0:00:05 > 0:00:08And it will be time for these two teams to settle it

0:00:08 > 0:00:09between the white lines.

0:00:09 > 0:00:11Elway, he's going to fire towards the end zone.

0:00:11 > 0:00:12Reno.

0:00:12 > 0:00:14Lost the ball up the near side.

0:00:14 > 0:00:15And Montana throws.

0:00:15 > 0:00:16In the end zone.

0:00:16 > 0:00:17Touchdown!

0:00:17 > 0:00:18Watchers looking down field.

0:00:18 > 0:00:21Going deep.

0:00:21 > 0:00:23The one man wrecking crew. Unbelievable!

0:00:23 > 0:00:24Let's go.

0:00:24 > 0:00:26How did he do that?

0:00:26 > 0:00:27The end zone...

0:00:27 > 0:00:31Oh, and caught, for the win.

0:00:31 > 0:00:36Unstoppable!

0:00:36 > 0:00:38Hello, welcome to the NFL Show, I'm once again joined

0:00:38 > 0:00:41by Jason Bell and Osi Umenyiora.

0:00:41 > 0:00:43We all know that this week it's hard for many,

0:00:43 > 0:00:46going back to work in January can be awful.

0:00:46 > 0:00:48It's cold, it's miserable, you have to pretend to be interested

0:00:48 > 0:00:51in what your colleagues got up to over the holidays.

0:00:51 > 0:00:53It can be a time of sad reflection.

0:00:53 > 0:00:54It's been a great ride.

0:00:54 > 0:00:56Very grateful.

0:00:56 > 0:00:56I'll miss the players.

0:00:56 > 0:00:58You'll always be winners.

0:00:58 > 0:00:59It's a results business, I understand that.

0:00:59 > 0:01:01The tears you see are really tears of joy.

0:01:01 > 0:01:03Really kind of disappointing.

0:01:03 > 0:01:10I will miss the game.

0:01:10 > 0:01:12But don't be down, it is playoff time.

0:01:12 > 0:01:15That means 20 teams get to have an early holiday

0:01:15 > 0:01:18and the other 12 remain in contention for the Super Bowl.

0:01:18 > 0:01:21Let's be grateful.

0:01:21 > 0:01:23One more time for 2017, baby.

0:01:23 > 0:01:23Let's go, men.

0:01:23 > 0:01:25The last one together, men.

0:01:25 > 0:01:26Let's make it our best one.

0:01:26 > 0:01:28I can't feel my hands!

0:01:28 > 0:01:30Is it true what we heard, are we out?

0:01:30 > 0:01:31I love you, man.

0:01:31 > 0:01:33I'm so damn proud of you.

0:01:33 > 0:01:34Thank you.

0:01:34 > 0:01:35I'm so proud of you.

0:01:35 > 0:01:36Thank you.

0:01:36 > 0:01:40# La, la, la. # La, la, la #.

0:01:40 > 0:01:42This is not a finish, this is a start.

0:01:42 > 0:01:43We did it, baby.

0:01:43 > 0:01:44We're here, baby.

0:01:44 > 0:01:45We're going.

0:01:45 > 0:01:50Whoa!

0:01:50 > 0:01:54Now the playoffs, as you probably know, have a simple knockout

0:01:54 > 0:01:57formula - the NFC are on one side, the AFC on the other.

0:01:57 > 0:02:00The top two seeded sides from each Conference have a bye and we're

0:02:00 > 0:02:01going to see them next week.

0:02:01 > 0:02:04This weekend, the wild card Weekend, sees the third seed play the sixth

0:02:04 > 0:02:12seed and the fourth seed play the fifth seed.

0:02:12 > 0:02:15One of the key things to remember with this system is that the highest

0:02:15 > 0:02:17seed always plays at home against the lowest

0:02:17 > 0:02:18seeded team available.

0:02:18 > 0:02:21So here are the playoff teams who are going to take

0:02:21 > 0:02:23over the playoffs in the next three weeks.

0:02:23 > 0:02:26They're going to slug it out for their place in the Super Bowl.

0:02:26 > 0:02:28Just for clarification, this show was recorded before the start

0:02:28 > 0:02:32of the Tennessee v Kansas City game.

0:02:32 > 0:02:34So we won't be talking in any great detail about that game,

0:02:34 > 0:02:38but if you want to, then go to the BBC sport website and you can

0:02:38 > 0:02:40follow how that game is progressing right now.

0:02:40 > 0:02:41So these are the 12 teams.

0:02:41 > 0:02:44Are they the 12 that you would expected?

0:02:44 > 0:02:46Well, we've gone through so many predictions that at some point

0:02:46 > 0:02:48you will have predicted these teams.

0:02:48 > 0:02:51But would you have expected the majority of them 17 weeks ago?

0:02:51 > 0:02:52I think a couple.

0:02:52 > 0:02:55Well, for the most part, yes, you would have predicted a lot

0:02:55 > 0:02:58of these teams would have been able to at least make a push

0:02:58 > 0:02:59into the playoffs.

0:02:59 > 0:03:01Obviously, there have been a whole bunch of changes.

0:03:01 > 0:03:04Teams that didn't make it last year, that are making this year.

0:03:04 > 0:03:06But these are all pretty good football teams,

0:03:06 > 0:03:09so you could have at least seen some of these teams actually

0:03:09 > 0:03:10being in there.

0:03:10 > 0:03:12I'm surprised Dallas didn't make it to the playoffs.

0:03:12 > 0:03:13That's a surprise.

0:03:13 > 0:03:15And obviously, with Aaron Rodgers injury,

0:03:15 > 0:03:16Green Bay and the situation there.

0:03:16 > 0:03:19But, you know, we knew the NFC South had some tough teams,

0:03:19 > 0:03:20and they all made it.

0:03:20 > 0:03:23The other thing to reiterate is, just because the teams

0:03:23 > 0:03:25are seeded this way, doesn't automatically mean we'll get

0:03:25 > 0:03:28the number one seed in the AFC playing the number one seed

0:03:28 > 0:03:29in the NFC in the Super.

0:03:29 > 0:03:30Right.

0:03:30 > 0:03:32The other thing is, if people have watched it,

0:03:32 > 0:03:35as long as it's contracted, we have to mention Osi winning

0:03:35 > 0:03:36Super Bowls quite near the start.

0:03:36 > 0:03:38Twice, twice.

0:03:38 > 0:03:40Yeah, yeah, twice, at the start of nearly every show.

0:03:40 > 0:03:41Thank you.

0:03:41 > 0:03:43You're the prime example of being a lower seed that can

0:03:43 > 0:03:45still go on and win it?

0:03:45 > 0:03:48Yeah, we've been in positions - actually twice - we were the fifth

0:03:48 > 0:03:52seed, I think it was and a win with the fourth seed and we went

0:03:52 > 0:03:54on to take the number one seed in the Conference and take

0:03:54 > 0:03:58on the number one seed in the Super Bowl, and win both times.

0:03:58 > 0:04:01We went against a couple of teams actually that had rested some

0:04:01 > 0:04:03players and we caught them completely off guard.

0:04:03 > 0:04:06It was like they hadn't played a game before when we went in there.

0:04:06 > 0:04:08We were so battle tested, so battle hardened.

0:04:08 > 0:04:09And you were in a rhythm.

0:04:09 > 0:04:13This is a sport where you need to find a rhythm and timing as well.

0:04:13 > 0:04:14Must be.

0:04:14 > 0:04:17You know the thing is, these coaches have to strike a very

0:04:17 > 0:04:19delicate balance because a lot of these players are injured,

0:04:19 > 0:04:21they're nursing little injuries, so you want to rest them,

0:04:21 > 0:04:25but then if you do rest them, they don't have the continuity that

0:04:25 > 0:04:27you would want, and then end up getting beat down.

0:04:27 > 0:04:30It's like if you've been rested one week, sometimes you struggle

0:04:30 > 0:04:31with your performance the following week?

0:04:31 > 0:04:32Right.

0:04:32 > 0:04:33Yeah.

0:04:33 > 0:04:35Do you know why that is?

0:04:35 > 0:04:37I don't know, but I'm finding it tonight already.

0:04:37 > 0:04:40We're going to now look at the NFC side of the playoff draw,

0:04:40 > 0:04:43but first let's look back on how the remaining playoff spots were.

0:04:43 > 0:04:45Now, there were two games under particular focus.

0:04:45 > 0:04:48You're laughing too much at that, it's putting me off a little bit.

0:04:48 > 0:04:51The Panthers were at the Falcons and a lost for the Falcons

0:04:51 > 0:04:57would open the door for the Seahawks to sneak into the playoffs

0:04:57 > 0:04:58because they only had to beat the Cardinals.

0:04:58 > 0:04:59-- loss.

0:04:59 > 0:05:01Surely, that result was a no brainer.

0:05:01 > 0:05:03Nobody, in their right mind, would bet against

0:05:03 > 0:05:04the Seahawks winning that one?

0:05:04 > 0:05:05That's right, Jason, isn't it?

0:05:05 > 0:05:06Yep...

0:05:06 > 0:05:08Just the weekend.

0:05:08 > 0:05:10I'm going to go with the Arizona Cardinals here.

0:05:10 > 0:05:11Osi, have you lost your mind?

0:05:11 > 0:05:13What's wrong with going with the Cardinals?

0:05:13 > 0:05:14They're at Seattle, they're at Seattle.

0:05:14 > 0:05:16Are you going to bet me again?

0:05:16 > 0:05:17I'm going to bet you again.

0:05:17 > 0:05:19What are we doing, 20 pushups?

0:05:19 > 0:05:2020 pushups.

0:05:20 > 0:05:21I'm down for that, man.

0:05:21 > 0:05:23Let's do it, I need to win.

0:05:23 > 0:05:24You know what's coming, don't you?

0:05:24 > 0:05:25Yeah.

0:05:25 > 0:05:28Yeah, sit there, warm-up, we'll do it in a minute.

0:05:28 > 0:05:29All right.

0:05:29 > 0:05:32The NFC South has been the division of choice

0:05:32 > 0:05:33throughout the regular season.

0:05:33 > 0:05:35How many would it send into the playoffs?

0:05:35 > 0:05:37Three, if the Falcons could contain Cam Newton.

0:05:37 > 0:05:39Job done there.

0:05:39 > 0:05:42I don't know what we're doing, but we ain't doing our job.

0:05:42 > 0:05:46Three, if the Falcons could move the scoreboard.

0:05:46 > 0:05:49Matt Bryant doing exactly that.

0:05:49 > 0:05:52He made it from 56 yards.

0:05:52 > 0:05:53Devonta Freeman with the single touchdown.

0:05:53 > 0:05:54Devonta at the five.

0:05:54 > 0:05:59Touchdown, Atlanta.

0:05:59 > 0:06:02Not always pretty, but the Falcons are in the playoffs.

0:06:02 > 0:06:08Seattle then playing for little more than their fans.

0:06:08 > 0:06:09Oh God, he's right up.

0:06:09 > 0:06:12To win a tenth game would be some sort of consolation,

0:06:12 > 0:06:13if only it could be done.

0:06:13 > 0:06:14We score.

0:06:14 > 0:06:16Whoa!

0:06:16 > 0:06:18Doug Baldwin, doing his best with two touchdowns.

0:06:18 > 0:06:21Touchdown, Seahawks.

0:06:21 > 0:06:25It was close.

0:06:25 > 0:06:32Close enough to be settled by a Blair Walsh miss.

0:06:32 > 0:06:33Kick is up.

0:06:33 > 0:06:35It has the leg, and it's no good.

0:06:35 > 0:06:39The Seattle team, like their kicker, just missing.

0:06:39 > 0:06:43STUDIO: So here are all Week 17 results from the NFC.

0:06:43 > 0:06:47We'll talk more about the number one seeds Philadelphia in just a moment,

0:06:47 > 0:06:50but the Eagles didn't get a point at home to the Cowboys.

0:06:50 > 0:06:53A very low scoring game, 6-0 there.

0:06:53 > 0:06:56And the Rams go into the playoffs on the back of a defeat as well,

0:06:56 > 0:06:57beaten by the 49ers.

0:06:57 > 0:07:03There are a lot of very confident and optimist 49ers fans about next

0:07:03 > 0:07:06season already with Jimmy Garoppolo.

0:07:06 > 0:07:08So there is the playoff picture for you.

0:07:08 > 0:07:10The four division winners - the Eagles, the Vikings,

0:07:10 > 0:07:12the Rams and the Saints.

0:07:12 > 0:07:16The Panthers and the Falcons are the two wild card teams.

0:07:16 > 0:07:20So when we put that into the actual playoff system, you can see

0:07:20 > 0:07:24that the byes go to Philadelphia and Minnesota and our two

0:07:24 > 0:07:30wild card games this weekend, Atlanta in LA to take on the Rams.

0:07:30 > 0:07:33And then an NFC South match-up between Carolina and New Orleans.

0:07:33 > 0:07:35Ready?

0:07:35 > 0:07:39Can I take my blazer off?

0:07:39 > 0:07:41You can, you can because you've deliberately worn a jumper

0:07:41 > 0:07:42to do this, haven't you?

0:07:42 > 0:07:44Is that cool with you?

0:07:44 > 0:07:46Yeah.

0:07:46 > 0:07:49Yeah, I need it for the stretch fit, the stretch fit, you know.

0:07:49 > 0:07:51Away you go, in your own time.

0:07:51 > 0:07:53You know what to do, you've done it before.

0:07:53 > 0:07:54Just on the Seahawks then...

0:07:54 > 0:07:55How many, Osi?

0:07:55 > 0:07:5620.

0:07:56 > 0:07:5720.

0:07:57 > 0:07:5820.

0:07:58 > 0:08:01You can do more if you want, this is quite a long chat.

0:08:01 > 0:08:03The Seahawks have quite an interesting off season

0:08:03 > 0:08:04ahead, don't they?

0:08:04 > 0:08:05Yeah.

0:08:05 > 0:08:08Pete Carroll isn't going anywhere, but they're going to have

0:08:08 > 0:08:10to do some rebuilding, both on offense and defense?

0:08:10 > 0:08:12Well, offensively they have to reboot their offensive line.

0:08:12 > 0:08:16I think that has been the problem for them for a couple of years now,

0:08:16 > 0:08:18but it really reared its ugly head this year especially.

0:08:18 > 0:08:20Defensively they've had entirely too many injuries.

0:08:20 > 0:08:22Hopefully, they're going to be able to get...,

0:08:22 > 0:08:24That was impressive Jason.

0:08:24 > 0:08:26I had to give a clap at the end.

0:08:26 > 0:08:27Yeah.

0:08:27 > 0:08:29Initially, I'd thought he'd fallen stage,

0:08:29 > 0:08:31but that was a trick at the end.

0:08:31 > 0:08:32Yeah, yeah.

0:08:32 > 0:08:35Hopefully, they're going to be able to get some of their players

0:08:35 > 0:08:37from the Legion of Boom back, Richard Sherman, Kim Chessler,

0:08:37 > 0:08:38some of these guys.

0:08:38 > 0:08:40Hopefully, they're going to be able to come back.

0:08:40 > 0:08:43If these guys do, then they're going to be a pretty good

0:08:43 > 0:08:44football team again.

0:08:44 > 0:08:45OK, let's talk about Philadelphia.

0:08:45 > 0:08:48Not a single point in that game, losing 6-0 to the Cowboys.

0:08:48 > 0:08:51But how worried, if you were an Eagles fan, would you be

0:08:51 > 0:08:52going into the playoffs?

0:08:52 > 0:08:55Well obviously, they lost their quarterback a couple of weeks ago,

0:08:55 > 0:08:56which was a big problem.

0:08:56 > 0:08:59We all thought that Nick Foles was going to be able to come

0:08:59 > 0:09:02in and actually replicate some of the things that cost them.

0:09:02 > 0:09:03Because he started OK?

0:09:03 > 0:09:05He did start OK, but he was playing against the Giants!

0:09:05 > 0:09:06Anyway.

0:09:06 > 0:09:07True.

0:09:07 > 0:09:10Anyway, these past couple of weeks he's just been a shell of himself.

0:09:10 > 0:09:13He hasn't been able to get the exact same accuracy.

0:09:13 > 0:09:15He hasn't been able to move the Philly offense

0:09:15 > 0:09:17up-and-down the field the way they are accustomed to.

0:09:17 > 0:09:20So if you're a Philly fan, you should be extremely worried.

0:09:20 > 0:09:21Defensively they're fine.

0:09:21 > 0:09:23Defensively they're OK, but at the quarterback position,

0:09:23 > 0:09:26which you're going to need, going to go deep into the playoffs,

0:09:26 > 0:09:27they're in big trouble right now.

0:09:27 > 0:09:30He doesn't create with his feet the same way Carson Wentz did.

0:09:30 > 0:09:32He's more of a pure pocket passer.

0:09:32 > 0:09:34So he's not making those throws by creating more

0:09:34 > 0:09:35time down the field.

0:09:35 > 0:09:38Defensively, I think they've got a little issue with the little

0:09:38 > 0:09:43timing with those DBs, right?

0:09:43 > 0:09:45You're a little out of breath already.

0:09:45 > 0:09:46Yeah.

0:09:46 > 0:09:47That's working hard.

0:09:47 > 0:09:48That's working hard.

0:09:48 > 0:09:49But keep going.

0:09:49 > 0:09:51I was going to give you some love.

0:09:51 > 0:09:52All right.

0:09:52 > 0:09:53There you go.

0:09:53 > 0:09:54You're a good friend.

0:09:54 > 0:09:56That's right, I'm here for you every single Saturday night.

0:09:56 > 0:10:00I feel like I'm back on the bench after I got burnt for a touchdown.

0:10:00 > 0:10:02All your friends are like - don't worry about it,

0:10:02 > 0:10:04don't worry about it, it's OK.

0:10:04 > 0:10:05What were we talking about?

0:10:05 > 0:10:08So basically, you see those DBs get beat by a lot a double moves

0:10:08 > 0:10:10and that's because they've got a great front seven.

0:10:10 > 0:10:11Right.

0:10:11 > 0:10:15Guys like you, where the timing is, well, you know when they're

0:10:15 > 0:10:17going to get after the quarterback, and they've got to figure that out.

0:10:17 > 0:10:19So...

0:10:19 > 0:10:20You keep breathing, I'll ask Osi.

0:10:20 > 0:10:22Do you think that the other teams in the playoffs,

0:10:22 > 0:10:25at the Wild Card Weekend, at the moment, that all four

0:10:25 > 0:10:28of them will be thinking - it will be great to get the Eagles

0:10:28 > 0:10:30rather than the Vikings next week?

0:10:30 > 0:10:32Well, you've got to be careful what you wish for,

0:10:32 > 0:10:33obviously, in the playoffs.

0:10:33 > 0:10:34Of course.

0:10:34 > 0:10:37But there's no question about that, Mark, every one of those

0:10:37 > 0:10:39teams will be vying, if possible -Which is unbelievable.

0:10:39 > 0:10:40It is.

0:10:40 > 0:10:42They have had such a good season.

0:10:42 > 0:10:44They are the number one seeds.

0:10:44 > 0:10:46Yeah, but they were just - like they say out here

0:10:46 > 0:10:48when I'm playing soccer - unlucky, unlucky.

0:10:48 > 0:10:49They were unlucky.

0:10:49 > 0:10:51As it bounces off your shins 20 yards, yeah.

0:10:51 > 0:10:53So they were unlucky man, they caught a bad break.

0:10:53 > 0:10:56If it wasn't for Carson Wentz being injured, obviously nobody

0:10:56 > 0:10:59would have wanted to play Philly, but those are the breaks.

0:10:59 > 0:11:01Let's focus more on the wild card games then.

0:11:01 > 0:11:03The first NFC wild card game is a little later tonight.

0:11:03 > 0:11:05It's between the sixth seeded Atlanta Falcons,

0:11:05 > 0:11:08who are going to travel to the third seeded LA Rams.

0:11:08 > 0:11:10And we won it how we wanted, man.

0:11:10 > 0:11:12Clayborn has got his fifth sack of the day.

0:11:12 > 0:11:13Gurley for MDP.

0:11:13 > 0:11:18Touchdown LA.

0:11:18 > 0:11:27Atlanta will clinch the sixth seed in the wild card.

0:11:27 > 0:11:30Now I'll let you into a secret that before we came into the studio

0:11:30 > 0:11:33we often chat about the games that we're going to chat

0:11:33 > 0:11:34about in here, don't we?

0:11:34 > 0:11:36It may not look like it, but we do.

0:11:36 > 0:11:39You all day have been tying yourself in knots over this game

0:11:39 > 0:11:40between the Falcons and the Rams.

0:11:40 > 0:11:46I just don't know which direction to go.

0:11:46 > 0:11:49Osi just told me something else that I have to put into my equation,

0:11:49 > 0:11:51and that is betting on the coaching staff.

0:11:51 > 0:11:54So I'm looking at this game and it's - do you believe

0:11:54 > 0:11:56in the coaches or the players?

0:11:56 > 0:11:57Atlanta, better players, Rams, better coaches.

0:11:57 > 0:11:58Stole that from you.

0:11:58 > 0:11:59Yeah.

0:11:59 > 0:12:00You know...

0:12:00 > 0:12:03I mean, yeah, that's all that needs to be said.

0:12:03 > 0:12:04Excellent.

0:12:04 > 0:12:09Moving on to the next one.

0:12:09 > 0:12:10Go on.

0:12:10 > 0:12:13You've got to think about it from a scientific standpoint.

0:12:13 > 0:12:14Sometimes we get scientific in here.

0:12:14 > 0:12:15Yeah.

0:12:15 > 0:12:18The Los Angeles Rams are a young football team, right,

0:12:18 > 0:12:20but they have an outstanding young head coach, a genius

0:12:20 > 0:12:22at the offensive position, and defensively their defensive

0:12:22 > 0:12:25co-ordinator is Wade Phillips and he's been around for a long time.

0:12:25 > 0:12:26He's an outstanding defensive co-ordinator.

0:12:26 > 0:12:28And then you go to the Atlanta Falcons,

0:12:28 > 0:12:30their coaching staff, Steve Sarkisian, who's had

0:12:30 > 0:12:31an up-and-down season.

0:12:31 > 0:12:33Their defensive co-ordinator, Marquand Manuel, I don't think he's

0:12:33 > 0:12:36on the same level going up against a guy like Sean McVay.

0:12:36 > 0:12:39So the advantage lies with the Rams in the coaching.

0:12:39 > 0:12:41Players, it's going to be the Atlanta Falcons

0:12:41 > 0:12:43because of Julio Jones and Matt Ryan, but they have

0:12:43 > 0:12:46to travel to LA which is, what, four or five hour plane flight.

0:12:46 > 0:12:48They're going to be tired when they get there.

0:12:48 > 0:12:51So obviously, for me, I'm going with the Rams,

0:12:51 > 0:12:52I want the Falcons to win.

0:12:52 > 0:12:54You know, my heart is with the Falcons,

0:12:54 > 0:13:01but my head tells me that the Rams are going to win this game.

0:13:01 > 0:13:04Hey, man, the players have got to play the game.

0:13:04 > 0:13:06Players have got to play the game and that's why

0:13:06 > 0:13:07I'm going with Atlanta.

0:13:07 > 0:13:09I feel like now it's everybody's undefeated.

0:13:09 > 0:13:11I think they'll go in there, pressure's off of them

0:13:11 > 0:13:12and they'll figure this out.

0:13:12 > 0:13:14Oh, because the pressure's off them?

0:13:14 > 0:13:17Yes, I feel like all year they had to battle that pressure of coming

0:13:17 > 0:13:20back from the Super Bowl loss and they're like - you know what,

0:13:20 > 0:13:22we're in, let's do this.

0:13:22 > 0:13:23Because they've been very up-and-down this

0:13:23 > 0:13:24season, haven't they?

0:13:24 > 0:13:25Yeah, now it doesn't matter.

0:13:25 > 0:13:26Just be good this game.

0:13:26 > 0:13:29Let's get actually down to on the field, where

0:13:29 > 0:13:31could it be won and lost between the two different units?

0:13:31 > 0:13:32OK.

0:13:32 > 0:13:34So Rams offensively, Todd Gurley makes that machine go.

0:13:34 > 0:13:36But we've seen this linebacker live in Deion Jones.

0:13:36 > 0:13:37Yeah.

0:13:37 > 0:13:40He can match-up against Gurley, whether it be in the run game

0:13:40 > 0:13:42or when they flex him out to pass.

0:13:42 > 0:13:45That's a battle that they can win and I think that's why

0:13:45 > 0:13:48players matter.

0:13:48 > 0:13:49Yeah.

0:13:49 > 0:13:55Now, I thought the Atlanta Falcons had a pretty good offensively line,

0:13:55 > 0:13:57but I heard Cameron Jordan, from the New Orleans Saints, say

0:13:57 > 0:14:00something that kind of alarmed me.

0:14:00 > 0:14:02He said they knew that they had the advantage

0:14:02 > 0:14:03on the defensive line over Atlanta.

0:14:03 > 0:14:05He said, Atlanta Falcons' offensive line is weak.

0:14:05 > 0:14:07And that startled me a little bit because the Rams

0:14:07 > 0:14:09have an outstanding defensive line.

0:14:09 > 0:14:11They have a really good interior pass pressure,

0:14:11 > 0:14:14really good outside pass pressures, so if they're not able to block

0:14:14 > 0:14:16against that Rams front, they're going to be in big trouble.

0:14:16 > 0:14:18Matt Ryan's going to be in big trouble.

0:14:18 > 0:14:21He's not going to be able to get the ball to Julio Jones.

0:14:21 > 0:14:22Rams?

0:14:22 > 0:14:23Rams.

0:14:23 > 0:14:24Falcons?

0:14:24 > 0:14:25Yeah, it's hard, tough.

0:14:25 > 0:14:29Yeah, I'm not going to put pressups on every one we do this show

0:14:29 > 0:14:32otherwise next week you could be down there for most of it.

0:14:32 > 0:14:34The second NFC wild card fixture takes place on Sunday,

0:14:34 > 0:14:36that's between the NFC South Divisional rivals,

0:14:36 > 0:14:37fifth seed Carolina Panthers travelling to fourth seed,

0:14:37 > 0:14:39New Orleans Saints.

0:14:39 > 0:14:40You're the hunter or you're the hunted.

0:14:40 > 0:14:4263 yard run by Cam Newton.

0:14:42 > 0:14:43Here's Kamara.

0:14:43 > 0:14:44Slips the tackle.

0:14:44 > 0:14:45Touchdown!

0:14:45 > 0:14:46Is he special or what?

0:14:46 > 0:14:48Our ultimate goal is to win the Super Bowl,

0:14:48 > 0:14:49and that's bottom line.

0:14:49 > 0:14:52Are you as confused about this one Panthers at the Saints,

0:14:52 > 0:14:55as you were about the Falcons at the Rams?

0:14:55 > 0:14:581,000%, Mark.

0:14:58 > 0:14:59It hasn't got any better for me.

0:14:59 > 0:15:01Right, OK.

0:15:01 > 0:15:02I tell you what, to help you.

0:15:02 > 0:15:03Please.

0:15:03 > 0:15:06They've obviously played each other twice, so you've got a bit

0:15:06 > 0:15:08of history to go on here.

0:15:08 > 0:15:09Yes.

0:15:09 > 0:15:11Week three, New Orleans, 34, Carolina 13.

0:15:11 > 0:15:12Week 13, Carolina 21, New Orleans 31.

0:15:12 > 0:15:15New Orleans have done the double over them this year.

0:15:15 > 0:15:17And so that is the thing we always talk about.

0:15:17 > 0:15:20It's hard to beat a team three times.

0:15:20 > 0:15:22That's in the favour of Carolina.

0:15:22 > 0:15:26I mean, it was the Alvin Kamara show.

0:15:26 > 0:15:30He was the guy who beat him up the two games they played.

0:15:30 > 0:15:32And obviously he is playing lights out right now,

0:15:32 > 0:15:34so they have got to find a way to stop him.

0:15:34 > 0:15:37The only way Carolina can win this game is if Cam Newton runs

0:15:37 > 0:15:39the ball ten to 15 times.

0:15:39 > 0:15:40Design runs.

0:15:40 > 0:15:44He has to be super, Super Cam.

0:15:44 > 0:15:47Pulling the Superman chest thing he used to do, to win this game.

0:15:47 > 0:15:49He has to have the best game.

0:15:49 > 0:15:51New Orleans is a better football team than the Carolina Panthers.

0:15:51 > 0:15:54Carolina, they can run the football.

0:15:54 > 0:15:56Cam Newton has thrown the most interceptions of all the teams

0:15:56 > 0:15:57in the playoffs right now.

0:15:57 > 0:16:00He has the lowest completed passes percentage.

0:16:00 > 0:16:03What the Saints are going to do is be like, OK, these

0:16:03 > 0:16:05guys are going to come in and he is going to

0:16:05 > 0:16:07try to run the ball.

0:16:07 > 0:16:10They are going to take away that immediately and force him to beat

0:16:10 > 0:16:11them throwing the football.

0:16:11 > 0:16:13And he is not going to be able to do it.

0:16:13 > 0:16:15So, I totally agree with you, right?

0:16:15 > 0:16:17That is what they are going to do.

0:16:17 > 0:16:19And we have discussed this before.

0:16:19 > 0:16:20New Orleans had issues in the secondary.

0:16:20 > 0:16:22The young two players have stepped up for them.

0:16:22 > 0:16:23The young guys.

0:16:23 > 0:16:25Lattimore we've been talking about all year.

0:16:25 > 0:16:28He had his worst game last week and we always talk

0:16:28 > 0:16:29about rookies hitting the wall.

0:16:29 > 0:16:31So, yes, that is what is going to have to happen.

0:16:31 > 0:16:34Those guys in the secondary have to play great.

0:16:34 > 0:16:36Cam Newton is going to challenge them down the field.

0:16:36 > 0:16:38Are they able to hold up to that battle?

0:16:38 > 0:16:41You have got to look at who he had the bad game against.

0:16:41 > 0:16:44It is not like Tampa Bay doesn't have some outstanding receivers.

0:16:44 > 0:16:47He was going against Mike Evans, a Pro Bowl football player.

0:16:47 > 0:16:48He is a big position receiver.

0:16:48 > 0:16:50The same kind of receivers, like Funchess.

0:16:50 > 0:16:52You are going to say Funchess is like Mike Evans.

0:16:52 > 0:16:54He is a big position receiver.

0:16:54 > 0:16:58A guy that can put his arms out, put it behind you and make the catch.

0:16:58 > 0:17:00He is not going to run by you.

0:17:00 > 0:17:01It is all about contested catches.

0:17:01 > 0:17:03He is that kind of guy.

0:17:03 > 0:17:05Funchess is no way in the league of a Mike Evans.

0:17:05 > 0:17:07I am just saying this is where...

0:17:07 > 0:17:10This is what Carolina is going to have to do to win.

0:17:10 > 0:17:12Are you saying they are going to win?

0:17:12 > 0:17:13I am going with New Orleans.

0:17:13 > 0:17:14That was my final thing.

0:17:14 > 0:17:17The Saints have got more than one way to beat the Panthers,

0:17:17 > 0:17:20whereas the Panthers have one way to beat the Saints,

0:17:20 > 0:17:21which is Cam Newton's run game?

0:17:21 > 0:17:23Is that what you're saying?

0:17:23 > 0:17:26I am saying Cam, yes, he has to run the ball and make

0:17:26 > 0:17:27the big throws down the field.

0:17:27 > 0:17:28So you are going Saints?

0:17:28 > 0:17:30I am going Saints after all that.

0:17:30 > 0:17:31Definitely Saints.

0:17:31 > 0:17:32OK.

0:17:32 > 0:17:34It is easier when you don't have your breath back,

0:17:34 > 0:17:36because the chats are shorter.

0:17:36 > 0:17:37To the AFC side of the playoffs.

0:17:37 > 0:17:40Last Sunday, it was all meant to be so straightforward.

0:17:40 > 0:17:43The Buffalo Bills were off to Miami to keep themselves in the hunt,

0:17:43 > 0:17:45but with minimal hope as the Baltimore Ravens

0:17:45 > 0:17:46were in pole position.

0:17:46 > 0:17:46They just had to beat the Cincinnati Bengals.

0:17:46 > 0:17:48They just had to beat the Cincinnati Bengals.

0:17:48 > 0:17:53The time is now!

0:17:53 > 0:18:01Kick some ass and come out of here with that W.

0:18:01 > 0:18:03The most improbable long shot for the playoffs

0:18:03 > 0:18:04were the Buffalo Bills.

0:18:04 > 0:18:09First they had to win and then hope.

0:18:09 > 0:18:10Good job, keep playing.

0:18:10 > 0:18:13First part accomplished, building a 19-0 lead

0:18:13 > 0:18:14with Kyle Williams enjoying a special moment.

0:18:14 > 0:18:16COMMENTATOR: Kyle Williams goes into the end zone.

0:18:16 > 0:18:23Touchdown!

0:18:23 > 0:18:24Bills victorious, but were they through?

0:18:24 > 0:18:27And their fate is on the line.

0:18:27 > 0:18:28Great win, man.

0:18:28 > 0:18:30Time to see what happens around the league now.

0:18:30 > 0:18:32Trying to get into the playoffs.

0:18:32 > 0:18:34Get the game on the TV in here.

0:18:34 > 0:18:37If the Baltimore Ravens won at home to the lowly Cincinnati Bengals,

0:18:37 > 0:18:38they, and not the Bills, would go through.

0:18:38 > 0:18:41We win and we are in.

0:18:41 > 0:18:43Tyler Croft upsetting the logic of the day.

0:18:43 > 0:18:44Looks to throw.

0:18:44 > 0:18:48Touchdown!

0:18:48 > 0:18:52Then a juggled interception by Darqueze Dennard.

0:18:52 > 0:18:57The Bengals leading by 24-10.

0:18:57 > 0:18:59Picked off across the 35, 40.

0:18:59 > 0:19:02Playoffs had to be reached the hard way.

0:19:02 > 0:19:05Via the comeback of the season.

0:19:05 > 0:19:07Alex Collins starting the chase.

0:19:07 > 0:19:11Mike Wallace putting the Ravens ahead.

0:19:11 > 0:19:16And on the brink of the playoffs.

0:19:16 > 0:19:18Into the last minute of the final quarter.

0:19:18 > 0:19:20This is it.

0:19:20 > 0:19:23Inches up in the pocket.

0:19:23 > 0:19:26Get in!

0:19:26 > 0:19:34Touchdown.

0:19:35 > 0:19:41Into the postseason go the Bills.

0:19:41 > 0:19:44Here are all the week 17 results from the AFC.

0:19:44 > 0:19:47A couple to pick out.

0:19:47 > 0:19:48Pittsburgh Steelers.

0:19:48 > 0:19:55A 24-28 win over Cleveland.

0:19:55 > 0:19:58It meant the Browns are zero and 16 for the season.

0:19:58 > 0:19:59And one and 31...

0:19:59 > 0:20:00Do not laugh.

0:20:00 > 0:20:01Over the last two seasons.

0:20:01 > 0:20:05I could have done better!

0:20:05 > 0:20:07I could have coached the team.

0:20:07 > 0:20:15Oakland's defeat against the LA Chargers was the last game in charge

0:20:15 > 0:20:17for their head coach, Jack Del Rio.

0:20:17 > 0:20:19So confirmation of the AFC playoff picture.

0:20:19 > 0:20:21The Titans and the Bills going into the playoffs.

0:20:21 > 0:20:23Tennessee got fifth because of a better record

0:20:23 > 0:20:31against Conference rivals Baltimore.

0:20:31 > 0:20:37-- against Conference rivals.

0:20:37 > 0:20:38Buffalo.

0:20:38 > 0:20:41They got six over Baltimore because basically they have a better

0:20:41 > 0:20:43record playing teams with a better record.

0:20:43 > 0:20:44That is how everything is lined up.

0:20:44 > 0:20:47New England is the number one seeds in the AFC.

0:20:47 > 0:20:48Pittsburgh the number two.

0:20:48 > 0:20:51Tennessee's game against Kansas City is going on right now and also

0:20:51 > 0:20:53this weekend it will be Jacksonville against Buffalo.

0:20:53 > 0:20:55And Buffalo, will come onto the actual game shortly

0:20:55 > 0:20:56between Buffalo and Jacksonville.

0:20:56 > 0:20:58But that is a lovely story, into the playoffs

0:20:58 > 0:20:59for the first time since 1999.

0:20:59 > 0:21:02The longest playoff drought of any team in American sport.

0:21:02 > 0:21:07Buffalo a long-suffering franchise in every way.

0:21:07 > 0:21:10There was a time when this team went to the Super Bowl four

0:21:10 > 0:21:11years in a row and lost.

0:21:11 > 0:21:16And so this is nothing new to them, but it is a really good

0:21:16 > 0:21:18story because they have passionate, loyal fans.

0:21:18 > 0:21:20They show up week in, week out and I am really

0:21:20 > 0:21:21happy for that team.

0:21:21 > 0:21:24And a real surprise?

0:21:24 > 0:21:26A real surprise and we have been getting on the whole

0:21:26 > 0:21:28season about almost losing this opportunity.

0:21:28 > 0:21:29It is good for them.

0:21:29 > 0:21:31You are happy for them and happy for the community.

0:21:31 > 0:21:32The Ravens?

0:21:32 > 0:21:33Oh, man.

0:21:33 > 0:21:34I realise...

0:21:34 > 0:21:36Yeah.

0:21:36 > 0:21:39Not the most insightful bit of television that.

0:21:39 > 0:21:42I just said the Ravens and he just goes, oh, man.

0:21:42 > 0:21:45The thing about the Ravens, this was a team nobody would have

0:21:45 > 0:21:51wanted to play if they made the playoffs, because defensively

0:21:51 > 0:21:54they are strong and offensively Flacco could go off at any

0:21:54 > 0:21:55point in time.

0:21:55 > 0:21:57But the fact they did not make the playoffs.

0:21:57 > 0:22:00They had this game in their hands and just let it slip through.

0:22:00 > 0:22:02A really unfortunate situation.

0:22:02 > 0:22:04What in general does the fact that Buffalo and Tennessee

0:22:04 > 0:22:06are in the playoffs tell you about the AFC?

0:22:06 > 0:22:13Well, Buffalo I am OK with.

0:22:13 > 0:22:15Because they had a strong start to the season.

0:22:15 > 0:22:16They faltered little bit.

0:22:16 > 0:22:18And you know kind of came on at the end.

0:22:18 > 0:22:19But the Tennessee Titans.

0:22:19 > 0:22:22This is just a terrible football team in my opinion.

0:22:22 > 0:22:25They have no business being in the playoffs and it shows

0:22:25 > 0:22:28the weakness of the AFC because those teams would never have

0:22:28 > 0:22:29made it in the NFC.

0:22:29 > 0:22:32The bottom half of the AFC it is such elite quarterbacks

0:22:32 > 0:22:35at the top end, that you can see the difference on the bottom half

0:22:35 > 0:22:37and why you have these issues.

0:22:37 > 0:22:38Ultimately, Tennessee have a formula.

0:22:38 > 0:22:41They were just like, we are going to run the ball

0:22:41 > 0:22:43and play good defense, and it worked out for them.

0:22:43 > 0:22:44What will Cleveland do next season?

0:22:44 > 0:22:48If I had to put you on the spot, which is really hard,

0:22:48 > 0:22:51because you don't know who they've drafted, but if I had to ask

0:22:51 > 0:22:54you what their record would be, if we were sitting here this time

0:22:54 > 0:22:55next year, what would it be?

0:22:55 > 0:22:56I give them six games.

0:22:56 > 0:22:57Right.

0:22:57 > 0:22:58Six and ten?

0:22:58 > 0:23:00I give them six games.

0:23:00 > 0:23:02Impossible.

0:23:02 > 0:23:05I tell you what, they are not going to go in 16.

0:23:05 > 0:23:06I say that.

0:23:06 > 0:23:07They will not go 16 again.

0:23:07 > 0:23:08No.

0:23:08 > 0:23:10They will win at least a game.

0:23:10 > 0:23:11You can't give them three?

0:23:11 > 0:23:13They will win at least a game, for sure.

0:23:13 > 0:23:15That is a bit harsh, that.

0:23:15 > 0:23:18We'll have highlights of the first AFC wild card game between Tennessee

0:23:18 > 0:23:20and Kansas City on Tuesday's NFL This Week.

0:23:20 > 0:23:23So right now we'll look at the second AFC Wild Card game

0:23:23 > 0:23:24to be played this weekend.

0:23:24 > 0:23:27That's between sixth seed Buffalo Bills who travel to thrrd

0:23:27 > 0:23:29seed Jacksonville Jaguars.

0:23:29 > 0:23:30I love this guy.

0:23:30 > 0:23:32We know what it's about!

0:23:32 > 0:23:37Touchdown!

0:23:37 > 0:23:41Touchdown, Buffalo.

0:23:41 > 0:23:51The Buffalo Bills are going to the play-offs.

0:23:52 > 0:23:54Very simply, how do you see it?

0:23:54 > 0:23:55HE SIGHS.

0:23:55 > 0:23:56Because...

0:23:56 > 0:23:58That's why I keep on taking these deep breaths.

0:23:58 > 0:24:00Because you just never really know.

0:24:00 > 0:24:03If LeSean McCoy is able to play in this football game,

0:24:03 > 0:24:04I'm going with Buffalo Bills.

0:24:04 > 0:24:05Whoa.

0:24:05 > 0:24:06If McCoy plays in this game.

0:24:06 > 0:24:09If he doesn't play in this game, then obviously I'm going to go

0:24:09 > 0:24:10with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

0:24:10 > 0:24:13Because I think the running game is going to be so important.

0:24:13 > 0:24:16Defensively, Jacksonville Jaguars are going to have to shut down that

0:24:16 > 0:24:17Buffalo Bills running attack.

0:24:17 > 0:24:20I don't think Taylor is going to be able to beat them early

0:24:20 > 0:24:22because of the two quarterbacks the Jacksonville Jaguars have.

0:24:22 > 0:24:24But if McCoy is playing, that changes the entire

0:24:24 > 0:24:25dynamics of this game.

0:24:25 > 0:24:27Jason?

0:24:27 > 0:24:28I am going with Jacksonville.

0:24:28 > 0:24:31If LeSean McCoy is not in the game, Buffalo does not have a chance.

0:24:31 > 0:24:34But I'm going with Jacksonville and especially if they can get

0:24:34 > 0:24:36a decent lead, because that is how they play well.

0:24:36 > 0:24:38They play well with the lead.

0:24:38 > 0:24:39Those pass rushers can get loose.

0:24:39 > 0:24:42Not that there is going to be a ton of throwing.

0:24:42 > 0:24:44But, ultimately, that defense really plays well with the lead.

0:24:44 > 0:24:46Because Jacksonville struggle if they have to chase a game?

0:24:46 > 0:24:49Yeah, because you've got like Bortles throwing the ball

0:24:49 > 0:24:50and you don't want that happening.

0:24:50 > 0:24:53And you do not want him to turn the ball over.

0:24:53 > 0:24:56That phrase is, whilst a lot of people who have been with us

0:24:56 > 0:24:58all season will recognise the validity of that phrase,

0:24:58 > 0:25:00saying about a playoff team, a team seeded third,

0:25:00 > 0:25:03by the way, you don't want your quarterback throwing the ball.

0:25:03 > 0:25:07It is sort of gobsmacking that they've got this far.

0:25:07 > 0:25:09Good coaches know their players.

0:25:09 > 0:25:12They are not going to put them in positions that fail.

0:25:12 > 0:25:13They know what kind of quarterback he is.

0:25:13 > 0:25:15They know how they got there.

0:25:15 > 0:25:18They got there by running the ball and being a lead on defense.

0:25:18 > 0:25:20Why are you going to change it?

0:25:20 > 0:25:22Don't go in there, start throwing the ball, getting turnovers.

0:25:22 > 0:25:24You want to play your game.

0:25:24 > 0:25:26The entire league is driven by the quarterback position.

0:25:26 > 0:25:27It's not about other people stepping up.

0:25:27 > 0:25:30The quarterback is the only one who touches the ball.

0:25:30 > 0:25:31Every single play.

0:25:31 > 0:25:37So you don't let him touch it.

0:25:37 > 0:25:38Hand the ball off.

0:25:38 > 0:25:39Do high percentage passes.

0:25:39 > 0:25:41Do not have him forcing the ball down the field.

0:25:41 > 0:25:43That's what we're talking about.

0:25:43 > 0:25:44That's what they did.

0:25:44 > 0:25:46Tom Coughlin came in and said, do you see that guy?

0:25:46 > 0:25:49He is not going to lose a game for us.

0:25:49 > 0:25:51This is what we are going to do.

0:25:51 > 0:25:52We are not playing Peewee League football.

0:25:52 > 0:25:56You're not going to go into the game knowing that all these guys can do

0:25:56 > 0:25:57is run the football.

0:25:57 > 0:25:59Defenses are going to put eight in the box.

0:25:59 > 0:26:01They are going to stack the line of scrimmage

0:26:01 > 0:26:02to make sure he can't...

0:26:02 > 0:26:04You can't run the ball.

0:26:04 > 0:26:06OK, so Fournette, the Jaguars running back, three of his five

0:26:06 > 0:26:08worst rushing totals in the last six games.

0:26:08 > 0:26:11Now, is that a rookie who has hit the wall?

0:26:11 > 0:26:12Yeah.

0:26:12 > 0:26:15Or, is that teams realising that Blake Bortles can't throw the ball

0:26:15 > 0:26:18and setting up their defense to stop the run?

0:26:18 > 0:26:22A little bit of both, but it's the playoffs.

0:26:22 > 0:26:25You've just got to get it up there and win and win

0:26:25 > 0:26:26your one-on-one battle.

0:26:26 > 0:26:29And I think Jacksonville as a team can win those one-on-one

0:26:29 > 0:26:30battles across the board.

0:26:30 > 0:26:31OK.

0:26:31 > 0:26:33I know your predictions depend on LeSean McCoy's fitness,

0:26:33 > 0:26:34but, what will you go?

0:26:34 > 0:26:36I'm going with Buffalo if LeSean McCoy plays.

0:26:36 > 0:26:38And if he doesn't play?

0:26:38 > 0:26:39Jacksonville.

0:26:39 > 0:26:40Jacksonville.

0:26:40 > 0:26:41Whatever happens?

0:26:41 > 0:26:42Got to roll with them.

0:26:42 > 0:26:46Let me just show you how the wild card games are scheduled.

0:26:46 > 0:26:51Later tonight is when the Falcons go to the Rams, that that 1:15am.

0:26:51 > 0:26:53Then the other games are on Sunday.

0:26:53 > 0:26:54Bills at the Jaguars.

0:26:54 > 0:27:01And Panthers at the Saints.

0:27:01 > 0:27:04Before we go, time for the highs and lows from the last week

0:27:04 > 0:27:05of the regular season.

0:27:05 > 0:27:09There are plenty here.

0:27:09 > 0:27:13Bryce Petty could not get his helmet on and then realised

0:27:13 > 0:27:16he had got his bobble hat on as well as whatever that thing

0:27:16 > 0:27:19was to keep his head warm.

0:27:19 > 0:27:23There were plenty of players trying to keep warm and forgetting they had

0:27:23 > 0:27:24left winter clothing on.

0:27:24 > 0:27:29That is Donnie Jones.

0:27:29 > 0:27:30The Eagles punter taking his tracksuit bottoms off.

0:27:30 > 0:27:32Robby Anderson spiked the ball here.

0:27:32 > 0:27:35And it went straight into the face of a Patriot.

0:27:35 > 0:27:38Speaking of using your face to stop the ball rather than your hands...

0:27:38 > 0:27:42Oh, man.

0:27:42 > 0:27:43Oh, man.

0:27:43 > 0:27:44That is Chad Hansen.

0:27:44 > 0:27:46And look at this for a block, as well.

0:27:46 > 0:27:50With his face, from the Raiders, Justin Ellis.

0:27:50 > 0:27:55This is a great play from the Lions.

0:27:55 > 0:27:58Two-point conversion that completely fooled...

0:27:58 > 0:28:01Quarterbacks don't drop passes, if you have ever seen.

0:28:01 > 0:28:02This is a team in the playoffs.

0:28:02 > 0:28:05LAUGHTER.

0:28:05 > 0:28:09I am stating a fact. I am not making a comment.

0:28:11 > 0:28:12We haven't seen many hurdles this season.

0:28:12 > 0:28:15That is Eric Ebron.

0:28:15 > 0:28:17Nobody is going to stop Mike Tolbert here.

0:28:17 > 0:28:19Oh, that's my boy!

0:28:19 > 0:28:20Getting run over like that.

0:28:20 > 0:28:28Look at the size of him.

0:28:28 > 0:28:29You will like this, as well.

0:28:29 > 0:28:30Oh, my goodness.

0:28:30 > 0:28:31Yeah, from Devonta Freeman.

0:28:31 > 0:28:32The Falcons.

0:28:32 > 0:28:34He led the league in interceptions.

0:28:34 > 0:28:35Big Play Slay.

0:28:35 > 0:28:36Big Play Slay.

0:28:36 > 0:28:37And, finally, Kyle Williams celebrated his first

0:28:37 > 0:28:39touchdown for the Bills.

0:28:39 > 0:28:42We're back on Tuesday with NFL This Week to bring you highlights

0:28:42 > 0:28:45and analysis from all of this weekend's wild card fixtures.

0:28:45 > 0:28:49That's BBC Two at our normal time of 11:15.

0:28:49 > 0:28:52Thanks for watching this evening.

0:28:52 > 0:28:54Jason is off to practise some more press ups.

0:28:54 > 0:28:56Myself and Osi, and Jason...

0:28:56 > 0:28:58Do you want to do any more before we go?

0:28:58 > 0:28:59I'm cool.

0:28:59 > 0:29:00OK.

0:29:00 > 0:29:02We will see you next week.

0:29:02 > 0:29:05Good night.
