:02:45. > :02:52.not know? Theresa May said several times that the Government had
:02:52. > :02:55.repeatedly examined the security plan and had acted quickly. When we
:02:55. > :03:01.came into office, we did an immediate security audit, we
:03:02. > :03:05.increased the budget, we revise their plans. I have commissioned
:03:05. > :03:09.several report into how prepared we are and each of them has led to a
:03:10. > :03:13.refinement to the plans. When G4S told us they could not deliver
:03:14. > :03:17.their contractual obligations, last Wednesday, we decided to deploy
:03:17. > :03:22.extra military personnel to fill the gap. She could not confirm
:03:22. > :03:29.exactly how many people G4S will now provide. She did revealed that
:03:29. > :03:33.the company's accredited 20,000 staff but they cannot promise that
:03:33. > :03:36.they will turn up. They have blamed computer and management glitches.
:03:36. > :03:42.At the hotel in Manchester where four Olympic football teams will
:03:42. > :03:47.stay, including Great Britain, only 17 of 56 security staff appeared
:03:47. > :03:51.today and the police stepped in instead, at a potential cost of
