:08:20. > :08:23.days. How did you get up in the morning and do it again? It was

:08:24. > :08:30.really difficult. Every day I finished drained. I actuallx got

:08:31. > :08:37.into an ice bath at the hotdl every evening. Then I would go hole and

:09:10. > :09:16.think it is for their day`to`day running costs. It costs somdthing

:09:17. > :09:30.like ?12,000 a day to run. The more that people like us can do, is

:09:31. > :09:38.useful. We need to do things to fund it. A brilliant achievement. Thank

:16:07. > :16:08.These are people going about their ordinary lives

:16:09. > :16:10.in a very ordinary way, by our standards quite luxurious

:16:11. > :16:13.and privileged but nonetheldss without any idea at all of what was

:16:14. > :16:15.about to happen throughout Durope and the whole world.

:16:16. > :16:19.It is all a bit reminiscent of the plot of this book, The Riddle Of The

:16:20. > :16:22.Sands, that story of yachting and spying on the German coast hn the

:16:23. > :16:27.In fact, the book inspired lany yachtsmen to make a similar voyage.

:16:28. > :16:29.While here at the Royal Cornwall Yacht Club, they would love to know

:19:29. > :19:33.sport... It was an

:19:34. > :19:36.inauspicious start to the ndw football season for the South West's

:19:37. > :19:39.senior clubs. Only Exeter Chty came out of the weekend with any reward.

:19:40. > :19:42.Our commentators on BBC Somdrset and BBC Radio Devon describe thd drama

:19:43. > :19:45.from day one of the campaign. He lobs it over the goalkeeper

:19:51. > :19:56.to come out of his goal and he Forrester has an empty goal

:19:57. > :19:59.and he's played the ball That might be game,

:20:00. > :20:04.set and match for Doncaster. It looks like we've got

:20:05. > :20:11.a little bit of work to do. Wallace, five yards away, ddcides to

:20:12. > :20:20.come infield, inside the penalty We have come into the game

:20:21. > :20:28.a little vulnerable this wedk with issues, and embargo and illness

:20:29. > :20:32.and what have you, and to come away Adam Cunnington has

:20:33. > :20:39.the ball placed and the ball is And the ball is stabbed in

:20:40. > :20:49.by Cambridge United, who take As for Torquay United, a 3`0 defeat

:20:50. > :20:59.at last season's play`off fhnalists Gateshead indicate they havd

:21:00. > :21:02.a formidable job on their h`nds if they're to challenge for honours

:21:03. > :21:18.in the football Conference. After the dramatic weather `t the

:21:19. > :21:28.weekend, let's see what this week has in

:21:29. > :21:36.better as the week progressds. But for the moment Wendy with showers.

:21:37. > :21:43.Quite rough sea conditions. That curl of cloud across the top of

:21:44. > :21:48.Scotland is the remnants of the hurricane rain. We are under the

:21:49. > :21:53.influence of it but we are furthest away from it. The weather whll

:21:54. > :21:58.improve first first. There `re showers rotating around that area of

:21:59. > :22:04.pressure. More to come. There could be some quite sharp showers. By

:22:05. > :22:08.Wednesday, the showers starting to die down. North West wind. Wind

:22:09. > :22:16.coming from a cold direction so do not expect temperatures to be too

:22:17. > :22:20.high. Ordinarily, the showers would fade away overnight but I do

:22:21. > :22:25.think that will happen tonight. The showers will keep

:22:26. > :22:28.with the risk of thunder to come. Still quite windy conditions,

:22:29. > :22:34.especially along the coastlhne and along the coast of the Moors, too.

:22:35. > :22:41.Enough clear skies to get those temperatures down quite low. Quite a

:22:42. > :22:45.cold start to the day tomorrow. Also a showery day. The showers will come

:22:46. > :22:51.and go throughout. No real spell of weather where it remains basically

:22:52. > :22:58.dry. If you are lucky, you lay see one or two and

:22:59. > :23:04.is fine and dry but otherwise the showers could be

:23:05. > :23:14.temperatures, they are not too high tomorrow. Up to 17 or 18 for most of

:23:15. > :23:19.us. 19 in sheltered inland parts. Elsewhere showers quite frepuent and

:23:20. > :23:22.where they do occur, the temperatures drop quite smartly

:23:23. > :23:30.Hopefully there will be somd lengthy spells of sunshine in betwedn the

:23:31. > :23:38.showers. Blustery wind making it feel on the cool side.

:23:39. > :23:51.The next couple of days, thd tides are high. Spring tides unustally so.

:23:52. > :23:55.Several flood alerts for thd coasts. North and South coast. Thosd alerts

:23:56. > :24:01.continue into tomorrow and Wednesday. The combination of strong

:24:02. > :24:06.wind, of the high tides and also of the low`pressure living a rhsk of

:24:07. > :24:11.coastal flooding. Big waves for surfers, too. Especially on the

:24:12. > :24:18.North coast. Some quite tricky conditions out at sea.

:24:19. > :24:25.Visibility reduced in those showers, though. Here is thd

:24:26. > :24:29.forecast as we head towards the end of the week. Quieter in terls of

:24:30. > :24:35.strength of wind. Probably the best day will be Wednesday. It does get

:24:36. > :24:43.quieter and somewhat, by thd time we get to Friday. Something to be happy

:24:44. > :24:51.about. `` quieter and somewhat more calm.

:24:52. > :24:54.Now, if you need a bit a cheering up tonight, we m`y well

:24:55. > :24:57.It's something which has become a bit of an internet craze,

:24:58. > :25:00.and the latest version comes from a community in North Ddvon

:25:01. > :25:02.Residents in Petrockstowe have made their own

:25:03. > :25:04.version of the Happy video by Pharrell Williams, to encourage

:25:05. > :25:07.Spotlight's John Ayres has been been taking a look.

:25:08. > :25:14.No doubt it is a catchy tund and as a result, community groups tp and

:25:15. > :25:21.down the country have been recording their own version of Happy. We are

:25:22. > :25:28.up for anything in this village It is wonderful. There is so mtch to
