:00:56. > :00:58.site. Amongst derelict houses. It is not being treated like a building
:00:59. > :01:02.site, they are not securing it well enough, there are health and safety
:01:03. > :01:06.risks. Look at all of these bits left unattended. We have got a lot
:01:07. > :01:11.of kids in the area so they could easily come in. They need to enforce
:01:12. > :01:15.the health and safety and make sure these sites are properly secured to
:01:16. > :01:19.prevent a part -- horrible accident. This property has been empty until a
:01:20. > :01:22.couple of months ago and until recently you could walk inside there
:01:23. > :01:25.and we were told a couple of nights ago people came and started a fire
:01:26. > :01:28.inside which is why all of this stuff was brought outside. The door
:01:29. > :01:33.has been boarded up by the developers but you can see that none
:01:34. > :01:38.of this area has been secured. Cowboy builders! There is much anger
:01:39. > :01:44.here towards the developers. Residence on the North State now
:01:45. > :01:47.what Lambeth Council to in between -- intervened. For some of those
:01:48. > :01:53.already in their new homes it has not been a happy ending they were
:01:54. > :01:56.hoping for. -- North estate. This is where the leak is coming from and
:01:57. > :02:00.that is why the cupboard is like that and it needs to be replaced.

:02:05. > :02:09.lovely but there is a sound issue for us. It is the sound and the

:02:28. > :02:30.this is complete residents say they will continue to shout to ensure
:02:31. > :02:31.they are not forgotten amongst the rubble.
