:01:39. > :01:43.a few bumps along the way. Why did we buy a football club? But I

:01:44. > :01:48.wouldn't change it for the world. Now here we are, the first round of

:01:49. > :01:51.the FA Cup, against the oldest club in the Football League, Notts

:01:52. > :01:56.County. They are the ones with all the history. We're just the minnows,

:01:57. > :02:02.the underdogs. Hard to believe? You believe it. We still have dreams and

:02:03. > :02:17.we know more than most that dreams do come true.

:02:18. > :02:23.The owners know their stuff, as Phil Neville mentioned there is quite a

:02:24. > :02:28.history for tonight macro-birds visitors as well though. Notts

:02:29. > :02:32.County victory this competition back in the 19th century and have much

:02:33. > :02:38.experience in their current crop, there is Roy Carroll, who used to

:02:39. > :02:44.play for Old Trafford -- at Old Trafford. Salford city from the

:03:31. > :03:34.come in and they have been absolutely brilliant. They have

:03:35. > :03:37.lifted the whole place. The performances have been getting

:03:38. > :03:43.better and better and the results as well. I still can't believe we're in

:03:44. > :03:49.the FA Cup first round! This man alongside you, you're genuinely

:03:50. > :03:54.excited about a night? Yeah. I played in the FA Cup for my Saturday

:03:55. > :03:59.team. I'm quite buzzing for the guys because this is such an unbelievable

:04:00. > :04:03.occasion for the guys. I'm sure they will be very nervous but I said to

:04:04. > :04:08.one of the guys, you've got to be very nervous, this is what it is all

:04:09. > :04:16.about. Let's remind you exactly how far we are going to find Salford

:04:17. > :04:20.city. This would be a... For the players tonight, this is a huge

:04:21. > :04:27.occasion. A chance show them what they are made of. When Gary

:05:06. > :05:09.starstruck. Their potential failings tonight might be that they are too

:05:10. > :05:14.ego. When you see some of the challenges that go in at the level

:05:15. > :05:17.we play at and then we have got a Championship referee, their

:05:18. > :05:23.eagerness could be a problem. That is what worries me. What about their

:05:24. > :05:28.fitness? I don't have any concerns about their fitness. They are really

:05:29. > :05:32.fit lads. The manager has brought in Hungary, passionate lads. They are

:05:33. > :05:37.eager in the way they play but that can be a bit over exuberant. We have

:05:38. > :05:41.had a couple of players sent off! It's not just these two to night,

:05:42. > :05:46.we've also got Trevor Sinclair, who lit up the early rounds of the FA

:05:47. > :05:53.Cup with his wonderful hat collection last season. He also came

:05:54. > :05:57.in as assistant manager... It got a bit tasty on the touchline so we

:05:58. > :06:02.thought we would reunite Trevor with Salford City ointment is. It was

:06:03. > :06:09.certainly lively on the touchline that day! You have got some presence

:06:10. > :06:15.in the technical area, is that something you're looking to calm or

:06:16. > :06:20.is it a case of if it's not broke, don't fix it? We have been here for

:06:21. > :06:25.seven seasons and so far it has stood as in pretty good stead, Jon

:06:26. > :06:30.Stead playing tonight... It has stood us in good stead. If it's not

:06:31. > :06:33.broke, we won't try and fix it too much. There are probably one or two

:06:34. > :06:39.things to work on and the owners keep telling us that, but so far it

:06:51. > :06:54.has been difficult, to be honest. We beat Southport two weeks ago and

:07:03. > :07:05.and raise your game when you know you have got the FA Cup first round

:07:10. > :07:13.round. To be honest it has been difficult keeping the lads's feet on

:07:14. > :07:17.the ground. But they are buzzing, absolutely buzzing. There are one or

:07:18. > :07:23.two nerves, I would imagine, but more excitement than anything else.

:10:14. > :10:20.experience for me. I played in the FA youth cup that season, which

:10:21. > :10:24.obviously everyone knows. Very privileged to play with them players

:10:25. > :10:29.and see what they've gone on to achieve. It's amazing. For me
