalkeeper tries to get the ball. That is a tough decision. The

:51:41. > :51:46.goalkeeper does not agree with it. Obviously it is a penalty. He just

:51:47. > :51:50.does not see. He has made a mistake and he is desperate to make up for

:51:51. > :51:55.the mistake. He is trying to get the ball but it is a penalty. We played

:51:56. > :52:00.Eastleigh in pre-season and they played 11 players in the first half

:52:01. > :52:05.and 11 in the second half. They have a very big, very deep squad. It is

:52:06. > :52:10.full of quality. Another side that can more than punch their weight. It

:52:11. > :52:13.is the first time they have beaten a football league side in their

:52:14. > :52:20.history. We have been given an appeal by the club. We have a plea

:52:21. > :52:26.from one of their players. He had his shirt taken away from him in the

:52:27. > :52:28.pitch invasion which ensued. He needs it back, they are playing

:52:29. > :52:31.Dover ranches do. Let's round up five more first

:52:32. > :52:33.round ties from Saturday, including First up, Dover Athletic

:52:34. > :52:47.of the National League Stourbridge were 2-1 winners over

:52:48. > :52:55.Dover athletic of the National League. A cool finish from Chris

:52:56. > :52:59.Lait gave Stourbridge an early lead. That was after great work on the

:53:00. > :53:03.left flank. The home side pulled one back 12 minutes before the

:53:04. > :53:08.breakthrough Aswad Thomas following a goalmouth scramble. Midway through

:53:09. > :53:12.the second half, the Dover goalkeeper walked after being shown

:53:13. > :53:19.a second yellow card for bringing down the attacking player. The

:53:20. > :53:24.Stourbridge striker made no mistake from the spot. Karl Hawley said the

:53:25. > :53:32.northerly Premier side into the second round draw for the third time

:53:33. > :53:35.in five seasons. Steeped in Roman history, Saint old

:53:36. > :53:41.and is headed north intent on writing a new chapter in the city's

:53:42. > :53:45.folklore but things went wrong-R.N. In the attempt to conquer Grimsby.

:53:46. > :53:50.These days, inhabiting the National League, Grimsby have known better

:53:51. > :53:55.days, but when Conor Townsend some free kick in from way out, this

:53:56. > :54:00.looked like it might be one of them. Grimsby Town to the bench and the

:54:01. > :54:04.arrival of Padraig Amond had an immediate effect. He maintained his

:54:05. > :54:10.composure and doubled the lead. Saint old bands tried to bridge a

:54:11. > :54:14.gap of 36 pin it places and they found a foothold in the tie. Luis

:54:15. > :54:24.Figo fan is enjoying his moment in the FA Cup sunlight. -- Louis Theo

:54:25. > :54:30.Farnese. Grimsby set about crushing the uprising. It was a lovely goal

:54:31. > :54:34.finish smartly by Jon-Paul Pittman. Grimsby use their substitutes well

:54:35. > :54:42.and another, Marcus Marshall, added a fourth. The sense of an upset

:54:43. > :54:47.happening rapidly dissipating. Saint old and is had long abandoned any

:54:48. > :54:54.plans for the second round. 5-1. Grimsby march on.

:54:55. > :54:59.If leaked to Leyton Orient were nervous about the challenge posed by

:55:00. > :55:13.Staines Town, they settled down fast. -- League Two. Ollie Palmer

:55:14. > :55:18.had very little left to do. This time, Dean Cox did the honours. He

:55:19. > :55:24.was clearly grateful from the help of the fullback. The two sides are

:55:25. > :55:30.separated by three levels of English football, and pretty soon, three

:55:31. > :55:37.goals as well. Ollie Palmer with the finish. This was not a day to be a

:55:38. > :55:45.Staines defender, with the possible exception of Darren Purse. He got a

:55:46. > :55:51.souvenir goal. Dean Cox's second was the pick of the lot for Leyton

:55:52. > :55:55.Orient. 4-1 at half-time. John Marquis got the fifth in the 89th

:55:56. > :56:03.minute. Therefore Staines could escape across town, Sean Clohessy

:56:04. > :56:10.find the time and space to add a sixth. Very professional from this

:56:11. > :56:13.professionals. -- the professionals. Leyton Orient advance.

:56:14. > :56:16.There was no fairy tale for Barwell who were playing in the FA Cup

:56:17. > :56:21.proper for the first time in their history. Welling United of the

:56:22. > :56:26.National League proved too strong for the seven secure side. Ricky

:56:27. > :56:32.Wellard slid home after this effort rebounded off the post. Barwell

:56:33. > :56:38.battled but Welling United made sure of the victory was the last kick of

:56:39. > :56:42.the game, Michael but carry on as a second-half substitute had plenty of

:56:43. > :56:54.space to stroke home from close range to spark ecstatic celebrations

:56:55. > :56:58.from the London club. This was drama between Northwich

:56:59. > :57:03.Victoria and Boreham Wood. It was soggy and the place needed a left.

:57:04. > :57:08.Jordan Williams provided one. Northwich Victoria, the underdogs in

:57:09. > :57:12.front. The conditions were ripe for an upset and no one was more upset

:57:13. > :57:23.than the Northwich Victoria goalkeeper. Junior Morias with very

:57:24. > :57:28.little sentiment. To rub salt into the goalkeeper's wins, his opposite

:57:29. > :57:32.number made a heroic save. Russell brolly and lead denying how to take

:57:33. > :57:39.the game to a rematch. Great goals. First are bridge,

:57:40. > :57:43.congratulations to them. They are through to the second round. They

:57:44. > :57:49.played against a Dover side that have caused lots of problems for

:57:50. > :57:54.teams in the FA Cup. For the position therein in the league, this

:57:55. > :58:00.is a great achievement for them to take on Dover. It was excellent from

:58:01. > :58:06.them. This is the first goal, Chris Lait. A lovely finish. Stourbridge

:58:07. > :58:11.play the game in the right way. What Karl Hawley knows about that, I am

:58:12. > :58:20.not sure. I am not sure that as a penalty. That is not much contact.

:58:21. > :58:28.The yellow card and a read. -- red card. The knock the ball around.

:58:29. > :58:29.Karl Hawley can make sit at the top level. Well done to all of them at

:58:30. > :58:36.the football club. Having seen the likes of

:58:37. > :58:38.Vinnie Jones, Stuart Pearce and Jermaine Beckford turn out

:58:39. > :58:41.for them over the years, National League South side Wealdstone were

:58:42. > :59:00.looking to their current stars to Trying to set up George Moncur. This

:59:01. > :59:05.is George Moncur. He tried to work it through a crowd of Wealdstone

:59:06. > :59:11.defenders. They cannot stop the shot from Macauley Bonne. The pressure

:59:12. > :59:20.from Colchester pays dividends. The League One side or in front.

:59:21. > :59:36.Hudson-Odoi has swapped wings. A lovely run. It is a penalty to

:59:37. > :59:41.Wealdstone. He appears to make the most of it, but there was clear

:59:42. > :59:46.contact across his chest. Wealdstone have the chance to draw level,

:59:47. > :59:54.Jefferson Louis. Jefferson Louis scores. Wealdstone are right back in

:59:55. > :59:56.this FA Cup game. The goalkeeper goes one way, the ball goes the

:59:57. > :00:07.other. The The corner is a deep one. Headed

:00:08. > :00:19.down and in, and it is Hudson-Odoii who has made it 2-1! As it is

:00:20. > :00:24.cleared by Briggs, straight against the knee of the Wealdstone man.

:00:25. > :00:30.Briggs hits it with real power and all of that power is diverted back

:00:31. > :00:35.past the goalkeeper and Wealdstone are in front. Bradley Hudson-Odoi

:00:36. > :00:43.didn't know too much about it. The care many defenders are back in

:00:44. > :00:47.Wealdstone blue. In towards Bonne! Second goal for Macauley Bonne. Just

:00:48. > :00:56.able to get away from his marker there.

:00:57. > :01:06.Marvin Sordell bearing down on the Wealdstone goal. Hat-trick for

:01:07. > :01:18.Macauley Bonne. And from the moment the ball was played forward, there

:01:19. > :01:24.was danger here for Wealdstone. Kerb that is a corner.

:01:25. > :01:28.Colchester will come forward in numbers again. George Moncur trying

:01:29. > :01:39.to line up right shot. Well, is that George Moncur's goal

:01:40. > :01:47.or is it Macauley Bonne? Let's have another look, Moncur has the shot

:01:48. > :01:51.but it is headed in by Macauley Bonne. Four goals for him.

:01:52. > :01:58.Jefferson Louis going to goal! That would have been absolutely

:01:59. > :02:04.extraordinary but Elliott Parish with the save.

:02:05. > :02:19.Saw -- Marvin Sordell gain. This time it is Moncur. And that might

:02:20. > :02:21.just seal Colchester's passage through to the second round of the

:02:22. > :02:40.FA Cup. This is Marvin Sordell. Well, he

:02:41. > :02:46.doesn't half hit this. And it is 2-6.

:02:47. > :02:50.Tony, at one stage, when you went 2-1 down, you must have been

:02:51. > :02:53.thinking, hang on a second. Yes, when you think about the number of

:02:54. > :02:58.opportunities we created in the first half, we have had about ten

:02:59. > :03:02.opportunities and it looks like it would possibly be one of those

:03:03. > :03:05.games, but I thought the second half was a thoroughly professional

:03:06. > :03:10.performance and we deservedly won the game. You have got to take

:03:11. > :03:14.gambles, and in the end, we did and possibly gambled a little bit too

:03:15. > :03:19.much and consequently, it has ended up six and I feel we have let

:03:20. > :03:23.ourselves down, to be honest. There is no chance I am living without

:03:24. > :03:27.this ball, it is mine. It is not often someone my age comes here and

:03:28. > :03:32.scores a hat-trick in the FA Cup and then to get four, I thought it is my

:03:33. > :03:37.ball. Doesn't get much better for a 20-year-old to score four goals in

:03:38. > :03:40.the first round of the FA Cup. Before we talk about Bonne,

:03:41. > :03:45.Wealdstone gave themselves a great chance, 2-1, they dared to dream. I

:03:46. > :03:50.was surprised he said they let themselves down, they had to go for

:03:51. > :03:54.it. That wasn't the issue. We have seen it time and again, part-time

:03:55. > :03:58.footballers against professional, sometimes fitness does tell, we saw

:03:59. > :04:05.it with Exeter earlier and that was another case. What a few days for

:04:06. > :04:13.Bonne, on Tuesday he scored a few goals in a local club fixture and

:04:14. > :04:17.today, four. Not many score four goals in the FA Cup. He looks like a

:04:18. > :04:20.goal-scorer, his movement with his back to goal, he knows

:04:21. > :04:27.instinctively. This one, just across the defender with their header.

:04:28. > :04:33.Again, arriving between, he knows the position to get to. That is the

:04:34. > :04:37.one that tells you he is a goal-scorer, he is on the line of

:04:38. > :04:41.the shop and he is thinking, I will get this, I am not having him

:04:42. > :04:46.scoring. Just his positioning. And the manager knows him from youth

:04:47. > :04:49.days, and look at the defence, Colchester has not looked too clever

:04:50. > :04:56.this season, but he will need his goals this season. Yes, it is easy

:04:57. > :04:58.to say the defences and good, so we will score, but you do that as a

:04:59. > :05:00.team. Another whistle stop tour now,

:05:01. > :05:02.involving six ties, starting with Worcester City,

:05:03. > :05:04.who memorably turned over Coventry A year on,

:05:05. > :05:14.they had another trip to League One They knocked out Coventry City this

:05:15. > :05:16.time last year, but a trip to Sheffield United posed a pretty

:05:17. > :05:21.sizeable mountain for National League side Worcester City to climb,

:05:22. > :05:24.and so it proved. It didn't help their cause when Che Adams was

:05:25. > :05:29.brought down with less than 20 minutes then. Jose Baxter with an

:05:30. > :05:33.early chance to enhance his reputation, which he duly took. It

:05:34. > :05:38.stayed that way until late on but with less than ten minutes to go,

:05:39. > :05:48.Worcester hopes began to drain. Campbell rise into the sick child

:05:49. > :05:53.box, Conor Sammon turns the ball in -- into the six yard box. Is that

:05:54. > :05:57.Worcester City's chance gone in the FA Cup? Yes, it was. Right at the

:05:58. > :06:03.end, the blades are demonstrating their cutting edge again. Freeman

:06:04. > :06:08.bundles the ball over the line, game, set and match to Sheffield.

:06:09. > :06:17.National League North side AFC Fylde braved the down for 55 minutes

:06:18. > :06:21.before Millwall silenced their opponents. Aiden O'Brien used his

:06:22. > :06:26.head in his right boot to put the League One side ahead. Lee Gregory

:06:27. > :06:33.doubled their lead on the hour mark at the persistence and precision

:06:34. > :06:36.from Sean Williams. AFC Fylde were back in 82 minutes later, Alex

:06:37. > :06:45.Whittle giving the visitors some hope. But Steve Morison put Millwall

:06:46. > :06:50.into the second round. Aiden O'Brien this time turning provider for his

:06:51. > :06:59.team-mate, two minutes from time, to seal a 3-1 victory.

:07:00. > :07:04.Cambridge United are currently without a manager, so six tier

:07:05. > :07:09.basing stone town might have arrived at the Abbey Stadium with hope, but

:07:10. > :07:16.Cambridge were not keen on being the fall guys. Missing by a fraction

:07:17. > :07:23.early on. The hosts wouldn't need to wait much longer. Jeff Hughes

:07:24. > :07:32.finishing of. -- off. Basingstoke aren't having a vintage season but

:07:33. > :07:36.have their moments. Later on, they would get closer still. Of the post

:07:37. > :07:42.and out, as ultimately work Basingstoke.

:07:43. > :07:46.National League North hopefuls Stalybridge Celtic travelled with

:07:47. > :07:50.expectation to Doncaster Rovers but it didn't take long for the League

:07:51. > :07:56.One side to rather dampen their fireworks. And with a man named Andy

:07:57. > :08:01.Williams in their cup team, it was perhaps inevitable Doncaster would

:08:02. > :08:06.enjoy some Magic Moments and three minutes in, the first one duly

:08:07. > :08:10.arrived, and well taken it was too. Stalybridge did their best to level

:08:11. > :08:13.it. Jack Higgins may have had a sleepless night reflecting on his

:08:14. > :08:18.fine chance. Either side of the keeper would have done. And to make

:08:19. > :08:28.him feel worse, there was to be an encore from Andy Williams. 20

:08:29. > :08:30.minutes from time, he cashed in on a defensive mistake and punished it

:08:31. > :08:32.like an old stage. A businesslike display from Darren Ferguson's

:08:33. > :08:39.Doncaster, who lived to fight another cup day.

:08:40. > :08:43.2008's FA Cup winners Portsmouth secured their first victory in the

:08:44. > :08:48.competition since 2010, beating non-league Macclesfield town two -

:08:49. > :08:54.one. Adam McGurk opened the scoring on three minutes, a well worked team

:08:55. > :08:57.effort. Pompey's lead didn't last long. The goalkeeper caught napping

:08:58. > :09:06.and Kristian Dennis was there to pounce for the silk men. Murphy came

:09:07. > :09:09.to the rescue later, denying Danny Whitehead, who fancied his chances

:09:10. > :09:14.from distance. It was Pompey who scored the winner on the stroke of

:09:15. > :09:23.half-time. Stevens drives into the area. McGirt! Chaplin must put it

:09:24. > :09:30.in! McGuirk finally drives it home -- Adam McGurk.

:09:31. > :09:36.Hartlepool's most recent FA Cup memory was losing to non-league

:09:37. > :09:39.Blyth Spartans, so there was obvious determination not to let that happen

:09:40. > :09:43.against National League Cheltenham town. The battling spirit was

:09:44. > :09:49.apparent here just before half-time. It helped get the ball through to

:09:50. > :09:53.Kudus Oyenuga, who scored his first goal on his first start of the

:09:54. > :09:58.season. They needed resilience after the break, particularly from their

:09:59. > :10:07.goalkeeper. Only Trevor Carson's repeated her role it stood in the

:10:08. > :10:10.way other Cheltenham equaliser. Last season, the Robins were relegated,

:10:11. > :10:15.while Hartlepool stayed in the Football League, and they had a go

:10:16. > :10:19.at revenge. Leigh born close to forcing a replay, but that was the

:10:20. > :10:25.last action of their cup campaign. So that is all the non-league side

:10:26. > :10:28.covered, Barber Tiger takes place tomorrow and there is no doubt the

:10:29. > :10:34.tone was set on Friday, when Salford City got the competition off to a

:10:35. > :10:39.flyer against Notts County. Danny Webber, scorer on the night, is with

:10:40. > :10:43.us. Have you recovered from what happened on Friday? Just about, it

:10:44. > :10:47.was quite a surreal night, nobody expected us to even be in the first

:10:48. > :10:53.round and to win, nobody gave as much chance to win and everybody was

:10:54. > :10:56.delighted, it was a great atmosphere and we enjoyed ourselves. Everybody

:10:57. > :10:59.feels they have been on the journey because of the recent documentary,

:11:00. > :11:04.they know what the club is all about, what was it like to be part

:11:05. > :11:07.of? It was exciting and as people did see the documentary, I think we

:11:08. > :11:11.gained a lot of people who were interested because of that. A lot of

:11:12. > :11:16.people who are not into football joined us on the journey and have

:11:17. > :11:19.enjoyed the experience as well. It is great to be in the dressing room

:11:20. > :11:24.and part of something moving forward. You couldn't have timed

:11:25. > :11:28.your goal much better, could you? That was the plan, I think. First

:11:29. > :11:33.half, we had threatened a little bit but the belief of getting the ball

:11:34. > :11:39.in the back of the neck was what we needed serve 15-20 seconds in the

:11:40. > :11:43.second half, it was a great ball and I just had to scramble it in. We

:11:44. > :11:48.know you have been around, you started at Manchester United, you

:11:49. > :11:52.have been in the second tier for a few seasons. Were their nerves in

:11:53. > :11:56.the dressing room? A lot of nerves, but the managers did a good job in

:11:57. > :12:01.the way they made us channel it. A few of the older lads help the

:12:02. > :12:05.younger lads channel it, so the blend was right, the nerves were

:12:06. > :12:09.there but they couldn't wait to get on the pitch. They didn't show it

:12:10. > :12:13.with their backs to the wall, they made some terrific goal-line

:12:14. > :12:18.clearances. Stephen Harrison in the second half, we thought it was a

:12:19. > :12:23.goal. I don't know how he got to this, but the fact that he even did

:12:24. > :12:26.it, most people wouldn't even chase him back. How many defenders do you

:12:27. > :12:31.see give up the ghost in that position, that is the desire. Or

:12:32. > :12:36.scoring an own goal. What about your management team, the duo, they are

:12:37. > :12:42.very interesting, they remind me of Hale and Pace. Did they celebrate

:12:43. > :12:47.with the boys? Everybody did, John O, Anthony Johnson, he went home, he

:12:48. > :12:52.had his daughter's party the next day, but we all had a drink

:12:53. > :12:55.together, Bernard, his family and some of The Class of 92, so it was

:12:56. > :13:01.good fun. So they weren't policing your drinks this time. Let's have a

:13:02. > :13:05.look at the second goal by Richie Allen, what a strike. What the

:13:06. > :13:09.build-up to get himself out of his corner. There is a moment where you

:13:10. > :13:14.think he has lost it and he is getting crowded out, but he does

:13:15. > :13:17.this kind of thing in training quite often, a little piece of magic just

:13:18. > :13:22.to get him out of it and all of a sudden, you'd think he has got a

:13:23. > :13:25.chance and he took it so well, the 1-2 with Jordan Hulme and a

:13:26. > :13:31.fantastic goal and definitely warranted the attention. I have

:13:32. > :13:36.known of him from while, he is from Preston, he has been in non-league,

:13:37. > :13:41.had a few issues, but he has real talent. Look at the reactions as

:13:42. > :13:45.well. There is always another perspective, it is wonderful, three

:13:46. > :13:48.players who have achieved what they have achieved... You look at Notts

:13:49. > :13:51.County, it is a good bit of skill but she would be disappointed the

:13:52. > :13:58.King at that, your team with three players around him -- you would be

:13:59. > :14:01.disappointed looking at that. It was symptomatic of Notts County all

:14:02. > :14:05.night. You were magnificent and they simply weren't very good. But that

:14:06. > :14:08.reaction is phenomenal from Gary Neville, you would think they had

:14:09. > :14:12.seen everything. Paul Scholes said it was better than winning in the

:14:13. > :14:17.Champions League. What did The Class of 92 say to you? They were just

:14:18. > :14:21.delighted, it was more emotion than the words they said. They came in

:14:22. > :14:24.and they were so happy. Paul Scholes came in and was dancing with the

:14:25. > :14:29.lads in the dressing room and Gary was just delighted, you could see

:14:30. > :14:32.that, so it was good for everybody around the place, not just the

:14:33. > :14:36.players. It was just a very good night. Finally, apart from

:14:37. > :14:40.Manchester United in the third round, who do you want in the

:14:41. > :14:44.second? A couple of my old teams. Portsmouth would be a good one,

:14:45. > :14:49.Sheffield United, but anybody really, because it is the magic of

:14:50. > :14:53.the FA Cup. Thank you for popping in. Let's see how four more Thais

:14:54. > :14:55.panned out, starting with the 1987 winners Coventry City against their

:14:56. > :15:05.former landlords, Northampton. OK, so Coventry-Northampton may not

:15:06. > :15:11.be on everyone's list of great derby game, but it means plenty to these

:15:12. > :15:16.two sides. After a flurry of goals in the first 18 minutes, the

:15:17. > :15:20.Northampton fans were in the pink. The cobbler stickers step in the

:15:21. > :15:25.right direction when this free kick evaded everyone and find the net.

:15:26. > :15:31.Coventry have suffered a fall from grace since winning the cup in 19

:15:32. > :15:36.87. Jacob Murphy should he was not going to give this one up easily.

:15:37. > :15:40.That effort counted for nothing. Marc Richards, the Northampton

:15:41. > :15:49.skipper, leading from the front. Richards. Coventry City took their

:15:50. > :15:58.foot off the gas. Northampton lead, 2-1. League One high-flyers

:15:59. > :16:03.Gillingham were knocked out of the cup while League Two strugglers

:16:04. > :16:08.Stevenage. Justin Edinburgh was outdone by his former Spurs

:16:09. > :16:11.team-mate Teddy Sheringham. Both won the FA Cup as players. Steven

:16:12. > :16:16.Schumacher game the home side the lead with a terrific strike from 20

:16:17. > :16:22.yards after a well worked corner. -- gave the home side. Chris Whelpdale

:16:23. > :16:26.made it two, heading home from close range against his former club.

:16:27. > :16:33.Stevenage rounded off the winning stoppage time. Armand Gnanduillet is

:16:34. > :16:38.onside. Two men are running through for Stevenage. They have played it

:16:39. > :16:45.rounded goalkeeper. Armand Gnanduillet paps in. 3-0. Barnet are

:16:46. > :16:49.a league below Blackpool but the buzz around this one was for an

:16:50. > :16:54.upset. Like pool are having a wretched time. The mood will not

:16:55. > :16:59.have been approved by the manner in which Barnet took the lead. Tom

:17:00. > :17:04.Champion the score. It was two before half-time, Michael Gash

:17:05. > :17:07.getting his seventh of the season. The problems on and off the field

:17:08. > :17:15.that Blackpool are increasingly evident.

:17:16. > :17:19.Mansfield against Oldham is not tied to set the pulses racing unless

:17:20. > :17:25.you're a follower either one. There were some close calls. A scramble

:17:26. > :17:31.Hugh Dan there. Neither side could force the ball over the line. The

:17:32. > :17:35.goalkeeper twice came to the rescue of Oldham. They will have to do it

:17:36. > :17:41.all again. We saw Northampton come through

:17:42. > :17:45.despite their recent problems with the cash situation. That was against

:17:46. > :17:51.Coventry City. It was a case of deja vu at this time last year. Yes, last

:17:52. > :17:58.season, going out to Worcester City. They have been having a decent spell

:17:59. > :18:01.under Tony Mowbray. I think it is an excellent cross. It is maybe how it

:18:02. > :18:07.is at this stage of the season for Coventry. They get into a position

:18:08. > :18:11.would seems to be going well, and then Marc Richards with his 10th

:18:12. > :18:22.goal of the season. They well have missed Armstrong. As for Stevenage,

:18:23. > :18:27.it was a battle of the Spurs' old boys. This one going against what

:18:28. > :18:37.many people were predicting. It did not go to form. Teddy Sheringham has

:18:38. > :18:44.had a tough start. Gillingham were second best on the day. I thought

:18:45. > :18:49.Stevenage were very good. This may be the catalyst to get their season

:18:50. > :18:52.going. It has been a tough start in management. You start in the way

:18:53. > :18:57.that they have started and you think, it is only going to get

:18:58. > :19:02.better. You have got to give him credit for starting Bernard

:19:03. > :19:07.Stevenage. He has got to stick with them. He is not a six-week

:19:08. > :19:12.appointment. You have got to let that go.

:19:13. > :19:15.So to our last few games played yesterday, starting with another

:19:16. > :19:17.former winner, Wigan Athletic, who picked up the famous old trophy

:19:18. > :19:29.It is hard to believe it is just two and a half years since Ben Watson

:19:30. > :19:34.etched his name into Wigan for goal with that FA Cup winning goal at

:19:35. > :19:39.Wembley. A first-round defeat at Bury was a sobering experience in

:19:40. > :19:43.the first round. Tom Pope headed home this cross. It was one of those

:19:44. > :19:49.moments for goalkeeper Richard O'Donnell. It went downhill from

:19:50. > :19:54.there for Wigan. Now goalkeeping assistance required for Bury's

:19:55. > :20:01.second. Danny Mayor with a terrific strike. By half-time, Bury were

:20:02. > :20:11.trembling with excitement, 3-0 up after Nathan Cameron's goal. One

:20:12. > :20:20.foot in the second round. That FA Cup victory is written large in

:20:21. > :20:29.Wigan might's roll of honour. -- Wigan's. That seems like a long time

:20:30. > :20:32.ago. It is Bury's turn to dream now. Burton Albion welcomed Peterborough

:20:33. > :20:36.United. It was the visitors that showed league form counts for

:20:37. > :20:41.nothing when it comes to the FA Cup. Peterborough took the lead before

:20:42. > :20:46.the break. Smith's pass finding Conor Washington who made no mistake

:20:47. > :20:52.from six yards. Washington court head and Peterborough's second after

:20:53. > :20:57.a defensive mistake. Jermaine Anderson's left foot finish sealed a

:20:58. > :21:02.3-0 victory six minutes from time. But a red card put a blip on

:21:03. > :21:10.Peterborough's performance. Baldwin playing his first game for a year

:21:11. > :21:16.after an injury came on in stoppage time. He did not even get to break

:21:17. > :21:21.sweat after a bad challenge. Not a particularly close tie at

:21:22. > :21:26.Spotland. Swindon's date was some block by the first Rochdale's goal.

:21:27. > :21:30.Mendez-Laing got a taste for scoring. More problems for Swindon

:21:31. > :21:36.after the break and Mendez-Laing was on hand again. If that was

:21:37. > :21:41.clear-cut, it would become more muddled. As the ball came in,

:21:42. > :21:49.Rochdale demanded a penalty. The referee signalled for a corner. It

:21:50. > :21:53.seemed he was thinking, consulting about the challenge. A few seconds

:21:54. > :21:59.later, he had come up with a different idea, a penalty. Who else

:22:00. > :22:05.to take it but Mendez-Laing. A hat-trick and 3-0. Having been faced

:22:06. > :22:12.with that puzzle, the referee got a few seconds's rest and then he was

:22:13. > :22:16.faced again. This time the decision was quicker, penalty to Swindon.

:22:17. > :22:25.Nicky Josie scored but there was no way back for Swindon. -- Nikki

:22:26. > :22:28.Josie. Scunthorpe will be able to

:22:29. > :22:33.concentrate on the cup longer after overcoming Southend. Paddy Madden

:22:34. > :22:41.set the ball rolling at the they 15 minute mark. 30 minutes in, Southend

:22:42. > :22:51.found the net, Ryan Leonard with one for the scrap book. Southend might

:22:52. > :22:55.have taken the lead. This player very nearly made a name for

:22:56. > :23:00.themselves but it was the goalkeeper who took the glory. An excellent

:23:01. > :23:03.save. That proved critical as Scunthorpe booked their place in

:23:04. > :23:08.round two. Paddy Madden once again with the opportunity.

:23:09. > :23:12.League One leaders Walsall made it through to the second round of the

:23:13. > :23:17.FA Cup at the expense of struggling Fleetwood. George Evans found the

:23:18. > :23:23.bottom corner after shooting from distance to put the home side in

:23:24. > :23:27.front on 19 minutes. Nathan Pont went close for Fleetwood in the

:23:28. > :23:32.second half but a moment of quality from Anthony Forde sealed it for

:23:33. > :23:37.Walsall. A delightful right foot shot made it 2-0, insuring that

:23:38. > :23:43.Walsall will be the highest ranked side in mind the's draft.

:23:44. > :23:48.It is merely an 800 mile round trip from Carlisle to Plymouth so this

:23:49. > :23:53.drop probably was not popular in Cumbria, particularly when Carlisle

:23:54. > :23:56.United had not won here since 1978. When Antony Sweeney produced this

:23:57. > :24:03.display of acrobatics the travellers had hoped. When it had only lost one

:24:04. > :24:07.in 11 before this but they came up against a Carlisle. Hallam Hope

:24:08. > :24:14.scored his first for the Cumbrians. They got home happy eventually.

:24:15. > :24:18.A difficult one to Colin West Sussex had them at fever pitch. We had to

:24:19. > :24:26.wait until the second half for the goals. John Nic White's opener was

:24:27. > :24:43.worth waiting for, quite a finish. -- John should Nic White. -- Josh

:24:44. > :24:48.McQuoid. Matt Harrold got the equaliser. It took a long time for

:24:49. > :24:52.the tide to be settled. Josh McQuoid to send Luton Town into the hat for

:24:53. > :24:58.around two. Jackie McNamara's first game in

:24:59. > :25:03.charge of York City ended in 3-2 defeat at Accrington Stanley. Sean

:25:04. > :25:09.McConville's clever finish put Stanley ahead. Nothing to dampen the

:25:10. > :25:13.midfielder's celebrations. Accrington's lead did not last long

:25:14. > :25:20.as York equalised through Vadaine Oliver. Then Accrington were back in

:25:21. > :25:24.front. Matt Crooks picked his spot. Stanley made sure of the victory

:25:25. > :25:29.three minutes into the second half. Billy Kee was brought down in the

:25:30. > :25:34.area. Josh Windass knocked the ball into the back of the net from the

:25:35. > :25:41.penalty spot. Michael Coulson's header in stoppage time was too

:25:42. > :25:46.little too late for city. Optimism is insured supplier the

:25:47. > :25:49.bottom of the football league. Dagenham and Redbridge began

:25:50. > :25:57.brightly against Morecambe. The goalkeeper was worked. There was

:25:58. > :26:02.nervous moments for Dagenham. This player was adjudged not to have

:26:03. > :26:06.handled. Molineux had a go at scoring his second of the season for

:26:07. > :26:09.Morecambe, but they will all head back one week on Tuesday.

:26:10. > :26:10.Patrick Geary, Ivan Gaskell and Delyth Lloyd

:26:11. > :26:22.Well done to Nathan Mendez-Laing on his hat-trick for Rochdale as they

:26:23. > :26:27.overcame Swindon in the cup. This was clearly the best of the lot. It

:26:28. > :26:35.was a great finish, really good technique. His ability is not in

:26:36. > :26:39.doubt. What is in doubt is his application and attitude. I watched

:26:40. > :26:44.him on loan at Portsmouth. He liked a little bit of drive. As you get

:26:45. > :26:49.older and get more experience, you realise, I might need to put more

:26:50. > :26:52.in. If he does that, he can be a good player. He has been courted by

:26:53. > :27:00.Scunthorpe and other clubs over the summer. We also saw Luton Town. Josh

:27:01. > :27:06.McQuoid knows where the net is. He gets some luck, but it is his

:27:07. > :27:09.reaction. He finishes well. Well done to both of them. A terrific

:27:10. > :27:16.afternoon for Rochdale and Luton Town.

:27:17. > :27:19.Well, that's 39 of the 40 FA Cup first round ties played.

:27:20. > :27:22.The one remaining tie is tomorrow, and that's between FC United

:27:23. > :27:24.of Manchester and Chesterfield on Monday night at 7:45,

:27:25. > :27:27.and you can follow that on Radio 5Live and the BBC Sport website.

:27:28. > :27:34.Before that, we've live coverage of the second

:27:35. > :27:38.round draw at 7 o'clock on BBC Two, when Mark Chapman will be joined by

:27:39. > :27:45.You can catch the best moments from the first round in the

:27:46. > :27:56.That is available from Monday morning. What a start for

:27:57. > :28:06.Warrington. Blyth Spartans. Stunning. A brilliant goal. What a

:28:07. > :28:12.special strike. The nutmeg. What a tackle. Would you believe it? That

:28:13. > :28:13.is it from us. Steve, Kevin, thanks

:28:14. > :28:15.for your company this evening. It's been a breathless start to

:28:16. > :28:22.this season's Emirates FA Cup. If Saturday belonged to Altrincham,

:28:23. > :28:29.Eastleigh and Forest Green, Sunday was all about cherishing them --

:28:30. > :28:33.Chesham United and white clock. A fantastic Sunday for the non-league

:28:34. > :28:35.teams. Goodbye for now. -- Whitehawk.
