:00:00. > :00:09.Good evening. A 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of
:00:10. > :00:12.attempted murder after a 28-year-old man was stabbed in North Belfast
:00:13. > :00:15.this morning. A local councillor says the incident has caused concern
:00:16. > :00:28.in the local community. Kevin Sharkey reports. Glenbryn Park this
:00:29. > :00:32.morning and no sign of what happened earlier. Normal life continuing.
:00:33. > :00:37.Hours after an incident which left a man in hospital and another in
:00:38. > :00:41.police custody. The exact details of what happened or not clear but it
:00:42. > :00:46.happened this morning and the victim was stabbed in the chest. He was
:00:47. > :00:52.taken to hospital and is life is not in danger. A city councillor says
:00:53. > :00:56.the community is concerned. We are working to regenerate the area. We
:00:57. > :01:04.do not want any bad news stories. Every time an knife is pulled you
:01:05. > :01:11.are risking death and risking long prison sentences. It is both carrot
:01:12. > :01:17.and stick, the police had to be out there and searching, but the dangers
:01:18. > :01:21.and education needs to be out there as well. Police are still trying to
:01:22. > :01:23.find out more about what led to the stabbing and want to hear from
:01:24. > :01:30.anyone in the area at the time. Two men in their twenties have been
:01:31. > :01:34.arrested in Strabane in connection with an armed robbery in the
:01:35. > :01:37.Republic of Ireland on Friday night. It happened at a bookmakers in
:01:38. > :01:43.Ballybofey in County Donegal. The arrests followed a major police
:01:44. > :01:46.operation in Strabane today. Over 100 people have attended a
:01:47. > :01:49.candle-lit vigil in north Belfast to mark the 25th anniversary of the
:01:50. > :01:52.murder of Pat Finucane. The event took place on the Antrim Road close
:01:53. > :01:56.to the Finucane family home where the Belfast solicitor was shot dead
:01:57. > :01:59.in front of his wife and children. In 2012, the family rejected a
:02:00. > :02:03.review by Sir Desmond de Silva which found that agents of the state were
:02:04. > :02:13.involved in the killing. They continue to call for a full public
:02:14. > :02:20.inquiry into the murder. Every significant landmark in our
:02:21. > :02:24.campaign, have all added further weight and momentum to what I think
:02:25. > :02:28.is an inevitable outcome, which is a full and public enquiry because I
:02:29. > :02:32.think people realise that the full truth about the murder has not been
:02:33. > :02:35.told and the British Government promised to have that enquiry and we
:02:36. > :02:40.want them to live up to that promise. A call for the Prime
:02:41. > :02:43.Minister to meet the Ballymurphy families has been backed by the
:02:44. > :02:46.Shadow Secretary of State. Eleven people were killed in Ballymurphy by
:02:47. > :02:50.soldiers from The Parachute Regiment in August 1971. Ivan Lewis told
:02:51. > :02:53.Sunday Politics he's due to meet the relatives himself in Belfast this
:02:54. > :02:56.week. There are questions to answer, I will certainly be meeting with
:02:57. > :02:59.them, engaging with them, and clarifying what our position is on
:03:00. > :03:03.the nature of any enquiry. But, of course, if they have requested a
:03:04. > :03:10.meeting with the Prime Minister, of course he should meet them. MPs in
:03:11. > :03:13.Westminster are to vote tomorrow, on legislation to ban smoking in cars
:03:14. > :03:17.carrying children. The proposal has already been passed by the House of
:03:18. > :03:20.Lords. Any ban would only apply in England initially, but Northern
:03:21. > :03:28.Ireland Chest, Heart and Stroke is calling on the Assembly to take
:03:29. > :03:32.action as well. There was disappointment at the Winter
:03:33. > :03:35.Olympics on the slopes in Sochi this morning, for local snowboarder Aimee
:03:36. > :03:38.Fuller. The 21-year-old from Bangor was competing for a place in the
:03:39. > :03:41.Slopestyle finals. But despite high hopes, she failed to land her double
:03:42. > :03:51.back-flip for the second time and missed out. I am smiling,
:03:52. > :03:55.unfortunately I didn't land. Like I said in the first run, I thought I
:03:56. > :04:00.might as well put all my cards on the table and go for it. If I had
:04:01. > :04:04.gone down, we would have been on the money. But it is a great experience,
:04:05. > :04:06.the first time I have competed in the Olympics. A building block for
:04:07. > :04:12.the next one. Now, just time for a look at what's happening on the
:04:13. > :04:17.weather front for the coming weeks. Barra Best has the details.
:04:18. > :04:28.It is turning chilly. It will be a frosty night. There may even be ice.
:04:29. > :04:33.There is a weather warning for ice in untreated areas as temperatures
:04:34. > :04:38.fall to freezing and below. Most towns and cities should stay above
:04:39. > :04:43.freezing, but it will be colder in the countryside. Some of the wet
:04:44. > :04:49.weather in the West tomorrow could be falling as wintry weather on high
:04:50. > :04:53.ground. For Monday, not a bad day, plenty of dry and bright weather,
:04:54. > :04:58.but it will be cold. Tomorrow morning will be unsettled with rain
:04:59. > :05:03.pushing east words and some of it will fall as wintry weather but it
:05:04. > :05:08.will clear the coast by lunchtime. Elsewhere across Ireland it will be
:05:09. > :05:13.dry and bright for many places with sunshine. Elsewhere, showery rain
:05:14. > :05:22.stretching from Scotland into the north-west of England and Wales,
:05:23. > :05:24.some showers for the East of England, but in between it will be
:05:25. > :05:27.largely dry and it will brighten up later. If you're out and about back
:05:28. > :05:33.home tomorrow, you will not need the umbrella, it will be dry and bright
:05:34. > :05:38.and sunny, but quite cold. For a while tomorrow evening, a frost will
:05:39. > :05:42.develop because of clear skies, but eventually we will see a weather
:05:43. > :05:47.front move in and into Tuesday it will bring stronger winds and rain,
:05:48. > :05:49.but most of the rain will clear Ireland by Tuesday morning,
:05:50. > :06:04.eventually pushing across Britain and it will clear later in the day.
:06:05. > :06:07.Behind it, it will turn quite chilly. Some of the stuff we see
:06:08. > :06:10.falling out of the sky on Tuesday will fall as sleet and snow will
:06:11. > :06:13.especially on high ground. There could be some snow as well. It would
:06:14. > :06:15.be a bitterly cold day. For the rest of the week, it will stay cold. We
