:00:49. > :00:57.An East Midlands Derby. 23 miles, as the keeper flies from goal post to

:00:58. > :01:03.goal post. Golden times for one side, saved in

:01:04. > :01:08.the past. Just look at his face! Golden times for the ther right now.

:01:09. > :01:22.Behind Vardy. He's done it. He has done it. He's done it. Leicester

:01:23. > :01:27.City are the champions of England a shot tonight at glory. Derby County

:01:28. > :01:29.verses Leicester City. You have got to be good to have played for both

:01:30. > :01:41.of these teams. He wasn't a bad keeper, was he. More

:01:42. > :01:45.from him later tonight. Two of his former clubs Derby County at and

:01:46. > :01:55.Leicester City meet in the Emirates FA Cup for the first time in more

:01:56. > :01:59.than century. With us here to enjoy Alan Shearer, a man who played for

:02:00. > :02:04.both clubs in fact. It is nice when you pick up the Player of the Year

:02:05. > :02:09.trophy. You see great names underneath it. This is an intense

:02:10. > :02:13.drama in the East Midlands. It is. It has changed a bit now. When I

:02:14. > :02:19.played for Leicester, it could go either way. If Derby beat Leicester,

:02:20. > :02:24.it is a huge thing for Derby County. Is it possible? Leicester are just

:02:25. > :02:27.above the relegation zone. Derby are kind of fighting for a play-off spot

:02:28. > :02:34.in the championship. What would be the surprise? Derby will have a hell

:02:35. > :02:40.of a chance tonight. They would have been rejuvenated un. Un. They will

:02:41. > :02:43.fancy their chances tonight. Leicester need a moral boost in

:02:44. > :02:47.victory of some sort to stop the rot. They do. They have not been

:02:48. > :02:53.anywhere near what they were like last season. I know they are missing

:02:54. > :02:58.one of their main players, but they have been poor for large parts of

:02:59. > :03:01.this season. I think it will be a welcome distraction for them to get

:03:02. > :03:06.away from league football and play in the FA Cup and away from the

:03:07. > :03:10.pressure, which hopefully for them and their fans, they can put in a

:03:11. > :03:13.better performance than what we have seen for large parts of the season.

:03:14. > :03:18.A big opportunity in front of a big crowd here for Derby to play against

:03:19. > :03:24.the Premier League side. They played Man United in the FA Cup last season

:03:25. > :03:31.and didn't really perform. They got beaten 3-1. They never had a go at

:03:32. > :03:36.Manchester United. We can see Steve McClaren. An unusual camera inside

:03:37. > :03:40.the dressing room, which we have got in there this evening. This was

:03:41. > :03:45.obviously a short while ago. Steve giving his team talk to his players

:03:46. > :03:49.and pepping them up. We thought we'd take the opportunity to do it rather

:03:50. > :03:55.than when they got changed. You never know - it is quite early in

:03:56. > :03:59.the evening. Around 30,000 fans are here for tonight's match, including

:04:00. > :04:03.5,000 Leicester fans, who have made their way the 20-odd miles up the

:04:04. > :04:09.M1. It is a big night for the man we have just seen, former England

:04:10. > :04:13.manager, Steve McClaren. Three months into his second spell here in

:04:14. > :04:18.charge at Derby. He has spoken to Dan Walker.

:04:19. > :04:22.Derby are unbeaten at home. Thanks for talking to us before the game.

:04:23. > :04:25.Travelling on the train there are a few people suggesting that you are

:04:26. > :04:30.favourites for this match. Do you dismiss that out of hand? I told you

:04:31. > :04:34.not to ask me that! It is the Premier League champions. And it was

:04:35. > :04:39.always going to be difficult, the second year after winning it. They

:04:40. > :04:42.have proved in Cup competitions, especially in Europe, that they are

:04:43. > :04:50.still strong. Put a strong side out, hard to beat. Showed us respect.

:04:51. > :04:55.Obviously on that left-hand side against Tom Ince. We need patience

:04:56. > :04:59.there. But, no, we are kind of looking at a lot of confidence and

:05:00. > :05:03.belief, what we had against West Brom, what we have at home, to keep

:05:04. > :05:05.that, because if we don't have that we'll lose the game. We need

:05:06. > :05:10.confidence and belief tonight to win. You have spoken about the

:05:11. > :05:13.importance of the home crowd. You, like Leicester, have picked a strong

:05:14. > :05:18.side. It seems neither side wants a replay? We don't. We will go for

:05:19. > :05:22.that in 95 minutes. It is what it is. We want a performance. We want

:05:23. > :05:29.to start well. We want to be front-foot aggressive and make sure

:05:30. > :05:32.we get a performance and gradually build strong and finish strong. We

:05:33. > :05:36.want a performance like we got against West Brom away. Let's see

:05:37. > :05:40.what happens. Thank you for talking to us. Cheers!

:05:41. > :05:47.There is plenty of experience in the Derby team, starting with Scott

:05:48. > :05:51.Carson in goal. The Northern Ireland defender Chris

:05:52. > :05:55.Baird played in the Cup final in 2003 for Southampton. Richard Keogh

:05:56. > :06:00.has not missed a Cup game in two years. In mid-field they have the

:06:01. > :06:03.highly-rated Will Hughes and Bradley Johnson returned after a one-match

:06:04. > :06:08.ban and we will talk about Tom Ince in a moment. Darren Bent is still a

:06:09. > :06:13.real threat at 32. We will hear from him a little bit later. I want to

:06:14. > :06:18.start with a bright young prospect, Will Hughes, played many times for

:06:19. > :06:22.England under-21s. What do you make of him? Highly thought of here at

:06:23. > :06:28.Derby. Made his Debbie at 16. 21 years of age. Played over 170 games.

:06:29. > :06:34.He is experienced for being someone so young.

:06:35. > :06:39.He was out for a lot of the last season, for eight months with a

:06:40. > :06:44.ruptured ligament. I know about that a lot. It is chilly out there! I

:06:45. > :06:48.know how difficult it is to come back from an injury like that. You

:06:49. > :06:52.need half a season to get back, to feel you belong at that level.

:06:53. > :06:56.Before he did that, there was talk about him moving on to bigger and

:06:57. > :06:59.better things. That set him back. He's back to normal ways. It took

:07:00. > :07:05.you half a season to get back, did it? Six or seven months. A bad

:07:06. > :07:10.injury. It is good to see he's back and fit. Another young man we seem

:07:11. > :07:15.to have talked about him for a long time is Tom Ince, of course. What do

:07:16. > :07:23.you think of his progress? He's been in goal-scoring form of late. I

:07:24. > :07:29.think the 4-3-3 system suits him. He had a go for Crystal Palace. He

:07:30. > :07:35.scored 25 goals in 30 games under Steve McClaren. He's confident for a

:07:36. > :07:40.goal. He can take a kick. He's a very confident player. Double

:07:41. > :07:46.figures again this season. You know, so he likes playing here at Derby in

:07:47. > :07:50.a 4-3-3 system. They are quite an attacking cider bi, and Leicester,

:07:51. > :07:54.most of their success last season was on the counterattack, so do you

:07:55. > :07:59.think it could be a game that Derby have more possession and more

:08:00. > :08:03.attacks? Well, listening to Steve there and in his interview with Dan,

:08:04. > :08:07.when said said, do you think you are favourites? I don't see any harm in

:08:08. > :08:10.him saying, why aren't we favourites? The way Leicester have

:08:11. > :08:15.played this season, the way that Derby have been... If he loses it

:08:16. > :08:19.doesn't look so bad. Why can't he be confident? His team are doing very

:08:20. > :08:24.well since he came back here into the football club and I don't think

:08:25. > :08:29.it would have done any harm to be full of confidence and say, we can

:08:30. > :08:33.win this game. Let's turn to the champions, where last year's triumph

:08:34. > :08:38.has been followed by a season of struggle.

:08:39. > :08:47.Oh, what a screamer! Riyad Mahrez... Fantastic strike!

:08:48. > :08:54.Leicester City are the Premier League champions. Anything is

:08:55. > :08:59.possible... Leicester City have sold Cante to

:09:00. > :09:03.Chelsea. Ladies and gentlemen, the coach of the year, Claudio

:09:04. > :09:09.Ranieri... You cannot be saying, sack Ranieri!

:09:10. > :09:14.I am not doing -- they are not doing the dirty works. They are not doing

:09:15. > :09:17.the basics. The Player of the Year, Mahrez. Mahrez is dropped to the

:09:18. > :09:29.bench. Jamie Vardy is nominated for the...

:09:30. > :09:33.Red card and Leicester City are just imploding. It has been some form for

:09:34. > :09:40.the champions. How far will they drop? Leicester City's search for an

:09:41. > :09:44.away-day win continues. It was good, it is my fault... Southampton...

:09:45. > :09:51.This moment it everything is wrong. It appears that everything is wrong

:09:52. > :09:55.at the moment for Leicester. They are conceding more than two goals a

:09:56. > :09:59.game away from home and the attack has dried up as well. Let's find out

:10:00. > :10:02.what Claudio Ranieri will do this evening. He's with Dan.

:10:03. > :10:08.Good evening. Diamonds are not forever, can you tell us what you

:10:09. > :10:12.have gone for tonight from a Leicester perspective? The tactic is

:10:13. > :10:22.to try and win the match. Of course we want to react after the defeat to

:10:23. > :10:26.Chelsea and Southampton. It is a Derby against Derby County and we

:10:27. > :10:30.knew it would be a tough match. But we are in the Premier League. They

:10:31. > :10:36.are the underdog, of course. They want to beat us. But also we want to

:10:37. > :10:43.make it good tonight. You have won a Cup in Italy and Spain, do you think

:10:44. > :10:48.a Cup run here could help your faltering league form at the moment?

:10:49. > :10:51.When you win, the players get more confidence and we need to get

:10:52. > :10:56.confidence at this moment, because we are little, little sad.

:10:57. > :11:00.And I have got to ask you as well; it seems strange to ask the question

:11:01. > :11:04.to the man who has won the title last season, do you feel under

:11:05. > :11:09.pressure at all at the moment as Leicester boss? I am under pressure

:11:10. > :11:14.for myself. I want the maximum in every match. Of course we want to

:11:15. > :11:17.make something better for our fans, for our chairman, of course and for

:11:18. > :11:26.ourselves. You have won something this week. Congratulations on your

:11:27. > :11:31.hoptry dock trait. Mr Lineker in our studio is also an honorary doctor

:11:32. > :11:37.from the same university. I will leave you Gary to do the

:11:38. > :11:43.doctor-doctor joke! Dr Who would be it especially after

:11:44. > :11:48.your diamonds aren't forever line! Kasper Schmeichel. Wes Morgan

:11:49. > :11:52.alongside Robert Huth, who played for Stoke in 2011.

:11:53. > :11:56.Ben Chilwell is pushed into mid-field.

:11:57. > :12:03.Riyad Mahrez is only on the bench after returning from the African Cup

:12:04. > :12:09.of nations. Up front Shinji Okazaki is playing

:12:10. > :12:12.behind Jamie Vardy. And there is Jamie Vardy.

:12:13. > :12:17.What has gone wrong with Leicester City this season? As well as their

:12:18. > :12:22.back four and their goalkeeper were last season and they were, but the

:12:23. > :12:27.three main players last year were Kante, the star of the show for me,

:12:28. > :12:30.but they cannot keep on using him as an excuse, Mahrez was brilliant last

:12:31. > :12:36.season. He looks disinterested this season. Jamie Vardy to me looks as

:12:37. > :12:42.if he's had his head turned by success. I see him on front covers

:12:43. > :12:45.of magazines: He has signed a bumper new contract. He is no longer doing

:12:46. > :12:49.what brought him success last season. I know it is difficult

:12:50. > :12:52.getting to the top. I tell you what, it is more difficult staying there.

:12:53. > :12:56.What does it take to stay there? Everyone knows what you are good at.

:12:57. > :13:01.Everyone knows what your strengths and weaknesses are. But you have to

:13:02. > :13:05.do the basics and Jamie Vardy and Leicester are not doing the basics.

:13:06. > :13:09.Look at those stats there, they tell you. First or second in the vast

:13:10. > :13:13.majority of things last year, they are ranked 14th and 15th this year.

:13:14. > :13:16.They are in the league. They are having a terrible time. And, as I

:13:17. > :13:20.said, they are not working as hard, they are t no closing down, they are

:13:21. > :13:24.not tackling as much. And this Leicester are in the red here

:13:25. > :13:29.against Chelsea. They are not closing down. That is far, far too

:13:30. > :13:33.easy for any team, let alone Chelsea with the ability. Not Going with

:13:34. > :13:37.players, not sticking with their runners. It is happening time and

:13:38. > :13:41.time again. You cannot give anyone this amount of time on the ball, let

:13:42. > :13:46.alone some good players. Look at the lack of the closing down. It is far,

:13:47. > :13:50.far too easy for teams out there they are playing against now. This

:13:51. > :13:53.is Sunderland who are bottom of the Premier League. They have to do

:13:54. > :13:56.better. Look at the lack of effort from Mahrez there. You have to go

:13:57. > :14:01.and close them down. You have to stop the cross coming into the box.

:14:02. > :14:05.When the football does eventually come back into the box, look at the

:14:06. > :14:09.number of players they have got there trying to defend. No-one is

:14:10. > :14:14.near the players at all. Goes there... Nothing. No closing down.

:14:15. > :14:17.If you don't put pressure on the ball, that means you have to have

:14:18. > :14:21.some mid-field protection. That is not happening neither. There's no

:14:22. > :14:26.pressure on the ball. No protection. A long ball up again. And the

:14:27. > :14:30.defender gets turned too easily. Look at the lack of effort to stop

:14:31. > :14:36.the cross coming into the box. There is nothing. You cannot go into games

:14:37. > :14:40.playing like. This no pressure again. There is no-one within five

:14:41. > :14:41.yards of Defoe. It is a good finish. That is why they are struggling this

:14:42. > :14:50.season. Does it not highlight in a way the

:14:51. > :14:54.miracle... How well they have done. This what Leicester are. It is

:14:55. > :15:01.amazing to see today the team he's picked. He's reverted to the team

:15:02. > :15:06.that won him the league last year. Players who know about passion. The

:15:07. > :15:10.new side haven't settled, so he's reverted to a team who won last

:15:11. > :15:16.year. Hard working. I don't think the new... How do they get out of

:15:17. > :15:19.the rut? By doing the basics. Once you do the basics, then the rest

:15:20. > :15:22.follows. You have to look at the teams who have stayed at the top and

:15:23. > :15:25.you have to say, you respect them and how well they have done. To

:15:26. > :15:33.actually stay there, when everyone knows what you are about is very,

:15:34. > :15:39.very difficult. OK, well let's hear from a man whose combined transfers

:15:40. > :15:44.add up to ?50 million. Darren Bent enjoying a new lease of life under

:15:45. > :15:48.Steve McClaren. He has been speaking to us.

:15:49. > :15:57.That West Brom tie a couple of weeks ago you picked up with an un-Darren

:15:58. > :16:02.Bent like goal. What was that, 20 yards?

:16:03. > :16:09.It was a fantastic goal from me. I know that there were comments but

:16:10. > :16:13.anyone watching the game said we held our own and we got the result.

:16:14. > :16:20.It was not a typical, my type of goal but sometimes you take a chance

:16:21. > :16:25.and these things happen and luckily, for me, it went into the top corner.

:16:26. > :16:31.Now there is Leicester City in your patch, did you like everyone else

:16:32. > :16:35.stand back in amazement to watch what they achieved? It was just a

:16:36. > :16:38.fantastic story. It was brilliant for football worldwide. It showed it

:16:39. > :16:43.is possible. I know that Derby County supporters

:16:44. > :16:48.would take real satisfaction if they can beat Leicester just because of

:16:49. > :16:52.that, they are the champions? It sets a marker, what a better way to

:16:53. > :16:58.test yourself in your home patch to see where you are. To put down a

:16:59. > :17:02.marker to see where we are. After the West Brom game, which would say

:17:03. > :17:08.that we are ready to play them. So, that is the day job. Trainers, you

:17:09. > :17:12.have a few, don't you? Yes, it's a collection. I started collecting

:17:13. > :17:16.them and now I have thousands and thousands.

:17:17. > :17:22.Thousands? Yeah, loads and loads. There was a time I was collecting

:17:23. > :17:27.50, to 06 pairs a month. Like an obsession? I don't buy them

:17:28. > :17:33.to be trainers, to be flashy but I bought them as I like collecting the

:17:34. > :17:39.trainers. I like Michael Johnson, I have a lot of his trainers. It is a

:17:40. > :17:44.hobby for me. I don't do golf or these things, I collect trainers,

:17:45. > :17:51.that's just my hobby! You can get away with it, Darren, as you get

:17:52. > :17:56.older, middle-aged men and flashy trainers don't always work, although

:17:57. > :17:59.it may not happen to you! I don't know if it is a case of being

:18:00. > :18:07.flashy. You are not a middle-aged man

:18:08. > :18:11.issue... Well, it is a hobby. But I have family, that is more relevant.

:18:12. > :18:14.It is a nice hobby to have but it doesn't happen as much as it used

:18:15. > :18:19.to. So, there is a choice, your

:18:20. > :18:25.favourite pair of trainers or an FA Cup medal, which one do you take?

:18:26. > :18:32.The FA Cup medal all day long. To play in the Cup finals is

:18:33. > :18:36.magnificent. So if you are offering me a FA Cup medal, I would take your

:18:37. > :18:41.hand off. So would Alan Shearer.

:18:42. > :18:44.We are inside the Derby County dressing room. The players are

:18:45. > :18:50.getting ready. The final preparations before the game that

:18:51. > :18:55.commences shortly. It is trillioning seeing Darren Bent there. I can't

:18:56. > :19:00.spot him at the moment but I'm sure he is there somewhere. He scored 200

:19:01. > :19:05.career goals. Nine in the last ten cup games. He has the firepower if

:19:06. > :19:12.he gets the opportunities? He loves to run in behind. He's had a very

:19:13. > :19:17.good career, as has been mentioned, the transfer fees he's gone to. He's

:19:18. > :19:23.been to a lot of Football Clubs. He never really seems to have settled

:19:24. > :19:28.at either but he scored the goals. It probably has not gone as well as

:19:29. > :19:34.he thought it should have but if you give him chances he should score the

:19:35. > :19:42.goals. And Steve McClaren, with Tom Ince

:19:43. > :19:49.and Darren Bent, they thrive under Steve McClaren.

:19:50. > :19:59.And collections? Hairsprays? You ought to see the jacket he has in

:20:00. > :20:04.the dressing room! Now, now! Now, down to kick-off side, where Dan has

:20:05. > :20:08.a proud dad. Yes, a very proud father and a nervy

:20:09. > :20:13.father. Let's talk about this Paul, Derby

:20:14. > :20:16.fancy this? Definitely. I think when you look at how Leicester are

:20:17. > :20:23.playing. They are conceding goals away.

:20:24. > :20:29.Derby had a massive result her against Reading, so they are

:20:30. > :20:33.fancying their chances. We have been talking about yourson,

:20:34. > :20:37.Tom, we heard that he could work down the left-hand side. I wonder

:20:38. > :20:42.how much of the quality and the goals that we are seeing recently,

:20:43. > :20:48.is that down to Steve McClaren or is Tom knockling down to work harder? I

:20:49. > :20:52.think it's a bit of both. Under the previous manager, it was not

:20:53. > :20:58.conducive to the way that Tom played or the whole team. Steve McClaren

:20:59. > :21:02.has come in, he has gone back to the 4-4-3 system, and they have been

:21:03. > :21:06.successful. Getting promoted and he's playing with a smile on his

:21:07. > :21:09.face. The players know what they are doing. They are comfortable with the

:21:10. > :21:14.system. Hopefully that will be how it is tonight.

:21:15. > :21:20.The teams are about to come out. You can see the flags waves. Leicester

:21:21. > :21:25.know that they are in trouble in the league. It could be a big night for

:21:26. > :21:30.Derby too? For sure, from a confidence point of view. They are

:21:31. > :21:35.five points off relegation. There are talks about the chairman not

:21:36. > :21:39.being happy. As I say, it will be a tough, tough game for them out here.

:21:40. > :21:44.It is a massive crowd. A Premier League Stadium. Hopefully Derby can

:21:45. > :21:49.get the right result. Gary, I should say that the governor

:21:50. > :21:56.is not happy, he's getting the cashmere wet! I'm devastated. I

:21:57. > :22:00.can't believe that Robbie Savage is sitting in the studio nice and warm.

:22:01. > :22:09.They must have got the CV skills wrong! Punned incompetentry skills!

:22:10. > :22:16.! So, the teams are lined up in the tunnel. The weather has turned a

:22:17. > :22:26.little nasty. A little sleety. A little cold. How do you see it going

:22:27. > :22:33.tonight? I think that Derby will struggle, I'm going for Leicester.

:22:34. > :22:40.Robbie? I'm going for Derby. They know that Leicester are vulnerable.

:22:41. > :22:47.I think if they go for it here, they can beat Leicester City.

:22:48. > :22:56.Now time to head over to the commentary team.

:22:57. > :23:02.Well, it's a real FA Cup atmosphere bubbling here inside Pride Park.

:23:03. > :23:12.These two teams are separated by less than 25 miles. Both have gone

:23:13. > :23:17.strong in terms of the teams. It's good to see in the public Derby on

:23:18. > :23:19.the back of their victory at the weekend against Reading, with one

:23:20. > :24:08.change for Derby. Well, Claudio Ranieri, of course,

:24:09. > :24:15.has been to an FA Cup final as a manager but tonight it is all about

:24:16. > :24:20.winning again. They hope that this can kick-start

:24:21. > :24:23.the season and get them into the fifth round of the FA Cup. Derby are

:24:24. > :24:32.quick to play down the favourite's tag.

:24:33. > :24:41.Away tickets have been sold. It's a very short journey for the Leicester

:24:42. > :24:46.supporters, who have only seen their team win once away from home all

:24:47. > :24:53.season, that was in this competition in the previous round at Everton.

:24:54. > :24:58.The Premier League champions being refereed by a Premier League

:24:59. > :25:07.official, Mark Clattenburg is the man in the middle this evening.

:25:08. > :25:13.Tom Ince really has come alive under Steve McClaren again.

:25:14. > :25:22.Nine goals in his last 13 games. Derby have never lost when he has

:25:23. > :25:25.scored. Jamie Vardy couldn't stop scoring

:25:26. > :25:27.for Leicester last season. A hat-trick in the Premier League

:25:28. > :25:32.against Manchester City but apart from that he's not scored in 20 of

:25:33. > :25:38.the last 21 games. He will see this as a perfect

:25:39. > :25:42.platform to end that record. So it is Derby, seventh in the

:25:43. > :25:52.championship against the Premier League champions, currently 15th in

:25:53. > :25:58.the table. All eyes in East Midlands on Pride

:25:59. > :26:04.Park tonight. Derby hoping this will be a famous FA Cup night. Both have

:26:05. > :26:09.important games to come in the week domestically. But for the next 90

:26:10. > :26:16.minutes, it is all about the FA Cup, it is all about the East Midlands

:26:17. > :26:21.Derby and it is the hosts that get us under way in the driving rain.

:26:22. > :26:32.With 30,000, we have all of the ingredients for the FA Cup.

:26:33. > :26:37.Delighted to say that beside me is Graham le Saux. How do you see it?

:26:38. > :26:40.Well, Derby have to test if Leicester have the togetherness and

:26:41. > :26:44.the confidence to put up a fight in this game.

:26:45. > :26:56.Derby stretched down the right-hand side. Tom Ince and Hughes. Countered

:26:57. > :26:59.by Claudio Ranieri bringing in Fuchs and Chilwell. Lest have to find

:27:00. > :27:09.something to believe. Steve McClaren talked about a fast

:27:10. > :27:18.start for Derby. To help them take the game to

:27:19. > :27:26.Leicester. Here's the highly rated Will Hughes.

:27:27. > :27:27.Olsson to Johnny Russell. Put under pressure by Shinji

:27:28. > :27:43.Okazaki. Excellent work by the full back.

:27:44. > :27:48.Full of confidence. Derby are a passing team. They like to take

:27:49. > :27:52.their time. They are patient. They control the ball. Leicester, they

:27:53. > :27:58.will be happy for Derby to have possession.

:27:59. > :28:03.The counterattacking style suited them so much last season with the

:28:04. > :28:10.success it brought them. This was Okazaki... . Nothing in

:28:11. > :28:14.that, it's a fair challenge. Bradley Johnson put his arm across him a

:28:15. > :28:20.little bit. Okazaki is never really in control of the ball there. He

:28:21. > :28:26.just eased him off it. Five goals this season, Okazaki.

:28:27. > :28:37.His energy was an important part of their success last season.

:28:38. > :28:42.Okazaki's is an important role. He has to do defensive work.

:28:43. > :28:47.In his mindset he is happy to work hard but he has to work hard to get

:28:48. > :28:56.up to Vardy in that system, where there are two up front.

:28:57. > :29:01.Steve McClaren taking his seat as he always doeses in the first half of

:29:02. > :29:06.the games in the stand. Although at the weekend against

:29:07. > :29:16.Reading he left it after 10 minutes, Derby were that poor.

:29:17. > :29:26.Olsson to keep it alive for Derby. This is Craig Bryson.

:29:27. > :29:37.There could be a break on here for Leicester. Slipped at the last

:29:38. > :29:46.moment there, Okazaki. He did everything right. He took his time.

:29:47. > :29:53.He didn't rush the pass, even though Vardy made an excellent pass in

:29:54. > :30:04.front of him. He just slips here, subsequently Keogh gets a slightly

:30:05. > :30:15.unfortunate foul. He does like the artillery view.

:30:16. > :30:36.-- aerial view. It's been a fantastic success and

:30:37. > :30:40.confidence that you can see in Derby's performances lately. They

:30:41. > :30:46.have built momentum, and that's what Claudio Ranieri is desperate for.

:30:47. > :30:50.He's tried different systems and personnel but he's still des rately

:30:51. > :30:54.looking for the amount of games he can get to build confidence in the

:30:55. > :30:59.team. He just needs a bit of a run. Hoping that tonight is the start of

:31:00. > :31:04.it. You had that experience when you

:31:05. > :31:10.were with Blackburn with Mr Alan Shearer? Absolutely. If you don't

:31:11. > :31:15.start a season well, it is very easy to find yourself stuck in a rut.

:31:16. > :31:20.Fortunately for us had at Blackburn, it didn't take too long, seven, ten

:31:21. > :31:25.games maybe. Where did you finish? Probably

:31:26. > :31:32.seventh, sixth? I'm not the statistics man, that's you.

:31:33. > :31:46.Numerous players losing their footing. Forward from Morgan...

:31:47. > :32:03.Header falls to Albrighton. Simpson with the throw.

:32:04. > :32:11.Much more familiar looking Leicester team and shape tonight.

:32:12. > :32:26.Drinkwater... A challenge from Johnson.

:32:27. > :32:35.There's King, knows all about this fixture, that was important in

:32:36. > :32:39.Ranieri's fixture tonight. The good thing about Leicester in the opening

:32:40. > :32:46.minutes is they are pressing high. They are winning the ball back quite

:32:47. > :33:20.quickly from Derby in advanced positions.

:33:21. > :33:27.A crossing opportunity now of Olsson. Once again good work,

:33:28. > :33:33.Albrighton carries the team in terms of his energy. A good catalyst for

:33:34. > :33:39.the effort Leicester put in. Linked up well there with Vardy.

:33:40. > :33:44.Marc Albrighton Al, who will always have a piece of history having

:33:45. > :33:47.scored the Champions League goal for Leicester.

:33:48. > :33:56.Here is Albrighton's corner. Carson backpedalled. In the end, it

:33:57. > :34:04.is an awful own goal. Darren Bent cannot believe it! Eight minutes in.

:34:05. > :34:07.And in the most bizarre circumstances, with Darren Bent's

:34:08. > :34:16.own goal, Leicester are in front. . Didn't get the chance to talk

:34:17. > :34:23.about set pieces yet. Derby in their last few games have been appalling

:34:24. > :34:27.at set pieces. The first ball in, Leicester players have a good run at

:34:28. > :34:36.the ball. And that is just appalling! By an experienced player.

:34:37. > :34:43.He's got time. He sees the ball. He shouldn't be distracted! How he

:34:44. > :34:51.fails to get a decent contact on this! Baffling!

:34:52. > :34:55.A man who has such a fantastic goal-scoring record at the right

:34:56. > :35:00.end, at the more recognisable end, in this competition, has a moment to

:35:01. > :35:05.try and forget that. What is the Derby response? Appealed for

:35:06. > :35:11.handball. Mark Clattenburg took the view and

:35:12. > :35:14.straightaway dismissed it. No sooner have they scored they get an

:35:15. > :35:20.opportunity, Derby, down the right-hand side. The ball comes off

:35:21. > :35:23.Bent. I have to say, on that replay, Morgan, his arms in front of his

:35:24. > :35:32.body, not a penalty. Okazaki... We mentioned Leicester's

:35:33. > :35:36.run, we mentioned that only once away from home all season, that was

:35:37. > :35:40.in the FA Cup. Claudio Ranieri woke up this morning he would ask for

:35:41. > :35:45.fortune and luck. He may feel it has not gone his way, but he has it

:35:46. > :35:49.here. That is the most bizarre goal. I don't think I have seen anything

:35:50. > :35:51.like that. He had time, clear sight of the goal and almost managed to

:35:52. > :35:57.kick it backwards into the net. Russell... What is Derby's response

:35:58. > :36:23.now? Huth, who has played in an FA Cup

:36:24. > :36:32.final, he lost with Stoke, back in 2011.

:36:33. > :36:41.Olsson on the overlap. Comfortably cleared by Morgan.

:36:42. > :36:49.No foul on Hughes. Drinkwater to Vardy. That combination that was so

:36:50. > :36:55.lethal and productive... That stays in. Hughes there feeling he had been

:36:56. > :37:02.fouled by Drinkwater in retrieving the ball. But how quickly did

:37:03. > :37:07.Drinkwater turn defence into attack? The Bent action.

:37:08. > :37:10.The ball hits him on the arm, but absolutely no penalty there. A good

:37:11. > :37:20.decision by Mark Clattenburg. Darren Bent, 24 games in the FA Cup

:37:21. > :37:24.in his career, scored 16 goals. His goal at the wrong end, that is the

:37:25. > :37:37.difference here at Pride Park. He cannot believe it. No Derby

:37:38. > :37:42.supporter or Darren Bent will be able to believe this. The first ball

:37:43. > :37:46.in, a lot of space for Leicester to operate in. Huth gets the first

:37:47. > :37:48.ball. He just slices it off that left foot. He's got everything wrong

:37:49. > :37:55.with that, hasn't he? Technically. Nowhere to hide! Derby behind... He

:37:56. > :38:10.looks as baffled as I sound! Wanted a fast, positive start, now

:38:11. > :38:14.he's got to see what his team are made of. You cannot account for

:38:15. > :38:20.that, can you? Derby have done all right. They have this 4-3-3 system

:38:21. > :38:26.that suits them. Where they are vulnerable, Steve, is the fact that

:38:27. > :38:29.Bradley Johnson is z the only deep-line mid-field player, so they

:38:30. > :38:32.will be exposed. That means that Keogh and Pearce sometimes have to

:38:33. > :38:36.step out of their position, which could give Vardy the chance to get

:38:37. > :38:42.between them, get in behind them. Very important that those two

:38:43. > :38:43.centre-backs talk and have a real understanding of each other's

:38:44. > :38:55.position. The noise of the Leicester City

:38:56. > :39:00.supporters, nearly 5,500 of them, that you can hear at the moment. The

:39:01. > :39:02.Derby supporters are a little shell-shocked at the opening events

:39:03. > :39:09.in the opening eight minutes. Earlier in January, 150th appearance

:39:10. > :39:35.for Leicester. Keogh's header.

:39:36. > :40:20.Back from Pearce... Leicester definitely getting control

:40:21. > :40:42.of this game more. Drinkwater getting quite a lot of the ball.

:40:43. > :40:53.Olsson... Russell... Wes Morgan, trying to backpedal. Was looking for

:40:54. > :40:58.Bent. Hughes couldn't get there. That is brilliant play by Russell

:40:59. > :41:03.down that left-hand side. Morgan, sucked into an area that he doesn't

:41:04. > :41:08.want to be in. He has no pace to deal with those one-on-one

:41:09. > :41:18.situations. Russell uses his pace. And the ball gets a slight touch by

:41:19. > :41:21.Bent, which diverts it from Hughes. Fortunate for the mid-field player.

:41:22. > :41:22.He would have hit the target with that left foot.

:41:23. > :41:53.Olsson... Craig Bryson, the offender. Okazaki

:41:54. > :41:56.stepped across the ball here to protect it.

:41:57. > :42:04.And Bryson there is going for the ball.

:42:05. > :42:06.But Okazaki gets in the way first. Started the last five games, the

:42:07. > :42:20.Scottish international. They do have Jacob Butterfield among

:42:21. > :42:26.the substitutes tonight. Mahrez is for Leicester.

:42:27. > :42:44.Back from the African Cup of Nations.

:42:45. > :43:15.Much happier, Drinkwater, doesn't he, in this system? Every time the

:43:16. > :43:19.ball is cleared, it seems to land at his feet. A much better connection

:43:20. > :43:25.between the players in this game. It is a good run from Albrighton.

:43:26. > :43:31.In control at the moment, Leicester. When they had possession there, they

:43:32. > :43:36.look like they offer a threat. Okazaki is one of those important

:43:37. > :43:40.players, that he forms a link with Vardy. They look dangerous going

:43:41. > :43:43.forward. Derby are showing signs themselves that they will cause

:43:44. > :43:48.Leicester problems defensively. It is an open game.

:43:49. > :43:53.Well, Derby will remember what happened in the last corner. Steve

:43:54. > :43:58.McClaren has not lasted long upstairs today, along side his

:43:59. > :44:02.assistant. Fuchs with a corner, over Morgan.

:44:03. > :44:14.There's a Derby free kick. Andy King there just letting the

:44:15. > :44:17.referee know that the assistant referee kept his flag by his side

:44:18. > :44:21.when he made that challenge and he was only a few yards from it. I

:44:22. > :44:39.think Mark Clattenburg saw it from a better position.

:44:40. > :44:48.Olsson to Baird. In the cup final of 2003, to Southampton. Given away

:44:49. > :44:53.there. Only his second ever career start that day, when they lost to

:44:54. > :45:02.Arsenal. Good press by Leicester here.

:45:03. > :45:09.Alan Shearer saying that I have to do the basics well. If they carry on

:45:10. > :45:13.like this, they'll be happy if it gets to half-time, because they are

:45:14. > :45:19.doing all the basics well at the moment.

:45:20. > :45:27.Olsson, stepping inside Drinkwater. Hughes was quickly closed down.

:45:28. > :45:35.Baird has time to steady himself. No chances taken by Albrighton.

:45:36. > :45:38.Derby's first corner of the game. The energy of Albrighton helping his

:45:39. > :45:42.team-mate out. A decent ball in, deep.

:45:43. > :45:53.Albrighton having the back of Simpson there, covering him.

:45:54. > :46:15.Bryson with the corner. A Derby corner.

:46:16. > :46:26.Ince with it. Schmeichel's punch but own as far as

:46:27. > :46:34.Hughes. A little touch from Bent! He scored a goal! And he's got Derby

:46:35. > :46:40.back on course! Darren Bent, after his horror moment at one end, does

:46:41. > :46:47.what he does best, once again at the other end! 1-1.

:46:48. > :46:54.I think that's what you call redeeming yourself! Darren Bent

:46:55. > :46:58.getting to the ball first. A glancing header but the accuracy and

:46:59. > :47:09.the direction of it. An excellent ball in by Tom Ince. A lot of whip.

:47:10. > :47:14.He does well in the first instance. It's not a lot out but it's the

:47:15. > :47:23.direction. It's an excellent header. Schmeichel, no chance! Well, Darren

:47:24. > :47:28.Bent has scored in all five FA Cup appearances for Derby.

:47:29. > :47:39.He scored in 10 of his last 11 FA Cup ties. That's the response... Of

:47:40. > :47:45.the Derby management team watching! The more you see that, what an

:47:46. > :47:50.excellent finish that was, by the experienced Bent. And after what had

:47:51. > :48:00.happened, that was a big goal for Darren Bent.

:48:01. > :48:04.That's the advantage of being a striker, you have less if you are a

:48:05. > :48:12.defender. Not that I could have headed the

:48:13. > :48:17.ball like that, though! This team have had such a proud defensive

:48:18. > :48:22.record. Until the weekend game against Read, they had kept eight

:48:23. > :48:26.clean sheets at home. Probably why he was frustrated at the own goal.

:48:27. > :48:39.The free kick has gone short. Albrighton... Carson watched it all

:48:40. > :48:46.the way. Steve McClaren's last game in charge

:48:47. > :48:53.of England, Scott Carson was there, against Croatia.

:48:54. > :49:05.Offside. Thumbs up for the idea.

:49:06. > :49:10.Good Jung between Hughes and Bent there, he just went a little early

:49:11. > :49:14.with the run. It's difficult to pick up Hughes on those situations,

:49:15. > :49:19.playing on the right but cutting on his left.

:49:20. > :49:26.Here's Olsson. The Swedish international has time to attack

:49:27. > :49:30.Simpson. Derby corner. Just about did enough there,

:49:31. > :49:36.Simpson. He was off balance but managed to keep in line with the

:49:37. > :49:44.ball and make a block. The game is getting open now, isn't it? Bryson's

:49:45. > :49:51.corner. A catch for Schmeichel.

:49:52. > :50:29.He's not often had a game without a clean sheet.

:50:30. > :50:44.A nice exchange between Messers McLaren and Ranieri.

:50:45. > :50:49.Olsson. Certainly a goal that was needed at that stage. Yes, Leicester

:50:50. > :50:52.had settled into the match. It's the best I've seen them play for some

:50:53. > :50:55.time. I have seen a lot of them, obviously

:50:56. > :51:00.that terrific performance against Manchester City a few weeks back but

:51:01. > :51:03.the way that they're playing, the togetherness and the shape of the

:51:04. > :51:34.team, they look a lot more comfortable.

:51:35. > :51:48.Not sure Huth was expecting that pass. Okazaki, bursting to his

:51:49. > :51:55.right. Okazaki going alone! Drawing the save from Scott Carson.

:51:56. > :51:59.It's that wonderful link between Vardy and Okazaki. Keogh doing

:52:00. > :52:04.everything he can to get control of the situation as a defender. Okazaki

:52:05. > :52:13.is on to his right foot. That's an excellent save by Carson.

:52:14. > :52:17.Vardy has everybody back for the corner.

:52:18. > :52:21.Darren Bent is in a similar position.

:52:22. > :52:44.In the air by Keogh. Drinkwater beat them to it.

:52:45. > :52:49.Just a word in his ear from Mark Clattenburg.

:52:50. > :52:55.Russell got their first. A little late. But a good decision by Mark

:52:56. > :53:01.Clattenburg. No need to get carried over with the cards. It's just a

:53:02. > :53:11.simple missed time tackle. Not a huge amount in it.

:53:12. > :53:20.Just going back to the Derby corners, defensively, there is a

:53:21. > :53:25.huge gap in the vulnerable area of the ghoul mouth, that six-yard area.

:53:26. > :53:30.The first corner altered in the goal, nobody attacked the first

:53:31. > :53:34.ball, so it was allowed to travel across the six-yard line. Same again

:53:35. > :53:43.there. That's a lot of vulnerable space for Steve McClaren's team.

:53:44. > :53:48.At West Brom, round three, their first win against a high division

:53:49. > :54:06.team in 31 years. They're trying to repeat it again tonight.

:54:07. > :54:15.Put out of play by Alex Pearce. Simpson looking for some movement

:54:16. > :54:29.from the throw. Looking for Drinkwater.

:54:30. > :54:44., the 21-year-old is still going. A free kick to Derby.

:54:45. > :54:48.Wonderful close control by Hughes. Good awareness and the power and

:54:49. > :54:50.speed to get away from the defenders there.

:54:51. > :55:17.Quickly taken to Ince. Ince's 150th start against Reading

:55:18. > :55:35.at the weekend. For a 20-year-old...

:55:36. > :55:58.Bradley Johnson trying to find Ince and succeeding.

:55:59. > :56:05.Once again good work by letters. Forcing Derby back. They're getting

:56:06. > :56:08.into the game. Especially, Hughes. Tom Ince is a little quiet.

:56:09. > :56:14.Struggling to get a lot of possession. They are going to be

:56:15. > :56:18.key, as we said, before the game. It's vital when Derby do get the

:56:19. > :56:28.ball, as Bradley Johnson did, to get the ball to Tom Ince, to try to

:56:29. > :56:31.isolate him against him and Fuchs. So, 1-1 after half an hour, let's

:56:32. > :56:37.see what Paul Ince thinking. Paul, you are concerned about, even

:56:38. > :56:43.though it is 1-1, about the large spaces in the Derby mid-field? Yeah,

:56:44. > :56:48.to be fair, I think Derby showed Leicester too much respect.

:56:49. > :56:55.Obviously, Bent giving the goal away but wince they got the equaliser

:56:56. > :56:59.they seemed to start believing. But when they are attacking, when

:57:00. > :57:02.Leicester gain possession, they go on to the back four and create

:57:03. > :57:07.chances. They push up on Vardy, and Okazaki,

:57:08. > :57:14.they should be pushed up more and then they can go forward. Thank you,

:57:15. > :57:20.Dan. Another set piece for Derby. Back

:57:21. > :57:28.into a similar position again. From Albrighton to King.

:57:29. > :57:35.An important touch that took it away from Wes Morgan.

:57:36. > :57:55.Too strong for Morgan. Trying to improvise, Okazaki. He did

:57:56. > :58:11.really well. Bradley Johnson bringing it clear.

:58:12. > :58:18.Once again, Derby looking vulnerable at the set piece. Nobody is

:58:19. > :58:23.attacking the ball. Most teams now have a couple of zonal markers,

:58:24. > :58:28.coverings between the goals on the six-yard line and then man to man.

:58:29. > :58:32.It seems that Derby are going man-to-man, so if a Leicester player

:58:33. > :58:37.gets a run on a Derby player, they are going to get to the ball first

:58:38. > :58:48.and it all seems a little last-ditch in those situations.

:58:49. > :59:09.Nugent, incidentally, out through injury.

:59:10. > :59:13.Ince has a wonderful ability with the ball. Okazaki tracking back but

:59:14. > :59:26.stopping him in his tracks. Bradley Johnson looking for Hughes.

:59:27. > :59:53.Chilwell in the way. Steve McClaren was in charge of

:59:54. > :00:00.Derby in the last meeting between these two clubs. They lost 4-1. The

:00:01. > :00:47.Leicester goal-scorers that day was David Nugent.

:00:48. > :00:59.This is Christian Fuchs territory. Everybody back for Derby inside

:01:00. > :01:02.their own penalty area. Huth is forward for Leicester.

:01:03. > :01:22.Beaten to it by Keogh... A good player, Keogh on the long

:01:23. > :01:26.throw. Challenged by Huth. Chilwell there getting a little

:01:27. > :01:33.overexcited in trying to get the ball off Tom Ince.

:01:34. > :01:40.Not too many empty seats inside Pride Park this evening.

:01:41. > :01:45.And the main aim of course is to ensure that they're playing in the

:01:46. > :01:46.Premier League next season, and Leicester's aim is to ensure that

:01:47. > :01:55.they are as well! This is a tie neither want to lose.

:01:56. > :02:52.You look at both sides, very even. Steve McClaren wanted to use tonight

:02:53. > :02:56.as a test of potential Premier League credentials, wanted to see

:02:57. > :03:13.how his team would fare against the reigning champions.

:03:14. > :03:47.Bent hasn't given this up, neither has Ince.

:03:48. > :04:00.A strong header from Bradley Johnson.

:04:01. > :04:10.Now Vardy. Been very quiet so far. Got Leicester a corner there.

:04:11. > :04:14.Der Derby spent the last five minutes pressing high up up the

:04:15. > :04:20.pitch, trying to retrieve the ball. In doing that they leave themselves

:04:21. > :04:24.a little open. Vardy finding plenty of space, deciding as Derby players

:04:25. > :04:29.stood off him, he would take the shot. Pearce it is. It is Pearce who

:04:30. > :04:33.makes the contact. Another Leicester corner.

:04:34. > :04:48.The referee's whistle had already gone. Out of play. Keogh, with a

:04:49. > :04:54.header anyway. Claudio Ranieri, who saw his team

:04:55. > :05:02.come here on the back of two 3-0 defeats.

:05:03. > :05:14.Aware that a victory would lift fragile confidence levels.

:05:15. > :05:29.11 away games in the Premier League so far this season.

:05:30. > :05:43.Super fast touch. He's still going! Craig Bryson, to give Derby the

:05:44. > :05:55.lead. His first goal of the season.

:05:56. > :06:01.And what an environment to get it! Derby having been one down, lead

:06:02. > :06:05.2-1. What an excellent finish. As soon as he got control of the goal

:06:06. > :06:10.he was direct, power and pace to get himself away.

:06:11. > :06:14.Just a wonderful individual goal. He picks the ball up here. There are

:06:15. > :06:18.plenty of Leicester players around him. They don't have the pace.

:06:19. > :06:23.Morgan is exposed down that right-hand channel. And the desire

:06:24. > :06:26.Bryson shows, excellent couple of touches to get it under control and

:06:27. > :06:32.then a confident finish with his left foot. Those touches there get

:06:33. > :06:36.him away from mid-field. His pace gets him past Morgan. He gets the

:06:37. > :06:43.slightest touch from Huth. An excellent finish!

:06:44. > :06:51.Showing terrific character to turn this around in the first half. Just

:06:52. > :06:58.look what it means to Steve McClaren. Just listen to the noise!

:06:59. > :07:10.Craig Bryson was touch and go tonight because of a hip problem.

:07:11. > :07:21.He made it and he's made his mark with that goal.

:07:22. > :07:27.The fans are behind them and Derby suddenly look like they're going to

:07:28. > :07:32.finish the game on a bit of a high. Tom Ince, just a minute ago, getting

:07:33. > :07:34.into a situation with Fuchs, but it was well defended by the Leicester

:07:35. > :07:56.full-back. An important tackle. Drinkwater, closed down by the goal

:07:57. > :07:58.scorer, Bryson. No foul by Hughes. Here come Derby

:07:59. > :08:15.again. Bent... A super ball. They've got options

:08:16. > :08:23.here, Derby. Russell just turned into traffic.

:08:24. > :08:44.It is a Leicester throw. Definitely a change of tactic in this last ten

:08:45. > :08:47.minutes with Derby pressing the energy they are using. That is how

:08:48. > :08:52.they got the goal. He was on his front foot. Was the first to get to

:08:53. > :08:54.the ball and then just kept going. Lovely finish into that far corner

:08:55. > :09:01.as well. Quite literally got Pride Park off

:09:02. > :09:18.their seats! It didn't start well this first half

:09:19. > :09:21.for his team. Certainly ended well. That is Steve McClaren signalling

:09:22. > :09:28.impressed. Wants them to finish with this energy. The flag stayed down,

:09:29. > :09:29.it is Bent. He's got Ince to his right.

:09:30. > :09:34.Here he is... Only Vardy to aim for and he's found

:09:35. > :09:54.him. Vardy is annoyed with himself that

:09:55. > :09:58.was behind Okazaki. Albrighton might be able to make

:09:59. > :09:59.something of it here. Two in the penalty area.

:10:00. > :10:16.Too strong for Vardy. Heart in the mouth stuff for Derby.

:10:17. > :10:17.A couple of silly mistakes, really. Allowed Leicester almost to create

:10:18. > :10:25.some opportunities for themselves. You can see two Leicester players in

:10:26. > :10:30.the box. Good run to the near post by

:10:31. > :10:34.Chilwell. Just the weight of the pass, a little bit too heavy for

:10:35. > :10:59.Vardy. Only once in the last six sessions

:11:00. > :11:14.with the lead. Missed that one. Just the one minute of time to add

:11:15. > :11:18.on at the end of the first half, which has certainly been eventful.

:11:19. > :11:24.It has been a fantastic half. Leicester starting well. They were

:11:25. > :11:28.pressing Derby, and having success with that. Derby spun it on their

:11:29. > :11:32.head and doing the same to Leicester. It is Leicester who look

:11:33. > :11:35.uncomfortable. You would expect the level at which Leicester play at

:11:36. > :11:40.they would be more used to this type of pressing and have the quality to

:11:41. > :11:46.be able to deal with it. But they have looked vulnerable.

:11:47. > :12:07.He's repairing his words for half-time. It is only seconds away.

:12:08. > :12:13.Fuchs throws that in, headed away by Bradley Johnson.

:12:14. > :12:17.Well, at the break it is advantage Derby. Claudio Ranieri has some

:12:18. > :12:23.talking to do. Darren Bent has been involved. An own-goal in a bizarre

:12:24. > :12:28.fashion to give Leicester the lead inside eight minutes. His header got

:12:29. > :12:33.Derby level before Craig Bryson with his first goal of this season put

:12:34. > :12:39.the championship team in front for the first time on the night.

:12:40. > :12:42.At the break, and a very noisy Pride Park, it is Derby County, two.

:12:43. > :12:53.Leicester City, one. No shortage of excitement, a

:12:54. > :13:02.terrific atmosphere. We are thrilled. Two great pundits! Derby

:13:03. > :13:05.have been superb after gifting Leicester a goal in comical fashion.

:13:06. > :13:12.The way they came back and felt their way into the game after 15-20

:13:13. > :13:18.minutes. I think they thoroughly deserved their lead at half-time. It

:13:19. > :13:22.was bizarre circumstances. They looked dangerous from set pieces.

:13:23. > :13:26.This goal, it is comical. The funny thing is Darren Bent initially does

:13:27. > :13:29.everything right. He's in that near post space. When the ball goes over

:13:30. > :13:33.his head he has to try and get back on that post, he does that. It has

:13:34. > :13:40.come off Baird. You see his movement. Gets back On to the line.

:13:41. > :13:43.He, just before the game, talking about trainers, I thought he had a

:13:44. > :13:50.pair on there! He redeemed himself later. Quite comical in some ways.

:13:51. > :13:57.Scratching his head in disbelief there, as you might expect. We have

:13:58. > :14:00.the dressing room ra there. Some animated goings on in the dressing

:14:01. > :14:05.room. I am sure they are pleased in there. I cannot see Steve McClaren

:14:06. > :14:09.at the moment or indeed Darren Bent, who has obviously scored at both

:14:10. > :14:13.ends of the pitch. And Derby did come back well.

:14:14. > :14:19.You have to say, it might have been a comical own-goal but a classical

:14:20. > :14:21.header in response. It was a superb header t way he drifts between the

:14:22. > :14:29.two or three defenders. A lovely run, Ince. That is a

:14:30. > :14:35.fantastic header. Not easy at all. It is one of those where you glide

:14:36. > :14:39.and hope to get it on target. You go between the two defenders there. He

:14:40. > :14:45.is quickest to react. It is a superb header. That is what Derby deserve.

:14:46. > :14:50.It is funny watching them this season, this season everything is

:14:51. > :14:55.going in the corner. It is a remarkable difference. But the

:14:56. > :15:01.header zipped off the surface. Schmeichel couldn't get there. There

:15:02. > :15:05.was not too much in it, the different tactics. Derby went ahead

:15:06. > :15:07.with that what you have to say was a brilliant finish. Superb finish from

:15:08. > :15:14.Bryson. From a Leicester point of view this

:15:15. > :15:18.sums their season up for me. They are second to react. They don't pick

:15:19. > :15:23.up the second ball quick enough. Bryson is quicker than anyone to

:15:24. > :15:27.react. It is one hell of a finish. Don't get me wrong. Look at the lack

:15:28. > :15:31.of reaction from the two mid-fielders. They are so slow to

:15:32. > :15:36.react. On the same line. Look at that! Not a tackle there. Go on

:15:37. > :15:39.through. A brilliant finish. And that is exactly what I said before

:15:40. > :15:44.the game. This is the ugly side of the game. Doing the tackling bit,

:15:45. > :15:49.the working bit, quick to react. If you don't, that is when you get

:15:50. > :15:55.punished. Just touched Huth's toe. Probably going in the corner,

:15:56. > :15:59.anyway. Steve McClaren delighted. You can see Bryson surging into the

:16:00. > :16:04.box. Makes a tackle before he gets in to the box. If he gives a free

:16:05. > :16:08.kick away, so what? You can see Morgan moving his feet. He didn't

:16:09. > :16:12.throw himselves at the ball. The mid-fielders have got to be quick to

:16:13. > :16:15.react. They have to react off each other. There was so much space in

:16:16. > :16:17.the middle of the park. Leicester did win the league last season,

:16:18. > :16:24.didn't they? It is not good enough. What is the

:16:25. > :16:28.hope for Leicester the way things are going? The hope is that I'm

:16:29. > :16:32.seeing in this game what we saw last season, is that there's so much

:16:33. > :16:36.space in front of that Derby back four, that Leicester have and can

:16:37. > :16:40.again in the second half hit Derby on the break. They have had two or

:16:41. > :16:41.three positions here where they actually should do better. Okazaki

:16:42. > :16:48.breaks here. That happened time and time again

:16:49. > :16:54.last season. Look at the two in front of him. The runs there.

:16:55. > :17:01.If they split, they split too late. Okazaki doesn't pass it. He doesn't

:17:02. > :17:06.have a shot at goal. That was the first instance. Another one happens

:17:07. > :17:10.here. They win the ball and now they have got men bursting forward. So

:17:11. > :17:13.much space again in front of that, the two centre halves. This time

:17:14. > :17:19.there's no runners. He goes for goal and that is an excellent save. And

:17:20. > :17:23.that is the one hope, I think, for Leicester, is if, and I am sure that

:17:24. > :17:30.can happen again in the second half, it happened once more for Vardy

:17:31. > :17:33.again, numbers pushing forward. Vardy doesn't do enough for me. He

:17:34. > :17:38.should go past him there, try and get into the box. Critical of Vardy.

:17:39. > :17:43.. That is his lack of confidence showing there. There's no doubt

:17:44. > :17:47.about it. Confidence in football is a huge thing. Vardy would last

:17:48. > :17:53.season have knocked that past the defender. We can cut to our

:17:54. > :17:56.in-dressing room camera there and Steve McClaren is having his

:17:57. > :18:00.half-time team talk there. The players are obviously engaged in

:18:01. > :18:03.what he's saying. And next time, we will get a microphone in there as

:18:04. > :18:05.well it is probably for the best we don't. I don't think he would let

:18:06. > :18:18.you. It wouldn't be allowed! At all! Do Derby stick or twist? Try and get

:18:19. > :18:23.that third goal. Leicester are vulnerable defensively. Why not get

:18:24. > :18:27.that third goal! As Tom Ince said, pitside, they didn't start well,

:18:28. > :18:31.they looked afraid of the champions. Since they got the equaliser, they

:18:32. > :18:37.have been the better side. Difficult for Claudio Ranieri to pick up the

:18:38. > :18:41.players. After last season it is... You have to let last season go,

:18:42. > :18:48.Gary. It is gone! It's gone! It is there forever! Let it go! Never! It

:18:49. > :18:53.is the only bit of joy we've had! We will not let it go, not yet!

:18:54. > :18:56.Frustrating for him seeing the vast majority of the players not

:18:57. > :19:02.performing like they were last season. They have to dig deep. They

:19:03. > :19:06.have to believe because we showed earlier that chances and the

:19:07. > :19:13.set-pieces they can put one away and get themselves back into the game.

:19:14. > :19:18.Derby have won the Cup once. One of the best cup runs in Leicester's

:19:19. > :19:21.history was 1969. They had a young English hopeful in goal who was

:19:22. > :19:25.beginning to make his mark on the game.

:19:26. > :19:33.Well, I supported them from the age of 10. I supported them in the

:19:34. > :19:39.evenings. Leicester was the only club I wanted to play for. 18 years

:19:40. > :19:43.old, Peter Shilton. It was a dream come true for me. I wanted to get to

:19:44. > :19:49.the FA Cup final. Leicester had been there three times before and not

:19:50. > :19:54.won. It was a magical opportunity. Cup fever ran high as Leicester and

:19:55. > :19:58.Manchester City made their appearance in the vast arena for the

:19:59. > :20:02.match which would decide who would capture the glory and the hard to

:20:03. > :20:06.get trophy, the FA Cup. When you came out of the tunnel the roar hit

:20:07. > :20:10.you. Obviously I played at Wembley a few times before that. It was a

:20:11. > :20:14.magical moment. Peter Shi will, tonne who has been here before, but

:20:15. > :20:19.as a -- Shilton, who has been here before, but as a schoolboy. You want

:20:20. > :20:22.to be at your best. A real ambition of mine to win the FA Cup. I was

:20:23. > :20:27.determined to do everything I could to try and make that happen.

:20:28. > :20:34.In from the wing came a dangerous threat. Shilton made a great safe.

:20:35. > :20:38.It was a game of few chances, to be fair. The pitch was not brilliant.

:20:39. > :20:44.It is Wembley. We knew the pitch would play all right. They had a big

:20:45. > :20:48.Horse of the Year Show. It had been there not long before. I felt on the

:20:49. > :20:53.day we had better chances and probably didn't take them and them

:20:54. > :21:01.Young. Young...

:21:02. > :21:10.You just pray then that you get the equaliser and stay in the game.

:21:11. > :21:16.Unfortunately, we missed a couple much chances and we ended up,

:21:17. > :21:20.Leicester being at the fourth time at the Wembley cup company final

:21:21. > :21:23.having not won it. ARCHIVE: It's all over. A great

:21:24. > :21:27.performance. They have played wonderfully and lifted the City. A

:21:28. > :21:34.tremendous proposition. It was a bit of a regret, it was the

:21:35. > :21:39.only trophy I never won. I just remember I was so, so disappointed I

:21:40. > :21:43.hardly spoke to anybody all night. I was off with everybody. I was

:21:44. > :21:48.gutted. It wasn't until I got back to Leicester and saw the fans and

:21:49. > :21:52.how proud that they were, that I came out of myself and realised that

:21:53. > :21:57.we had achieved something, even though we lost.

:21:58. > :22:01.ARCHIVE: Sadly, it was a performance of which all Leicester can be proud.

:22:02. > :22:09.That was a memory I will always have. Absolutely one of the greatest

:22:10. > :22:16.of all time What a goalkeeper. I went down to Southampton in the 80s,

:22:17. > :22:17.and time and time again he was on the training ground, working,

:22:18. > :22:21.working. Magnificent.

:22:22. > :22:24.Superb. There there they have had some

:22:25. > :22:31.legends, Leicester. Are you looking at yourself?! Well,

:22:32. > :22:37.this is the FA Cup quarterfinal. But I don't know where they dragged this

:22:38. > :22:45.one up! That is some whipper snapper scoring.

:22:46. > :22:52.But it was an FA Cup quarterfinal. Was it Shrewsbury? It was 5-2, and

:22:53. > :22:59.two goalkeepers kept clean sheets. Sounds have interesting! I bet you

:23:00. > :23:06.don't have the answer? Mark Wallington was injured he went off

:23:07. > :23:13.at 2-1 down, and then Steve Lining went in. And so we won, 5-2. There

:23:14. > :23:19.you go. Now I've bored you to death with that one. Let's go down to

:23:20. > :23:23.pitchside where Danny is with Paul Ince.

:23:24. > :23:28.Sorry, are you staggering the statistics.

:23:29. > :23:34.I have woken up with that! Let's talk about the first half. We were

:23:35. > :23:37.down behind the home team dug-out, despite the fact that Derby were

:23:38. > :23:42.ahead, it was Steve McClaren with his head in his hands, more so than

:23:43. > :23:46.Claudio Ranieri, and Derby were ahead.

:23:47. > :23:49.I don't know why. But I do think that Derby showed Leicester too much

:23:50. > :23:53.respect. I think they were a little nervous. After that they started to

:23:54. > :23:59.come into the game. Started to believe in themselves. To pass it

:24:00. > :24:05.around. If anyone should put their hands in hair head it should be ran

:24:06. > :24:10.Asia. They cannot stop conceding goals, Leicester. There were two

:24:11. > :24:17.quality goals from Derby but it is mistakes that lead to those from a

:24:18. > :24:20.Leicester perspective? I think that even the heard for Bent. Three

:24:21. > :24:25.players going up to the ball and he gets a flick on.

:24:26. > :24:34.The second fell for Bryson at the right time. A great finish. And the

:24:35. > :24:39.Darren Bent own goal. An absolute classic, was it not? Unbelievable. I

:24:40. > :24:44.think before the show, we were talking about the trainers he buys

:24:45. > :24:49.but I think he needs a pair of them on. I don't know why he panicked.

:24:50. > :24:53.Rather than get a good side foot, he slung it and it went in the back of

:24:54. > :24:58.the net. We are seeing the funny side now but I don't think that

:24:59. > :25:06.charge Steve McClaren was laughing then.

:25:07. > :25:12.But, listen, Derby have to keep their heads, 2-11 not enough for me.

:25:13. > :25:16.But one more and they could win it. Just as well I didn't crack the same

:25:17. > :25:20.joke twice, nicking your gag about the trainers.

:25:21. > :25:30.Anyway, more from The Emirates FA Cup fourth round to come. Football

:25:31. > :25:36.Focus is from Lincoln as Brighton are playing Lincoln City.

:25:37. > :25:40.Mill Whitehall take on Watford, followed by the holder, Manchester

:25:41. > :25:44.United, to Wigan. And still a chance to get involved with the People's

:25:45. > :25:49.Cup. On Saturday, the 27th of May, 90,000

:25:50. > :25:58.people fill this Stadium for the FA Cup final and you could be one of

:25:59. > :26:03.them. Sign up your five a side team for the FA Cup People's Cup and win

:26:04. > :26:08.your category, not only could you be here for the game but walking out on

:26:09. > :26:16.to the hallowed ground to collect your trophy. Go to the baby web and

:26:17. > :26:28.register now. -- go to the baby web site and

:26:29. > :26:32.register now. In the end it's an awful own goal, Darren Bent can't

:26:33. > :26:37.believe it. A little touch from Bent, he's still

:26:38. > :26:51.going. And Bryson to give Derby the lead!

:26:52. > :26:56.Claudio Ranieri has tinkered. On comes, Gray.

:26:57. > :26:59.A substitute for Leicester City in the second half that they hope will

:27:00. > :27:05.turn things around. It is all to play for. It could go

:27:06. > :27:12.either way. There are more goals in this? I think there are more goals.

:27:13. > :27:15.Derby continuing to play that way. Continuing to pushing forward and

:27:16. > :27:27.leaving spaces for letters to exploit. But it is right, with this

:27:28. > :27:36.game, lots to play for. And Leicester still have Musa in

:27:37. > :27:40.their reserves to help. Back to the commentary.

:27:41. > :27:51.No changes understandably from Derby.

:27:52. > :27:57.Christian Fuchs is off. Demarai Gray is on.

:27:58. > :28:01.This is to try to get Leicester back into the Cup tie. Derby have lost

:28:02. > :28:09.eight of the last nine meetings with Leicester. The one that they were

:28:10. > :28:13.victorious with was by two goals to-1.

:28:14. > :28:18.Leicester getting us away in the second half trying to turn this

:28:19. > :28:27.score line around. What might your former manager have said at

:28:28. > :28:32.half-time, Graham le Saux? Well, I think that he will be positive,

:28:33. > :28:37.saying that they did look dangerous but then the vulnerabilities that we

:28:38. > :28:42.have seen with Leicester were exposed and exposed brutally by

:28:43. > :28:46.Derby. The substitution, Gray is coming on. They will have to take

:28:47. > :28:50.the game to Derby and put down the fact that they are going to concede

:28:51. > :28:56.chances but they have to make more and give service to Vardy, to get

:28:57. > :28:59.down the sides as well. Gray has that talent to make something

:29:00. > :29:04.happen. That was his back heel. Johnson with

:29:05. > :29:08.the interception. Interesting for Derby, it is whether

:29:09. > :29:14.or not they condition to press and push for the third goal or if they

:29:15. > :29:26.try to secure the mid-field and give Johnson a little more support and

:29:27. > :29:28.protect what they've go. Chilwell on the left back position

:29:29. > :29:48.now with the throw for Leicester. Derby, who, seventh in the

:29:49. > :29:53.championship, a couple of points off the play-offs, just behind Sheffield

:29:54. > :29:59.Wednesday. They have back-to-back away games in the league. Ipswich on

:30:00. > :30:01.Tuesday and a swift return to Newcastle for Steve McClaren as they

:30:02. > :30:36.go to St James' Park. Marcus Olsson is back after a

:30:37. > :30:38.hamstring injury. His twin brother Mark was making his Swansea debut at

:30:39. > :31:02.the weekend. Still a lot of football to play.

:31:03. > :31:07.Albrighton against Olsson. Managed to get it across.

:31:08. > :31:11.Okazaki's heard. It was blocked on the way through. It's a Leicester

:31:12. > :31:16.corner. That was a great opportunity for

:31:17. > :31:21.Okazaki. Albrighton getting space. Floating the ball in.

:31:22. > :31:26.Over the head of Johnson. It comes off the arm of Keogh. Deflects it

:31:27. > :31:30.past the post. But a good opportunity created by Leicester.

:31:31. > :31:42.And another set play opportunity again. Couldn't find Huth. Away by

:31:43. > :31:49.Bryson. Albrighton, drilled it in well. Gray! What an excellent start

:31:50. > :31:54.from Scott Carson. Anywhere else it's a goal. He hits

:31:55. > :32:00.it cleanly. Albrighton, again, the providers. A wonderful ball into the

:32:01. > :32:08.box. He does well, Carson to get his fists on it but directs it to Gray.

:32:09. > :32:14.This ball is vicious. But then good fortune as Gray passes it straight

:32:15. > :32:21.into his... Thighs! That was an opportunity for the substitute to

:32:22. > :32:28.make an immediate impact. Okazaki, Vardy, Gray again! Off the

:32:29. > :32:36.post. Okazaki, terrific, then Carson in the way and Derby survive.

:32:37. > :32:42.Leicester wondering how on earth they're not level! It looks like

:32:43. > :32:47.they used their good fortune up with that Darren Bent in the first half.

:32:48. > :32:51.How this did not go in? Okazaki doing well. It's all hands to the

:32:52. > :32:55.pump from Derby. Excellent defensive work.

:32:56. > :33:01.But once again, Carson is on the floor but is in the right position

:33:02. > :33:06.to stop it from going into the net. The reaction of Okazaki tells you

:33:07. > :33:13.everything. And Scot Carson, still only 31, he

:33:14. > :33:20.Steined a new deal last month. A wrye smile there. He mentioned

:33:21. > :33:25.before the Reading game, those eight consecutive clean sheets. A new

:33:26. > :33:30.record. Steve McClaren is extremely happy with his man indeed and the

:33:31. > :33:35.defenders in front of him. They survived two real scares there.

:33:36. > :33:38.An excellent start by Leicester in this second half. So whatever

:33:39. > :33:41.Claudio Ranieri did say to the players and what the players said

:33:42. > :33:47.between themselves has clearly had an impact. Pearce is out of

:33:48. > :33:52.position. Okazaki certainly fouled. Okazaki, again.

:33:53. > :34:04.It's a positive start to the second half from Leicester.

:34:05. > :34:18.Claudio Ranieri, whatever he said, has certainly had an effect.

:34:19. > :34:43.The drums are still beating loudly around Pride Park.

:34:44. > :35:07.Didn't do any favours there, Robert Huth. Michael had to make sure he

:35:08. > :35:11.had - Schmeichel had to make sure he had something positive on

:35:12. > :35:15.Baird, 34 now, Northern Ireland international.

:35:16. > :35:24.Back to Pearce... He was in that Reading team which

:35:25. > :35:53.surprised many by making the semi-finals, Alex Pearce.

:35:54. > :36:00.The pressure from Hughes. To Schmeichel again.

:36:01. > :36:08.A Johnson foul. Okazaki really going to win that

:36:09. > :36:14.header against Johnson, so decided to back into him instead. Just

:36:15. > :36:19.looking at Gray's position, since he came on he's dropping inside when

:36:20. > :36:23.Leicester have the ball, which allows Chilwell just to keep the

:36:24. > :36:26.width. That is causing Derby a little bit of a problem.

:36:27. > :36:31.Particularly for Baird because he doesn't know whether to follow him

:36:32. > :36:35.inside which leaves the space down the inside or maintain his position.

:36:36. > :36:39.Although we have not seen a direct impact, it is having an effect on

:36:40. > :36:51.how Derby set up against them on this left-hand side.

:36:52. > :36:59.Trying to add to the nine goals in the last 13 games. Quicker to react,

:37:00. > :37:04.Derby, in that situation. The time he gets into the penalty area, he's

:37:05. > :37:10.off balance and unable to control the strike. Round three of the

:37:11. > :37:14.Hawthorns with that free kick against West Bromwich Albion.

:37:15. > :37:20.Gray trying to get to that. Across came Pearce. And a card is coming

:37:21. > :37:28.out for Alex Pearce. He was beaten by Gray's pace. A

:37:29. > :37:32.Leicester free kick. Gray in off that left-hand side, feeding on the

:37:33. > :37:38.flickoff from Vardy. Pearce then never getting to the ball.

:37:39. > :37:45.Gray too quick for him. A cynical challenge. An obvious yellow card.

:37:46. > :37:51.The first yellow card of the Cup tie, issued by Mark Clattenburg.

:37:52. > :38:02.It gives Leicester a free kick from an inviting situation.

:38:03. > :38:12.Drinkwater and Gray are the two contenders here for Leicester.

:38:13. > :38:26.It needs to be Gray. A surprising effort from Leicester, back in from

:38:27. > :38:43.Chilwell. Comfortable for Carson. A derby free kick. A great

:38:44. > :38:47.opportunity, if Carson had released the ball earlier, three against

:38:48. > :39:23.three on the break. In the end, Will Hughes under a lot of pressure.

:39:24. > :39:34.Two FA Cup semi-finals, the Teesside team as well.

:39:35. > :39:39.'02 and '06. To take the East Midland manager's

:39:40. > :39:46.honours this evening. Clattenburg again happy for play to

:39:47. > :40:21.continue. Hughes is off again, away from

:40:22. > :40:33.Drinkwater. Still didn't give it up at the end.

:40:34. > :40:39.A challenge from Baird. To dispossess Gray.

:40:40. > :40:42.Over Bent. Simpson can deal with it. And then into the side netting from

:40:43. > :40:49.Johnny Russell. What a delightful ball that is in

:40:50. > :40:53.from Chris Baird on his right-hand side. Does well to nick the ball

:40:54. > :40:58.away from Gray. He's got plenty of space to line it up. That is such a

:40:59. > :41:04.difficult ball to defend. Schmeichel cannot come for it.

:41:05. > :41:08.Russell just unable to get it back on target.

:41:09. > :41:12.He got ten goals last season, Johnny Russell. He only had one so far this

:41:13. > :41:17.season. It was the winner against Leeds. Steve McClaren's first game

:41:18. > :41:23.back in charge. It would have been perhaps even more

:41:24. > :41:28.important if it had established the two-goal cushion. The pace of the

:41:29. > :41:33.ball here. It bounces on the six-yard line. First defender and an

:41:34. > :41:38.attack and misses it. Cannot react in time and direct it on target.

:41:39. > :41:41.He thought it was in! From this angle, we are above him and on the

:41:42. > :41:44.same side of the pitch it looked like it was above the net, not on

:41:45. > :42:17.the outside of it. He is a man you know well, you

:42:18. > :42:22.played in a Cup final under Claudio Ranieri. We will not mention the

:42:23. > :42:27.result. You saw him pre-match. Not seen him Vy for 12 years. It was

:42:28. > :42:31.interesting talking to him about the situation and how desperate he is to

:42:32. > :42:36.succeed, not just in this competition, be be to make sure he

:42:37. > :42:55.can get his team going. In this game or the season. Smiles

:42:56. > :42:59.on the inside, but he's hurting inside.

:43:00. > :43:18.He has his usual zip and zest about him.

:43:19. > :43:28.What do they play next? Mahrez back from the African Cup of nations,

:43:29. > :43:33.amongst the substitutes. Musa is there. He'll be energy to that

:43:34. > :43:38.mid-field, potentially. I think the obvious choice, as you

:43:39. > :43:40.have mentioned, is Mahrez. They have to bring him on some time and see if

:43:41. > :44:06.he can create some magic. You can see the intention from

:44:07. > :44:14.Drinkwater. Now we understand that Will Hughes has a hamstring problem.

:44:15. > :44:22.Waiting to see if he can play any further part.

:44:23. > :44:24.Chris Powell, Steve McClaren's assistance, is trying to clarify the

:44:25. > :45:01.situation. Just watching Will Hughes, he's sat

:45:02. > :45:08.down on the floor in the middle of the pitch there. Were just talking

:45:09. > :45:12.about Riyad Mahrez. That was clearly the subject of discussion and the

:45:13. > :45:18.Algerian international just back from the African Cup of Nations is

:45:19. > :45:22.going to be introduced imminently. We understand that Will Hughes's

:45:23. > :45:23.evening is over. You can see the disappointment and frustration on

:45:24. > :45:42.his face. Paul, we've been looking at Will

:45:43. > :45:47.Hughes, holding that hamstring. He's been desperate.

:45:48. > :45:50.I think he's been absolutely outstanding from the first whistle.

:45:51. > :45:57.Controlled the game. Brave on the ball. Set up attacks. It will be a

:45:58. > :46:05.big, big miss for Derby. But the fact he has come off now, hopefully,

:46:06. > :46:13.the substitute can replicate what Hughes has been doing.

:46:14. > :46:17.Your hope? I'm hoping 3-2 to Derby. But Derby are looking tired. There

:46:18. > :46:22.is pressure getting the ball into the box. They have to still

:46:23. > :46:33.counterpart attack. But certainly, there are more goals in this game.

:46:34. > :46:37.So, Mahrez, not yet on the field. But he will be shortly indeed.

:46:38. > :46:43.They are keen, Leicester to get him on. He's had three games in eight

:46:44. > :46:51.days in the Africa Cup of nations for Algeria.

:46:52. > :47:00.It is Okazaki who is going to make wayen and Mahrez who has been left

:47:01. > :47:05.out at times by Claudio Ranieri this season, after his 17 goals last

:47:06. > :47:10.season, he is on now trying to influence matters.

:47:11. > :47:16.I'm interested to see who replaces Okazaki in terms of position. It

:47:17. > :47:20.looks like Gray has gonnaow behind Vardy and Mahrez will operate on the

:47:21. > :47:24.right-hand side. There with all of those silky skills

:47:25. > :47:27.and the incredible balance he has got.

:47:28. > :47:31.Two training sessions with the team after his arrival back.

:47:32. > :47:32.Only two goals on open play this season.

:47:33. > :47:47.Five penalties. Still capable of a moment of magic

:47:48. > :47:49.that Leicester need. With him on the right-hand side,

:47:50. > :48:12.Albrighton has moved to the left. It's across Mahrez but blocked by

:48:13. > :48:16.Olsson. It's a Leicester corner. Olsson doing well there. I suppose

:48:17. > :48:27.you could say that Mahrez has not quite warmed up. But Olsson in

:48:28. > :48:30.control of that situation. Morgan and Huth are both forward.

:48:31. > :48:45.Albrighton closing it down. The cavalry are still forward.

:48:46. > :48:47.Out of play again. It happened in the first half as

:48:48. > :49:07.well. Finally poised? He certainly is. I

:49:08. > :49:10.keep looking down at Derby's bench thinking when is he going to shore

:49:11. > :49:21.up the mid-field and stick with what he has got. I see that de Sart is on

:49:22. > :49:26.the bench. At some point I think he has to pull

:49:27. > :49:30.someone in alongside Bradley Johnson to lock down the mid-field and

:49:31. > :49:36.prevent Leicester from getting numbers between the mid-field and

:49:37. > :49:40.the back line of Derby. Chris Powell alongside Steve

:49:41. > :49:46.McClaren. He was telling me earlier on he played his last game for

:49:47. > :49:54.Leicester aged 40 here at Derby. They lost 1-0.

:49:55. > :49:57.He has played for both clubs and been caretaker/manager for both

:49:58. > :50:00.clubs and knows this fixture better than most. Now the assistant to

:50:01. > :50:22.Steve McClaren. King under pressure.

:50:23. > :50:32.Drinkwater to Vardy. Still coming through to Albrighton.

:50:33. > :50:37.Chilwell trying to take it forward. Bryson for Derby.

:50:38. > :50:46.Ince is all alone. He has Bent trying to get up with him.

:50:47. > :50:54.Ince went for goal himself. He is full of confidence, Tom Ince.

:50:55. > :50:58.He believes in himself. He is a prolific scorer in terms of

:50:59. > :51:05.goal-scorer. Good link up play between him and Bent. Once he is a

:51:06. > :51:09.way. A little nibble by Huth. I wonder if he should have kept the

:51:10. > :51:28.ball alive and fed to Bent. as far as Drinkwater. Deflected on

:51:29. > :51:47.the way through as well. It's a Leicester corner.

:51:48. > :52:17.A header straight at Scott Carson. . Well, they got away with one here,

:52:18. > :52:22.Derby. They switched off. A good movement. Good movement by

:52:23. > :52:29.Drinkwater. He got in there way too easily. Once again, Scott Carson is

:52:30. > :52:35.fortunate to be in the right place in terms of the ball. Headed by

:52:36. > :52:40.Vardy straight at him. Carson has been to the semifinal of the FA Cup

:52:41. > :52:46.with Wigan. And beating Manchester City along the way before losing to

:52:47. > :52:48.Arsenal. The Derby the championship, still leading the reigning

:52:49. > :52:51.Premiership champions here. We head to the last 20 minutes.

:52:52. > :53:11.Clearance by Chilwell. I think we know what he's saying

:53:12. > :53:16.there. There is a plenty of space for Leicester to get the ball down

:53:17. > :53:20.and play but every time they get it defensively, the first thought is to

:53:21. > :53:34.hit it long. It is such a hard ball for Vardy to keep alive.

:53:35. > :53:49.A chance for Mahrez to run at Olsson. Simpson's on the overlap.

:53:50. > :54:06.No problems for Keogh on that occasion.

:54:07. > :54:09.Ince with the header and two going for the same ball, Bryson and

:54:10. > :54:13.Butterfield. Derby are going to have to dig deep.

:54:14. > :54:17.It's such an important stage of the game for them, Derby.

:54:18. > :54:23.They have to keep their energy up. I know that Paul Ince was saying that

:54:24. > :54:24.they looked tired pitchside. They have to dig in now, know what

:54:25. > :54:53.they've go. -- know what they've got.

:54:54. > :54:57.Fouled by Drinkwater. There's the throw-in to Drinkwater.

:54:58. > :55:02.It's a decent movement. But two Derby players switching off. It's an

:55:03. > :55:04.excellent ball in. Vardy gets plenty on it but can't direct it either

:55:05. > :55:36.side of Carson. Ranieri, not surprising will I at

:55:37. > :55:41.this stage is going to introduce Musa.

:55:42. > :56:08.He got both goals in the win against Everton.

:56:09. > :56:15.I have to say that back line of Derby's done really well. They're

:56:16. > :56:19.under a bit of pressure but every time the ball is away from their

:56:20. > :56:27.goal, they press. Even if it's just five yards. They did it well

:56:28. > :56:32.together then. It caught Jamie Vardy ands themselves a bit of time.

:56:33. > :56:42.So, the third and final change for Claudio Ranieri as the Nigerian

:56:43. > :56:47.international musa comes on. He started the season with CSK Moscow.

:56:48. > :56:51.He scored 18 time last season. Just the four goals for Leicester so far,

:56:52. > :57:02.two of them in this competition in round three. He's not had too many

:57:03. > :57:07.chances again tonight, Vardy. He hasn't. His work with Okazaki

:57:08. > :57:12.looked like it might produce something.

:57:13. > :57:34.Butterfield is looking for Ince. Musa, Gray, Mahrez and Vardy on the

:57:35. > :57:41.pitch for the last quarter of an hour or so as they look to stay in

:57:42. > :57:59.the FA Cup and avoid an East Midlands Derby defeat.

:58:00. > :58:36.One way out and a long way wide. . It's a complete waste of excellent

:58:37. > :58:41.possession by Leicester. Although they were unable to penetrate Derby.

:58:42. > :58:45.Derby are working so hard to keep their shape. Almost breathing a

:58:46. > :58:51.massive sigh of relief, the Derby players that the ball went wide.

:58:52. > :59:03.Once again it gives them time to reset and reorganise themselves and

:59:04. > :59:07.get oxygen back into their lungs. So much more than an FA Cup win at

:59:08. > :59:20.stake tonight. Tracking back to good effect for

:59:21. > :59:24.Derby. Options to the right-hand side side

:59:25. > :59:28.for Butterfield. I think he felt he was under a bit of pressure. No

:59:29. > :59:44.Leicester player within five yards of him. He had plenty of time.

:59:45. > :00:04.Good play by Tom Ince there. It says it all, doesn't it?! Is he giving

:00:05. > :00:15.her a hug or is it a chin head lock? "You will stay to the end of the

:00:16. > :00:44.game! " Will there be more goals? Leicester hope so.

:00:45. > :00:52.It's very animated on the sidelines this evening with Steve McClaren,

:00:53. > :01:02.for observe reasons. They thought that was a handball

:01:03. > :01:23.against Chilwell. Was handball if you saw a replay of

:01:24. > :01:37.it. Missed that one. Gray's touch. Musa trying to get on

:01:38. > :01:53.the end of it. Tom Ince has stayed down.

:01:54. > :02:17.He fell there, I think. He looks to be in a fair amount of

:02:18. > :02:22.pain, doesn't he? Chilwell there running into him.

:02:23. > :02:31.Blocked him off for some reason there. I can not see for why because

:02:32. > :02:35.the ball's going nowhere near them. I think it's purely accidental. He's

:02:36. > :02:41.trying to get back into position. He's not looked at him there and Tom

:02:42. > :02:51.Ince has come off a bit worse for wear, winded.

:02:52. > :03:02.He's back on his feet. Let's hear from Ince Senior again. Tom's dad,

:03:03. > :03:07.Paul, you feel he wants to get on TV after that incident. Either that or

:03:08. > :03:12.one of his eyelashes have fallen out. He'll be all right. It is not

:03:13. > :03:14.his type of game. He's working hard. Do a job for the team now. Ten

:03:15. > :03:29.minutes to go. Can they hold on? Mahrez for Leicester, who need a

:03:30. > :04:06.goal. Every Derby player inside their own

:04:07. > :04:22.half. Derby asking Leicester the question to try and break them down.

:04:23. > :04:48.Conceded. All the creative players are back trying to offer a shield to

:04:49. > :04:53.the defensive line. Once again Pearce and Keogh very disciplined

:04:54. > :05:19.this their position. They are not getting dragged out.

:05:20. > :05:29.It is a Leicester throw. I think Derby did the right thing

:05:30. > :06:01.there. They didn't force the pass. Matej Vydra, the Czech international

:06:02. > :06:41.will offer fresh legs for Derby imminently. Johnny Russell

:06:42. > :06:49.departing. Vydra, they paid Watford ?8 million for him. He's started

:06:50. > :06:53.three of the last 15 games. A 24-year-old coming on for Russell.

:06:54. > :06:58.Put in a good shift, hasn't he, Johnny Russell? He has worked hard.

:06:59. > :07:04.He looked like he was working more and more hard. Slightly limping as

:07:05. > :07:12.he comes off the pitch, exhausted. This final seven or so minutes will

:07:13. > :07:15.be about Derby plugging gaps. Here's Vydra's first touch.

:07:16. > :07:24.Fouled by King. All of these little free kicks for

:07:25. > :07:30.Derby are huge at the moment because it allows them the time just to get

:07:31. > :07:35.back into position, slow the game down. King there nearly getting a

:07:36. > :07:37.bit on the ball. Mark Clattenburg feeling that just a bit too much

:07:38. > :07:57.contact on Vydra. These last five minutes or so will

:07:58. > :08:02.tick down that little bit slower for all of those Derby supporters.

:08:03. > :08:20.Leicester want something from somewhere.

:08:21. > :08:27.Leicester with the corner. An area of concern for Derby, these

:08:28. > :08:29.corners. Gray will take it from his left-hand

:08:30. > :08:46.side. Concentration time for Derby. In

:08:47. > :08:51.from Gray. Beaten to it by Keogh. Another corner. Did well there

:08:52. > :08:54.Keogh. Thought Morgan had a run on him, but he wanted it that little

:08:55. > :09:08.bit more. Take two from Gray. There's the

:09:09. > :09:15.header and there's the equaliser from Morgan. Carson beaten. The

:09:16. > :09:17.skipper has come up with a big goal in the last five minutes to level it

:09:18. > :09:33.at 2-2. We spoke about it on the first set

:09:34. > :09:36.piece, didn't we? The space that Derby seem to leave on the edge of

:09:37. > :09:41.their six-yard box. You can see it there, you could draw a circle

:09:42. > :09:45.there. It was Morgan who checks out into that space. There was no-one in

:09:46. > :09:50.front of him. He does well to redirect the header because he's

:09:51. > :09:56.going back out, away from goal. Just gives himself a small margin of

:09:57. > :10:03.space from Keogh. Just gets that head on it. Directs it into goal and

:10:04. > :10:08.for once Carson's not in the right position. But preventible. I think

:10:09. > :10:13.that is a preventible goal. If you get bodies in front of that space,

:10:14. > :10:15.on the six-yard line, you don't give the player a chance to get a decent

:10:16. > :10:31.head on it. An excellent finish by Morgan, you

:10:32. > :10:36.have to say, to get his, to get the direction and control on the ball

:10:37. > :10:45.was excellent. As I said, preventible.

:10:46. > :11:11.Craig Bryson is going to be replaced by Abdoul Camara, the ginnian

:11:12. > :11:23.international. Signed by Paul Clements. Had six

:11:24. > :11:28.days with the manager. Could he have a big impact? Very nearly. They are

:11:29. > :11:34.appealing for hands and Mark Clattenburg says, no.

:11:35. > :11:45.He's now given a free kick to Derby. Let's talk about impact playing -

:11:46. > :11:49.what a good run to start with. Once he's in that area it goes through

:11:50. > :11:53.the legs of Chilwell and hits Huth on the arm. Well, that is difficult

:11:54. > :11:57.because his arm is out away from his body, but he has no chance of moving

:11:58. > :12:01.it when it hits him. He does not see it as it comes through the legs of

:12:02. > :12:06.Chilwell. That is one of those decisions that the referee has to

:12:07. > :12:12.work out. Camara has done well there. Headed away by Simpson. Well,

:12:13. > :12:17.we said at the start of this game, neither side wanted a replay.

:12:18. > :12:20.Definitely Derby in the long journey to the championship season. They are

:12:21. > :12:25.going for the winner here. Cleared by Gray.

:12:26. > :12:31.The questions you have to ask yourself on that, Steve, is, is his

:12:32. > :12:35.arm in a position that you wouldn't expect, you know, he hasn't put his

:12:36. > :12:39.arm out to the ball. He's just hit it. We see more and more now that

:12:40. > :12:43.doesn't necessarily mean it is a penalty. We don't see them often

:12:44. > :12:47.given when the ball just strikes the arm.

:12:48. > :12:55.Let's have a closer look. I mean, he's running and his arms

:12:56. > :12:58.are out for balance. You see it go through the legs of Chilwell. I

:12:59. > :13:02.don't think he can do anything about that at all. I am with Mark

:13:03. > :13:07.Clattenburg on that one. I think Steve McClaren is. He wouldn't agree

:13:08. > :13:12.with me. I don't think any Derby fan would.

:13:13. > :13:16.Here's Gray at the other end. There'll be four minutes of added

:13:17. > :13:26.time. Cleared by Keogh.

:13:27. > :13:51.It has been a wonderful stage tonight. It has seen four goals, two

:13:52. > :13:55.each. A little over three minutes of

:13:56. > :14:01.stoppage time for one of these two teams to find a winner. Here is

:14:02. > :14:19.Simpson for Leicester. Headed away by Pearce.

:14:20. > :14:30.Beaten away by Carson and then cleared by Baird.

:14:31. > :15:43.Snrp We mentioned at the beginning that Derby go to Ipswich on Tuesday,

:15:44. > :15:47.Leicester to Burnley. They didn't want another game in the FA Cup but

:15:48. > :15:51.it looks as though they're going to get one.

:15:52. > :15:57.Every chance. But this game has really had so many chances.

:15:58. > :16:03.Each team, you still think there might be one chance created. Both

:16:04. > :16:07.teams are looking shaky defensively. A little over a minute of stoppage

:16:08. > :16:15.time to go. Is there another twist in the tale. Butterfield! Held by

:16:16. > :16:19.Schmeichel. A huge kick from the Leicester

:16:20. > :16:32.goalkeeper. The final few seconds now.

:16:33. > :16:33.Still Mahrez. Tired but effective clearance from

:16:34. > :16:49.Pearce. Morgan, it's his goal that's going

:16:50. > :16:57.to force a replay as it stands. Excellent composure, awareness and

:16:58. > :17:03.trust by Chris Baird there. He gets a round of applause from the

:17:04. > :17:07.manager. But Schmeichel, that ball there, on

:17:08. > :17:15.a hard surface, he made that catch look easy.

:17:16. > :17:20.And honoured shared, Leicester and Derby must do it all again for a

:17:21. > :17:31.place in the fifth round of the FA Cup. Steve McClaren's Derby, with

:17:32. > :17:36.stoppage time away. And Wes Morgan, the captain of

:17:37. > :17:43.Leicester popped up with the equaliser after Derby had led for so

:17:44. > :17:51.long. Darren Bent with the eventful first half with the bizarre own goal

:17:52. > :17:54.and then a header to equalise. Craig Bryceson, the squish international

:17:55. > :18:02.was the man who looked as though he might have won it for Derby but in

:18:03. > :18:07.the end, Wes Morgan's goal forces the replay to see which of these

:18:08. > :18:11.teams goes into round five. It is finished at Pride Paddy

:18:12. > :18:16.Ashdown, it is Derby, two, Leicester, two.

:18:17. > :18:25.Yes, the two sides will have to do it again. Probably not what either

:18:26. > :18:31.teams wants at this stage. Wes Morgan's corner equalising, making

:18:32. > :18:35.it 2-2. They get to do it all again. I think that Leicester certainly had

:18:36. > :18:41.enough of chances in the second half to get themselves back in the game.

:18:42. > :18:45.They left it late but it what was they deserved.

:18:46. > :18:50.I know I criticised them before the game. But they were a little better.

:18:51. > :18:54.A desire from the manager to work for him. They deserved that. It was

:18:55. > :18:59.a fair result. OK, 2-2. Let's hear from both of the

:19:00. > :19:08.Derby goal-scorers, with Dan Walker. Thank you. I'm with Darren benighted

:19:09. > :19:13.Craig Bryson. Darren, was that a cup tie that got away with you? A little

:19:14. > :19:21.bit. Obviously, I gave the own goal on my part. But they stuck with it

:19:22. > :19:24.and they got their goal in the end. And a cracking atmosphere, Craig.

:19:25. > :19:31.Talk us through your goal. It was a cracking finish? I just managed to

:19:32. > :19:37.go down and get a touch. And I defended and got it in. Delighted

:19:38. > :19:41.with the result but gutted we conceded two goals from set plays.

:19:42. > :19:49.Both managers said they didn't want a replay. Is that the same

:19:50. > :19:53.perspective? Well, there are enough games in the championship but

:19:54. > :19:58.hopefully we can go and put on a good performance. Darren, I know you

:19:59. > :20:04.are smile being it now, the players and the rest of the team find it

:20:05. > :20:09.funny, what happened? I don't know. Obviously I lost concentration, I

:20:10. > :20:13.lost the ball. I tried to hit it, it flew into the side of the net. We

:20:14. > :20:21.wanted to come out of the blocks quick. As we did on Saturday but we

:20:22. > :20:27.were slow but fair play. We got the result later. You must have been

:20:28. > :20:33.delighted with the goal later? Yeah. It was a great ball from Hughes. I

:20:34. > :20:37.managed to get my head on to it It was set up from the left-hand side

:20:38. > :20:43.and I controlled it. A cracking game. Thank you, boys. Very

:20:44. > :20:48.entertaining, fair, end toe end stuff. Robbie? Yes, rester did

:20:49. > :20:54.better in the second half. So many chance. Carson was fortunate to make

:20:55. > :21:00.saves. But overall, I would say that the draw was fair.

:21:01. > :21:04.Let's see the goal that made it 2-2. Leicester looked a threat from the

:21:05. > :21:08.set pieces? They did. Look at Darren Bent's position. He has his back to

:21:09. > :21:13.everything. He can't see what is behind him. He can't see what is in

:21:14. > :21:19.front. But look at Butterfield behind the line. Too much space in

:21:20. > :21:24.there. It's a very, very good header but poor defending.

:21:25. > :21:28.What is Butterfield doing standing three yards behind the line? If he

:21:29. > :21:37.stays behind the line, he can head it out.

:21:38. > :21:42.He didn't miss the header? He was behind the line, Gary. There was too

:21:43. > :21:47.much space in the front. Let'ser deserved that.

:21:48. > :21:52.But did Derby deserve a penalty. After the goal, a handball from

:21:53. > :22:00.Huth? It's not for me. I think if you watch it in slow motion, it's

:22:01. > :22:06.Camara with a shot. It comes off Huth's thigh. If you watch there, it

:22:07. > :22:11.ricochets and it is a natural position. So I thought that was spot

:22:12. > :22:17.on. I thought he has time to get his arm away but the referee got that

:22:18. > :22:21.right. Great refereeing. It took us four slow motions to come

:22:22. > :22:26.to that conclusion it was not a handball. It was a very, very good

:22:27. > :22:29.decision from the referee. Darren Bent was talking about the

:22:30. > :22:34.own goal. We should have a look at it. I'm sure it will be shown many

:22:35. > :22:39.times. I don't think he will want to see it.

:22:40. > :22:44.He did everything right. The ball was there, he span around, it was a

:22:45. > :22:50.hell of a slice but he can't get his feet around quick enough.

:22:51. > :22:57.Get rid of it but no. We shouldn't really laugh.

:22:58. > :23:01.But he redeemed himself with a wonderful, wonderful header.

:23:02. > :23:05.It was. Let's have a look at it. A good ball from the set play. Coming

:23:06. > :23:11.back to Will Hughes. Schmeichel punch it is. A good run from Hughes.

:23:12. > :23:16.That creates the space. But it's a brilliant header. Quicker to react

:23:17. > :23:21.than any Leicester defender. An excellent header. It picks up pace

:23:22. > :23:28.and the keeper has no chance. Right in the corner. A superb header.

:23:29. > :23:33.Brilliant header. It certainly was. He's a goal-scorer. That's what

:23:34. > :23:36.goal-scorer's give you. He doesn't always contribute in other areas of

:23:37. > :23:43.the game. He had that chance there. But ?50

:23:44. > :23:48.million in transfer fees. He needed to do something to rectify that

:23:49. > :23:52.mistake in the first call. Yes, probably mightily relieved.

:23:53. > :23:57.Craig Bryson put Derby ahead before half-time with a cracking goal. The

:23:58. > :24:03.goal of the game. As I alluded to, that area is not

:24:04. > :24:08.right. Look the at the mid-fielders. Look at the space. Drinkwater and

:24:09. > :24:14.Chilwell, the challenges from the players. Morgan can't sort his feet

:24:15. > :24:20.out, a good finish. That was an excellent finish. This sums up

:24:21. > :24:24.Leicester's season, too slows to rereact to the second ball and by

:24:25. > :24:30.the time that they do, the ball's in the back of the net. A super finish.

:24:31. > :24:34.Leicester have a replay, a Champions League football, a survival fight in

:24:35. > :24:38.the Premier League. It will be a tough few months.

:24:39. > :24:41.And for Derby. I don't think they wanted a replay with the fixtures in

:24:42. > :24:46.the championship. And credit to Steve McClaren as well. Other teams

:24:47. > :24:49.have rested players. He could have easily rested players to focus on

:24:50. > :24:53.the championship. But he played a strong team. They so nearly went

:24:54. > :24:58.through. You want to play. Do you want to be

:24:59. > :25:04.rested for FA Cup ties? Not everyone feels that way.

:25:05. > :25:10.But this rotation, it is a myth. I never got rested.

:25:11. > :25:18.Lionel Messi, Ronaldo. You just didn't... Did he put

:25:19. > :25:22.himself in the same space as Lionel Messi and Ronaldo?! I'm not saying a

:25:23. > :25:26.world. Let's pause and we'll hear from

:25:27. > :25:32.Steve McClaren, he is with Dan. Steve is keen to see the penalty, we

:25:33. > :25:35.will see it in a moment. But was that a frustrating night, you must

:25:36. > :25:42.have felt you were through to round five? Yes, we did all we could. I

:25:43. > :25:46.think we came across a Leicester team at it 4-4-2, determined. Hard

:25:47. > :25:53.to break down. They started well. But our character was fantastic.

:25:54. > :26:00.Digging in the second half. A bit of luck with Carson's saves. Chances,

:26:01. > :26:07.there looked to be a handball. Let's have a look at it, the handball, or

:26:08. > :26:16.was it from H rushgs th? Tells what you think? Well, it's in his hand.

:26:17. > :26:21.It's going off target. It's in his hand. I've seen them given and not

:26:22. > :26:26.given. We fought to the end. We didn't want a draw.

:26:27. > :26:31.You both said you didn't want a replay.

:26:32. > :26:37.Yes but what a cup tie. A great game. A great atmosphere. As I said,

:26:38. > :26:40.proud of the players. To come up against the champions and perform

:26:41. > :26:46.like that and give them a really good game. And I have said, another

:26:47. > :26:52.game, we look forward to it. It was it was a great tie for us.

:26:53. > :26:54.Thanks for another game of cracking Friday night football.

:26:55. > :26:59.Cheers. Managers always see things in

:27:00. > :27:04.certain ways. Lots more football to come.

:27:05. > :27:21.Football Focus on Saturday. Replay. Leicester obviously will be

:27:22. > :27:24.the clear favourites. They are much better home form than away from

:27:25. > :27:27.home. For large parts of the game it

:27:28. > :27:31.looked as if their confidence was shot. And understandably because of

:27:32. > :27:35.the way that the results have been going for them. But give them

:27:36. > :27:39.credit. They dug deep. They got the goal that they wanted and needed.

:27:40. > :27:43.But no-one wanted a replay. But a very, very good cup tie.

:27:44. > :27:49.And Mahrez back from the African Cup nations? Yes. And the pass from

:27:50. > :27:54.Mahrez near the end, the reverse pass. What a player Mahrez is.

:27:55. > :27:57.Drinkwater hitting the target. But in chances, Leicester could have won

:27:58. > :28:02.the game but I think that the draw was fair.

:28:03. > :28:07.That is about right. Derby, where does it leave them with confidence?

:28:08. > :28:12.I guess it depends on the replay. They have to get into the play-offs.

:28:13. > :28:18.Have you seen enough to think that they could get into the play-offs? I

:28:19. > :28:23.think so. There were not many options for them to change the game.

:28:24. > :28:30.I know he brought Vydra on but play-offs is a minimum. Excellent

:28:31. > :28:35.game of football. We got some contention decisions, we got the

:28:36. > :28:39.goal, so a very enjoyable night. Enjoyed it Robbie? Loved it. Loved

:28:40. > :28:46.it. Always great to be in your company.

:28:47. > :28:53.Messi, Ronaldo, Robbie Savage! That's it.

:28:54. > :28:54.We will do it tombe all again. Captain Morgan, rumbles, Derby. Good

:28:55. > :29:11.night. Darren Bent can't believe it. An own

:29:12. > :29:22.goal. A little touch from Bent. He scores now! Craig Bryson to give

:29:23. > :29:29.Derby the lead. Okazaki, then Carson in the way.

:29:30. > :29:31.Simpson, deal with it. There's the header and the equaliser from

:29:32. > :29:34.Morgan. Leicester and Derby must do
