:00:41. > :00:50.A green patch of grass holds the centre of our attention. A special

:00:51. > :00:55.sport, a sacred place, for this is the stage where the great players

:00:56. > :01:00.have held sway. The oldest, the most traditional tournament of the lot.

:01:01. > :01:04.Champions are made here and their gifts are manifold. The power serve,

:01:05. > :01:12.the graceful game, the few Britons of youth, said fast and the ice

:01:13. > :01:20.cool. This year, it boils down to these two men in white, battling for

:01:21. > :01:24.a trophy of gold. And the man who lives that trophy today will have

:01:25. > :01:28.two handle everything, they'll have to cope with the expectation, with

:01:29. > :01:33.the occasion, with the history of this event, with the conditions and

:01:34. > :01:35.with the crowd, who today have a firm favourite because the Men's

:01:36. > :01:38.Singles final is between Milos Raonic of Canada and Andy Murray of

:01:39. > :01:48.Great Britain. Not so long ago, not so far away

:01:49. > :01:53.from Wimbledon, Andy Murray and Milos Raonic played another final on

:01:54. > :01:58.grass at the Queen's Club, Raonic led by a set and a break and yet the

:01:59. > :02:07.trophy, for the fifth time, went to marry. Raonic has unfinished

:02:08. > :02:11.business. -- Murray. The Canadian is determined to master these lawns, to

:02:12. > :02:17.use his power but add precision, to try and become a Wimbledon champion,

:02:18. > :02:22.he's turned to one. You cannot be serious! With John McEnroe coaxing

:02:23. > :02:25.him, Raonic has found new dimensions to his Dennis. It's extraordinary

:02:26. > :02:32.from Milos Raonic! Too strong from Milos Raonic. But also to his

:02:33. > :02:37.character. Before Wimbledon, need never recovered from two sets down

:02:38. > :02:41.to win a match. Few who find themselves trailing Federer on his

:02:42. > :02:45.adopted home of Centre Court can convert to a victory. Dream over

:02:46. > :02:49.four Federer but Milos Raonic through to his first grand slam

:02:50. > :02:54.final. Raonic knows the difference now between being strong and being

:02:55. > :02:59.tough. Such resilience has long formed part of Murray's armoury.

:03:00. > :03:04.Britain expects. He has to deal with it. , On, Andy! That the most

:03:05. > :03:07.significant moment of his championship game in a match he was

:03:08. > :03:12.not involved with, the departure of Djokovic meant the throne was vacant

:03:13. > :03:16.and for many, Murray became the man. He's done it! Massive shock at

:03:17. > :03:20.Wimbledon. But in his corner is the man who was there the last time he

:03:21. > :03:29.won Wimbledon. With Ivan Lendl there, the pressure has rarely

:03:30. > :03:30.shown, even when Jo-Wilfried Tsonga's remarkable recovery.

:03:31. > :03:34.Intense bit set in the quarterfinal, Murray didn't brink -- blink. A

:03:35. > :03:38.victory for willpower. His dismissal of Tomas Berdych only confirmed his

:03:39. > :03:41.country's confidence. The home favourite is also the bookies

:03:42. > :03:48.favourite but Raonic is more of an obstacle than ever before. On a day

:03:49. > :03:52.when sports fans are spoilt for choice, a ticket to the Wimbledon

:03:53. > :03:55.Men's Singles final is the most prized possessions but when royalty

:03:56. > :04:02.arrives, tennis royalty has to wait their turn. Joining the Duke and

:04:03. > :04:07.Duchess of Cambridge in the Royal box, Oscar nominees both Benedict

:04:08. > :04:10.Cumberbatch and Bradley Cooper and tennis greats, Chris Evert, winner

:04:11. > :04:14.of 18 grand slam titles, three of them are dwindled, Stefan Edberg,

:04:15. > :04:18.whom Andy Murray was hoping to emulate with a second Wimbledon

:04:19. > :04:24.title and the man who won five in a row here on Centre Court, Bjorn

:04:25. > :04:29.Borg. For the players, this was a tense occasion. An 11th grand slam

:04:30. > :04:32.final four Murray but for the first time, it was not Federer or Djokovic

:04:33. > :04:34.on the other side of the net but Milos Raonic, the first Canadian man

:04:35. > :04:47.in a grand slam final. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

:04:48. > :04:51.A roar of appreciation greeted them from a Centre Court crowd on its

:04:52. > :04:59.feet before play had even started. The toss was carried out by

:05:00. > :05:03.11-year-old Yusef Maza representing a charity which helps children from

:05:04. > :05:06.loss, trauma and bereavement. Milos Raonic won the toss and elected to

:05:07. > :05:08.serve first, not surprisingly given how well he's been doing so in these

:05:09. > :05:15.championships. Play which done exceptionally high

:05:16. > :05:18.level from the early stages. We knew the blows would be happy and the

:05:19. > :05:28.footwork fast and the reactions, reflex.

:05:29. > :05:34.Andy Murray had an early site at a break point.

:05:35. > :05:45.But couldn't control his forehand. Raonic held. So we join it with the

:05:46. > :05:48.scores level, 3-3 in the first full stop Raonic serving, commentary from

:05:49. > :06:02.Andrew Castle, Tim Henman and Lleyton Hewitt.

:06:03. > :06:10.LLEYTON HEWITT: Both guys have had a release Ollett start to this match.

:06:11. > :06:16.Only the one half chance for Andy Murray, a break point. We have seen

:06:17. > :06:22.him there down the same and that he is now.

:06:23. > :06:30.ANDREW CASTLE: That was the volley that he missed at Queen's Club, just

:06:31. > :06:36.going behind his man. It was called in. He challenged it. I remember, it

:06:37. > :06:37.changed the momentum because he was a set and a break-up in the final

:06:38. > :07:50.Queen's against Murray. It away. Raonic, trying to dance

:07:51. > :08:31.around his backhand to get the big forehand into play.

:08:32. > :08:42.Oh, boy, that was a chip and charged wasn't it? He'd love to have that

:08:43. > :08:46.one over again. On the backhand wing, too, normally such a solid

:08:47. > :08:50.pass by Andy Murray. Just over hitting that one. The two break

:08:51. > :09:28.point he's had, he's had second serves on both of them.

:09:29. > :09:44.When they met in the Queen's final, it took Andy Murray a set and hard

:09:45. > :09:47.to get the right radar an the Raonic serve but here, he struck first and

:09:48. > :09:58.a couple of games later, find himself serving for the first set.

:09:59. > :10:06.LLEYTON HEWITT: For me, it will be interesting to see how hard he hit

:10:07. > :10:10.his first service game. He knows he's only four points away from

:10:11. > :10:14.closing at such an important asset in this one. Does he try to go for

:10:15. > :10:18.big ones to get the cheap points or does he stick to the game plan that

:10:19. > :10:48.has got him holding up and making a lot of first serves?

:10:49. > :12:21.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE And it's there. Murray tidying up.

:12:22. > :12:24.41 minutes of first class play. At times, from both. But it is Murray

:12:25. > :12:30.who wins it with that, serving himself, having broken at 3-3. He

:12:31. > :12:37.goes ahead and holds all his deliveries. CLARE BALDING: Having

:12:38. > :12:40.taken the first set 6-4, Murray had an early opportunity to break the

:12:41. > :12:42.Raonic serve at the start of the second but his forehand failed to

:12:43. > :12:52.clear the net. In the seventh game, Murray had

:12:53. > :12:57.another chance to break. But Raonic's volleying held strong.

:12:58. > :13:03.Murray getting angry and anxious. Ivan Lendl, the opposite. So let's

:13:04. > :13:14.rejoin it at 4-4, 30-30, Raonic serving.

:13:15. > :13:22.ANDREW CASTLE: Just wide, the arms come out, the parting shot from

:13:23. > :13:29.Murray asked a very difficult question. The long arm of the law

:13:30. > :13:32.came out, Milos Raonic, just spreading... Oh, and he's caught the

:13:33. > :13:45.line. He's going to be so upset with that. Three millimetres in. UMPIRE:

:13:46. > :13:46.Replay the point. Jake Garner from Florida in the chair, a second

:13:47. > :14:05.Wimbledon final for him. Not coming in on that one. 147 mph,

:14:06. > :14:16.into the body, the quickest serve of the tournament by far. LLEYTON

:14:17. > :15:03.HEWITT: And he still lost the point! What a passing shot!

:15:04. > :15:38.Oh, he's left it and it has fallen in. Milos is challenging but I think

:15:39. > :15:43.this might have caught the line. It is tight. It got called in and it

:15:44. > :15:51.has caught the outside edge and gives him another break point.

:15:52. > :16:08.UMPIRE: Mr Raonic has two challenges remaining.

:16:09. > :16:24.CROWD GASPS Once again, 141 mph, ended off. --

:16:25. > :16:25.fended off. TIM HENMAN: Incredible how cleanly Murray hits these

:16:26. > :17:14.returns. APPLAUSE

:17:15. > :17:21.What a hold of serve that was from Raonic, superb. CLARE BALDING:

:17:22. > :17:22.Raonic challenging the speed gun and holding of Murray and so the second

:17:23. > :17:39.set went to a tie-break. That is a mis-hit. That is very poor

:17:40. > :17:42.from Raonic, it has to be said. Raonic benefited from the mis-hit

:17:43. > :17:47.earlier in Murray's la service game, Beckham Pleat shamed their for

:17:48. > :17:52.Murray and Raonic did not deal well with the approach. -- a complete

:17:53. > :18:17.shape their from Murray. Early mini-break for Murray.

:18:18. > :18:26.Just too tough from Murray. Again, he gets out of position, stretches

:18:27. > :18:32.the big man. -- gets him out of position.

:18:33. > :18:40.He knew how important it was to hold onto that many break after being

:18:41. > :18:45.given a bit of a gift in the first one, especially after -- against

:18:46. > :19:10.such a good server. Two first serves, consolidates the

:19:11. > :19:29.break, 3-0. He will be looking for more mini-breaks, here.

:19:30. > :20:23.Oh, you're joking! It's two! Oh, boy, can he move? I'm surprised the

:20:24. > :20:28.front row of the Royal box have not got on their that one. I'd love to

:20:29. > :20:37.see that. But once again, Raonic electing to hit the bounce smash and

:20:38. > :20:41.Murray read him like a book. I think he's got to let it bounce. Murray

:20:42. > :20:44.has done so well to hit the log so high to give himself the opportunity

:20:45. > :20:45.to get back in the rally but then Raonic has to do more with the

:20:46. > :21:31.smash. -- hit the lob. He hasn't put a foot wrong in this

:21:32. > :21:36.tie-break so far, going up 5-1 at the change of ends now but the point

:21:37. > :21:39.before, to get up that double mini-break, the effort he put in at

:21:40. > :21:43.the back of the court to stay in that rally, keep asking the question

:21:44. > :21:47.is, that is why you do all the hard work, often in the preseason, at the

:21:48. > :21:51.start of the year. It is physically so tough breaking down out there

:21:52. > :22:01.now, and it pays off on the biggest stage. -- to break him down out

:22:02. > :22:02.there. That is a rare sight. The next couple of minutes could

:22:03. > :23:34.determine this Wimbledon final. Raonic hanging in there. Murray's

:23:35. > :23:40.hit four out four first serves in this tie-break and now has the

:23:41. > :23:43.opportunity on his own serve. The more demanding end to serve from.

:23:44. > :24:18.But three set points. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

:24:19. > :24:25.Deep second serve did the job. He's taken a giant step towards a second

:24:26. > :24:32.Wimbledon title, here. Two sets up, 6-4, 7-6 after one hour 47. CLARE

:24:33. > :24:35.BALDING: Impressive so far from Andy Murray, and we are going to join it

:24:36. > :24:37.at 2-2 in the third with Murray potentially in a spot of bother,

:24:38. > :24:53.15-30 on serve. COMMENTATOR: The coach knows this is

:24:54. > :25:02.a moment, down 15-40, right out of the middle. Big forehand return but

:25:03. > :25:12.only 82 mph, middle of the box on the second serve.

:25:13. > :25:19.APPLAUSE The first break point that Raonic

:25:20. > :25:27.has had in this match. This is the second. Milos was looking for the

:25:28. > :25:28.one out wide and he got a bit unlucky, it dropped on the line and

:25:29. > :26:09.he was too far ahead of the ball. You can almost sense the tension in

:26:10. > :26:10.the crowd. Murray knew the importance of that point and getting

:26:11. > :26:43.them back on their feet. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

:26:44. > :27:06.He played him back in, Raonic, great pass.

:27:07. > :27:15.That has got the crowd fired up and now he wants his box to fire up.

:27:16. > :27:28.CLARE BALDING: Murray shouting at his team to get fired up and show

:27:29. > :27:32.some emotion. Both players continue to hold and we rejoin it with Raonic

:27:33. > :28:19.serving to take the third set into a tie-break.

:28:20. > :29:11.APPLAUSE Raonic is throwing absolutely

:29:12. > :29:14.everything into this game, as he should but the previous point,

:29:15. > :29:20.hitting a massive second serve ace, Ghislaine Maxwell out there at the

:29:21. > :30:28.moment. -- he's laying it all out there.

:30:29. > :30:44.Here we go again, then. Murray is one tie break away from a second

:30:45. > :30:47.title. He needs to win it to keep the final alive, Raonic.

:30:48. > :31:19.CHEERING UMPIRE: Thank you. Please.

:31:20. > :31:27.Murray got off to a great start in the second set tie-break, got the

:31:28. > :31:30.early mini-break, got the first point on own serve. Now he will look

:31:31. > :31:55.to do the same on Raonic's serve. Well, Andy Murray loves a target on

:31:56. > :32:02.the backhand side. The approach was deep. Murray is just licking his

:32:03. > :32:08.lips at those ones. 15 backhand winners as the breeze gets up, we

:32:09. > :32:27.have a dust of all here on Centre Court. -- dust devil.

:32:28. > :32:53.How good were those two points? The biggest server in the world at the

:32:54. > :33:55.moment, and his defensive skills are amazing.

:33:56. > :34:03.He is having a lovely time now, dictating on the forehand side,

:34:04. > :34:11.surging to another Wimbledon title surely now, 5-0.

:34:12. > :35:05.Do it now, don't worry about your own serve, says Jamie Dell

:35:06. > :35:20.CROWD GROANS. For the second tie-break in a row,

:35:21. > :35:23.the second set in a row, it is 5-1 as they change. Even in such a

:35:24. > :35:28.dominant as Asian, he would like that shot back again. You can count

:35:29. > :36:07.on one hand how many times he would miss that in a Mac -- a match.

:36:08. > :37:04.CROWD: Come on, Mr Murray! UMPIRE: please.

:37:05. > :37:16.UMPIRE: Net, first-served. All good things. It is pretty clear where

:37:17. > :37:41.Murray would like to this first-served.

:37:42. > :38:23.UMPIRE: Game, set and match, Murray. He is there! Straight sets again,

:38:24. > :38:25.Wimbledon champion again, a supreme performance, a first-class

:38:26. > :39:52.tournament, Andy Murray! SUE BARKER: You threw everything at

:39:53. > :39:59.him, but you've faced a man on a mission today. It is a difficult

:40:00. > :40:03.challenge, but he played great, and he deserves to be winning for a

:40:04. > :40:03.second time, congratulations to Andy.

:40:04. > :40:17.APPLAUSE This one is going to sting, so I'm

:40:18. > :40:19.going to make sure as these courts agreeing that I do everything to be

:40:20. > :40:45.back here for another chance. CHEERING

:40:46. > :40:58.You are hugging that trophy! Feel good? Absolutely it is an important

:40:59. > :41:02.tournament for me every year, I have had some great moments here and also

:41:03. > :41:06.some tough losses, and obviously the wins feel extra special because of

:41:07. > :41:12.the tough losses, so I am proud to have my hands on the trophy again.

:41:13. > :41:20.CHEERING I said Milos was throwing everything

:41:21. > :41:26.at you, serves over 140 mph, you had to be at your best, and you were. I

:41:27. > :41:35.played some really good stuff today, but Milos has had some really good

:41:36. > :41:39.matches here today. I don't know how many people saw his match against

:41:40. > :41:47.Roger, but that was great. APPLAUSE

:41:48. > :41:50.He is one of the harder workers out there, he keeps trying to improve,

:41:51. > :41:57.and he improves each time I play him. A big thank you to all of my

:41:58. > :42:02.team for the hard work they have put in to helping me get here, also my

:42:03. > :42:09.family as well who are watching up there, I love all of you. Thank you.

:42:10. > :42:12.Just one last question, it was so emotional back in 2013 after being

:42:13. > :42:17.the first British man to win in 77 years, can you enjoy this one a

:42:18. > :42:22.little more? I will make sure I do. Last time I was so relieved, I felt

:42:23. > :42:26.very nervous today as well, but just so much stress and pressure, I

:42:27. > :42:30.didn't get the chance to enjoy it as much, so I will make sure I enjoy

:42:31. > :42:35.this one tonight fish or. What about the crowd and the crowd watching on

:42:36. > :42:41.the Hill, what part did they play? A huge thank you to everybody who came

:42:42. > :42:48.out tonight, thanks everyone for coming out and I will see you again

:42:49. > :42:57.next year. Thank you. Well done, Andy Murray, the Wimbledon champion!

:42:58. > :43:00.CLARE BALDING: And Andy Murray, it now becomes reality, he sees his

:43:01. > :43:04.name on the winners board for the second time in four years. A brief

:43:05. > :43:11.chat with the visiting royals and pointing at the Duchess of Cambridge

:43:12. > :43:19.is a lucky omen. Thanks a lot for coming, I appreciate it.

:43:20. > :43:25.Andy Murray all smiles, and he is never better than when engaging with

:43:26. > :43:30.the crowds, showing off the trophy to the fans, an Olympic gold medal,

:43:31. > :43:36.a Davis Cup title, two Wimbledon Championships, US Open and he has

:43:37. > :43:39.not done yet, because at 29, he is at the prime of his professional

:43:40. > :43:42.life and by common consent playing better than ever before.

:43:43. > :43:49.He has strong claims already to be the greatest reduced Portsmouth of

:43:50. > :43:51.all time. -- greatest British sportsmen of all time.

:43:52. > :44:01.CHEERING And as the sun dips in the sky over

:44:02. > :44:04.Wimbledon, I'm joined on the platform by Tim Henman and Pat Cash

:44:05. > :44:09.to reflect on the triumph of Andy Murray. How impressed were you with

:44:10. > :44:12.the way he played? Massively impressed, and it wasn't just about

:44:13. > :44:18.today's performance. It has been the whole fortnight. He has had so many

:44:19. > :44:20.things to deal with on the court and so many things mentally away from

:44:21. > :44:24.the court starting with the Djokovic loss in the first week when there

:44:25. > :44:28.was so much more expectation that this would be his opportunity, and

:44:29. > :44:31.it went it came to today's match against Raonic, who was serving

:44:32. > :44:38.missiles against him, the return of serve was a joke, even though Raonic

:44:39. > :44:40.is served 147, he could get the ball back in play, create the

:44:41. > :44:45.opportunities and stay so positive and calm at the important moments.

:44:46. > :44:51.He does always seem to be calm, and he had done a good job of keeping it

:44:52. > :44:57.calm in the build-up, but at the moment of victory, you could see how

:44:58. > :45:03.much it meant to him. It was just a release of anxiety, wasn't it? When

:45:04. > :45:10.he won. There was immense pressure for him to do what he was expected

:45:11. > :45:16.to do, and he had to perform at his best. He didn't know what Raonic was

:45:17. > :45:22.going to throw at him, he threw just about everything, kitchen sink

:45:23. > :45:27.included. Milos probably didn't play as well as he would have liked,

:45:28. > :45:33.sometimes it is ugly tennis where there is no rallies, the tension of

:45:34. > :45:37.one break point, he had a couple of break points, Andy, didn't play

:45:38. > :45:45.great shots, and we thought, maybe that was his chance. But Raonic

:45:46. > :45:51.handed him the tie-breaker, and away he went. As always, he loves to

:45:52. > :45:55.shout on court, and he was shouting at his box to show more emotion,

:45:56. > :46:00.Ivan Lendl and moved by that plea, but match point, he looked like he

:46:01. > :46:04.might have a tear in his eye. I think we have to go with it. I think

:46:05. > :46:10.he was basically bawling his eyes out at there! He might have got a

:46:11. > :46:16.fly in his eye, but we will go with that story, because we haven't seen

:46:17. > :46:22.this emotion in the last 75 years from Ivan Lendl, and he is a big

:46:23. > :46:28.softy at heart! The first time we have ever said that! But he came up

:46:29. > :46:30.with a great tactical plan, and Murray executed it, you mentioned

:46:31. > :46:36.the return of serve and how good it was. He just sees the ball so early.

:46:37. > :46:41.He does. Raonic has probably got the best serve in the game right now,

:46:42. > :46:45.because he has not only the pace but the variety, and Murray's technique

:46:46. > :46:49.to return service so good, he starts a long way back to give himself time

:46:50. > :46:54.to see the ball, he moves in, he has the split step to react, and one of

:46:55. > :46:58.the service that Raonic did so well to Federer was into the body,

:46:59. > :47:02.because then you are not reacting, just trying to get out of the way,

:47:03. > :47:05.and Murray time and again got the ball back into play with interest

:47:06. > :47:11.when they neutralise the serve, and when they got into baseline Murray

:47:12. > :47:16.is, that played into Murray's hands. -- baseline rallies. Murray was only

:47:17. > :47:20.able to break once at the whole match and didn't drop his serve, but

:47:21. > :47:26.picking off the passing shot time and time again. He didn't try to hit

:47:27. > :47:29.the winning passing shot to start with, he drilled it down the back

:47:30. > :47:34.and line, see you look through all the statistics, it was an incredibly

:47:35. > :47:38.clean performance from Murray. And Raonic was doing what McEnroe would

:47:39. > :47:44.have told him to do, get him, get to the net, but Murray is so good. I

:47:45. > :47:49.think he played a pretty good match. He has the tactics to beat Murray, a

:47:50. > :47:55.thing that was the way to play, and if Tim or I said, Milos, this is

:47:56. > :47:59.what you have got to do, attack the second serve, coming when you

:48:00. > :48:04.possibly can, I think he could have rushed Andy a little more, but he

:48:05. > :48:07.played it tactically correct, he just didn't executed properly, he

:48:08. > :48:11.didn't get enough first serves in, and that could be partly Murray's

:48:12. > :48:16.ability to return and put pressure on him, he missed a few volleys,

:48:17. > :48:21.started volleying well but missed a few, and the second serve, there

:48:22. > :48:24.were some second serves he had the chance, he just didn't make enough

:48:25. > :48:28.first serves back into play, and the second serve, Murray mixed it up

:48:29. > :48:31.quite well, but he missed too many to put the pressure on, he couldn't

:48:32. > :48:38.break serve Eddie didn't look like it was going to. The statistics back

:48:39. > :48:44.up what you are saying there. Not just first serves in the first serve

:48:45. > :48:47.points won, he is way down. If you look at the tournament average,

:48:48. > :48:51.Raonic was dominated on first serve, but that is where Murray did so

:48:52. > :48:57.well, Raonic winning only 67% of points on first serves, and the

:48:58. > :49:03.aces, he was serving an average of seven aces set, he served a coming

:49:04. > :49:07.into the matching 23 sets, and today in one and a half set he only served

:49:08. > :49:11.two, and that is something he needs to be aware of, Raonic's service

:49:12. > :49:14.such a big weapon, but when the ball keeps coming back, you have to go

:49:15. > :49:20.fit more, and the pressure starts to build. Andy Murray is so impressive,

:49:21. > :49:23.it isn't just what he does on court, but the way he recovers after the

:49:24. > :49:30.match, afterward he posted this picture himself in the ice bath with

:49:31. > :49:35.the trophy! Sane, holding this bad boy makes the ice bath that little

:49:36. > :49:40.bit more bearable. Did you do ice baths? More in the really hot

:49:41. > :49:45.climates when it is very hot in you need to get your quarter bridge or

:49:46. > :49:49.down, but I'm not sure many of us would bother after the final.

:49:50. > :49:52.Ultimate professional, maybe he is recovering for the Davis Cup? We

:49:53. > :50:01.will talk about that in a moment or to. -- two. Is Andy Murray likely to

:50:02. > :50:06.play that next weekend against Serbia? But Andy Murray was not the

:50:07. > :50:13.only British champion today. The Scottish fans were out in forceful

:50:14. > :50:21.Gordon Reid who yesterday won the doubles title with fellow Scot Alfie

:50:22. > :50:27.Hewitt. Today he was hoping to win the inaugural wheelchair singles

:50:28. > :50:31.final against Stefan Olsson. Wimbledon was the last tournament to

:50:32. > :50:34.introduce wheelchair tournaments, the grass makes it harder to move

:50:35. > :50:39.around the court, not that he showed any hint of that as he went straight

:50:40. > :50:42.to a straight sets victory. To come and win it in front of all the

:50:43. > :50:46.people I love, all my friends and family and coaching team, and so

:50:47. > :50:50.much support, it is unbelievable. I will never forget this moment. If

:50:51. > :50:55.there are any kids with disabilities and this inspires them to take up

:50:56. > :50:58.sport, then that is imported. History making Gordon Reid adds the

:50:59. > :51:02.first-ever Wimbledon title to the Australian Open he won earlier this

:51:03. > :51:06.year. Keep this up and his Alice band Army might help start a new

:51:07. > :51:11.trend. Bidding for her eighth Grand Slam bubbles title, Jordanne Whiley

:51:12. > :51:21.teamed up with Yui Kamiji, and they made it look easy. A straight sets

:51:22. > :51:27.six to -- 6-2, 6-2 victory and a third successive Wimbledon title for

:51:28. > :51:32.the pair. And that a special moment with her mum. And there was yet more

:51:33. > :51:37.British success in the Mixed Doubles final when Heather Watson and Henri

:51:38. > :51:46.Kontinen playing their first tournament together beat Anna-Lena

:51:47. > :51:49.Groenefeld and Robert Farah. After they spoke to Garry Richardson. I

:51:50. > :51:54.can't describe how happy I feel right now, I can't stop smiling. I

:51:55. > :52:00.couldn't have picked anybody better to share this experience with than

:52:01. > :52:03.Henry. We had so much fun from the first point in our first match to

:52:04. > :52:08.the last one, and I think that is why we did so well, and played well

:52:09. > :52:15.together, and thanks for putting up with me! What you say to that

:52:16. > :52:19.tribute? I think she said it all, there was nothing to put up with. I

:52:20. > :52:25.don't remember having this much fun on a tennis court probably ever, it

:52:26. > :52:30.was a dream ride we had this week, and we enjoyed every minute of it.

:52:31. > :52:34.Tim is the greatest in a tennis, so here is my question, has there ever

:52:35. > :52:41.been a more successful day for British tennis? Four titles won here

:52:42. > :52:47.today? Not that I can remember. It has been amazing, led by Andy Murray

:52:48. > :52:50.obviously had a great story for Heather, a scratch pairing that has

:52:51. > :52:53.never played before, and to get through the final on Centre Court,

:52:54. > :52:57.hopefully that is a partnership we will see again in the future. She

:52:58. > :53:01.played brilliantly well, and she looked to love it, so aggressive and

:53:02. > :53:05.fabulous at the net. There has been one more British success to support,

:53:06. > :53:09.thanks to a vote from online viewers for shot of the tournament, perhaps

:53:10. > :53:13.not surprisingly it went to the fairy tale story of the first week

:53:14. > :53:39.when Marcus Willis outfoxed Roger Federer, at least with this shot.

:53:40. > :54:01.JOHN McENROE: This is unbelievable! Roger is laughing.

:54:02. > :54:08.He has got some good hands. This is too good.

:54:09. > :54:15.Marcus Willis, like a great trick shot player, reminding us all that

:54:16. > :54:21.tennis is fun, it made of a body love. What was your highlight of the

:54:22. > :54:24.Championships? There are so many. Funny, the thing that changed the

:54:25. > :54:31.whole championship was Djokovic going at, not a highlight but that

:54:32. > :54:34.just changed everything. It gave the British public, everybody got

:54:35. > :54:41.excited, we knew we were going to have a new winner. Not a new winner,

:54:42. > :54:50.because he has won it before. Not a third time when! You mean not the

:54:51. > :54:58.defending champion! It is my Australian! For Andy Murray, what is

:54:59. > :55:02.his next goal, he is great for setting a goal of achieving it, like

:55:03. > :55:05.winning the Davis Cup. Obviously I think more Grand Slam titles, but

:55:06. > :55:10.more evident as the world number one. He has won Grand Slams before,

:55:11. > :55:14.this is his second Wimbledon title, he has never been number one in the

:55:15. > :55:20.world, he has been number two for many years. Djokovic Chisnall but

:55:21. > :55:23.one, but Murray is very close behind, they have separated

:55:24. > :55:27.themselves from the pack, and with Djokovic going out earlier and

:55:28. > :55:31.Murray being the champion, he has a great opportunity. It has been a

:55:32. > :55:36.sensational Wimbledon, thank you so much to Pat and Tim and all the

:55:37. > :55:41.other experts we have had on, and also to Serena Williams for opening

:55:42. > :55:47.Steffi Graf's record of 22 titles and going to another Championship

:55:48. > :55:49.here. We leave you with highlights from the last to weeks, and thank

:55:50. > :56:04.you to all of you for watching. Marcus Willis, the man ranked 772 in

:56:05. > :56:08.the world. Shoes off if you love Willis! The wonderful story, Roger

:56:09. > :56:22.versus Marcus, David versus Goliath. UMPIRE: Ladies and gentlemen, play

:56:23. > :56:38.is suspended. # You know you might surprise

:56:39. > :56:55.yourself... It is very easy. It is from here.

:56:56. > :57:07.# The calm and chaos from your soul. No way! Look at it! Look at it!

:57:08. > :57:16.He has done it! Massive shock for Wimbledon.

:57:17. > :57:24.# So let go and surprise yourself... Welcome to the second week of the

:57:25. > :57:35.Championships. As simple and as easy and

:57:36. > :57:41.straightforward as you could possibly imagine. She has reinvented

:57:42. > :57:49.herself, a Wimbledon final for Angie Kerber. Federer down, Milos Raonic

:57:50. > :57:57.through to his first Grand Slam final. You have a guy like that, you

:57:58. > :58:04.follow him. That is Sunday afternoon taking care of. We got this far. He

:58:05. > :58:08.must be pretty good. It is Serena Williams again. There can only be

:58:09. > :58:21.one champion. Gametime. He is giving big Milos the runaround

:58:22. > :58:29.here, isn't he? First break to Murray. You consent to the tension

:58:30. > :58:30.in the crowd. Wimbledon champion again, Andy

:58:31. > :58:32.Murray!
