:00:11. > :00:16.Good evening. Nationalist residents in the Carrick Hill area of Belfast

:00:17. > :00:19.say they would hold no further protests if all marches past the

:00:20. > :00:22.local Catholic Church were conducted in the same manner as today's

:00:23. > :00:24.Apprentice Boys' parade. Both the outward and return leg passed

:00:25. > :00:36.without incident. Helen Jones reports. Parades passed St Patrick's

:00:37. > :00:41.church in recent years have been contentious, because of the playing

:00:42. > :00:45.of music. Today one band led the apprentice boys sounding a single

:00:46. > :00:51.drum beat. Nationalists welcomed the move, but were critical they hadn't

:00:52. > :00:54.been told. There is no need. They should issue a statement saying we

:00:55. > :01:02.will come down here and there will be a single drum beat. We wouldn't

:01:03. > :01:07.be here. So if this the way they intend to do it, state it now. The

:01:08. > :01:11.band sounded a single beat again on the return leg. The apprentice boys

:01:12. > :01:15.say they haven't ruled out the possibility of providing assurance

:01:16. > :01:20.they will do the same again in the future. We would need to think about

:01:21. > :01:25.that. We have been behaving like that on all our parade and nobody in

:01:26. > :01:30.our club has caused any offence. Indeed not so long ago the parish

:01:31. > :01:33.priest congratulated us on our deportment. There was a heavy

:01:34. > :01:39.security presence during the outward and return legs of the parade. Given

:01:40. > :01:41.today's outcome there will be people hopest hoping the apprentice boys

:01:42. > :01:52.have set the tone for the rest of the marching season. In Londonderry,

:01:53. > :02:02.a Republican commemoration has taken place. Over 100 people attended the

:02:03. > :02:04.event in the city cemetery. In previous years it has been addressed

:02:05. > :02:07.by masked dissident representatives, but there was no paramilitary

:02:08. > :02:10.statement this year. Speakers criticised the Deputy First Minister

:02:11. > :02:13.for his attendance in London during the recent Irish state visit, with

:02:14. > :02:16.one describing him as a "pawn in someone else's strategy". The police

:02:17. > :02:19.are continuing to question a 36-year-old man in connection with

:02:20. > :02:22.the discovery of a woman's body in West Belfast. The 30-year-old's

:02:23. > :02:26.death is being treated as suspicious. BBC Newsline's Mark

:02:27. > :02:35.Simpson reports. Tributes outside the home of Ema Clarke. Her body was

:02:36. > :02:39.found yesterday in west Belfast. One neighbour, who didn't want to appear

:02:40. > :02:45.on camera, said everyone who knew her was shocked. She had her three

:02:46. > :02:50.kids and she was happy. You just don't expect it at all to be honest.

:02:51. > :02:55.She was just a happy-go-lucky person. Everybody is just deaf

:02:56. > :03:01.stated -- devastated. Nobody can believe something like this can go

:03:02. > :03:06.on on your own doorstep. A postmortem examination of the

:03:07. > :03:10.woman's body has been carried out, but the results have yet to be

:03:11. > :03:15.revealed. The police were called at 6. 25 yesterday morning. 36 hours

:03:16. > :03:20.later they're still here and searching the house and trying to

:03:21. > :03:24.find out what happened to the woman. A 36-year-old man was I rested

:03:25. > :03:33.yesterday -- arrested yesterday in connection with her death. He is

:03:34. > :03:36.still being questioned by police. The police say they are

:03:37. > :03:39.investigating a report of an assault in the Lenadoon Avenue area this

:03:40. > :03:43.morning. A man, believed to be aged in his 20s, has been taken to

:03:44. > :03:49.hospital for treatment to his injuries. A man and a woman have

:03:50. > :03:53.been hurt in a crash in Antrim. Two vehicles were involved in the crash

:03:54. > :03:55.on the Chapeltown Road. It's not believed the injuries are life

:03:56. > :03:58.threatening. Lawyers acting for the family of high profile Sinn Fein

:03:59. > :04:01.official and republican informer Denis Donaldson say they will take

:04:02. > :04:05.legal action if the Gardai don't hand over a journal he was writing

:04:06. > :04:07.shortly before he was shot dead. The Police Ombudsman is investigating

:04:08. > :04:11.allegations that PSNI officers may have contributed to his death. His

:04:12. > :04:14.family believe the journal may hold clues about what happened, but the

:04:15. > :04:16.Garda have refused to make it available to investigators. Our Home

:04:17. > :04:35.Affairs Correspondent Vincent Kearney reports. Denis Donaldson was

:04:36. > :04:39.shot dead in County Donegal in 2006. He fled there after being told by

:04:40. > :04:45.the PSNI that the media were going to expose the fact that he had been

:04:46. > :04:49.working as an informer for 20 years. As part of their investigation,

:04:50. > :04:53.detectives removed a journal he had been writing. His family have

:04:54. > :04:58.claimed that PSNI officers who knew about his work may have contributed

:04:59. > :05:05.to his death. And that that the Jun could contain -- journal could

:05:06. > :05:10.contain clues. The claims are being investigated by the ombudsman. But

:05:11. > :05:17.the gardai have refused to give him access to the journal. The family

:05:18. > :05:24.have asked the gardai to make a copy of the journal available. They say a

:05:25. > :05:28.refusal would be a breach of the right of the family to an

:05:29. > :05:32.independent investigation of the killing. If the gardai refuse to

:05:33. > :05:43.hand it over, the lawyers say they will seek a judicial review in the

:05:44. > :05:46.courts in Dublin. Detectives investigating the murder of Thomas

:05:47. > :05:49.Crossan last week have been released unconditionally a 26-year-old man

:05:50. > :05:52.arrested in west Belfast yesterday. The 43-year-old former Continuity

:05:53. > :05:55.IRA member was shot dead on Friday while sitting in a hut at a fuel

:05:56. > :06:02.business off the Springfield Road in the city. There are delays to train

:06:03. > :06:15.service between Belfast and Larne harbour tonight. It has been caused

:06:16. > :06:17.by an incident involving disruptive passengers. The motorcycling season

:06:18. > :06:20.got underway this Easter weekend and there was double success for two

:06:21. > :06:25.riders from Carrickfergus in the British Championship. Stephen Watson

:06:26. > :06:33.reports. At Brands Hatch Saly and Irwin both upon. Seeley won his with

:06:34. > :06:39.a brilliant move. He went from third to first in two corners. The gloves

:06:40. > :06:43.are off, the gloves are off and look at Seeley. He is now the early

:06:44. > :06:48.leader of the Championship, which he is trying to reaperture with his

:06:49. > :06:53.Northern Ireland -- recapture with his Northern Ireland team. It is

:06:54. > :06:59.hectic from the word go. We could see we could do consistent laps. So

:07:00. > :07:07.it is a good weekend for us. A good lap time and roll on the next part.

:07:08. > :07:11.Irwin is relishing the rest of his season. He was fifth today after a

:07:12. > :07:15.victory yesterday. Two riders from the same home town sharing the same

:07:16. > :07:21.podium. It looks set to be a thrilling season. Now the weather

:07:22. > :07:23.forecast for tomorrow and the week heard is next with Cecilia Daly.

:07:24. > :07:26.forecast for tomorrow and the week heard is next with Well we have had

:07:27. > :07:30.some fabulous weather this Easter. Today has been the warmest day of

:07:31. > :07:39.the Easter break. Hopefully you have managed to enjoy the sunshine. If

:07:40. > :07:46.you have managed to get too coast I -- to the coast I hope you haven't

:07:47. > :07:49.had surp - sun burn. Showers tomorrow, but it should improve

:07:50. > :07:53.towards the end of the week. It won't be as cold tonight.

:07:54. > :07:57.Temperatures still in the mid teens. There will be one or two showers in

:07:58. > :08:02.the east. But dry and no frost. So a mild start tomorrow. But over all

:08:03. > :08:06.the day will be disappointing. Especially after the last few days.

:08:07. > :08:09.The morning will bring some dry and bright weather. The best in the

:08:10. > :08:14.west. Already a few showers developing across the east. And they

:08:15. > :08:18.will become more widespread. You can see there is an area of rain feeding

:08:19. > :08:23.in from the north of England and generally across Britain and Ireland

:08:24. > :08:27.a lot of cloud with showers. When the sun come out the temperatures

:08:28. > :08:31.will reach the high teens. For Northern Ireland faechlts at least

:08:32. > :08:37.two or three -- temperatures at least two or three degrees down, due

:08:38. > :08:41.to that cloud and rain. It will dry up towards the end of the day. But

:08:42. > :08:45.the rain is back on Wednesday. Becoming more showersy later in the

:08:46. > :08:49.day. At least it improves towards the end of the week with some

:08:50. > :08:53.showers around but the showers easing and some sunshine again and

:08:54. > :09:09.it will feel warmer. Our late summary is at 10.14.

:09:10. > :09:16.You've become an Eeyore. And you've got to be a Tigger.
