:00:58. > :01:03.children. Lee Albert De Mouilpied had also been found guilty of
:01:03. > :01:13.procuring acts of gross indecency and indecently assaulting a child.

:01:14. > :01:21.This is Lee Albert De Mouilpied, 35-year-old Injuriesy man. For five
:01:21. > :01:24.years he sexually abuse add child and on one occasion he filmed it.
:01:24. > :01:30.Over 600 indecent images were found on his computer.
:01:30. > :01:34.This is the conclusion of an investigation starting in February
:01:34. > :01:37.2010. On this occasion, the victim came forward and I commend the
:01:37. > :01:40.victim for coming forward and explaining to the police what
:01:40. > :01:43.happened. The judge described Lee Albert De
:01:44. > :01:47.Mouilpied's crimes as unnecessary and cruel. He said the not guilty
:01:47. > :01:50.plea despite video evidence of the assault required the victim to sit
:01:50. > :01:55.around in a building to see whether he would be cross-examined. He said,
:01:55. > :01:59."I was able to watch that room as a trial judge and to watch the victim
:01:59. > :02:03.and to see the stress and anguish he was put through.
:02:03. > :02:07.". Lee Albert De Mouilpied has been sentenced to five years for
:02:07. > :02:12.indecent assault and two years for making indecent images of children.
:02:12. > :02:18.He will serve those terms one after the other. When the sentence was
:02:18. > :02:25.read out, he showed no emotion. His defence team say they are not sure
:02:25. > :02:27.Jersey's new Chief Minister is Ian Gorst. The newly elected Senator

:04:45. > :04:48.its new home. Air crash investigators are trying
:04:48. > :04:57.to establish what caused a light aircraft to ditch into the sea on
:04:57. > :05:00.Saturday. The search for 79-year- old Ian Dickinson from Alderney has
:05:00. > :05:07.been called off after the aircraft he was flying came down 25 miles
:05:07. > :05:14.north-west of Guernsey. His wife, who is 78, survive the crash. Mike
:05:14. > :05:20.Wilkins reports. The couple were heading to Alderney.
:05:20. > :05:25.They never made it. Let's take a look at what really happened. Ian
:05:25. > :05:31.and Ann-Marie Dickinson took off from this aircraft in Hampshire at
:05:31. > :05:36.2.45pm on Saturday afternoon. Guernsey's air traffic control for
:05:36. > :05:39.monitoring the plane. Rescue teams from France and the Channel Islands
:05:39. > :05:49.raced to where the plane was last seen, close to one of the shipping
:05:49. > :05:52.
:05:52. > :05:55.lanes, 5 miles north-west of Guernsey. Fortunately a Russian
:05:55. > :05:57.merchant ship was in the area and heard the mayday call. They had a
:05:57. > :05:59.launch vessel which went to rescue Mrs Dickinson who was found
:05:59. > :06:02.floating in a dinghy. At 5pm a French helicopter winched her from
:06:02. > :06:06.the vessel and flew her to hospital. The passengers on the aeroplane was
:06:06. > :06:12.extremely lucky that the aeroplane ditched near a merchant ship that
:06:12. > :06:15.had the capability of assisting. Mrs Dickinson told her rescuers she
:06:15. > :06:18.tried to save her husband, once the plane ditched, but was unable to
:06:18. > :06:28.and had to get out of the aircraft which sank very quickly.
:06:28. > :06:29.
:06:29. > :06:31.They had been living in Alderney for over 20 years.
:06:31. > :06:41.Obviously totally unexpected and they were a couple that were
:06:41. > :06:41.
:06:41. > :06:43.involved in many things on the island, especially the church where
:06:44. > :06:45.they were both very regular attendees and stalwart members of
:06:45. > :06:48.that community. Air accident investigators told the
:06:48. > :06:52.BBC it could be months before they know why this aircraft was so far
:06:52. > :06:56.off course and what caused it to crash. And with the plane at the
:06:56. > :07:06.bottom of the channel, Mrs Dickinson is probably the only one
:07:06. > :07:23.
