:00:07. > :00:12.Good evening. A six-year-old boy who was knocked down along with his twin

:00:13. > :00:17.brother in Lisburn on Wednesday, has died. Diarmuid Frazer died in

:00:18. > :00:24.hospital last night. His brother is said to be in a stable condition.

:00:25. > :00:29.Conor Macauley reports. As new filtered out that one of the

:00:30. > :00:34.twins knocked down here on Wednesday had died of people arrived to lay

:00:35. > :00:38.flowers at the scene. Dermot Fraser and his brother had gone with a

:00:39. > :00:43.parent to have their hair cut and were crossing Railway Street in

:00:44. > :00:47.Lisbon at around 3:30pm when the accident took place. What happened

:00:48. > :00:51.here was a tragic sequence of events. The traffic in the far lane

:00:52. > :00:55.was backed up due to roadworks further up the street, but the

:00:56. > :00:59.traffic in this nearside lane was moving freely. The children crossed

:01:00. > :01:03.from the far side of the street. They were with a parent, but they

:01:04. > :01:07.came between the back up cars, so the young woman who hit them in this

:01:08. > :01:13.lane would have had little time to see them more or to stop. The boys

:01:14. > :01:17.were pupils at a local primary school. There have been press here

:01:18. > :01:22.since the accident that they would both pull through. The news of the

:01:23. > :01:27.little boy's that has rocked this close-knit rural community. We have

:01:28. > :01:37.been hoping and praying for the best. The news last night has

:01:38. > :01:42.devastated the community. To know that there is a little twin, a

:01:43. > :01:47.little brother, he is recovering, and to have seen that tragedy, it is

:01:48. > :01:50.awfully sad. His brother is said to be stable in hospital. Police are

:01:51. > :02:01.asking anyone who may have witnessed the accident to come forward.

:02:02. > :02:04.A 22-year-old man has been charged with having explosives with intent

:02:05. > :02:08.to endanger life. It follows the discovery of a bomb and command wire

:02:09. > :02:12.in a holdall on the junction of Shaws Road and Glenn Road in West

:02:13. > :02:13.Belfast on Thursday. The man is due before Belfast Magistrates' Court on

:02:14. > :02:17.Monday. The police are investigating a hate

:02:18. > :02:20.crime after a car was damaged in Londonderry in the early hours of

:02:21. > :02:23.this morning. Four men were arrested following the incident in the

:02:24. > :02:25.Fountain area of the city. They've been released on bail pending

:02:26. > :02:28.further inquiries. The family of Corporal Channing Day,

:02:29. > :02:31.the 25-year-old County Down medic who was killed in Afghanistan, have

:02:32. > :02:34.attended a special service in Comber. A new memorial in the town's

:02:35. > :02:38.square was unveiled to commemorate all those who have lost their lives

:02:39. > :02:41.in the armed forces since the Second World War. Channing's name was

:02:42. > :02:48.included on the monument, which was commissioned by Ards Borough

:02:49. > :02:56.Council. I don't think she will be forgotten

:02:57. > :03:02.ever hear, let alone in her family. The number of people we have met who

:03:03. > :03:06.knew Channing Day when she was in the cadets, and all the tributes

:03:07. > :03:09.that have been paid to her daily, even on her Facebook page.

:03:10. > :03:13.A Russian sailor has appeared in court in Belfast, accused of being

:03:14. > :03:15.drunk in charge of a ship. The 53-year-old confirmed that he spoke

:03:16. > :03:19.some English. It's understood that the captain of the ship, which has a

:03:20. > :03:22.cargo of coal, alerted the Harbour Master that he believed his Chief

:03:23. > :03:25.Engineer was drunk. When he was breathalysed, it's alleged the

:03:26. > :03:28.sailor was more than three times the legal drink-drive limit. A police

:03:29. > :03:32.officer said they wouldn't be opposing bail because the vessel

:03:33. > :03:35.will be in Belfast harbour for a period of time.

:03:36. > :03:38.First Trust say a fault which affected ATM and card transactions

:03:39. > :03:41.in many parts of Northern Ireland earlier has been fixed. It is still

:03:42. > :03:44.working to fully restore online banking services.

:03:45. > :03:47.The leader of the Green Party in Northern Ireland has called for

:03:48. > :03:49.greater transparency when it comes to political donations. Steven Agnew

:03:50. > :03:53.says all parties should make donations public. Northern Ireland

:03:54. > :03:56.is the only area of the UK where political donations are secret. The

:03:57. > :04:07.MLA for North Down was speaking at his party's annual conference.

:04:08. > :04:14.If you can buy a political party, and I am not saying it has happened

:04:15. > :04:18.in Northern Ireland, but what I am saying is that nobody out there

:04:19. > :04:23.cannot say it is not happening. One person with independent wealth could

:04:24. > :04:28.fund a political party and we would not know it. Decisions could be made

:04:29. > :04:29.in their favour, rather than in the favour of the common good.

:04:30. > :04:44.The weather's been Good evening. It looks as though

:04:45. > :04:49.most places will be dry for a while tonight. There will be some further

:04:50. > :04:53.rain during the early hours, but up until midnight most places will be

:04:54. > :04:58.dry. Don't forget that the box spring forward and Albert tonight,

:04:59. > :05:03.so you will need to reset all your clocks and watches, so that means an

:05:04. > :05:07.hour less in bed. The second half of the night will become cloudy and

:05:08. > :05:12.damp, but it will be frost free. Some damp weather tomorrow morning

:05:13. > :05:17.to begin with, but the second half of Sunday will improve quite

:05:18. > :05:21.nicely. So, a lot of cloud on Sunday morning, showery rain in some

:05:22. > :05:24.places. Those showers ease as the morning goes on, and tomorrow

:05:25. > :05:28.afternoon should see some brightness developing. It is coming from the

:05:29. > :05:32.south-east, say many parts of England and Wales will have warm

:05:33. > :05:37.spells of sunshine. This area of sea fog drifts onto the West of Scotland

:05:38. > :05:39.so there will be some sunshine around, and over the Republic of

:05:40. > :05:48.Ireland some cloudy and damp weather, but hopefully writing up in

:05:49. > :05:54.eastern counties. -- brightening up. Not as blustery as today. Where the

:05:55. > :05:57.sun makes an appearance, the mid teens is quite possible. A warmer

:05:58. > :06:02.feel to the day on paired with today. On Monday, we still have

:06:03. > :06:14.those southeasterly winds, but the rain is back. Temperatures still in

:06:15. > :06:19.double figures. We continue to keep a southeasterly drift which means

:06:20. > :06:22.that the East Coast and parts of Belfast will be quite blustery at

:06:23. > :06:26.times, and it is still fairly unsettled will stop keep your eye

:06:27. > :06:29.umbrella handy. BBC Newsline will be back tomorrow

:06:30. > :06:33.at a 6:45pm. You can keep up to date with local news on BBC Radio Ulster,

:06:34. > :06:35.or on our local news online service. From everyone on the BBC Newsline
