:01:40. > :01:42.kicthen knife as they were discussing the shop they ran
:01:43. > :01:45.together. The court heard that Mr Bennett was worried about kdeping up
:01:46. > :01:49.with his rent payments on the White Collar shop in Broad Street and was
:01:50. > :01:54.keen to get hold of ?3,600 that the victim had withdrawn and had with
:01:55. > :01:56.him. It's claimed the victim fought back
:01:57. > :01:59.in defence, punching Mr Bennett before running outside and
:02:00. > :02:02.collapsing, but the defence says Mr Sumrie attacked Mr Bennett `nd
:02:03. > :02:08.accuses Mr Sumrie of lying `bout claims how much Mr Bennett had
:02:09. > :02:13.drunk. Advocate Michael Preston asked Mr Sumrie, if Mr Benndtt was
:02:14. > :02:19.so drunk why were you having a business discussion with hil.
:02:20. > :02:23.Advocate Preston argued that the victim Justin Sumrie had bedn having
:02:24. > :02:27.money and marriage problems and had been using the Jersey shop to commit

:04:43. > :04:45.to see it go. Generally this is the thing we have had the most
:04:46. > :04:53.complaints about, the money and the loss of the route around thd island.
:04:54. > :04:54.I think we have to look at the hotels and the catering
:04:55. > :04:58.establishments that are still getting a huge amount of colplaints
:04:59. > :05:01.that we do not have the route around the island anymore.
:05:02. > :05:03.So one problem fixed, but another one to consider
:05:04. > :05:08.as the States work out what bus service the island needs in future.
:05:09. > :05:11.A Jersey politician has raised his concerns about Condor's request
:05:12. > :05:13.for a ten year agreement with the Channel Islands.
:05:14. > :05:17.The ferry company want to bty this bigger, faster ferry which will cost
:05:18. > :05:20.?50 million but their current contract with the States of Jersey
:05:21. > :05:25.Condor wants a government decision by the end of this month

:06:52. > :07:03.some of the first to have classes all about computer programmhng.

:07:10. > :07:12.it would be really hard but it is not.
:07:13. > :07:14.Here these Year Four students are programming the movement
:07:15. > :07:19.The pilot project has been part of this school's teaching
:07:20. > :07:27.We would like, and as for the teachers so that they know what is
:07:28. > :07:31.in the curriculum and two is embedded into the students by the
:07:32. > :07:35.time they leave primary school and it is integrated into schemds of
:07:36. > :07:39.learning for mathematics and not seen as a stand`alone subject. The
:07:40. > :07:42.confidence and the capability of teachers so that they are completely
:07:43. > :07:44.capable of delivering the ndw curriculum.
:07:45. > :07:47.And it appears to be popular with the children themselves, with some
:07:48. > :07:52.as young as four`years`old learning how to make this technology work.
