:02:00. > :02:06.such a big margin. I am overwhelmed. It is absolutely
:02:07. > :02:12.incredible, especially by that large margin. I was worried by thd low
:02:13. > :02:25.turnout. And I thought it m`y not give it legitimacy, but I think that
:02:26. > :02:29.has been done. And of course, all States sdats will
:02:30. > :02:32.be up for grabs again in October, as all of Jersey goes to the polls for
:02:33. > :02:36.a general election. And there will be more reaction on

:02:38. > :02:41.Listed buildings along Jersdy's Esplanade will be demolished to make
:02:42. > :02:43.room for a multistorey office block. The island's planning minister has
:02:44. > :02:46.granted permission for thousands of square metres of office space by
:02:47. > :02:49.local developers Dandara. Their managing director says the project
:02:50. > :02:52.will create hundreds of construction jobs, as well as Grade A offices,
:02:53. > :02:56.but campaigners are dismayed at the loss of the island's heritage.

:04:01. > :04:05.should be sympathetic to thd urban context. In my view, it is simply
