:01:23. > :01:26.near the park since. Been for a swim in the Aquatics Centre, inside the
:01:27. > :01:29.velodrome, so for me, the legacy of the 2012 Games starts now really
:01:30. > :01:34.because everything is open and we can start using it as a community
:01:35. > :01:38.and residents. Nearby perhaps a bigger example of the boost, the
:01:39. > :01:41.giant Westfield shopping centre and the Olympic village too is now
:01:42. > :01:46.starting to fill up. A new community starting to be born.
:01:47. > :01:52.I used to live in Hackney and it's got quite expensive now. It's very
:01:53. > :01:58.busy. At night`time there's a lot of noise. This is such a quiet peaceful
:01:59. > :02:04.area, a lot of green space. The shiny sides of legacy haven't
:02:05. > :02:10.reached all parts of Stratford. This area has not seen much regeneration.
:02:11. > :02:16.I said, let's be part of this legacy. Let us be the ones to say,
