:07:54. > :07:58.in a minute. Gone are the days of waiting for the

:08:14. > :08:17.unheard, especially around here because they are every other day.
:08:18. > :08:21.And deliveries at nine o'clock at night. They were obviously hn from a
:08:22. > :08:26.neighbour. This TNT started delivering here, two of Alexandra's
:08:27. > :08:30.bank statements have not turned up. It is worrying, because I don't know
:08:31. > :08:34.where they are ending up. They could be ending up in rubbish bins, they
:08:35. > :08:41.could be in somebody else's door, or in the wrong hands. My personal

:08:46. > :08:50.are anecdotes coming from north and west London of similar problems
:08:51. > :08:54.There are stories of post for a whole street being delivered through
:08:55. > :08:58.just one door. This is just one of a number of complaints being received

:09:50. > :09:56.I am joined now by the head of TNT Post UK, Nick Wells. You have got a
:09:57. > :10:00.major problem, haven't you? Well, I would say that TNT Post gendrally

:10:06. > :10:10.incidents that we have seen that let us down and let our customers down
:10:11. > :10:15.and where we do not meet thd high standards we set ourselves. But we
:10:16. > :10:24.will work tirelessly to look into these incidents. What are you going

:10:30. > :10:34.30,000. But we are not getthng complacent. We go through a rigorous
:10:35. > :10:38.training programme. We induct all of our postmen in security, and we are

:10:44. > :10:46.information that some of yotr staff in those parts of west London
