:01:19. > :01:25.Seven prosecutions were madd, but seven years on, some victims
:01:26. > :01:29.still feel they've never received the justice they deserve.

:01:35. > :01:39.Inquiry, a public hearing conducted by a UK legal team with no
:01:40. > :01:45.Even though it?s an open inpuiry, efforts have been made to encourage
:01:46. > :01:51.Most witnesses will give evhdence from this chair, but
:01:52. > :01:54.as it is a sensitive and delicate issue, some may not have thd
:01:55. > :02:02.So they have the option of keeping their identity private and
:02:03. > :02:08.There is also an option of a video link so the legal team
:02:09. > :02:15.can hear from all those involved, even if they're not in the hsland.
:02:16. > :02:18.This is a delicate subject latter we are dealing with, child abuse over
:02:19. > :02:24.Sensitivities are obvious and so a lot of thought has been given
:02:25. > :02:27.in relation to the way the proceedings will be conducted
:02:28. > :02:31.and the environment in which evidence will be given.
:02:32. > :02:34.The Jersey Care Leavers Association hopes this will mean
:02:35. > :02:37.as many people as possible will come forward, no matter how diffhcult.
