:00:00. > :00:10.In a hello and welcome. The That is all from the BBC

:00:11. > :00:14.In a hello and welcome. The headlines: The final phases of a

:00:15. > :00:21.major States housing revamp could begin next autumn, giving hope to

:00:22. > :00:24.hundreds of States tenants. We have serious damp and mould issues. My

:00:25. > :00:27.door is not watertight. Disappointed, saddened, but not

:00:28. > :00:36.shocked ` parents react to news that two primary schools will close. It

:00:37. > :00:38.is a terrible day for all the children, the staff and the parents

:00:39. > :00:41.and the whole community. And swapping the mowers for the

:00:42. > :00:43.mooers ` the beautiful breed coming to the rescue of our endangered

:00:44. > :01:05.habitat. Work could start next October on the

:01:06. > :01:10.final phases of a major revamp of social housing in Jersey. If

:01:11. > :01:16.approved, the work on ways macro housing estate in Saint Clement will

:01:17. > :01:24.be one of the weakest undertakings in building on the island. `` the

:01:25. > :01:29.biggest undertakings. Amy Ware is desperate to get out of

:01:30. > :01:34.her damp flat. She moved in here two years ago and

:01:35. > :01:41.says building problems rapidly became apparent. We have serious

:01:42. > :01:47.damp and mould issues. My door is not watertight. Some of my windows

:01:48. > :01:52.do not close. I only have hot water for certain hours a day and I cannot

:01:53. > :01:55.eat three times. You can feel the wind through the windows and I

:01:56. > :02:02.cannot leave my pram downstairs because there is nowhere to lock it

:02:03. > :02:07.away. But now Amy's property and another 105 will be knocked down and

:02:08. > :02:11.replaced with 137 new builds over the next few years. It is the final

:02:12. > :02:17.phase of the Le Squez development plan. Work could start next October

:02:18. > :02:24.but until it is finished, people like Amy will have to remain where

:02:25. > :02:28.they are. If we had spare properties that were empty, we could move

:02:29. > :02:32.everybody out, bulldoze it and get on with it in one phase. It would be

:02:33. > :02:38.a lot quicker but it is just not possible. We have 700 plus families

:02:39. > :02:41.on the waiting list in addition to those at Le Squez. It is difficult

:02:42. > :02:46.but they have been understanding and I will get it done as quickly as we

:02:47. > :02:49.can. He would not say when the building work will be complete but

:02:50. > :02:56.it is likely to be years. For Amy, but cannot come soon enough.

:02:57. > :03:00.Disappointed, saddened, but not shocked. That is how many parents

:03:01. > :03:05.have responded to news that two primary schools will close in

:03:06. > :03:11.Guernsey. St Sampson's Infant School will shut next year and St Andrew's

:03:12. > :03:16.Primary School in 2015. On the surface, a normal start to

:03:17. > :03:20.the school day. But an underlying feeling of sadness, as parents got

:03:21. > :03:26.their children of at a school that is now set to close. So many people

:03:27. > :03:33.feel devastated. It is a terrible day for the children, staff, parents

:03:34. > :03:36.and whole community. It will disrupt their education and that has not

:03:37. > :03:44.been taken into account. It is to save money. As a campaign, we made

:03:45. > :03:46.this badge, and it represented every child on the island. That is why the

:03:47. > :03:52.different colours are there because right from the start we said, this

:03:53. > :03:56.is an island`wide issue. And emotions were running just as high

:03:57. > :04:00.last night as the politicians who fought to keep the two schools open

:04:01. > :04:04.left the States disappointed. The best being we can do now is to help

:04:05. > :04:09.to ensure that these parents, children, teachers have a very

:04:10. > :04:14.smooth transition. I cannot see what we can do other than that now. I am

:04:15. > :04:19.now determined to support the parents, pupils and teachers and

:04:20. > :04:23.make their life as easy as possible over the next two years. And

:04:24. > :04:26.ensuring these children have a smooth transition to their new

:04:27. > :04:33.schools is the focus now for those who led the campaign is to save the

:04:34. > :04:40.schools, rather than trying to reverse the decision. We have to

:04:41. > :04:46.work with what you have got and do the best for our children. Education

:04:47. > :04:50.is confident closing these schools is the best option but they are

:04:51. > :04:55.going to have to work hard to reassure parents moving forward

:04:56. > :04:59.Meanwhile, debate on reform to supplementary benefits and the rent

:05:00. > :05:05.rebate scheme will resume in Guernsey States in two weeks time

:05:06. > :05:11.after the agenda failed to be got through. Earlier a change to the

:05:12. > :05:23.benefit system was rejected when a vote split the assembly. Members

:05:24. > :05:29.will reconvene later in the month. Thank you for being with us. Still

:05:30. > :05:32.to come in Spotlight: The full`scale search for this youngster, who was

:05:33. > :05:39.eventually found fast asleep under his bed.

:05:40. > :05:48.Brilliant story. Stay tuned. In sport, illness has been the story of

:05:49. > :05:53.Guernsey tennis star's Heather Watson's year.

:05:54. > :05:58.She had glandular fever and dropped to below 120 in the rankings. She

:05:59. > :06:02.dropped out of her tennis tournament tonight although she won two games

:06:03. > :06:09.yesterday. After those triumphs sports reporter caught up with her.

:06:10. > :06:12.It has been successful here at Barnstaple for Heather Watson after

:06:13. > :06:19.she won in singles and doubles. Deposit like for you? It was a tough

:06:20. > :06:28.day. # What was it like for you? I woke

:06:29. > :06:32.up with a bad stomach and not much energy but I somehow managed to get

:06:33. > :06:38.through. I was not sure if I could play the doubles but I had two

:06:39. > :06:42.hours' rest and that really helped. And then we came and won are doubles

:06:43. > :06:47.so we are very pleased. You are regarded as the best thing since

:06:48. > :06:49.sliced bread for British tennis so what were the problems you

:06:50. > :06:55.encountered earlier this season which you seem to have overcome

:06:56. > :06:59.This season I got to my career high at the beginning of the year, but

:07:00. > :07:04.ended up getting ill, getting glandular fever. And coming back too

:07:05. > :07:11.soon, because I was keen to play, especially the Grand Slams. And not

:07:12. > :07:20.being fit is not going to win the matches. It took a confidence

:07:21. > :07:24.beating. It has been a dominant effect and I was not winning any

:07:25. > :07:29.matches. But I am pleased with how I am finishing the year now. You seem

:07:30. > :07:36.to be regaining confidence. I noticed your mother was here as

:07:37. > :07:40.well. How much of a support is she? It is great to have my mother

:07:41. > :07:43.around. I have had such a tough time this year and your family is always

:07:44. > :07:49.there for you. Where are you going after this tournament? Back to

:07:50. > :08:01.Guernsey. I am going to have a holiday. Insane Peter Port? Yes ``

:08:02. > :08:08.in Saint Peter Port? What are your ambitions for next year? To get back

:08:09. > :08:13.into the top 100. More in Spotlight. The Guernsey cow is a symbolic

:08:14. > :08:20.representation of the island and it is now being used as a weapon to

:08:21. > :08:25.help conserve endangered habitats. The beautiful grassland of Guernsey,

:08:26. > :08:28.but the conservation group La Societe Guernesiaise claims that

:08:29. > :08:34.almost half of the island's species rich grassland is being lost in the

:08:35. > :08:37.last decade. Agricultural intensification and changes in land

:08:38. > :08:42.use are being blamed for the demise of heathland and insect habitats.

:08:43. > :08:48.Faced with such a shocking situation, there is only one place

:08:49. > :08:52.to turn and it is this lot. OK, maybe not quite these cows but plans

:08:53. > :08:55.are already under way for a conservation herd whose primary

:08:56. > :09:01.objective is not to produce milk or meat but to keep passages clear

:09:02. > :09:06.without destroying important insects and flowers. They will go to these

:09:07. > :09:12.grassland and some environment Department land. They will reduce

:09:13. > :09:15.the dominance of grasses and make their patches for wild flowers to

:09:16. > :09:22.germinate, and hopefully over time we will see swathes of wild flowers

:09:23. > :09:26.and butterflies and bees and invertebrates, and then the birds

:09:27. > :09:30.that feed on them as well. Our cattle do not come cheap and the

:09:31. > :09:34.heroic herd is costing almost ? 000 to buy. And it is all thanks to one

:09:35. > :09:41.man, who ran a gruelling marathon across the Sahara desert to raise

:09:42. > :09:46.the funds. The Hurd did not cross my mind when I was in the middle of the

:09:47. > :09:51.desert, to be honest. It was a tough race, my first ever marathon. I had

:09:52. > :09:57.never run one before. It was a really tough race but it was such an

:09:58. > :10:00.incredible experience so it was well worth giving. So if you have a

:10:01. > :10:06.pastor problem, do not bring in the mowers when you can bring in the

:10:07. > :10:16.mooers. Probably not the best weekend to

:10:17. > :10:21.have fireworks and bonfire displays as far as the weather is going

:10:22. > :10:27.because it looks quite implement. As we get into Sunday evening there is

:10:28. > :10:32.the possibility of widespread and heavy rain. For tomorrow, windy

:10:33. > :10:36.conditions. Showers around right through the day. A little colder,

:10:37. > :10:41.too, so wrapped up warm if you are heading out. You can see most of

:10:42. > :10:46.what is happening through the weekend on this satellite picture.

:10:47. > :10:51.This white cloud here is giving us the rain. That will move away

:10:52. > :10:54.swiftly. This cloud here is the next area of low pressure. That will move

:10:55. > :10:58.quite swiftly in during the course of the day on Saturday. In the

:10:59. > :11:02.afternoon into the evening we have the strength of wind and that one

:11:03. > :11:05.will move swiftly away again with a new area of low pressure on Sunday

:11:06. > :11:10.bringing wet weather especially by early evening. So lots going on over

:11:11. > :11:16.the next 24 hours. Windy conditions for a time in that rain band. The

:11:17. > :11:20.wind will change direction, becoming largely westerly by the morning and

:11:21. > :11:27.overnight temperatures no lower than 12 degrees. Showers off and on

:11:28. > :11:32.tomorrow morning. Continuing throughout the day. Becoming quite

:11:33. > :11:38.frequent in the afternoon. All through the day tomorrow, the wind

:11:39. > :11:47.will steadily increase. Come the end of the afternoon, lively wind. There

:11:48. > :11:54.is our coastal waters forecast. Good visibility outside of the showers.

:11:55. > :12:02.Most West facing beaches are likely to be messy because of the big seas

:12:03. > :12:12.and the onshore wind, for the surfers. Heavy rain setting in on

:12:13. > :12:15.Sunday and Tuesday. Monday is the best day.

:12:16. > :12:32.about his brother. I was just hiding. You were just hiding? Yes.

:12:33. > :12:36.You're watching Spotlight from the BBC, tonight with Rebecca Wills and

:12:37. > :12:40.Simon Clemison. Take a look at the speed this boat

:12:41. > :12:47.across Tor Bay ` we'll hear from its record`breaking skipper who's blind.

:12:48. > :12:52.And aiming to hit the winning shot. We'll find out what Guernsey's

:12:53. > :12:59.Heather Watson makes of the Barnstaple Open.

:13:00. > :13:02.Millions of pounds is being invested in a new centre at an agricultural

:13:03. > :13:07.college where students will be taught how to look after rare breeds

:13:08. > :13:10.of animal. Bicton in East Devon is specialising in growing the herds `

:13:11. > :13:12.some which are still only small in size, as our environment

:13:13. > :13:23.correspondent Adrian Campbell has been finding out.

:13:24. > :13:28.Strawberry is a very special and rare cow with a pure pedigree. She

:13:29. > :13:33.is a dairy shorthorn, one of just 70 in the world. She and eight other

:13:34. > :13:37.colours like her have come to this college, which intends to be a

:13:38. > :13:45.centre of excellence training students in the care of breeds. ``

:13:46. > :13:49.she and eight four calves. We have a programme where we use embryo

:13:50. > :13:56.transfer to flush Embrun was out, to put them into surrogate heifers

:13:57. > :14:00.which can be any breed so we can boost the numbers very quickly so

:14:01. > :14:04.that the breed does not die out. Once we lose a fix, they are lost

:14:05. > :14:09.fervour. `` to flush embryos out. This is the entrance to the new

:14:10. > :14:13.school. It is costing around ?3 million and is very impressive. From

:14:14. > :14:17.the outset, it is a striking addition and the staff are already

:14:18. > :14:21.looking forward to moving. We are very pleased with how the building

:14:22. > :14:29.looks. Can you give us a look at the handover will be? At the latest at

:14:30. > :14:32.the end of next week. It is not just rare cattle they specialise in at

:14:33. > :14:38.this college, the students say they believe they will be learning very

:14:39. > :14:40.marketable skills here as rare breeds become increasingly important

:14:41. > :14:43.to agriculture in the next two years. Lecturers say there is a

:14:44. > :14:50.bright future ahead for their students. Animal care strip to have

:14:51. > :14:53.experience with a wild variety of animals. To make them more

:14:54. > :14:57.employable, we deal with small and large animals. We teach them all but

:14:58. > :15:00.the importance of keeping rarer breeds alive and how they have a

:15:01. > :15:05.place in the animal care industry on the farming industry. The college

:15:06. > :15:07.says it is in a unique position to develop important skills for

:15:08. > :15:11.tomorrow's farmers. Now, travelling at speeds in excess

:15:12. > :15:16.of 95mph on the water is probably enough to phase most people. But

:15:17. > :15:19.imagine doing it when you're blind. Well, former bank manager Mike

:15:20. > :15:22.Newman took a powerboat to full throttle in Tor Bay and broke a

:15:23. > :15:28.world record to become the fastest person on water, who's blind. Mike

:15:29. > :15:32.already holds the blind land speed record and becomes the first man

:15:33. > :15:37.ever to hold both. Our South Devon reporter John Ayres was there to

:15:38. > :15:43.watch. This is the boat, the challenge to

:15:44. > :15:49.keep something like this steady at sea and at high speed. Mike has been

:15:50. > :15:53.blind almost since birth. He is a big motor sports fanatic, that is

:15:54. > :15:56.why he doesn't. For a few minutes or Mormons, I can glimpse into a world

:15:57. > :16:02.that I would normally love to live in. It is a very physical

:16:03. > :16:06.experience, very tactile. `` minutes for moments. I cannot see where I am

:16:07. > :16:10.going but all of the other senses are live and heart of the

:16:11. > :16:14.experience. He is being helped by the boat owner. He is going to have

:16:15. > :16:19.to use all of his senses, which he's good at. He needs those to survive

:16:20. > :16:28.when we do not. Walking around with my eye shade, `` eyes shut, I would

:16:29. > :16:31.fall over. He does not. He has all of the natural attributes to keep

:16:32. > :16:35.the boat level. To break the record, Mike has two drives in a

:16:36. > :16:40.street light in one direction and then back in the opposite direction.

:16:41. > :16:44.It is an average of the top speeds. It is measured by GPS and from the

:16:45. > :16:53.support board, it has clearly broken it by at least two miles per hour.

:16:54. > :16:59.Speechless! It is an amazing rush. Exhilarating experience. To be the

:17:00. > :17:02.fastest blind man in the water. It is a hugely emotional time for

:17:03. > :17:08.family and friends. George Nelson used to teach and when he was under.

:17:09. > :17:14.I am proud. I know just what it has meant to him. He has been through a

:17:15. > :17:20.lot to get this far and it is great, we are so pleased to be here

:17:21. > :17:25.to see this event with him. Michael already holds the blind land speed

:17:26. > :17:31.record at 186 mph and has performed 26 looks looks in a plane. It does

:17:32. > :17:35.not stop here. He wants to break others know. `` 26 loop the loops.

:17:36. > :17:41.And we've heard that record has been verified at 95.18 miles per hour, as

:17:42. > :17:44.measured by GPS. The UK's premier indoor tennis

:17:45. > :17:52.tournament reaches its conclusion this weekend at Barnstaple in North

:17:53. > :18:00.Devon. As the open reaches its conclusion, where better to send

:18:01. > :18:03.brave? `` Dave? Here in Barnstaple, we will be

:18:04. > :18:09.talking to Heather Watson on the completion of a doubles match,

:18:10. > :18:12.behind me warming up with her partner to one. We will be talking

:18:13. > :18:20.to her about her current form but first, the rest of the sport. Tom

:18:21. > :18:23.James returns tonight for a Premiership rugby jewel. James is

:18:24. > :18:28.back and starting for the first time in four games. He replaces Tonga's

:18:29. > :18:37.player, an international duty with this country. Also back is the

:18:38. > :18:43.full`back. The Chiefs, now fourth in the table, face a team which is much

:18:44. > :18:50.improved so they will be wary of what lies ahead. BBC Radio did in

:18:51. > :18:55.his commentary. BBC radio Cornwall will follow the corner pirates.

:18:56. > :19:03.They look to recover from their 41`6 battering at London Welsh against

:19:04. > :19:05.London Scottish. Tomorrow, and intriguing contest for plumbers

:19:06. > :19:15.Albion when they face Bristol at Brookfield. `` Plymouth Albion.

:19:16. > :19:19.Turning to football, Yeovil Town, unbeaten in two Championship games,

:19:20. > :19:28.attempt to stretch the run at Leeds United. They took care of promotion

:19:29. > :19:31.plans at Nottingham Forest. Exeter city's away form is turning out to

:19:32. > :19:36.be far superior than that of St James' Park. Portsmouth will not

:19:37. > :19:40.present any fears. John Sheridan will be keen to add to

:19:41. > :19:49.last week's win at Mansfield was another against Northampton.

:19:50. > :19:51.Alan Mel returns to bury as Torquay United manager as they try to haul

:19:52. > :19:56.themselves away from the bottom three. It has been a successful time

:19:57. > :20:00.at the tennis Centre for Heather Watson.

:20:01. > :20:03.She joins me now. What you think of the facilities question work I love

:20:04. > :20:09.them and this club. It is great. It is my favourite colour. And the

:20:10. > :20:15.crowds here are from. We always had a good show. Does this kind of

:20:16. > :20:20.tournament help you get over the recent problems that you have had?

:20:21. > :20:26.Absolutely. I had my first few wins in a row last week and I am bringing

:20:27. > :20:31.the confidence that I came from there after some really tough

:20:32. > :20:34.matches to this week. What were the problems you encountered earlier

:20:35. > :20:38.this season, which using to have overcome? This season, I got to my

:20:39. > :20:44.career high at the beginning of the year. I ended up getting sick,

:20:45. > :20:50.glandular fever, and coming back too soon because I was keen to play.

:20:51. > :20:54.Especially the Grand Slams. Not being fit, you know, is not going to

:20:55. > :21:01.win you matches. Because I have lost a clue, `` lost a few, it took a

:21:02. > :21:04.beating to my confidence and it was a domino effect and I was not

:21:05. > :21:09.winning many matches. I am pleased with how I am finishing the year.

:21:10. > :21:12.And noticed your mother was here. How much of a support issue? It is

:21:13. > :21:18.great to have her around. I have had such a tough time this year and your

:21:19. > :21:22.family is or was there for you. Where are you going after this

:21:23. > :21:28.tournament? I am going back to Guernsey. I am going to have a

:21:29. > :21:34.holiday. In Saint Peter Port? Yes. Well`deserved, if I may say so. What

:21:35. > :21:39.about 2014 is to mark what are your additions for next? My first goal is

:21:40. > :21:43.to get back into the top 100. `` what are your ambitions? We wish you

:21:44. > :21:48.well and every success. Thank you very much.

:21:49. > :21:54.Heather Watson from Guernsey. She is going back home. You can see Heather

:21:55. > :21:59.and Jo Anne because there is more tennis on Saturday. It starts at

:22:00. > :22:01.1pm. Dave having a lovely time in

:22:02. > :22:04.Barnstaple. South West yachtsman Sam Goodchild

:22:05. > :22:06.is preparing to compete in a transatlantic yacht race. The

:22:07. > :22:10.23`year`old Falmouth skipper will set off from Le Havre, in France,

:22:11. > :22:14.this weekend in the Transat Jacques Vabre race to Brazil. His co`skipper

:22:15. > :22:17.for the race is Ned Collier Wakefield.

:22:18. > :22:20.It's the second time the pair have competed in the race, having failed

:22:21. > :22:23.to finish in 2011. Meanwhile, organisers are considering whether

:22:24. > :22:29.to delay the start because of a forecast of bad weather. Spotlights

:22:30. > :22:34.Andy Breare is in Le Havre. `` what light's.

:22:35. > :22:37.Thousands of French ceiling fans have been coming to the race village

:22:38. > :22:44.to see the boats and meet the skippers who will be setting off on

:22:45. > :22:46.the race to Brazil at the weekend. Sam Goodchild and his co`skipper

:22:47. > :22:51.have unfinished business with this race. Two years ago, the boat

:22:52. > :22:58.suffered damage and they were forced to retire. The last time, about one

:22:59. > :23:05.week and, we were in the top two and had some damage. It all kind of went

:23:06. > :23:11.wrong. We had to dump the boat and it was not repairable. It took five

:23:12. > :23:15.months to fix. We had to ship it back to Europe so could not carry

:23:16. > :23:20.on. This time, we at the very least want to finish. I don't want to do

:23:21. > :23:25.badly, as we do it. As you can see, the fleet is all here and ready to

:23:26. > :23:29.go. The only sticking point is the weather. The reason is due to start

:23:30. > :23:33.on Sunday at lunchtime. There are more is going around that that might

:23:34. > :23:36.be postponed until Monday because of a storm that is due to hit at the

:23:37. > :23:42.weekend. The final decision on that will be taken tomorrow morning. We

:23:43. > :23:46.have a low pressure system that is coming in and we are going to have

:23:47. > :23:54.some fairly strong winds, 45 knots, and it is whether it hits us in the

:23:55. > :23:58.channel. If it is someone else will become runaway and are not doing so

:23:59. > :24:07.many manoeuvres then we will be tackling into 45 knots of wind. It

:24:08. > :24:12.is better to delay it. Ahead of these yachts, a 5500 mile race. Sam

:24:13. > :24:18.and Ned not only want to finish this time round but are hoping they will

:24:19. > :24:25.be in contention for a podium race. We have got plenty of wind here. Not

:24:26. > :24:29.at the moment but coming up to stop Saturday evening?

:24:30. > :24:33.The start of that race could be affected by some strong winds. Not

:24:34. > :24:37.just sailors being affected. Lots of us are going to a bonfire of

:24:38. > :24:41.fireworks display this weekend. It is going to be fairly windy.

:24:42. > :24:46.Probably the quietest night will be tonight's displays. But there are

:24:47. > :24:49.displays tomorrow and Sunday and it will be quick windy. Also doing just

:24:50. > :24:54.that little bit cooler because of the threat of wind which is coming

:24:55. > :24:58.in from the Atlantic. You can see 3`D's worth of whether on this

:24:59. > :25:03.subtly. That lump of cloud is tonight's remain. A little area of

:25:04. > :25:08.low pressure. `` three days. Out here, further across the Atlantic,

:25:09. > :25:13.another lump of cloud will arrive on Sunday to give us some excellent.

:25:14. > :25:18.This is the main feature. This lawless recent awards. Develops and

:25:19. > :25:25.becomes a deep `` this law is racing towards us. The wind will peak at 60

:25:26. > :25:30.mph on Saturday. We will probably have the strongest gusts of wind in

:25:31. > :25:37.the Bristol Channel. For all is, Saturday evening will be windy. That

:25:38. > :25:41.moves away over the next 36 hours. At the moment, we have some heavy

:25:42. > :25:45.rain in the English Channel. That is brushing up parts of East Devon into

:25:46. > :25:49.Dorset and Somerset. For the rest of us, a few showers are possible but

:25:50. > :25:52.later denied, a lot of that we will move out of the way. We will get

:25:53. > :25:56.some clear skies, allowing the temperatures to put down into single

:25:57. > :26:00.figures as well as some mist and fairly light winds. Those are the

:26:01. > :26:03.overnight temperatures, anywhere from seven degrees in the

:26:04. > :26:09.countryside to 11 degrees in the towns. Tomorrow morning, to not be

:26:10. > :26:12.fooled too much by a bright and quiet start. Gradually through the

:26:13. > :26:15.day, the winds will increase, the clouds will also and by the end of

:26:16. > :26:21.the afternoon, plenty of showers around. History showers also. Any

:26:22. > :26:26.were inland, the costs will be around 40 mph. Particularly along

:26:27. > :26:29.the coast and the Bristol Channel, we could have 60 mph winds.

:26:30. > :26:36.Temperatures not feeling very one tomorrow. Feeling a lot colder

:26:37. > :26:40.because of the strength of wind. If you are out tomorrow evening, you

:26:41. > :26:44.will need a windproof and waterproof. There are plenty of

:26:45. > :26:47.heavy showers around. The will feel quite chilly and it will be very

:26:48. > :26:52.blustery. That is the forecast for the Isles of Scilly. Showers and

:26:53. > :27:01.increasingly windy. Times of high water here.

:27:02. > :27:07.If you are heading out to sea, pretty rough seas. Ferries could

:27:08. > :27:11.well be affected by the strength of wind on Saturday. On the north

:27:12. > :27:16.coast, these conditions are likely to be very messy, if not stormy

:27:17. > :27:22.through the afternoon. The coastal waters forecast, for those aiming to

:27:23. > :27:26.go out to see. This lump of cloud is a new area of low pressure. That

:27:27. > :27:29.will arrive a cross was during the course of the latter part of Sunday

:27:30. > :27:33.and into Sunday night. It will become quite wet again and also

:27:34. > :27:40.windy. Take care of this weekend. That you, David. That is the end of

:27:41. > :27:43.another Spotlight week. I will be back at 1020 5p. From everyone on

:27:44. > :27:43.the team, had a good evening and good weekend.

:27:44. > :27:45.Goodbye.
