:11:24. > :11:26.as well as obviously great political difficulties.

:11:30. > :11:32.Brexit is an opportunity not for us, but for other countries

:11:33. > :11:36.Billionaire businessman Wilbur Ross has called it a god-given

:11:37. > :11:40.opportunity for cities from Dublin to Frankfurt to take business

:11:41. > :11:47.And that's the man chosen by Donald Trump to lead trade

:11:48. > :11:48.negotiations with Theresa May's Government.
