:01:14. > :01:17.the shortcomings in care at the Royal Victoria Hospital. The
:01:18. > :01:20.circumstances surrounding the children's deaths are being examined
:01:21. > :01:25.at the hyponotraemia inquiry in Banbridge. There today, the trust's
:01:26. > :01:32.Chief Executive said the unqualified agony and pain felt by the parents
:01:33. > :01:37.cannot be underestimated. The Western and Southern Health Trusts
:01:38. > :01:41.have also said they are sorry. But the parents of two of the children
:01:42. > :01:52.have described the words used today as hollow. Our health correspondent
:01:53. > :01:55.Marie-Louise Connolly reports. Throughout this public inquiry, the
:01:56. > :01:59.Ferguson and the Roberts families have been there to support each
:02:00. > :02:04.other. United in grief, today they sat side-by-side in court that the
:02:05. > :02:09.Belfast health trust apologise for the shortcomings in care received by
:02:10. > :02:17.their daughters and the other children. The Chief Executive said
:02:18. > :02:26.on behalf of the trust he was deeply sorry. He added, "the evidence shows
:02:27. > :02:29.that training in fluid management in children was inconsistent.
:02:30. > :02:35.Record-keeping was incomplete while governance was not sufficiently
:02:36. > :02:39.managed or even robust." He added, "I accept that reflective clinical
:02:40. > :02:43.practice and candour was clearly missing, something that is in place
:02:44. > :02:56.today." In relation to the family's sorrow, he said...

:04:05. > :04:11.responsible for her care. At one stage, Mrs Roberts had to receive
:04:12. > :04:14.medical attention after becoming unwell during a meeting with the
:04:15. > :04:19.executives. Finally, after eight years, the families get the apology
:04:20. > :04:23.they have been waiting for and this is the strongest indication yet that
:04:24. > :04:26.this public inquiry is coming to an end.

:04:30. > :04:31.the Phillipines who've perished or are left devastated by Typhoon

:10:18. > :10:22.treatable medical condition or an abomination. In terms of those
:10:23. > :10:24.issues, I don't think it is illicit in the first instance. I do think
:10:25. > :10:32.that many people have various elements to their lives that, when
:10:33. > :10:40.it comes to sexuality, many people who are heterosexual would desire
:10:41. > :10:43.to... Desire lots of other folks. Those of us who are married should
:10:44. > :10:50.not be doing that. So people can resist urges. In terms of all of
:10:51. > :10:55.this, I would just encourage people to take a sensible and rational view
:10:56. > :10:58.on these issues. The Minister then went on to explain why he was
:10:59. > :11:01.opposed to gay men giving went on to explain why he was
:11:02. > :11:06.said it was a safety issue and also said that he was opposed to same-sex
:11:07. > :11:15.couples adopting children for this reason. The natural order is for a
:11:16. > :11:19.man and a woman to have a child and therefore that has made my views on
:11:20. > :11:22.adoption very clear. And on raising children very clear. And it should
:11:23. > :11:27.be a man and a woman that raises a child. Now, people can criticise me
:11:28. > :11:34.for that and they can say it is backward. The truth is that still
:11:35. > :11:37.today, in this modern era, it is only a man and a woman that can
:11:38. > :11:42.produce a child. And therefore, I think it is in the best order for a

:13:07. > :13:10.when you come to Parliament. People are spending money, they are
:13:11. > :13:17.shopping. It is not all doom and gloom. The wider bowl in Edgar has a
:13:18. > :13:24.shop vacancy rate of 27%. -- the Ballymena area. One of its two
:13:25. > :13:30.shopping centres going into administration has not helped. Nor
:13:31. > :13:35.have high overheads for traders implant Centre locations like Church
:13:36. > :13:40.Street. The main problem here is that there are too many shops and
:13:41. > :13:46.rates are prohibitive in the prime locations. Traders here dispute the
:13:47. > :13:52.problem is as bad as the figures and like everyone else, hope area
:13:53. > :13:56.calculation of business rates may make life easier when they take
:13:57. > :13:59.effect in 2015. I don't think the recession is completely over. Baby

:15:07. > :15:16.which had not been reported. Bail was refused and he was remanded in

:17:56. > :18:03.get his cholesterol checked and we will do his blood pressure and his

:18:09. > :18:12.recommend they go to the doctor. Another way of spreading the message
:18:13. > :18:23.is the man band, it goes to sports clubs and even building sites and it
