0:29:39 > 0:29:43at two hours on Tuesday and on a Thursday and a couple of hours on a
0:29:43 > 0:29:56Friday morning and we try to stay as full-time as we can, to the
0:30:05 > 0:30:08benefit of the girls and the team and to be fair at Doncaster, we do
0:30:08 > 0:30:11things a little bit differently, we have not got a huge investor or the
0:30:11 > 0:30:14backing of the club, so we have to develop on our own.Even if you win,
0:30:14 > 0:30:17how do you keep yourself motivated and the players.We have to make
0:30:17 > 0:30:20sure we are ready for the time that we can. We have got a strong
0:30:20 > 0:30:23structure in place and all that we are missing, it is not a secret, it
