:02:43. > :02:46.been fired. One news agency is reporting one person dead and
:02:47. > :02:51.several injured. Police have confirmed that there has been
:02:52. > :02:55.shooting and there have been injuries and possible deaths. The
:02:56. > :03:00.area is in lockdown. The shooting is believed to be over but the
:03:01. > :03:04.situation is still live. They haven't apprehended the shooter or
:03:05. > :03:09.shooters yet. We don't know who they are, their motive or how many people
:03:10. > :03:13.are killed or injured. When one hears about a shooting, the
:03:14. > :03:17.temptation is to jump to the conclusion of a terror attack. We
:03:18. > :03:23.can't say this at that point. We have no idea who the shooter is or
:03:24. > :03:28.what their motive is. None. This is coming hard on the heels of things
:03:29. > :03:33.like the Nice attack, an axe attack in Germany a few days ago on a
:03:34. > :03:38.train, the curious incident at RAF Marham airbase, the failed abduction
:03:39. > :03:42.of an RAF serviceman, also unsolved and we don't know the motive for
:03:43. > :03:47.that. You are right, we don't know the motive. This could be somebody
:03:48. > :03:52.with psychiatric problems. It could be a personal feud, a dispute, a
:03:53. > :03:58.family dispute. We don't know. We are seeing pictures of people
:03:59. > :04:03.outside the shopping mall. We can see police and emergency services,
:04:04. > :04:08.but few details. Germany has been on alert for something like this for
:04:09. > :04:11.some time. Whatever the motive, Germany is expecting terrorist
:04:12. > :04:15.attacks. They are in the target sites or so-called Islamic State and
:04:16. > :04:19.their followers, but that isn't to say that this had everything to do
:04:20. > :04:24.with them. We have to keep an open mind. We hopefully will get a
:04:25. > :04:29.statement in the next few minutes or hours from German police, confirming
:04:30. > :04:33.what the casualties are and what the situation is. This only happened
:04:34. > :04:38.minutes ago so we are dealing with this as it happens. If there is a

:04:40. > :04:41.New figures suggest that, post-Brexit, one measure of the UK
