:01:22. > :01:26.had always wanted. But the choirmaster was abusing her. He had
:01:27. > :01:31.been honoured with an OBEs `nd in court she was labelled a fantasist
:01:32. > :01:37.and a liar. The choir director was jailed for six years, guiltx of the
:01:38. > :01:43.abuse of Ms Andrade when shd was 14 and 15 years old. His wife Hillary
:01:44. > :01:48.was jailed for 21 months. Frances Andrade had her day in court, so why
:01:49. > :01:54.did she take her own life? @ serious case review said she was let down by
:01:55. > :01:57.mental health services who failed to realise how vulnerable she was.
