:00:00. > :00:15.Many thanks. That's it from us. Now Good evening and welcome to BBC

:00:16. > :00:17.Newsline. The police are investigating the circumstances

:00:18. > :00:22.surrounding the sudden death of a man outside Dungannon. The body of

:00:23. > :00:26.the man, believed to be in his 30s, was found in the garden of a house

:00:27. > :00:29.in the Millview Manor area of the town this morning. A postmortem

:00:30. > :00:32.examination is to be carried out to determine the cause of death. The

:00:33. > :00:36.police haven't released any more details at this stage as they

:00:37. > :00:44.continue their inquiries. There has been a petrol bomb attack

:00:45. > :00:47.on a house in Coalisland. A device was thrown at the property at

:00:48. > :00:51.Inishmore Park around half past ten last night, causing scorch damage to

:00:52. > :00:55.a window. Nobody was in the house at the time. The police say three men

:00:56. > :00:58.believed to have been involved in the incident made off in a white

:00:59. > :01:01.coloured car along the Washingbay Road. The Sinn Fein MP for the area

:01:02. > :01:04.has condemned the attack. I was speaking to this family this

:01:05. > :01:07.morning and they are devastated completely. They don't know the

:01:08. > :01:12.reason for it and are concerned that why this attack happened. I don't

:01:13. > :01:17.believe it happened within -- by anyone within the Coalisland area

:01:18. > :01:21.but we have no knowledge of that at the present time. The real situation

:01:22. > :01:25.is that, you know, if there had not been someone's sitting on the sofa

:01:26. > :01:28.in this situation, we would be talking about death this morning.

:01:29. > :01:30.That is the sad situation. Police searching for missing

:01:31. > :01:33.Ballymena woman Elizabeth Greer are investigating the discovery of a

:01:34. > :01:36.body at Randalstown, close to Lough Neagh this morning.

:01:37. > :01:39.The 46-year-old was last seen in Ballymena on Wednesday. The body has

:01:40. > :01:42.not yet been formally identified and a postmortem is to be held.

:01:43. > :01:47.The chairman of the Ulster Unionist Party, Lord Empey, has tabled an

:01:48. > :01:51.amendment at Westminster which, if passed, would pave the way for an

:01:52. > :01:53.opposition to be set up in the Assembly. Speaking on the Sunday

:01:54. > :02:04.Politics show, the Ulster Unionist peer insisted that his proposals was

:02:05. > :02:09.in line with party policy. If you look at the 2010 manner

:02:10. > :02:14.Fausto, it had a position for opposition in the manifesto. In our

:02:15. > :02:20.manifesto of 2011 it is included in it, and in Mike Nesbitt's maiden

:02:21. > :02:23.speech in 2011 he raised the question of opposition. So whether

:02:24. > :02:27.we as a party would ever seek to be in opposition is a totally different

:02:28. > :02:30.issue from whether we have an official opposition or not. They are

:02:31. > :02:35.separate issues, we want the provision to be applied because we

:02:36. > :02:39.think it would strengthen Stormont, it would move as one stage towards

:02:40. > :02:44.more normal politics and I can't see any reason why any person would be

:02:45. > :02:47.opposed to it. And you can see The Sunday Politics Show again at eleven

:02:48. > :02:50.o'clock on BBC Two. A leading charity in Northern

:02:51. > :02:53.Ireland is calling on the Assembly to ban the sale of electronic

:02:54. > :02:56.cigarettes to children under 18. It follows the decision by the

:02:57. > :02:58.Public Health Minister in England to prohibit children buying

:02:59. > :03:01.E-cigarettes. Electronic cigarettes deliver a hit of nicotine and emit

:03:02. > :03:04.water vapour which mimics the feeling and look of smoking. Chest

:03:05. > :03:09.Heart and Stroke believes Stormont should introduce similar

:03:10. > :03:14.legislation. The quickest way to do that is to

:03:15. > :03:18.use the children and families bill that is now progressing through

:03:19. > :03:21.Westminster. If it is tagged onto that, we in Northern Ireland can use

:03:22. > :03:26.that build to deliver this ban much more speedily so that we can stop

:03:27. > :03:29.young people buying these E-cigarettes.

:03:30. > :03:31.Turning to football now and Cliftonville defeated their North

:03:32. > :03:34.Belfast rivals Crusaders to retain the League Cup last night.

:03:35. > :03:38.But it took extra time and penalties to separate the two teams. Here's

:03:39. > :03:43.Sharon Hall. Both sides had their chances, Liam

:03:44. > :03:46.Boyce went close with this header, and the Crusaders responded when

:03:47. > :03:54.this volley forced Conor Devon into a good save.

:03:55. > :03:57.At the end of normal time, the deadlock was almost broken for the

:03:58. > :04:01.Reds in injury time with a deft chip. When extra time ended

:04:02. > :04:08.Scotland's, Devlin was the hero saving penalties. Cliftonville's

:04:09. > :04:14.Gormley, or Carol and cold will put their kicks away. McLean needed to

:04:15. > :04:23.find the net to in the contest. But the defender 's effort went wide to

:04:24. > :04:28.Cliftonville celebrations. Now the weather. It is quite chilly

:04:29. > :04:31.out there and where we have the skies clearing temperatures will

:04:32. > :04:35.fall to freezing and below. Because we have wet surfaces there is a risk

:04:36. > :04:41.of black face, mainly during the first part of tonight. We will also

:04:42. > :04:45.see a scattering of showers continuing and over the hills and

:04:46. > :04:52.mountains there will be sleet and snow. By tomorrow morning we will

:04:53. > :04:56.see milder air from the West. By two morning -- tomorrow morning most of

:04:57. > :05:00.what is falling out of this game will be rain. Tomorrow will be

:05:01. > :05:04.unsettled, scattered showers throughout the day and windy with

:05:05. > :05:08.blustery conditions. Many will wake up to a wet and damp start but like

:05:09. > :05:13.today it will not rain all day, some bright weather to enjoy and the odd

:05:14. > :05:17.spell of sunshine. It will not feel warm. Low pressure will be in

:05:18. > :05:21.control across Britain and Ireland tomorrow bringing unsettled weather.

:05:22. > :05:27.The best chance of dry weather will be in central areas of England and

:05:28. > :05:31.towards the East Coast. Snow for some northern areas of England and

:05:32. > :05:36.Scotland and across Ireland, Wales and the south-west of England wet

:05:37. > :05:39.and blustery day. If you are out and about tomorrow, keep the umbrella

:05:40. > :05:44.handy. It will be showering at times but there will be bright weather to

:05:45. > :05:50.enjoy, too. Temperatures between six and eight Celsius will feel colder.

:05:51. > :05:53.Towards Tuesday, they will pressure continues to swirl around bringing

:05:54. > :05:57.outbreaks of rain and unsettled weather across many areas of Britain

:05:58. > :06:00.and Ireland. For Northern Ireland it looks as though the best chance of

:06:01. > :06:06.dry weather will be for Tuesday in the West. Damp weather continuing to

:06:07. > :06:11.linger around coastal areas. We will get easterly winds on Tuesday,

:06:12. > :06:17.feeling much colder as the called air comes from the continent.

:06:18. > :06:21.Further spells of rain and scattered showers on Wednesday, slipping away

:06:22. > :06:23.to watch Thursday, so by then we are expecting a drier day, for a while,

:06:24. > :06:28.at least. That's it, our next bulletin is at

:06:29. > :06:31.6:25am in the morning. For now, from everyone here, what ever you are

:06:32. > :06:33.doing, have a good.
