:00:59. > :01:05.June, when they only operatdd 9 .5% of buses, it cost them nearly
:01:06. > :01:09.?70,000. After which, things did get better. But with just 99.86$ of
:01:10. > :01:12.services running from July to December, and 99.96 this ye`r, it
:01:13. > :01:20.still has cost them more th`n ?7,000. With the total for the year
:01:21. > :01:31.coming to ?76,679, or nearlx 4% of the money they get from the States.
:01:32. > :01:35.They completely accepted it was down to them to correct the problems
:01:36. > :01:44.They took the penalties on the chin, and now the service is
:01:45. > :01:50.reasonable. How close were reduced to saying enough is enough? Very

:01:58. > :02:00.contract. Most of that monex has been reinvested into the buses, but
