:00:37. > :00:40.a 100,000 electric cars in the city, but currently only 3%

:00:50. > :00:52.electric vehicles on to London's roads but five years
:00:53. > :00:55.on there are just 3,000. At this car dealership,
:00:56. > :00:59.these SUVs may be the biggest seller but they are only
:01:00. > :01:02.part electric and still need fuel. The only problem with electric
:01:03. > :01:05.vehicles, is they do run out of range fairly quickly.
:01:06. > :01:08.So, in practice, I think customers probably thought -
:01:09. > :01:11.unless they are doing very short journeys - the electric vehicle may
:01:12. > :01:14.not be the answer. The mayor promised 235,000 charging
:01:15. > :01:19.points in the capital by next year. So far there are just 1500.
