:00:35. > :00:39.Services were involved, helping to scour the waterway for a sign of the
:00:40. > :00:44.missing man. Lee Rogers had gone out on the water with five other
:00:45. > :00:48.friends. They got into difficulty around teatime. Having passed on
:00:49. > :00:56.what information they had, the friends were taken by ambulance for
:00:57. > :01:01.medical treatment. An Irish rescue helicopter helped in the operation,
:01:02. > :01:07.as did members of the North West Mountain Rescue Team.
:01:08. > :01:13.The reed beds were checked and the shallows but while the group's boat
:01:14. > :01:18.was found and recovered yesterday evening, there was no sign of Mr
:01:19. > :01:23.Rodgers as night fell. The Emergency Services were here
:01:24. > :01:28.from 6. 30pm. All here until about 10.00pm, when the light started to
:01:29. > :01:33.fade and the operation had to be stood down for the evening. They
:01:34. > :01:40.were all back this morning at 8.00am and at about 11.00am Mr Roger's body
:01:41. > :01:45.was recovered not far from the spot where his boat capsized.
