:01:38. > :01:49.Yes, we were making savings as a result of the decision,

:01:50. > :01:55.That benefit was far too generous, particularly once it was open to

:03:10. > :03:13.Whilst there are plans which may still go ahead, the company has

:03:14. > :03:21.Many of the small businesses here rent their space from the owners

:03:22. > :03:29.Most I have spoken to said they feel like business is going well,

:03:30. > :03:38.How the tenants are getting on is for them, it is not something

:03:39. > :03:42.The place is all but one space fully tenanted,

:03:43. > :03:47.so things are looking quite good for tenants in here at the moment.

:03:48. > :03:57.We are coming into winter now when the maintenance gets done,

:05:01. > :05:03.take part in the air displays tomorrow, the last time islanders

:05:04. > :05:22.The attraction is not to see one fly. The attraction, the big

:05:23. > :05:27.emphasis, is to get them together for what we think will probably be

:05:28. > :05:32.the last time in history. It may happen again, we really don't know,

:05:33. > :05:39.but when the prospect came up, my boss said if not us, who? If not

:05:40. > :05:42.now, when? It is always great to be flying these fantastic aircraft

:05:43. > :05:46.anyway, but to have these two fantastic Lancaster is flanked by a

:06:43. > :06:46.temperatures. After some patchy low cloud tomorrow, it will brighten up

:06:47. > :06:56.and we may see a fresh breeze than of late. Temperatures 17 on the

:06:57. > :07:01.coast, inland will reach 21 Celsius. It is an easterly wind which

:07:02. > :07:06.continues into the weekend, and it will bring more cloud. It may not be

:08:04. > :08:08.thicker, rain-bearing cloud is still kept well at bay. There seems to be

:08:09. > :08:12.some sort of force field keeping that thicker cloud away from the UK.

:08:13. > :08:18.That is provided by a block of high pressure and these blocks take some
