:08:30. > :08:34.Tuesday, the pair entered guilty pleas in the hope that doing so

:09:05. > :09:09.themselves that is not credible, as we outlined in the pulmonary

:09:36. > :09:39.A social worker has told BBC Newsline that young people continue
:09:39. > :09:42.to be raped while the authorities continue to squabble over the sexual
:09:42. > :09:45.exploitation of children. Questions have also been raised about an
:09:45. > :09:52.independent inquiry into the issue announced yesterday and if that's
:09:52. > :09:57.the best use of public money. For some of these young people, a
:09:57. > :10:00.night out with friends could turn into something sinister. What
:10:00. > :10:04.appears to be an innocent chat up line, for instance, can also lead to
:10:04. > :10:11.behaviour where they are being exploited by man. With the living in
:10:11. > :10:15.care or at home, the same thing can happen. One of the women that I
:10:15. > :10:22.talked to told me that she felt the size of a thumbnail, that she was
:10:22. > :10:26.completely surrounded by darkness, that she did not feel that she had
:10:26. > :10:32.anyone or anywhere to go and the whole world became dark when she was
:10:32. > :10:37.exploited. Following last week's elevations -- revelations about 30

:10:39. > :10:44.exportation of teenagers, questions are being asked about what is being
:10:44. > :10:48.done to protect them. In 2010, a private members Bill attempted to
:10:48. > :10:52.address the problem. This evening, we can further revealed that around
:10:52. > :10:55.the same time, the Department of Health produced its own document,
:10:55. > :11:01.which also failed to get off the ground. Dylan macro what I can say
:11:01. > :11:05.which also failed to get off the is -- I can say that this is a clear
:11:05. > :11:16.situation where any woman would have wanted this to be acted on in a more
:11:16. > :11:22.accurate fashion. Collectively, we have tried to take this issue
:11:22. > :11:27.forward and say, this is now to be acted upon. Now there are two
:11:27. > :11:30.reports, dating back to 2010, which revealed just how long ago the
:11:30. > :11:36.authorities recognise this as a major problem. But three and a half
:11:36. > :11:41.years is not a long time for most people, but for those being sexually
:11:41. > :11:47.exploited -- sexually employs it, it can be a lifetime. It is also
:11:47. > :11:51.emerged that some people who are being exported are currently waiting
:11:51. > :11:56.for counselling. There is the stark warning. They have said they felt
:11:56. > :12:02.very angry because everybody is squabbling and arguing who is to
:12:02. > :12:05.blame, and what they are saying is, why are you arguing between
:12:05. > :12:10.ourselves? We are still getting raped. The health minister had that
:12:10. > :12:20.an independent inquiry will stop the squabbling, but for some health
:12:20. > :12:25.professionals come it is not the appropriate way to go. Money should
:12:25. > :12:37.be spent on this. A team of experts has now been established and will be
