:00:48. > :00:55.In terms of qualifying for Euro 2017, England are there, and they
:00:56. > :00:58.are here at Notts County's Meadow Lane wet tonight they meet Estonia
:00:59. > :01:02.in their last ten qualifier of the campaign. Mark Sampson is looking
:01:03. > :01:06.for the right formula at England look to build on that historic third
:01:07. > :01:09.place at last year's World Cup. The preparations for the tournament next
:01:10. > :01:22.have already begun with qualification assured. Decent start.
:01:23. > :01:36.It is in the back of the net! Got there in the end. England have a
:01:37. > :01:46.breakthrough! Got out of jail. That is a mistake also it drops to Jill
:01:47. > :01:56.Scott! For England! Left it late. Carney from close range, they could
:01:57. > :02:05.not keep at bay. Back on track. Daly! Job done. 7-0, England
:02:06. > :02:14.absolutely rampant. Good evening and welcome to
:02:15. > :02:17.Nottingham. Tonight I'm joined by two former England stars with 14
:02:18. > :02:23.major tournament under their belts between them including a European
:02:24. > :02:26.Championship final no less, Rachel Brown-Finnis and Kelly Smith. We'll
:02:27. > :02:33.be hearing from at half-time doorstep now the players are out on
:02:34. > :02:37.the pitch. Your commodities are Sue Smith and Jonathan Pearce. --
:02:38. > :02:51.commentators. Good evening everyone. Saubers
:02:52. > :02:59.tonight with the recent deaths of England youth international and
:03:00. > :03:02.Sylvia Gore. Jo Potter and Dan Carter play their first
:03:03. > :03:08.internationals since the game against Estonia a year ago will stop
:03:09. > :03:13.Jordan Nobbs replaces Fara Williams and Nikita Parris get reward for
:03:14. > :03:18.scrubbing two as a sub in Serbia. With Karen Bardsley not risk,
:03:19. > :03:26.Siobhan Chamberlain continues in goal. Estonia's only qualifying win
:03:27. > :03:32.for the Euros came 13 years ago. English coach Keith Boanas steps
:03:33. > :03:39.down after this. Naoupu scored their last qualifying goal four years ago.
:03:40. > :03:43.And now a minute's applause for Sylvia Gore, the first England
:03:44. > :03:50.goal-scorer ever who scored against Scotland in November 1972. She
:03:51. > :04:06.served the women's game for 60 years and England youth international Zoe
:04:07. > :04:14.Tynan. Both will be very badly missed by the English game. The
:04:15. > :04:20.England players went to Zoe Tynan's funeral on Monday. I know a lot of
:04:21. > :04:23.the England players have felt her loss very sadly over the last few
:04:24. > :04:30.days. I would like to ask you all to now
:04:31. > :05:22.stand for a minute's applause. I know you knew Sylvia Gore very
:05:23. > :05:28.well. I did, she was a very close friend. The word legend is used
:05:29. > :05:32.quite freely in sport and football but she genuinely was one, a real
:05:33. > :05:38.pioneer. She helped me with my dotball, paying for a local boy
:05:39. > :05:42.Steve and she took me to my first ladies team and I'm sure many of the
:05:43. > :05:45.girls have similar stories. She will be sadly missed by me and buy
:05:46. > :05:57.everybody associated with women's football. And in terms of mental
:05:58. > :06:01.ring, -- mentoring, Keith Boanas, the Estonian coach, played a big
:06:02. > :06:10.role in helping a lot of the England players, especially when he was at
:06:11. > :06:17.Charlton. He coached Marion Spacey to her Uefa B badge. She is studying
:06:18. > :06:24.for her full pro badge. She is on the bench down there, and England
:06:25. > :06:28.legend in her own right. And it will be England to get us under way,
:06:29. > :06:40.taking from right to left in the first half. The referee is unhappy.
:06:41. > :06:48.Presumably because the England cavalry charge on the far side went
:06:49. > :06:52.too early. I haven't seen a line-up like this at international level for
:06:53. > :06:58.a long time from the kick-off. Immediately England on the front
:06:59. > :07:04.foot. Exactly you can see what their intent is, to go forward with pace
:07:05. > :07:14.quickly from the kick-off. Steph Horta and the captain. Jo Potter
:07:15. > :07:26.played centre-back against Canada. -- Steph Houghton.
:07:27. > :07:36.There was a little foot left in there on Gemma Davison, nominally
:07:37. > :07:50.the right back. That is a good run in by Carney and
:07:51. > :07:55.the first corner of the game for England in the second minute. Great
:07:56. > :08:00.ball from Potter and that is what she has been put in to do, fantastic
:08:01. > :08:07.left foot, she spotted the run of Karen Carney and played it into the
:08:08. > :08:17.space. They ripped them apart, it was a year ago next week, winning
:08:18. > :08:27.8-0. Another corner. Conceded by Katrin Loo who has just signed for
:08:28. > :08:33.Flora Tallinn at home. Same result. A lot of these Estonian players have
:08:34. > :08:37.only been playing football for four or five years. I note Keith Boanas
:08:38. > :08:45.has worked a lot with the under 17 and under 18 team but the
:08:46. > :08:48.development of their players, a bit like the English players a couple of
:08:49. > :08:55.decades ago, they are that far behind. Houghton was in there. I
:08:56. > :09:02.think we will see a few chances. That is a better corner, the first
:09:03. > :09:05.did not beat the first player but Steph Houghton got in front of her
:09:06. > :09:10.player but could not quite direct the header where she wanted it. That
:09:11. > :09:14.is what England need to do, they need to put the ball in the box and
:09:15. > :09:21.get players on the end of it and if they can score early on it could be
:09:22. > :09:26.another eight. Parris is off and after that and it is another corner.
:09:27. > :09:31.We have had to one half minutes and England have had three corners
:09:32. > :09:37.already. In Estonia they ripped the home team apart down the right-hand
:09:38. > :09:40.side where Gemma Davison was playing as a very high wingback and that is
:09:41. > :09:47.what she will do again today. They will attack down the flanks. Carney
:09:48. > :09:51.again in her 118th appearance for England. Davison tried to find Jill
:09:52. > :10:14.Scott. Nobs is in space. Here is Davison, bags of pace. The
:10:15. > :10:19.good job by Vals, fairly experienced with 42 caps, playing on the left
:10:20. > :10:24.side of a midfield four but most of the game you will see Estonia with
:10:25. > :10:28.11 behind the ball. It is a mark of respect for the English women's team
:10:29. > :10:32.that most of the teams they have faced in these qualifiers, including
:10:33. > :10:38.Belgium, have tried to smother England. I think that is credit to
:10:39. > :10:42.England and how they perform in the World Cup, that teams come here and
:10:43. > :10:47.defend because they know how good we are going forward. That is a test to
:10:48. > :11:04.Mark Sampson, how he can break teams down. Up towards Aarna who is 25
:11:05. > :11:09.international goals, plays abroad in Finland. She is the second-highest
:11:10. > :11:12.scorer in Estonian football. She has not found the back of the net in
:11:13. > :11:25.this qualifying campaign, none of them have.
:11:26. > :11:43.They have not qualified in 6 euros campaigns, 38 qualifiers from one
:11:44. > :11:49.win, one draw, and they have conceded 179 goals in that time at
:11:50. > :11:55.nearly five a game. Very much the weakest side in this group. Only 12
:11:56. > :12:00.European teams are ranked below Estonia. That is a nasty patch she
:12:01. > :12:21.has got on her head, Lepik. Nikita Parris, only 22, Danielle
:12:22. > :12:29.Carter is 23, Jordan Nobbs is 23, plenty of youth in this England side
:12:30. > :12:34.tonight. Plenty of time for Jo Potter, immensely likeable
:12:35. > :12:41.character, back in the England fold for the first in a year. A bit
:12:42. > :12:51.hesitation. But England allowed to play out with no pressure on them.
:12:52. > :12:57.Jo Potter plays here at Notts County, she signed a short-term deal
:12:58. > :13:02.in the middle of the summer from Birmingham City. She has been
:13:03. > :13:08.playing really well since her move. I keep watching highlights and she
:13:09. > :13:14.is always involved. Making a fantastic pass or putting a cross
:13:15. > :13:19.in, scoring free kicks. Badly needed a change I think. That is what she
:13:20. > :13:25.said she wanted, a fresh start with her and Jade Moore both moving to
:13:26. > :13:30.Notts County. It has probably taken them some time to adapt to the style
:13:31. > :13:37.that she has been playing well and got a lot of plaudits. England in
:13:38. > :13:54.comparison to Estonia have won 16 of the last 17 home qualifiers. Their
:13:55. > :13:55.defeat against France, I think the Estonian manager played in goal that
:13:56. > :14:05.day, Keith Boanas. Davison on the outside, a decent
:14:06. > :14:10.cross in, it doesn't quite come to Demi Stokes. Lucy Bronze wants it,
:14:11. > :14:16.one of the start of the World Cup campaign and that was very nearly
:14:17. > :14:19.1-0 from Nikita Parris. That is a very good ball from Lucy Bronze.
:14:20. > :14:26.England are just keeping one player back. Lucy Bronze with a lovely
:14:27. > :14:29.whipped in ball and Nikita Parris could not quite steer her head and
:14:30. > :14:35.she will be disappointed with that. I have seen her score for Manchester
:14:36. > :14:38.City this season and she snatched that a little bit. But she has had
:14:39. > :14:43.an excellent season and well deserves this start. One of the
:14:44. > :14:48.exciting things about Mark Sampson is that he is provided to try
:14:49. > :14:56.different formations. -- prepared to try. He tries new things. And it
:14:57. > :15:03.keeps players on their toes. Davison Bidwell, across to the post, Stokes
:15:04. > :15:13.was in their once again -- Davison did well.
:15:14. > :15:23.Scott with the cross, control by Carter! She got a hat-trick in
:15:24. > :15:31.Estonia and opens the scoring tonight in the ninth minute, 1-0 and
:15:32. > :15:35.Carter's second international and a fourth goal. Great finish, she
:15:36. > :15:39.scored in Estonia after about two minutes and she has now scored
:15:40. > :15:44.within ten minutes. That is good build-up from England, one and two
:15:45. > :15:49.touch passing, she turns and what a finish into the bottom corner. It
:15:50. > :15:52.was a good ball in but she should not have time, the defender gives
:15:53. > :15:55.her so much time and space. Instinctive finish, good finish, she
:15:56. > :16:01.will be happy with that and that will raise her and the team's
:16:02. > :16:05.confidence. Allowed to turn, it has to be said, but she got the shot
:16:06. > :16:12.away. What a year it could turn out to be for her, having scored of
:16:13. > :16:17.course at Wembley. That was when Arsenal beat Chelsea in the FA Cup
:16:18. > :16:22.final. Chelsea still in with a shout of the title, they go to Manchester
:16:23. > :16:28.City on Sunday week. If Manchester City avoid defeat in that game, they
:16:29. > :16:36.will be champions. That nearly came to Parris. Karen Carney out wide to
:16:37. > :16:42.Demi Stokes. Manchester City player of cause and that is a lovely cross
:16:43. > :16:49.in, just edged away and I think it was Raadik who got it away. She
:16:50. > :16:53.plays abroad in Finland, over 50 caps, experienced international but
:16:54. > :16:57.not in this class against England. Davison again, a lovely cross and
:16:58. > :17:03.just too far. Stokes was there, you have to feel sorry for the left-back
:17:04. > :17:10.Estonia, Hindrimae, she is being torn apart. They have isolated her,
:17:11. > :17:16.every time Gemma Davison gets the ball she has a go. If you are a
:17:17. > :17:20.centre forward, you would be loving these deliveries. They haven't
:17:21. > :17:30.really learned from the performance against England at home. Hindrimae
:17:31. > :17:31.did not play in that game. Whoever Davison came up against, she
:17:32. > :17:53.absolutely destroyed. Estonia behind, they might have
:17:54. > :17:58.expected it, they might have been happy with what aspect of the
:17:59. > :18:03.England goal. I get suspicion that there might be a handball in the
:18:04. > :18:12.build-up. It might be me grumbling about things, I am of that age! Very
:18:13. > :18:35.much a pint glass half empty man. Jo Potter scored in that game in
:18:36. > :18:39.Estonia. But England are doing so well, they are switching the ball
:18:40. > :18:44.from one side of the pitch to the other, making Estonia work. I guess
:18:45. > :18:49.their fitness levels will be nothing like the England players. Not at
:18:50. > :18:53.all, they will not be training every day and they will not have the same
:18:54. > :18:58.fitness plans and programmes that our girls have got. He has tried to
:18:59. > :19:02.encourage that in Estonian football, Keith Boanas, who is a very well
:19:03. > :19:08.respected coach in England. Stokes pulls it back and of the bar and
:19:09. > :19:12.Jill Scott makes sure and it is 2-0 to England and they are already in
:19:13. > :19:17.the driving seat in the 13th minute. Exactly what Jill Scott does she
:19:18. > :19:21.follows up on everything and put herself in the right place at the
:19:22. > :19:24.right time. They are getting it out wide and that is where they are
:19:25. > :19:32.getting joy, interchanging positions. I thought this had gone
:19:33. > :19:36.in off Nikita Parris, it hits the bar but Jill Scott, the right place
:19:37. > :19:41.at the right time and she scores a goal after goal like that. She now
:19:42. > :19:46.has five goals in this qualifying campaign. And she is amongst the top
:19:47. > :19:52.scorers in the qualifying competition. One of the tallest
:19:53. > :20:05.players out there at five feet 11 and 18 goals now for her country.
:20:06. > :20:08.Stokes. So easy for England. They have had one or two in this
:20:09. > :20:12.campaign, they would have been expected to win this by three or
:20:13. > :20:22.four but if they carry on as they are, they could run up a record
:20:23. > :20:28.victory. The record was 13-0 against Hungary in October 2000 five.
:20:29. > :20:51.Estonia's record defeat was 11-0 away. -- October 2005.
:20:52. > :21:09.Steph Houghton might fancy this. 24 metres out.
:21:10. > :21:18.Three England players standing in offside positions but they will come
:21:19. > :21:22.back on. The Russian referee talking to them all stop the Estonian camp
:21:23. > :21:27.unhappy that there are Russian officials tonight I can tell you
:21:28. > :21:33.really unhappy. How tune with the free kick, it stuck in the hands of
:21:34. > :21:38.Getter Laar, the Estonian goalkeeper, who once had a trial
:21:39. > :21:52.period at Chelsea. That was about five years ago now.
:21:53. > :22:03.Jordan Nobbs gets through so much work. Stokes.
:22:04. > :22:17.All the time in the world. Demi Stokes. Too easy on the outside.
:22:18. > :22:22.Little pull back and the return, a bit overambitious prom Karen Carney,
:22:23. > :22:28.England overplayed that. They were on a different wavelength. -- from
:22:29. > :22:36.Karen Carney. But the wide players are always looking to beat players.
:22:37. > :22:45.Was that handball as it comes in? Well, it hit her on the arm. It did.
:22:46. > :22:55.Here it is again. It flicks up... I think she moves her right arm down
:22:56. > :22:58.to it. Out comes Getter Laar again. You don't want to tick that goal
:22:59. > :23:03.away from her because it was a lovely turn and finish but it did
:23:04. > :23:12.hit her on the arm -- take that goal away. I will tell her afterwards
:23:13. > :23:17.that it was you! The goalkeeper just promoted with Metz. Another break
:23:18. > :23:20.into the box and across goal and Danielle Carter! She makes
:23:21. > :23:25.absolutely short this time, nothing wrong with that one, and Carter
:23:26. > :23:30.makes it 3-0 and we have not been playing 17 minutes yet. We spoke
:23:31. > :23:34.about a potential and ball for the first goal but that was a good
:23:35. > :23:39.finish, it is so easy for England, so much time and space to pick out a
:23:40. > :23:43.pass. Good work from Jill Scott and Carter starts the move with the ball
:23:44. > :23:47.to Parris whose first touch is forward and that is a good ball in.
:23:48. > :23:54.It is an easy finish in the end. Still has to be finished. Sylvia
:23:55. > :24:02.Gore would have appreciated that, she was a good goal-scorer in time,
:24:03. > :24:07.once 134 goals in a single season. She will definitely be smiling down
:24:08. > :24:11.watching this. England have already qualified. Even if they finish
:24:12. > :24:14.second behind Belgium they will still qualify as one of the best
:24:15. > :24:18.second placed team and he knows that. He has talked about raising
:24:19. > :24:24.the bar, improving fitness levels. They had a camp together in August
:24:25. > :24:30.at St George's Park and he wants improved performances. He wants
:24:31. > :24:33.more. So that England go into the finals next summer really
:24:34. > :24:38.competitive and with a real hope of ending that domination of Germany
:24:39. > :24:42.who have won the last six titles. And he realises how important
:24:43. > :24:46.fitness is because the top teams in the world are the fittest teams. He
:24:47. > :24:49.has looked at other sports and how we can take stuff from maybe the
:24:50. > :24:54.hockey or rugby team and bring that into football. It is something that
:24:55. > :25:00.has not been done before in women's football. It is good that we are
:25:01. > :25:09.moving that way. Not a bad run around the back. Katrin Loo, the
:25:10. > :25:13.25-year-old, former young Player of the Year. One thing that has bugged
:25:14. > :25:19.me in recent weeks, Jill Scott and Seth Horton, the only England
:25:20. > :25:25.players anywhere in the voting for European Player of the Year -- Steph
:25:26. > :25:31.Houghton. England finished third in the world. These are players playing
:25:32. > :25:37.at the highest level. I couldn't understand it at all. Normally, the
:25:38. > :25:40.team finishing third in the world should surely have more players.
:25:41. > :25:45.Lucy Bronze, Jill Scott could have been higher. Some players had
:25:46. > :25:53.fantastic tournament and they have been ignored. That is surely a
:25:54. > :25:59.handball. Not given against Inna Zlidnis but a chance for Davison and
:26:00. > :26:04.it goes beyond the goalkeeper. Another corner for England and
:26:05. > :26:09.almost a fourth goal. Very nearly a fourth goal. That was a definite
:26:10. > :26:14.handball. She played it back to the keeper who gives it straight to
:26:15. > :26:19.Gemma Davison and I wonder if she could about a shot after the first
:26:20. > :26:24.touch. The defender has got back and blocked it. The year she has had
:26:25. > :26:27.from winning the league with Chelsea, cup runner-up this sitcom
:26:28. > :26:31.looks like they will be league runners-up but maybe they will go to
:26:32. > :26:37.Manchester City and win. We will see.
:26:38. > :26:58.Jordan Nobbs, Arsenal cup winner for the fourth time in the spring.
:26:59. > :27:05.Scored a terrific goal in the 2009 under 19 Uefa final. Scott has won
:27:06. > :27:11.that back, England hunting for another, movement in the area, back
:27:12. > :27:16.to Jordan Nobbs who set her sights. And she bends it just wide of
:27:17. > :27:23.target. She's got a long-range winner on her England debut Italy
:27:24. > :27:30.three years ago now. She has that ability, just could not kill it
:27:31. > :27:40.enough. Why not test the keeper. -- curl it. And of course she is the
:27:41. > :27:44.heiress to Fara Williams's role in that site. Fara Williams just has a
:27:45. > :27:54.bit of an injury and is sitting in the stands. But at 32 and with 155
:27:55. > :27:59.caps behind her, she is giving away years to Jordan Nobbs who is only
:28:00. > :28:04.23. We spoke about fitness earlier and Jordan Nobbs is a real advocate
:28:05. > :28:09.of that. She is top of most of the fitness scores. Sitting in a deeper
:28:10. > :28:14.role but she will be getting forward as much as she can. So much energy
:28:15. > :28:20.in that midfield with Jordan Nobbs and Jill Scott and Karen Carney. See
:28:21. > :28:23.was initially coached by her dad, Keith, who was a fearsome
:28:24. > :28:37.centre-back in his day -- she was coached. He played over 400 games in
:28:38. > :28:42.his career. Steph Houghton. Was given the armband because of her
:28:43. > :28:53.drive and ambition and leadership capabilities. Stokes. Jo Potter.
:28:54. > :29:00.Houston. England are enjoying themselves but it breaks down and
:29:01. > :29:11.this is Eneli Vals but she loses possession. They doesn't cut it
:29:12. > :29:16.back. Palmaru, the most experienced player with 103 caps, she plays in
:29:17. > :29:29.Norway. Damage limitation for Estonia. Goal difference in the
:29:30. > :29:33.group is now -31. It is so difficult when you go one down early on and
:29:34. > :29:40.Keith Boanas will have set up to his players. Try to stay compact and not
:29:41. > :29:44.concede so early. As a player, especially when you are used to
:29:45. > :29:51.conceding so many, it just deflates you. He played on the England
:29:52. > :29:54.semipro team for many years, ended up at tooting amateur, coach of the

:30:01. > :30:04.2003- 04. He took Charlton to four cup finals. He is an excellent coach
:30:05. > :30:08.and it would be fantastic to see him back in the Women's Super League.
:30:09. > :30:19.All the players he has coached speed so highly of him.
:30:20. > :30:24.He made training fund. That's the most important thing you want to
:30:25. > :31:01.learn but you have to enjoy it in the I suppose it's just opinions
:31:02. > :31:18.and whether Hope Powell thought she was playing well enough. It almost
:31:19. > :31:35.Jordan Nobbs with the freedom of Nottingham, playing up the world's
:31:36. > :31:57.oldest football league club. Towards Aarna. Much changed, Meadow
:31:58. > :32:03.Lane, now holds about 20,000 but the average for Notts County under 3900.
:32:04. > :32:08.They are 17th in League 2. The first game ever played here was against
:32:09. > :32:16.Nottingham Forest in 1910 and 27,000 people came and they paid the grand
:32:17. > :32:29.total of ?775 in gate receipts. Such a historic ground. Lucy Bronze.
:32:30. > :33:08.So easy for her. In comes the cross, Parris. Gemma Davison is really
:33:09. > :33:12.shredding Estonia. She really is. Every time she gets the ball, she
:33:13. > :33:20.wants to beat a player. That's what Gemma Davison can do. If you leave
:33:21. > :33:23.her one versus one, it is just a case of the Centre forward getting
:33:24. > :33:27.on the end of it. Only on the stand-by list for the World Cup in
:33:28. > :33:38.Canada. Away by Loo. Second highest capped
:33:39. > :34:11.player with 75 internationals. Parris, her shirt was being tapped.
:34:12. > :34:20.Pulling away a couple of yards to gain some space. Jill Scott, Gemma
:34:21. > :34:21.Davison coming here she goes again. She'll have a second go. Back to
:34:22. > :34:38.Lucy Bronze. Davison with the cross. Headed away
:34:39. > :34:44.by Loo, driven back in by Jo Potter. Do you know what this reminds me of?
:34:45. > :34:50.Coaching and under 18 team up against and under 16 team, under 15
:34:51. > :34:54.team. It is like an attack versus defence drill. How can the attack
:34:55. > :35:01.break the defence down? England certainly are doing that. You are
:35:02. > :35:13.not supposed to put age groups together if they are more than two
:35:14. > :35:23.years apart. Here is Nikita Parris. Back to her. The Manchester City
:35:24. > :35:28.player. If they win the Super League, I wonder whether they will
:35:29. > :35:34.go on to dominate. They have backed it with real money and investment,
:35:35. > :35:39.Manchester City, with the junior ranks and the Academy. They do
:35:40. > :35:44.everything right, Manchester City, both on and off the field and I
:35:45. > :35:57.think it's a model in a lot of teams can look at. Try and emulate.
:35:58. > :36:09.Davison with Danielle Carter on a hat-trick! Well saved. It was a good
:36:10. > :36:13.save. Driving run from Gemma Davison. Took a touch, and you can
:36:14. > :36:18.see she tried to curl it in the top corner. The goalkeeper managed to
:36:19. > :36:26.get two strong hands on it and push it away. Four goals in six
:36:27. > :36:42.qualifiers in this cycle of international football. Here is
:36:43. > :36:43.Jordan Nobbs. Just a slip by Davison, bronze recovered the
:36:44. > :37:00.situation. Overplayed that. Jill Scott was
:37:01. > :37:04.fouled. What used to be called a hospital ball into her, because it
:37:05. > :37:16.invited a hefty challenge. It was a hefty challenge. Great competitor,
:37:17. > :37:23.isn't she? Oh, she is. She works so hard for the team. Ten
:37:24. > :37:37.internationals to her name now. Here's Jo Potter. Adventurous pass,
:37:38. > :37:51.trying to get it in over the head of Hindrimae. I've been really
:37:52. > :37:54.impressed with England's workrate. It can be easy to sit back but as
:37:55. > :37:57.soon as they lose the ball there are one and two players trying to win it
:37:58. > :38:01.back as quick as they possibly can. England stronger, fitter,
:38:02. > :38:14.technically better. Should go on to win by a hatful. Having scored three
:38:15. > :38:19.so early on. Here is Karen Carney. Trying to dribble her way into the
:38:20. > :38:25.box. That is one of the dangers when you are this comfortable, that you
:38:26. > :38:29.do try to over elaborate? Yeah, you probably do things you wouldn't
:38:30. > :38:31.ordinarily do, because you can take three or four players on, shoot from
:38:32. > :38:54.distance. Pottery with the cross in. Just saw what Gemma Davison coming.
:38:55. > :38:56.To be fair, she will not know what her face looks like. Only seen the
:38:57. > :39:03.back of her heels, hasn't she! Jill Scott around the corner,
:39:04. > :39:22.looking for Davison again. Zlidnis will clear it away. Jill
:39:23. > :39:32.Scott with the cross, Parris attacks it. Didn't make great contact. Given
:39:33. > :39:38.that Estonia will be expected to wilt in the final third of the game,
:39:39. > :39:40.England will look to score six or seven, I'm sure. They'll be
:39:41. > :40:25.disappointed if they don't. Important that England do finished
:40:26. > :40:30.only. -- do finished strongly. Win this one convincingly and when they
:40:31. > :40:35.go to Belgium on Tuesday, win that. Belgium won in Serbia earlier, 3-1,
:40:36. > :40:43.two technically take the lead in the group. Now a point above England
:40:44. > :40:50.with this game going on. It's also important because England are just
:40:51. > :40:56.behind in the European coefficient table, why is that important? Well,
:40:57. > :41:03.the top seeds for the draw, which comes up later on this year, will
:41:04. > :41:06.come from the top three in the European coefficient table, because
:41:07. > :41:11.the Netherlands will be top seeds as hosts. With Germany, France and
:41:12. > :41:18.Sweden above England at the moment. If England finish qualifying
:41:19. > :41:23.strongly and the Swedes don't, they might get a top seed slot. That
:41:24. > :41:31.would mean they would avoid Germany and France. So, are you following
:41:32. > :41:53.that, or... I told you that. Keith Boanas must have said to his
:41:54. > :42:05.game, what ever you do, try to keep the ball. A foot in, there, but it
:42:06. > :42:09.come straight back to Lucy Bronze. Carney, can she keep it in? She has
:42:10. > :42:14.done, she has pulled it back into the middle and none of her
:42:15. > :42:27.team-mates were there. Gemma Davison is there. Jill Scott. Lucy Bronze is
:42:28. > :42:31.desperate to get among the goals, I would think. Scored a couple in
:42:32. > :42:51.Canada in the World Cup finals where she was such a star. Panic --
:42:52. > :42:54.Bannikova pulls it back. She plays for Parnu, who if they were to win
:42:55. > :43:04.the league, it would be their seventh title in a row. Jordan
:43:05. > :43:17.Nobbs. They've finally realised they've got to double up on Gemma
:43:18. > :43:19.Davison. Palmaru. It's taken them 35-minute is to actually realise,
:43:20. > :43:31.try and get across and help your defender out. Some of these players
:43:32. > :43:35.are ten years short of experience. That's offside against Nikita
:43:36. > :43:40.Parris. Something in Keith Boanas has worked on. But he has to have
:43:41. > :43:48.his National Federation firmly behind him. Of course. It must be
:43:49. > :43:52.such a difficult job as a coach going over there, a coach that is
:43:53. > :43:57.used to a lot of backing from Charlton when he was there, and I
:43:58. > :44:02.think he was at Millwall, when he doesn't have that, it's him, his
:44:03. > :44:08.goalkeeper coach and a physio, you think of everything England have
:44:09. > :44:13.got, the structure behind them, they are part 20 years behind. It is all
:44:14. > :44:18.paying off. The second FA girls football week has exceeded the
:44:19. > :44:28.target of registration numbers a month before that event starts. Free
:44:29. > :44:33.kick here for a foul on Lucy Bronze. 31,000 women and girls have signed
:44:34. > :44:40.up. If you still want to be involved in that, contact the FA, get on
:44:41. > :44:48.their website. Knobs in behind, it will come for Parris, and over it
:44:49. > :44:54.goes. Should have been four. -- Nobbs in behind. I would have
:44:55. > :44:59.predicted Parris to have scored. Just snatched at it a little bit.
:45:00. > :45:04.She's had a fantastic season for Manchester City but she'll be
:45:05. > :45:12.disappointed with those chances. The header early on, and that chance,
:45:13. > :45:18.then. Against Aston Villa, was it, in the cup competition, through to
:45:19. > :45:22.the final of that, aren't they, Manchester City? Yeah, I watched her
:45:23. > :45:29.at the weekend and she was excellent. Jo Potter allowed to
:45:30. > :45:41.bring it forward. Good understanding between the two of them. Here is
:45:42. > :45:48.Jill Scott. And Davison again. Couple of step overs, pulls it back
:45:49. > :45:51.into the middle. Got to be fair to Nikita Parris, at Manchester City
:45:52. > :45:58.she does play wide of her front three. Not always in the central
:45:59. > :46:03.position. Got to stick up for my fellow Scouser. Aluko not involved
:46:04. > :46:08.at the moment, seems to have fallen out of favour in the last couple of
:46:09. > :46:14.years, Ellen White is out for the season with a collarbone. She's
:46:15. > :46:22.picked up some injuries over the years. Such a willing worker as
:46:23. > :46:26.well. All those involved with England women's football send best
:46:27. > :46:29.wishes. It's funny, I was talking to Alan White, she's such a good
:46:30. > :46:33.trainer, and because of her collarbone she is not allowed to do
:46:34. > :46:38.much training, but she was still trying to do a one armed plank. I'm
:46:39. > :46:45.sure she will work the way back into this team. You were having a chat on
:46:46. > :46:59.the phone, usual for you, is it? I love a bit of gossip. You love a
:47:00. > :47:06.chat, don't you? Jordan Nobbs. So comfortable. I mean, what can you
:47:07. > :47:11.do, if you are Keith Boanas, now? They are clearly not fit enough even
:47:12. > :47:15.to close England down. They can't get anywhere near England. Brilliant
:47:16. > :47:20.from England, job to do, you can only play against the team in front
:47:21. > :47:24.of you, that's the old maxim. It is, and they are moving the ball around.
:47:25. > :47:28.If they took more touches Estonia could probably get close to them and
:47:29. > :47:33.close them down but England aren't giving them any chance to do that.
:47:34. > :47:34.England will be there. Scotland are looking good in Group 1 going into
:47:35. > :48:03.these last rounds of games. Saw the run of Nobbs, lovely
:48:04. > :48:11.football by England. Good run, good ball from Karen Carney, definitely
:48:12. > :48:16.onside. Wins her team a corner. Two Estonia players have played every
:48:17. > :48:26.minute of this, find campaign so far. Parris at the far post, Jill
:48:27. > :48:33.Scott at the near. A misplaced clearance by Bannikova. Parris is
:48:34. > :48:48.onside and got the shot away, blocked by Lepik. England will go
:48:49. > :48:53.left. Not a great clearance by Loo, not helping themselves. Gemma
:48:54. > :49:00.Davison has come to the left-hand side now. She will take on Bannikova
:49:01. > :49:04.and just inside, she could get a shot away if she fancies itself.
:49:05. > :49:15.Jordan Nobbs is OK. To land a half minute to go of a
:49:16. > :49:31.first half totally dominated by England. Four in the box. She will
:49:32. > :49:40.bring in Jill Scott. Bronze is further wide. Stokes has gone to
:49:41. > :49:45.that far side now. They have done the job well because it was a no-win
:49:46. > :49:49.situation really for England. If they win the Game 6-0 they will not
:49:50. > :49:53.draw that much praise, any less than that and they will get criticised.
:49:54. > :49:58.Another formation Mark Sampson has tried out with three at the back.
:49:59. > :50:04.Lucy Bronze more of a right wingback. Jo Potter a central
:50:05. > :50:09.midfielder. Again, just leaving Steph Houghton at the back, and
:50:10. > :50:19.those two can push on. And it has worked. Gemma Davison just drawing
:50:20. > :50:26.away a couple of yards to lose Lepik, the right back. Carney tries
:50:27. > :50:32.to push it into Parris, Carney was following up. Bannikova will clear
:50:33. > :50:47.it away. Featured in their last two games. We watch very closely as
:50:48. > :50:50.England finished third in the world two years ago, we have seen them
:50:51. > :50:53.win. We've seen them struggle in this campaign once or twice but
:50:54. > :50:57.we've seen them win games very comfortable lead over the past two
:50:58. > :51:02.years. I would say Estonia are probably the worst thing we have
:51:03. > :51:06.seen. Yeah, I think so. It is just all too easy for England. You did
:51:07. > :51:10.say you've got to play against a team, whatever they put out there,
:51:11. > :51:15.that's what England have done. No criticism of their coach who is very
:51:16. > :51:21.highly thought of, not just in the women's game but in then non-league
:51:22. > :51:24.football and higher than that. He worked with senior players at
:51:25. > :51:29.Charlton when he was down there, players like Jason Newell.
:51:30. > :51:42.I know that one or two of the English clubs are interested in
:51:43. > :51:52.Keith Boanas. He finishes in November, actually. Goes back out to
:51:53. > :51:57.the Baltic States after this. He sees his team going in 3-0 down at
:51:58. > :52:06.half-time, two for Danielle Carter, one for Jill Scott. Plans for the
:52:07. > :52:14.slaughter, 3-0 down against a very good England team.
:52:15. > :52:21.At half-time it was never likely to be a cliffhanger given the Gulf of
:52:22. > :52:27.resources in quality and what have you between the two sides, but how
:52:28. > :52:31.would you assess what you have seen? Well, a very one-sided game from the
:52:32. > :52:35.start, all England. Good, composed possession from the start with so
:52:36. > :52:39.much time on the ball and that's because Estonia are sitting so deep.
:52:40. > :52:44.Jordan Nobbs is controlling the game. If she can play it to Davison
:52:45. > :52:48.on the right, if they can't get down that side, they are patient and work
:52:49. > :52:53.it through Steph Howdon and Stokes. They switch it from side to side.
:52:54. > :52:57.The quality of the crossing has been very good tonight. When you are
:52:58. > :53:01.playing the minnows of the group and you are expected to win
:53:02. > :53:05.compensatory, what are key characteristics Mark Sampson would
:53:06. > :53:09.want to see from his side? You come up against an organised and deep
:53:10. > :53:14.team. We have seen it a number of times, almost ten Estonia and
:53:15. > :53:20.players in the box. Breaking them down is difficult. The way to do
:53:21. > :53:24.that as opposition is by using the width of the pitch, stretching it,
:53:25. > :53:28.making Estonia chase England, which England have done well. Limiting
:53:29. > :53:33.your touches to one or two touch which speeds up the game. We get the
:53:34. > :53:37.ball from right-to-left as quick as possible. Seeing those early passes
:53:38. > :53:41.and drilling them in. England have done that so far. Some of the
:53:42. > :53:45.passing has not been as crisp as I would have liked, but that is the
:53:46. > :53:50.key to breaking down a team like Estonia. We got an idea right from
:53:51. > :53:56.kick-off, England's tactics, a of being attacking from the get go. A
:53:57. > :54:00.little bit eager to begin with. Four players started running before the
:54:01. > :54:03.ball had been played. You can see Mark Sampson drilled it into the
:54:04. > :54:08.team to get on the front foot, hit them straightaway. You can see the
:54:09. > :54:12.eagerness straightaway as the ball is played back, they are on their
:54:13. > :54:17.way, and they are going to challenge and try to get the ball from there.
:54:18. > :54:22.Psychologically to get right into them. It did not take them long to
:54:23. > :54:27.score. Making Estonia backed off right away. I think it was just
:54:28. > :54:31.after nine minutes, Danielle Carter, she got her hat-trick in her first
:54:32. > :54:35.game against Estonia, some debate about whether she controls the ball
:54:36. > :54:39.with her hand. But really England had piled on the pressure before
:54:40. > :54:46.that, as chances a minute before that. This is a great little touch,
:54:47. > :54:50.turn, and a beautiful drill finish across the goalkeeper into the
:54:51. > :55:01.corner. Carter started as she last finished. Bit of a Thierry Henry 's
:55:02. > :55:04.style handball. A little pat and they turn, but she was given too
:55:05. > :55:09.much time to turn and shoot. Didn't take long for the second goal. And
:55:10. > :55:13.we talked about Demi Stokes getting forward and high. What I like about
:55:14. > :55:18.this, she doesn't just hit it into the box, she picks out Parris, with
:55:19. > :55:25.Jill Scott ghosting in at the back post. She is so tall effective in
:55:26. > :55:28.the air. It's just a little easy not for Jill Scott. And we have seen
:55:29. > :55:34.Demi Stokes bombing it down the left-hand side and picking out
:55:35. > :55:38.Nikita Parris. Jill Scott at the back post. A sign of things that
:55:39. > :55:43.Manchester City have been doing all season. Ekiza the armband from Jill
:55:44. > :55:50.Scott, she knows and Zoe Tynan very well who sadly lost her life
:55:51. > :55:55.recently. Inode Jill had spoken to her very shortly before her death
:55:56. > :55:58.and was close to her, nurturing a young player coming through the
:55:59. > :56:04.system at Manchester City. I know it hit all the girls hard, and a little
:56:05. > :56:09.sign of respect to dedicate that goal. You know Dan Carter from
:56:10. > :56:14.Arsenal very well indeed. He's been on fire coming off the back of the
:56:15. > :56:21.FA Cup. Here she gets up, her second goal of the game, waiting patiently.
:56:22. > :56:25.She just follows her run and it's a nice, easy tap in. She could have
:56:26. > :56:30.just watched Parris but she is eager enough to get in the box and get on
:56:31. > :56:33.the end of this. And it's an easy, composed finish for Carter. And
:56:34. > :56:41.another chance, goalkeeper making a good save. Absolutely. A little bit
:56:42. > :56:44.too easy, nobody around Dan Carter, but quite a spectacular save from
:56:45. > :56:48.the Estonia goalkeeper who has been called on numerous times apart from
:56:49. > :56:53.picking the ball out of the back of the net. Carter could have been
:56:54. > :56:57.getting that early hat-trick, but I expect she'll be looking for more
:56:58. > :57:00.goals in the second half. You thought England were not as clinical
:57:01. > :57:03.in their passing as you thought they should have been, is that something
:57:04. > :57:08.that happened psychologically when you are so much the better side, you
:57:09. > :57:12.can get sloppy? Yeah, it's easy to get your foot off the gas. If a
:57:13. > :57:17.player is not closing you down you might take extra touches. In a game
:57:18. > :57:21.like this, if you keep that ball moving, it's easy to pass when you
:57:22. > :57:26.should dribble and trouble when you should pass sometimes but I've been
:57:27. > :57:30.quite impressed. They are spraying the ball very well. Jordan Nobbs is
:57:31. > :57:35.dictating play and Steph Horton is spreading from left to right. I see
:57:36. > :57:40.patients from England, not getting frustrated, they looked composed and
:57:41. > :57:43.confident. The early goals helped. The men would have loved a few more
:57:44. > :57:48.early goals in the summer when they had to break down some tight
:57:49. > :57:52.defences. England have qualified for Euro 2017 already, so how do they go
:57:53. > :57:55.about improving on third place at last year 's World Cup? We gauged
:57:56. > :58:05.the thoughts of manager Mark Sampson.
:58:06. > :58:11.Certainly we don't want this England team to be a team that other teams
:58:12. > :58:14.can work out easily. We are aware of what we need to do in football
:58:15. > :58:19.matches. We always try to get the best out of our players and hurt the
:58:20. > :58:22.opposition where we can. That's our objective, our tactical plans and
:58:23. > :58:27.our game strategy. We are very clear in terms of principles. I'm a big
:58:28. > :58:32.believer that, as long as your principles are clear, your
:58:33. > :58:37.formations will follow, whatever you play, you will know it is England
:58:38. > :58:41.from the principles they adopt. One of the big challenges when I came
:58:42. > :58:45.into this job, you always felt looking behind you on the bench, you
:58:46. > :58:50.have guys who want to play, which is football, but there was not the
:58:51. > :58:53.mentality where they want their make to be great. Now they all want to
:58:54. > :58:58.push each other to their maximum level. They want to in courage that
:58:59. > :59:08.mentality to make sure they fight hard, find a way into the squad.
:59:09. > :59:12.Competing for a spot in the team. I now believe that if we are there now
:59:13. > :59:17.and the teams we are trying to catch are a little bit above us, they are
:59:18. > :59:21.going to get better. What we've got to do is make sure our curve is far
:59:22. > :59:24.more vertical than theirs. A lot of stuff has got to happen before those
:59:25. > :59:29.graphs cross to get us above where we need to be. We talk a lot about
:59:30. > :59:33.where we are now, where we want to get to, and a lot of that work is
:59:34. > :59:38.belief. I think we are the best team in Europe at the moment. We can go
:59:39. > :59:42.into a game against Germany or France and England will win. We've
:59:43. > :59:46.just got to make sure we produce the performances we need to do. And it's
:59:47. > :59:50.important the players believe they can go on that field and win, and
:59:51. > :59:53.that's a big obstacle to overcome. We've done some great work getting
:59:54. > :00:01.there, we've just got to keep working. We talk about belief, and
:00:02. > :00:06.merely is certainly somebody who has developed belief through playing in
:00:07. > :00:10.a winning team. She has found a way to get into that Chelsea team, she
:00:11. > :00:14.now has Champions League experience. She is a league champion, and now
:00:15. > :00:18.she's involved with the senior setup. Millie is somebody you can
:00:19. > :00:25.rely on and trust. She is a hard worker. We can't go into the
:00:26. > :00:30.European Championships knowing that when we are at our best it is a
:00:31. > :00:34.50-50 game. We've got to go into games against Germany, France,
:00:35. > :00:38.Sweden, Norway, and be clear that if we perform, we will win football
:00:39. > :00:42.matches. And when we are not at our best we have to find a way to win a
:00:43. > :00:46.football match. We've got a lot of work to get to that position. Next
:00:47. > :00:50.July we want to make sure the players are in a position, they walk
:00:51. > :00:51.across the white line, and they know if they hit their levels nobody can
:00:52. > :00:59.stop us. Mark Sampson has an embarrassment of
:01:00. > :01:02.riches and I'm sure Keith Boanas would love to draw on that. He
:01:03. > :01:09.mentioned Millie Bright, a talented up-and-coming player. The VT cut off
:01:10. > :01:13.just before you got your retribution! She is a fantastic
:01:14. > :01:16.player, she has come in and established herself in a tough
:01:17. > :01:22.Chelsea midfield. She is strong, built this way, very muscular and
:01:23. > :01:27.hard to beat. She reads the game well and she has a great diagonal
:01:28. > :01:32.ball. We have seen tonight how important that is. She might feature
:01:33. > :01:36.against Belgium. Who else would you like to see at the European
:01:37. > :01:46.Championships next summer who is not involved tonight? We have a number,
:01:47. > :01:51.Eni Aluko, Katie Chapman, Fran Kirby, Jodie Taylor has not featured
:01:52. > :01:56.a lot. Ellen White is out with her shoulder. There are a lot of players
:01:57. > :02:03.who will be eager to get back into the squad. And what about what he
:02:04. > :02:08.said, saying that they were the best team in Europe? Are they better than
:02:09. > :02:14.Germany and France? It is what he thinks. I am asking you what you
:02:15. > :02:18.thinks! It is what he makes the team think. Mentality is about what he is
:02:19. > :02:22.trying to push this England team towards. I do think that England are
:02:23. > :02:25.one of the best teams in Europe. They will be going into the
:02:26. > :02:32.championships expecting to win it. They have ticked every box and are
:02:33. > :02:37.pushing on every level, the physical and the mental side, the performance
:02:38. > :02:40.aspect of their game and how he is creating a positive team dynamic and
:02:41. > :02:43.what their expectations are of each other as a team, that is the next
:02:44. > :02:50.level of where they need to keep improvement. A lot of confidence for
:02:51. > :02:54.his players. One of them who is not involved tonight and who is injured
:02:55. > :03:01.is Alex Greenwood and she is talking to us. That was a solid first half,
:03:02. > :03:05.what are your thoughts? Like you said, solid, good to get the early
:03:06. > :03:08.goal which settled us down and we have played some good attacking
:03:09. > :03:15.football and there should be plenty more goals. Fedor say they could
:03:16. > :03:20.have had more? Definitely. -- fair to say. It is about luck as well, we
:03:21. > :03:24.hit the crossbar. But more chances and I'm sure we will score more.
:03:25. > :03:30.Individually, who stood out for you? I think the forwards have at a good
:03:31. > :03:36.game, Gemma Davison has been threatening on the wing. She is
:03:37. > :03:39.definitely the threat for us. The players are currently in the
:03:40. > :03:43.dressing room, you have been in there and are part of the team, what
:03:44. > :03:50.will be messy to be from Mark Sampson? Same again, moreover it --
:03:51. > :03:55.the message. Don't switch off at the back and stay positive. We will
:03:56. > :03:59.probably have more of the ball but state switched on. Bearing in mind
:04:00. > :04:03.they are already 3-0 up and playing Belgium on Tuesday, do you think we
:04:04. > :04:06.will see some changes in the second half? I'm sure there will be, some
:04:07. > :04:12.positive ones to score more goals. And I can't let you go without
:04:13. > :04:17.asking about your own rehab, you have a lovely recovery boot, how is
:04:18. > :04:22.the metatarsal? The rehab is going well, I'm three weeks in. But I will
:04:23. > :04:27.be back before I know it. We hope to see you back soon. A very good
:04:28. > :04:33.player, Alex Greenwood, it will be great to see her back. She talked
:04:34. > :04:38.about Gemma Davison, saying how good she was in the first half and there
:04:39. > :04:42.was a lot of good work that she did. Sometimes gave the ball away as well
:04:43. > :04:47.but let's start with the good stuff. She had so much pace, it is
:04:48. > :04:52.frightening. One on one, you have got to get as tight as possible. She
:04:53. > :04:56.drops her shoulder and she had so much speed. I've been impressed with
:04:57. > :05:02.her crossing. Overall, she has been very good. Step over and see you
:05:03. > :05:08.later. Trying to get the ball behind the defender. I think the nerves got
:05:09. > :05:16.to hurt a bit and she gave it awake cheaply. One-on-one, don't come
:05:17. > :05:22.inside where it is congested. She gives it away again, just give it
:05:23. > :05:25.back and come at the other way. She sometimes over complicate things.
:05:26. > :05:30.She no doubt has the quality but her decision-making can let her down.
:05:31. > :05:34.And against Estonia, ranked so much lower than England, do you think
:05:35. > :05:39.Mark Sampson is likely to play that formation against one of the better
:05:40. > :05:46.sides? She will be given more of a free role tonight. You can use that
:05:47. > :05:52.effectively in that role but against a more instructed to, one-on-one,
:05:53. > :05:57.they might have to rethink the tactics -- against a more structured
:05:58. > :06:05.team. But she has to be tidy with the ball. Decision-making, getting
:06:06. > :06:10.behind the defenders, with the ball at her feet, she can pick out
:06:11. > :06:14.players and no doubt she will contribute to more goals. It is 3-0
:06:15. > :06:17.at half-time and the players are back on the pitch, interesting to
:06:18. > :06:20.see what Mark Sampson has in mind for the second half. Let's get back
:06:21. > :06:30.to our commentary team. COMMENTATOR: Thank you. I can't see
:06:31. > :06:36.any changes out there from either manager at the moment. I am sure the
:06:37. > :06:42.changes will come. Extending that debate, if you look at the England
:06:43. > :06:48.squad who go out to the Netherlands next summer, one think Mark Sampson
:06:49. > :06:51.cannot do, he cannot take Claire Rafferty, Demi Stokes and Alex
:06:52. > :06:55.Greenwood. It was Demi Stokes who missed out in the World Cup. And she
:06:56. > :07:01.played right into the World Cup and got left out. I think everybody was
:07:02. > :07:05.surprised that she was left out. She has played the majority of these
:07:06. > :07:15.qualifiers. It would be a real disappointment if she got left out.
:07:16. > :07:19.Only missed one qualifier so far. Estonia get is underway. Katrin Loo
:07:20. > :07:26.has not had a bad game, probably their best player, the 25-year-old
:07:27. > :07:32.who plays for Flora Tallinn. A very enjoyable atmosphere here. There was
:07:33. > :07:42.a young girl 's game at half-time, the final update competition that
:07:43. > :07:44.was in the Nottingham area. England have possession with Lucy Bronze,
:07:45. > :07:55.towards Danielle Carter. A couple of interested VIPs here
:07:56. > :07:59.tonight I will tell you about in a moment. Tim Baillie, the former X
:08:00. > :08:11.factor winner -- Kim Bailey. And one of the gold medal winning GB
:08:12. > :08:20.hockey team is here. She is from Newark, went to react in
:08:21. > :08:43.school. -- Repton. Jogging across. 3-0 up and they are
:08:44. > :08:48.barely broken sweat. The England football has been very good to
:08:49. > :08:59.watch, easy on the eye. Karen Carney will take this. On that corner they
:09:00. > :09:05.had four players that went out for the short corner just to drag some
:09:06. > :09:10.of the Estonians out. And it gives Steph Houghton a free header. She
:09:11. > :09:15.will captain the side if she is fit next summer. She has had heartache
:09:16. > :09:19.in previous competition, missed the 2007 World Cup with a broken leg and
:09:20. > :09:23.2009 with a cruciate but who will be there alongside her? Laura Bassett
:09:24. > :09:33.has been involved. Not -- Notts County player of course. Jo
:09:34. > :09:41.Potter has done well, Casey Stoney MBE, now at Arsenal. She is watching
:09:42. > :09:45.from the stands, 129 caps, vital experience around the dressing room.
:09:46. > :09:51.She will be 35 in the summer, another to think about. It is
:09:52. > :09:55.difficult for him but I'm sure he is pleased he has got that dilemma
:09:56. > :09:59.about which players to take. There was a lot of competition for places.
:10:00. > :10:19.Parris is offside. Will Nikita Parris be there and
:10:20. > :10:22.could Toni Duggan comeback in? She will be another that will be
:10:23. > :10:30.desperate to get back into the England setup. Mark Sampson keeps
:10:31. > :10:33.his players on their toes, keeps them guessing, nobody is safe in the
:10:34. > :10:42.squad. There are no favourites. Karen Carney.
:10:43. > :10:55.That was easy in the end for Laar. That was a criticism of previous
:10:56. > :10:59.English regimes. And the fact that Mark Sampson has not done that, he
:11:00. > :11:06.has come in and changed his team, rotating his team. He plays players
:11:07. > :11:10.who are in form. He keeps you on your toes as a player and that is
:11:11. > :11:11.all you want. You know you will get a starting position if you play
:11:12. > :11:28.well. Lee Kendall is the goalkeeping coach
:11:29. > :11:29.there, but more than that really, he has a big role with the team, the
:11:30. > :11:52.Welshman. England using that experience. I bet
:11:53. > :12:00.that has created a vibrant scene around St George's.
:12:01. > :12:12.Steph Houghton, Jill Scott. Carney tried to find Davison and she does
:12:13. > :12:17.now. Three in the middle to hit. She pulled it back to Jordan Nobbs and
:12:18. > :12:20.it was just taken away but followed up and lashed wide by Karen Carney
:12:21. > :12:25.but it was a really important claimant at the back for Estonia and
:12:26. > :12:31.it was Inna Zlidnis touch. Vital touch. Gemma Davison beat two
:12:32. > :12:38.players and picks out Jordan Nobbs and she'd just slipped as she was
:12:39. > :12:45.about to connect. The defender actually intercept it.
:12:46. > :12:57.A little bit of pressure on the goalkeeper. Another thing about the
:12:58. > :13:01.England setup, Mark Sampson will listen. We mentioned Lee Kendall. He
:13:02. > :13:21.takes advice. A good setup behind the scenes with
:13:22. > :13:28.England. That is offside. Here is a big question, we heard what the
:13:29. > :13:34.panel said but are England better than Germany and France at this
:13:35. > :13:39.stage? You have put me on the spot! It sound like I'm sitting on the
:13:40. > :13:45.fence, which I probably am, but I think on their day they are. When we
:13:46. > :13:48.watch them play Germany in that third fourth player, they were
:13:49. > :13:53.excellent and now they have that belief that they can beat the best
:13:54. > :14:00.in the world -- play-offs. I agree with Mark Sampson but on our day.
:14:01. > :14:09.That was easy for the goalkeeper. One thing I would say, Germany have
:14:10. > :14:18.lost two very influential players, the goalkeeper and Sasic.
:14:19. > :14:28.England preparing a substitute. They have made changes. Those changes
:14:29. > :14:33.have affected them. We saw the German performance and they were not
:14:34. > :14:41.as strong as they have been. Higgins Nikita Parris around the back and so
:14:42. > :14:49.close to a fourth goal. -- here comes Nikita Parris. Her runs have
:14:50. > :14:52.been excellent tonight, good timing. She slips it through and beat the
:14:53. > :15:03.offside trap and she is trying to get that far post and just snatches
:15:04. > :15:06.it. She deserves a goal. They are preparing to make a substitution, I
:15:07. > :15:16.think it will be Jade Moore coming on. Came to Notts County with Jo
:15:17. > :15:25.Potter in the summer. Just edged away. Cleared by Hindrimae,
:15:26. > :15:31.virtually the first thing she has won, she is only 20. She has played
:15:32. > :15:35.one qualifier until now. Former under 19 and under 17 player and
:15:36. > :15:42.know that her toughest night in international football so far.
:15:43. > :15:49.Carney will take the corner. It comes to Steph Houghton. Another
:15:50. > :15:55.decent block, I think it was Ounpuu with the block. Good defending from
:15:56. > :16:02.Estonia but when they win the ball, they just can't keep it and cannot
:16:03. > :16:06.string two passes together. It was Zlidnis actually with the block.
:16:07. > :16:23.Time for Gemma Davison to pick out Demi Stokes. Cleared by Bannikova.
:16:24. > :16:34.Better body shape as she came to meet the window there, that is a
:16:35. > :16:40.foul. -- the winger. She got squared up too often in the first half. It
:16:41. > :16:44.is easy for Gemma Davison to throw a step over in and wrong-foot her. Her
:16:45. > :16:47.starting position was much better. I am sure Keith Boanas has had a word
:16:48. > :17:02.with her defending position. Jo Potter has a word with Karen
:17:03. > :17:10.Carney. Jill Scott is in the middle, Steph Houghton up from the back.
:17:11. > :17:13.Danielle Carter is on a hat-trick. Davison in there as well, aimed
:17:14. > :17:19.towards the keeper who pointed it away and there is Carter and there
:17:20. > :17:24.is the hat-trick! -- punches it awaits. England have four goals, she
:17:25. > :17:30.has three. She got three away in Estonia. Here is one for you and I
:17:31. > :17:34.don't know the answer but can anybody name another England player
:17:35. > :17:38.who has scored a hat-trick on her debut and her second international?
:17:39. > :17:45.I definitely can't! I hope somebody can. She clearly likes playing
:17:46. > :17:49.against Estonia, Dan Carter. It was a good ball in and the goalkeeper
:17:50. > :17:54.could only punch it and she takes a touch and hit it straightaway. Not
:17:55. > :17:58.the best goalkeeping, poor defending. She still had to put it
:17:59. > :18:07.in the back of the net. Ten minutes gone in the second half and England
:18:08. > :18:16.are 4-0 up. Houghton, into Jill Scott.
:18:17. > :18:38.Stokes. Strong challenge on her by Lepik.
:18:39. > :18:49.Estonia have Sasova warming up, a midfielder. I wonder if this signals
:18:50. > :18:53.a changing of the guard because Kaire Palmaru is coming to the end
:18:54. > :19:02.of her international career after 103 appearances. Very experienced,
:19:03. > :19:07.their highest capped player. She makes way for Aljona Sasova, has
:19:08. > :19:26.made a couple of appearances in these qualifiers.
:19:27. > :19:36.Again, lots of time. Are you going to tell us the answer to the
:19:37. > :19:53.question? I don't know! Davison. That is a foul. She had to stop her
:19:54. > :19:59.somehow. Definite foul of their work two of them trying to stop her. --
:20:00. > :20:04.definite foul, there were two of them.
:20:05. > :20:08.Maybe somebody could get in touch and put us out of our misery because
:20:09. > :20:33.I don't know the answer. England making a double substitution
:20:34. > :20:39.imminently I'm told. The free kick dealt with by Zlidnis. Carney has it
:20:40. > :20:45.again. Looking to take on Hindrimae, who gave her too much room, she has
:20:46. > :20:53.to get closer than that. Carney again, Davison out wide.
:20:54. > :21:05.Hindrimae up against her nemesis again but she has run out.
:21:06. > :21:13.Here comes England's first substitution, Rachel Daly is going
:21:14. > :21:21.to come on. And Nikita Parris will make way. Rachel Daly plays her
:21:22. > :21:25.football for Houston Dash in the USA, four goals for them this
:21:26. > :21:31.season. She's got on her debut against Serbia at home in the 7-0
:21:32. > :21:35.and on she comes. I think Nikita Parris has had a solid game, she
:21:36. > :21:38.will be disappointed not to have scored but her movement and running
:21:39. > :21:47.off the ball, she will be quite happy. Just a like-for-like swap.
:21:48. > :21:50.Were you at Lincoln with her? Yes and she played left-back, she has
:21:51. > :22:02.been transformed into a centre forward. Jo Potter. Jordan Nobbs. A
:22:03. > :22:13.bit of a tired looking past but Jordan Nobbs chasing back. -- pass.
:22:14. > :22:21.I felt that Estonia might try to draw one of the English centre-backs
:22:22. > :22:26.into a wide position and get runners through but they haven't. That is
:22:27. > :22:31.how you get in against a three but they have not sent any players
:22:32. > :22:38.forward, just one isolated up there. She tends to drop back in and
:22:39. > :22:43.defend. It has been a 3-5- two with five in the middle.
:22:44. > :22:52.That is just misplaced, starting to look a bit tired, Jill Scott. A big
:22:53. > :22:59.game coming up, Manchester City against Chelsea.
:23:00. > :23:11.Jill Scott ran her socks off in the first half, as she always does.
:23:12. > :23:13.Davison. Hindrimae gets back and wind it, fair challenge. Davison
:23:14. > :23:29.chases back, unfair challenge. That workrate from Gemma Davison, it
:23:30. > :23:38.was a good tackle, but she gets back up. She fouled her but it is the
:23:39. > :23:43.effort to get back in. Mark Sampson obviously felt the same that I was,
:23:44. > :23:50.she is starting to look a little bit tired. On comes Jade Moore. What
:23:51. > :23:55.will we see from her? A lot of energy, she has moved from Notts
:23:56. > :24:00.County to -- to Notts County from Birmingham also and is starting to
:24:01. > :24:04.enjoy her football. That is a hefty challenge straightaway. She will
:24:05. > :24:09.probably put those challenges and in. She wins the ball and gives it,
:24:10. > :24:15.really simple and effective, good player. Yellow card for the
:24:16. > :24:23.substitute, Sasova. Welcome to the game!
:24:24. > :24:31.Jade Moore at a major role to play in the World Cup. She did that job
:24:32. > :24:39.very well. She was part of a good English under 19 Euro winning side
:24:40. > :24:46.in 2009. Several of the squad came from that side. This is her third
:24:47. > :24:59.appearance in these qualifiers, played in both games against Serbia.
:25:00. > :25:07.I think she struggled a bit with injury earlier in the season. Just
:25:08. > :25:15.getting back to fitness and she has that fresh challenge at Notts
:25:16. > :25:20.County. Seven games before them, sixth in the WSL table at the
:25:21. > :25:26.moment. Two big games coming up, Reading against Doncaster Belles.
:25:27. > :25:36.Doncaster need to win to stay up. They really do. It will be two tough
:25:37. > :25:43.games. And Reading are a good team. They have adapted to WSL one life
:25:44. > :25:53.very well. It will be tough. A six pointer. Lovely cross in and it is
:25:54. > :26:02.very nearly into her own net by Bannikova I think. Lovely run and
:26:03. > :26:11.cross from Gemma Davison. She is loving every minute of being out
:26:12. > :26:22.here. The right bag was lost in there somehow. Can England get a
:26:23. > :26:31.fifth? 26 minutes to play. She is the only one who has looked
:26:32. > :26:40.comfortable, Loo. Carney. The referee allows play to
:26:41. > :27:13.go on. Was it me or was Jo Potter fouled in
:27:14. > :27:25.the area? It looked like she went down but she didn't appeal for
:27:26. > :27:31.anything. Just me then. 25 to go. The referee has told them to come
:27:32. > :27:37.back and take it again. That is unfortunate. Making sure that she is
:27:38. > :27:56.the boss. Potter with the free kick. Davison. Nicely done. Jordan Nobbs
:27:57. > :28:08.tried to stroke it through to Carney. Played by Zlidnis who has
:28:09. > :28:13.certainly been their best defender. Looking for Aarna, the centre
:28:14. > :28:21.forward who has not had a sniff of a chance. She scored 166 goals for her
:28:22. > :28:28.first club in 121 games. Found wanting at this level. As we have
:28:29. > :28:33.said so often, when England have come across opposition like this in
:28:34. > :28:39.qualifying, it is a learning curve for them. Uefa are trying to get
:28:40. > :28:46.these teams onto a sounder footing. It is difficult when they come in
:28:47. > :28:52.two games like against England. They have had all the money put in,
:28:53. > :28:57.training full-time and playing against full-time athlete is
:28:58. > :29:08.difficult. It is that experience as well. The foul there, she was
:29:09. > :29:18.absolutely slammed. She goes to control it. That must have hurt.
:29:19. > :29:22.Straight through the back. She has a hat-trick, she will be a candidate
:29:23. > :29:26.for player of the match. You got to make that decision in about 20
:29:27. > :29:32.minutes, I'm telling you early because I know what you're like your
:29:33. > :29:45.decision-making! I have seen you, in Canada, around those hotel buffets!
:29:46. > :30:01.Here is Jordan Nobbs, into the middle. Off the referee. Stokes
:30:02. > :30:10.nearly in round the back. Kindly. Right footed, bounced awkwardly.
:30:11. > :30:16.Seriously, you've had a rotten season fitness wise, haven't you?
:30:17. > :30:26.Yeah, just niggling little injuries. Think it's my age catching up on me.
:30:27. > :30:39.Being 21 is hard work! This is where England will be
:30:40. > :30:47.expected to be by far the stronger team. A little backheel.
:30:48. > :31:01.The header drops for Carney. That would have been a really good goal.
:31:02. > :31:05.Jo Potter, centre-half, little backheel. It was actually a really
:31:06. > :31:16.good move, just couldn't finish it off at the end.
:31:17. > :31:31.20 goal attempts for England, nine on target. Estonia haven't had a
:31:32. > :31:36.shot on target. Kubassova about to be sent on. She plays for the club
:31:37. > :31:40.that are third in the Estonian leader at the moment, in the
:31:41. > :31:48.play-off section of the championship. She will replace
:31:49. > :31:54.Bannikova. On paper it is an attacking move, Kubassova is a
:31:55. > :32:02.centre forward. She scored against Lithuania when they drew that game
:32:03. > :32:09.2-2. Page against the Faroes 2-2 but lost against Latvia. That probably
:32:10. > :32:13.tells you where they really are -- be true against the Faroes.
:32:14. > :32:21.Lovely turn by Danielle Carter, if she looks left she could play Daniel
:32:22. > :32:29.Stokes in. Jordan Nobbs! Chance for England denied. Dan Carter not only
:32:30. > :32:35.scoring goals but she's creating them. It falls to Jordan Nobbs but
:32:36. > :32:36.she just can't quite get any power on the shot straight at the
:32:37. > :33:09.goalkeeper. Lovely pass. Always been a good
:33:10. > :33:13.passer of the ball. Davison. In towards Danielle Carter. Didn't
:33:14. > :33:34.stick straightaway. 732 minutes of European Championship
:33:35. > :33:43.qualifying for Estonia without a goal.
:33:44. > :34:03.The last poll in Euro qualifiers came in June 2012. -- last goal.
:34:04. > :34:18.Vals switched away to the side since they brought on Kubassova. Gemma
:34:19. > :34:25.Davison is going to depart the scene with Julie Flaherty coming on. What
:34:26. > :34:37.do you make of that. They may push Lucy Bronze up, put Gilly Flaherty
:34:38. > :34:43.in the position where Lucy is. Just wonder whether he's saving her for
:34:44. > :34:47.Belgium. If England avoid feet, they win the group, that was the
:34:48. > :34:53.intention all along. Bolton by far the best team they have played.
:34:54. > :35:00.England should have beaten them at home, there was a ghastly mistake
:35:01. > :35:07.from the goalkeeper. -- Belgium by far the best team they have played.
:35:08. > :35:13.I think Lucy Bronze will be pushed off, because here comes the
:35:14. > :35:18.substitution. It will be Gilly Flaherty to come on. She has played
:35:19. > :35:29.in the last five internationals, the Chelsea defender. Double last
:35:30. > :35:33.season. Replaces her clubmate. And Lucy Bronze has gone on to a more
:35:34. > :35:48.attacking position. She will love that. Jordan Nobbs.
:35:49. > :36:12.Jo Potter. Far too quick. Carney drops the shoulder and comes inside.
:36:13. > :36:20.Lucy Bronze, has she scored since the World Cup finals? Can't think of
:36:21. > :36:45.one. Perhaps she saves them for the occasions.
:36:46. > :37:01.A satisfactory night for England. They roared into a 3-0 lead, Carter,
:37:02. > :37:05.Scott, again Danielle Carter. They've had enough chances to
:37:06. > :37:17.replicate the 7-0 against Serbia in the last home game.
:37:18. > :37:54.The tall right back with a plaster on her forehead.
:37:55. > :38:05.Stokes with the cross headed away by Kubassova. Jo Potter back in the
:38:06. > :38:17.mix. That's a foul on Danielle Carter. Poor challenge by Sasova,
:38:18. > :38:34.who has put herself about since coming on.
:38:35. > :38:54.Two England players standing offside, in fact three of them in a
:38:55. > :39:00.false wall to block the view of the goalkeeper. They will come back
:39:01. > :39:13.onside, create lots of movement. Here they come. The keeper parried
:39:14. > :39:16.it. They had to break into wider positions, if they were anywhere in
:39:17. > :39:25.her sight line it would have been offside. Here is Jo Potter, and
:39:26. > :39:35.still. The cross back across the goal, and sky over. Jo Potter trying
:39:36. > :39:46.to get it on her left foot. Everybody wants to school, don't
:39:47. > :40:00.they? That's the free kick, saved by the goalkeeper. Another change for
:40:01. > :40:11.Estonia, Merily Toom is going to come on, replacing Eneli Vals. She
:40:12. > :40:14.has played every game in qualifying, no, she has just missed one.
:40:15. > :40:54.Danielle Carter. To get them into higher leagues,
:40:55. > :41:04.they will certainly need higher fitness levels. Keith Boanas needs
:41:05. > :41:13.his FA to back them properly. Also to help their development, gain
:41:14. > :41:22.understanding. If Estonia don't have cash to do that, Uefa should be
:41:23. > :41:35.helping them out. Well played by Danielle Carter. Just blocked by
:41:36. > :41:38.Lepik. Might have been tagged as she started that run, the referee
:41:39. > :41:56.allowed play on. I think she has done all right.
:41:57. > :42:03.Carney with a couple of yards to work with, settles for the corner.
:42:04. > :42:20.Had about ten corners in the game. Good touch. You never lose it. Some
:42:21. > :42:25.of us never had it. Carney towards the far post. Lucy Bronze was in
:42:26. > :42:48.there. Carney stayed out wide. Danielle
:42:49. > :43:07.Carter loses out. Ten minutes to play.
:43:08. > :43:17.Challenge in there by Jade Moore. What she did effectively the summer
:43:18. > :43:30.before last. It was last summer, wasn't it? It was. Crowd of 7052.
:43:31. > :43:45.Tickets sold in advance, and walk at night. Great old football club,
:43:46. > :44:06.this. Well supported at this game. Bronze. Played out by Kubassova.
:44:07. > :44:17.Stokes towards Carney. Walking pace now. Game won a long time ago. It's
:44:18. > :44:20.how England control games. How England showed their hunger,
:44:21. > :44:24.determination, professionalism, to the manager, that counts now. Squad
:44:25. > :44:43.places up for grabs next summer. Carney with a step over, beautifully
:44:44. > :44:49.done. Very nearly in. Jordan Nobbs. And over it goes on. Another very
:44:50. > :44:54.good bit of play from England. Started with Carney, nice step over,
:44:55. > :44:59.Jo Potter making a run from defence, lovely step over. Demi Stokes
:45:00. > :45:03.doesn't just cross it in, but picks out the player. Couldn't quite get
:45:04. > :45:13.the connection to finish. Some nice moves England have put together.
:45:14. > :45:22.Realistically even if England to win the group, Sweden are above them in
:45:23. > :45:29.the coefficients. If you fancy going out to the Netherlands and
:45:30. > :45:37.supporting them, it's a little later than you may be used to. Starts on
:45:38. > :45:38.the 16th of July, a month later than tournaments normally start, goes
:45:39. > :45:55.until the 6th of August. Six minutes to go. Good atmosphere,
:45:56. > :46:29.good old crowd. Ballplayers need to watch this sort
:46:30. > :46:32.of dissent this year, if they go to the assistant referee and show any
:46:33. > :46:47.visible dissent, they will be cautioned.
:46:48. > :47:01.I think privately they will be pleased with the fact they kept
:47:02. > :47:07.England to four. I think so, he's got to look at the previous game
:47:08. > :47:14.when it was 8-0. And the fact that, yeah, they were 3-0 down really
:47:15. > :47:19.early on. The fact that they've managed to keep it to four. They
:47:20. > :47:32.cannot be happy with a loss, but the progression. Freak kit. Belgium beat
:47:33. > :47:39.them at home 6-0 and away 5-0 -- free kick. England go to Belgium on
:47:40. > :47:53.Tuesday night. One of the game you can follow right here. Last time I
:47:54. > :48:00.came to this grant was the 1970s. The old Golden Goal ticket. I won. I
:48:01. > :48:03.was travelling on the Bristol City first-team coach and the manager
:48:04. > :48:09.said you better not tell anybody you'd won the Golden Goal, because
:48:10. > :48:16.it was an own goal. I think it was 50 quid you won in those days. So
:48:17. > :48:23.who is your money on four player of the match? It has to go to Dan
:48:24. > :48:29.Carter. Scoring a hat-trick. Not just that, but overall performance.
:48:30. > :48:33.She has not only scorn goals, she has been created. I think she's been
:48:34. > :48:38.full of running, and I think well deserved. The team has played well
:48:39. > :48:44.but I think she's been the standout player. Do you agree? Your choice. I
:48:45. > :49:07.would never argue with you. In the closing stages, three minutes
:49:08. > :49:14.to go and a little bit of stoppage time because of the substitutions,
:49:15. > :49:20.the caution, goal celebrations. Carter has stayed offside.
:49:21. > :49:26.Immediately as she passed the ball, Jade Moore knew she'd made a
:49:27. > :49:30.mistake. Dan Carter had just made that run a little bit earlier. Jade
:49:31. > :49:34.Moore couldn't quite feed the ball through. The initial tackle, that's
:49:35. > :49:40.what we saw in Canada again and again. She does that burglary work
:49:41. > :49:57.that doesn't always get recognised but is so effective. Flaherty.
:49:58. > :50:07.Towards Danielle Carter you. He's away to safety in the and. Just
:50:08. > :50:19.looking to get it away, Hindrimae. Carter read the line so well. Bronze
:50:20. > :50:20.gives it back to her. Dispossessed. Jordan Nobbs has played ever so
:50:21. > :50:48.well. Wouldn't come to Jade Moore. It's a corner. I would not say
:50:49. > :50:56.Zlidnis could play in the German mix, but she could play at the
:50:57. > :50:58.French level. She has done OK tonight. Playing in a different
:50:59. > :51:04.league would help their development individually. The US league is
:51:05. > :51:18.getting right up there now. One of the top leagues in the world.
:51:19. > :51:31.Into the last-minute, overall job decently done. Just job done, I
:51:32. > :51:36.think they've done exactly what they needed to do, score goals, move the
:51:37. > :51:41.ball around quickly, created chances, probably could have scored
:51:42. > :51:44.more but I think they'll be happy with that performance. Tried
:51:45. > :51:51.something new with a new system and personnel, done well. Not all the
:51:52. > :51:58.qualifiers have been so easy, they've left one or two quite late.
:51:59. > :52:06.Good run by Stokes. In towards Carney.
:52:07. > :52:14.Carter! Ooh, it would have been goal of the night. She's absolutely
:52:15. > :52:20.flying in confidence, isn't she? Scoring three goals. That's a lovely
:52:21. > :52:25.technique. Just couldn't get her head over it to keep it down. That
:52:26. > :52:38.would have been a great goal. Three minutes of stoppage time to play. I
:52:39. > :52:44.think the players, I don't think they'll mind me calling them fringe
:52:45. > :52:47.players, Jo Potter's first appearance in 12 months, I think
:52:48. > :52:52.they've done themselves the world of good. I totally agree. He's given
:52:53. > :52:58.them an opportunity and they've taken it. It's not been difficult
:52:59. > :53:13.for them but they've done what they had to do. Keeping them all on their
:53:14. > :53:23.toes. Jordan Nobbs has been out of the side. Here she is with a lovely
:53:24. > :53:32.run and a good take. Certainly think England have missed something since
:53:33. > :53:38.Jill Scott has gone off. She has that energy, constantly pressing,
:53:39. > :53:49.harrying, making things happen. When someone loses the ball, she is the
:53:50. > :53:57.first to pick it back up. Conus over down the line, loses out. Jordan
:53:58. > :54:08.Nobbs has had an excellent game. Clearing it away to another
:54:09. > :54:10.team-mate. It's almost like a free touch game for her throughout the 90
:54:11. > :54:33.minutes. She'll probably do it now. Lucy Bronze. Left footed cross. And
:54:34. > :54:42.a penalty! They push on Karen Carney. She may well take it
:54:43. > :54:51.herself. And a yellow card for Lepik. It's a good ball in for Lucy
:54:52. > :54:58.Bronze. She does push her just as she is about to head the ball. It
:54:59. > :55:04.wasn't Lepik who gave it away, it was Loo. It was. I think she was
:55:05. > :55:07.just coming in around the back. Wrong player got booked. Definitely
:55:08. > :55:12.a foul, those. Karen Carney will take it. This is for 30 goals for
:55:13. > :55:22.her country, to seal a splendid night.
:55:23. > :55:32.Carney keeps her composure. And tucks it in. An accomplished night
:55:33. > :55:36.for England. Always expected to win against a vast and inferior
:55:37. > :55:43.opposition. They've done their job, done it well. They've won 5-0. Easy
:55:44. > :55:48.for Karen Carney, there. You can see she takes a little step. Just hit it
:55:49. > :55:49.straight down the middle. Waited for the goalkeeper to move one way or
:55:50. > :56:03.another. Well, Lepik will be unhappy with the
:56:04. > :56:08.booking because it wasn't her, unless she protested too much.
:56:09. > :56:12.Identical she did. Well, virtually the last kick of the game. One or
:56:13. > :56:18.two of the Estonian players are in tears. They're learning curve will
:56:19. > :56:23.need to rise more steeply than this. But for England it's about raising
:56:24. > :56:27.the bar. That's what Mark Sampson does. Raising the standards of
:56:28. > :56:32.fitness, technique, competent and performance. He'll be well pleased.
:56:33. > :56:36.England with a hat-trick from Carter, goals from Jill Scott and
:56:37. > :56:42.Karen Carney have wrapped this up. If they avoid defeat in Belgium they
:56:43. > :56:52.win the group. They've won this 15-0. -- 5-0. England qualified
:56:53. > :56:55.already of course, but they haven't yet won the group because Belgian
:56:56. > :57:00.beat Serbia earlier on today. It will all come down to Tuesday's
:57:01. > :57:05.match between the top two. England needing just a point to finish top
:57:06. > :57:10.of the group. That game will be live on the BBC red button. Wales can't
:57:11. > :57:17.qualify but they are 3-0 up at home to Israel. We don't have long
:57:18. > :57:23.unfortunately, but your thoughts? The first half England were very
:57:24. > :57:27.dominant, visit the ball around, using the width to their advantage.
:57:28. > :57:32.Second-half Mark Sampson made quite a few changes and they were a little
:57:33. > :57:35.more disjointed. Will they be disappointed, or will they feel it
:57:36. > :57:42.is a job done? Definitely a professional job done, got the three
:57:43. > :57:48.points. Already qualified. Could have been a better goal tally. I
:57:49. > :57:51.don't think they were as ruthless in the second half as they were in the
:57:52. > :57:54.first. The goal tally should have been a little higher. But still
:57:55. > :58:03.they've come away with a win. They have. Job done tonight. To confirm,
:58:04. > :58:07.the next date for your diary is England's final qualifier next
:58:08. > :58:16.Tuesday and you can watch it live on the BBC red button from 5:50pm.
:58:17. > :58:19.After that England will find out their Euro 2017 opponents when the
:58:20. > :58:23.jaw is made in Rotterdam on the 8th of November. Thanks to Rachel and
:58:24. > :58:29.Kelly, great to see you as ever. Job done in Nottingham tonight. All the
:58:30. > :58:32.focus is now on the Netherlands next summer. Good night.
