:00:00. > :00:00.And that is all your sport. Many thanks. That's it from us.

:00:00. > :00:00.winds across the Western Isles. The possibility of sleet and s I on

:00:00. > :00:21.Good evening. A teenage boy who was arrested on suspicion of murdering a

:00:22. > :00:25.17`year`old in Surrey has been sectioned under the Mental Health

:00:26. > :00:31.Act. The girl's body was found in a flat in ox sted on Friday.

:00:32. > :00:35.Floral tributes have been left for the young girl whose body was found

:00:36. > :00:38.in this Surrey flat on Friday night. Forensics are continuing their

:00:39. > :00:42.investigations as they wait to hear the cause of death. As you can see,

:00:43. > :00:47.there is still a big police presence here in ox sted. We understand that

:00:48. > :00:51.the 16`year`old boy who was arrested has been sectioned under the Mental

:00:52. > :00:56.Health Act. The police say he will remain in a secure hospital whilst

:00:57. > :01:01.he's on bail. During the Sunday church service residents prayed for

:01:02. > :01:05.the young girl who died. This is grefous and shocking news, first of

:01:06. > :01:10.all for those whose lives have been shattered by it. Ox sted is a homely

:01:11. > :01:15.town, where neighbours are friends and we should be praying for all of

:01:16. > :01:20.those at the heart of this tragedy. With prayed for the poor girl who

:01:21. > :01:23.died the night before last so tragically and the family and

:01:24. > :01:28.friends and people around. It is a small community. It will shake

:01:29. > :01:39.everybody very deeply. It is very shocking. It has never happened in

:01:40. > :01:42.Oxted before. Police say the results of the postmortem are expected

:01:43. > :01:46.tomorrow. A man has been arrested under the

:01:47. > :01:50.anti`Terrorism Act following a raid in a houts in Streatham. Police

:01:51. > :01:54.searched the home yesterday morning in what they describe as an

:01:55. > :01:57.intelligence`led, pre`planned operation. The 19`year`old man has

:01:58. > :02:01.been released on bail while inquiries continue. Parents and

:02:02. > :02:06.residents in Fulham will continue of the fight plans to close a

:02:07. > :02:11.successful primary school and build a new secondary free school in its

:02:12. > :02:18.place. Of Sulivan Primary received an award from the mayor. Hammersmith

:02:19. > :02:26.and Fulham claim the school is under subscribed. Sulivan Primary is rated

:02:27. > :02:32.by Ofsted as a good school. Its recent Saturday results place it in

:02:33. > :02:40.the top in the country. The council has decided to close this school and

:02:41. > :02:45.offer the land to a new free school. It is really the responsibility for

:02:46. > :02:51.the Department of Education. That isn't their remit. And yet it has

:02:52. > :02:56.become so entwined. It has made the whole decision very divisive. The

:02:57. > :03:02.council said they had never hidden support for the new school, as there

:03:03. > :03:07.is a need for more secondary places. This will free up ?400,000 a year

:03:08. > :03:10.extra, which can be passed on to the schools. That is because of the

:03:11. > :03:16.reduction in overheads of running one school verses two. That can be

:03:17. > :03:23.used to pay for extra teachers or extra facilities and things. It will

:03:24. > :03:27.see pupils from Sulivan move to a nearby school. Teachers say they

:03:28. > :03:32.have worked hard to make Sulivan Primary a success. The ethos of this

:03:33. > :03:35.school is not transferrable. We have worked hard with our parents and

:03:36. > :03:39.families to encourage them to become involved in our children's learning.

:03:40. > :03:44.They trust us and believe in us. That is what makes us so precious.

:03:45. > :03:47.At the moment its first reception class is full, indicating the school

:03:48. > :03:51.is popular. That has not always been the case. The council argue that

:03:52. > :03:56.merging with another school which has more free spaces is more

:03:57. > :04:00.efficient. Yes, in one year the current reception is full. You have

:04:01. > :04:03.to look at how that became full and you know, it was not necessarily

:04:04. > :04:07.because people were coming up from the nursery. There were a number of

:04:08. > :04:12.late applications and things like that. We don't think long`term that

:04:13. > :04:16.the structural imbalance has been of addressed.

:04:17. > :04:22.Parents at Sulivan Primary say they are looking into how they can fight

:04:23. > :04:27.the council's plans. And a London artist is offering a

:04:28. > :04:36.reward after losing his entire collection of paintings. 70

:04:37. > :04:41.canvasses by Jon Astrop were in his Ford Transit when it was stolen from

:04:42. > :04:47.a street in Finchley. Sharp showers overnight. The risk some turn out to

:04:48. > :04:51.be wintry. There'll be icy stretches into the rush hour.

:04:52. > :04:56.Into next week, showers around at times. It will feel much colder.

:04:57. > :05:07.That's all from the late team. Enjoy the rest of your evening. Goodbye.

:05:08. > :05:14.Good evening. Today we saw a band of rain clearing eastwards. You can

:05:15. > :05:18.pick it up on the satellite picture, all swirling back around a low

:05:19. > :05:23.pressure system sitting to the west of the UK. That is feeding in

:05:24. > :05:28.blustery showers. Wintry over the hills to the north.

:05:29. > :05:33.We could see some sleet and snow to lower levels during the night. A few

:05:34. > :05:36.centimetres possible. As temperatures dip down close to

:05:37. > :05:40.freezing, our main concern will be the risk of ice first thing on

:05:41. > :05:46.Monday morning. It is a chilly start to the day if you are stepping out.

:05:47. > :05:49.Throughout Monday it remains on the windy side. We'll see further

:05:50. > :05:50.showers feeding across
