:00:00. > :00:15.That's all from us. Don't forget a first look at the

:00:16. > :00:18.A serving and a former police officer are among six people

:00:19. > :00:22.investigating the awarding of vehicle contracts in the PSNI.

:00:23. > :00:24.The arrests were made in counties Antrim,

:00:25. > :00:28.With more details here's our Home Affairs correspondent

:00:29. > :00:36.The PSNI operates the largest fleet of vehicles in Northern Ireland. Six

:00:37. > :00:43.men are being questioned. Four men were arrested in Northern Ireland

:00:44. > :00:50.and two in England. All are being questioned at Antrim police station.

:00:51. > :00:55.They have been arrested on suspicion of a range of offences including

:00:56. > :01:02.bribery and misconduct. It is not clear whether the offences are in

:01:03. > :01:13.to the purchasing of vehicles, the servicing of the vehicles, or both.

:01:14. > :01:20.It is understood that computers have been removed from the homes of those

:01:21. > :01:24.accused. The police now said it expects its officers and staff to

:01:25. > :01:40.behave professionally and with integrity at all times.

:01:41. > :01:43.A woman has told Belfast crown court that she's still

:01:44. > :01:45.receiving counselling two years after a civilian CCTV operator

:01:46. > :01:51.allegedly trained a camera into her flat in North Belfast.

:01:52. > :01:53.50 year old Ciaran McCreavie from Collinwood Gardens

:01:54. > :01:55.in Newtownabbey denies misconduct in a public office, voyeurism and

:01:56. > :02:06.The defendant was one of three civilian CCTV operators when the

:02:07. > :02:15.alleged offences were committed. They worked in a CCTV suite similar

:02:16. > :02:21.to this one. The accused denies directing a camera and zooming into

:02:22. > :02:27.the living room of a flat for his gratification.

:02:28. > :02:38.The prosecution said that in November the defendant saw the

:02:39. > :02:48.woman in a state of undress. He wilfully abused his position by

:02:49. > :02:56.watching the woman. Giving evidence a CCTV operator said

:02:57. > :03:06.he had checked various cameras, and he saw an image on one of the

:03:07. > :03:15.cameras with a person in underwear. He said, he had not seen

:03:16. > :03:25.anything so intrusive. He claims that the defendant smiled and walked

:03:26. > :03:30.off. The woman told the court that since being told about the alleged

:03:31. > :03:40.offences she had lived behind closed curtains.

:03:41. > :03:44.Attacks on horses are threatening to disrupt riding lessons for children

:03:45. > :03:50.Eight ponies at the Fort Centre Riding school in Maghera

:03:51. > :03:53.have been attacked twice over the last two weeks -

:03:54. > :03:56.some of them chased and jumped on, causing them to become stressed.

:03:57. > :03:59.The police say they have spoken to a number of 15-year-olds

:04:00. > :04:36.We do not want this charity to be impacted upon by anti-social

:04:37. > :04:41.behaviour. In February Catholic Church met the

:04:42. > :04:45.institution. Changes have been made to a plan

:04:46. > :04:48.for Northern Ireland's first major The scale of the ?1 billion project

:04:49. > :04:51.has been reduced in response to concerns from the

:04:52. > :04:54.fishing and shipping industries. Here's our business

:04:55. > :04:55.correspondent Julian O'Neill. This fishing fleet has been made

:04:56. > :04:58.nervous by the prospect of a wind farm five miles out to sea. Huge

:04:59. > :05:02.wind turbines like these can be a navigational hazard. The industry

:05:03. > :05:09.argues it can displace fish stocks. The energy consortium has been

:05:10. > :05:15.assessing this area for two years. It is outlined in red. It has now

:05:16. > :05:23.been narrowed down further. The turbines will be confined to the

:05:24. > :05:29.zone marked in green. These will be bigger turbines. Bigger turbines

:05:30. > :05:37.have to be spaced further apart. It is a step in the right direction.

:05:38. > :05:44.The consortium says it also wants to minimise disruption to shipping

:05:45. > :06:19.lanes. The idea behind the project is to reduce our dependency on

:06:20. > :06:21.imported fuel and make us less to price fluctuations. Reducing the

:06:22. > :06:24.size of this wind farm will reduce its clout.

:06:25. > :06:26.Initially the giant turbines were going to produce 20% of the power in

:06:27. > :06:30.Northern Ireland. That has now been reduced to 10%.

:06:31. > :06:32.A number of issues were taken into account, including those from the

:06:33. > :06:35.fishing industry. What we are aiming to do now is carry on the

:06:36. > :06:38.investigation so that we can design a project that meets the needs of

:06:39. > :06:40.the project and the fishing industry.

:06:41. > :06:42.Getting this project operational is still many years away. Planning and

:06:43. > :06:45.other approvals are yet to be granted. The target date is

:06:46. > :06:53.2020. easyJet has apologised to passengers

:06:54. > :06:55.who suffered a delay of more than 12 hours yesterday

:06:56. > :06:58.on the London Gatwick to They eventually landed this morning,

:06:59. > :07:01.having spent part of the night The plane couldn't land at Belfast

:07:02. > :07:05.because of a combination of maintenance work

:07:06. > :07:07.on the runway and foggy conditions. Some passengers have described the

:07:08. > :07:23.journey as a shambles. This is the first time I have done

:07:24. > :07:28.this connection and it will probably be the last. I have been flying for

:07:29. > :07:35.25 years. This is the worst ever experience.

:07:36. > :07:38.An oil rig which has been part of the East Belfast skyline over

:07:39. > :07:41.the past six months has now left the Harland and Wolff shipyard.

:07:42. > :07:44.It took several hours just to get out of the yard.

:07:45. > :07:47.The Blackford Dolphin rig was supposed to be refitted

:07:48. > :07:50.in just two months but it needed more extensive repair work.

:07:51. > :07:54.About 600 workers have been employed on the project -

:07:55. > :08:01.with around two thirds brought in from outside Northern Ireland

:08:02. > :08:03.Tomorrow on BBC Radio Ulster there's a broadcasting first

:08:04. > :08:06.for the Talkback programme as it comes live from inside the Laganside

:08:07. > :08:10.And here on BBC Newsline at 6.30 I will be presenting from Enniskillen

:08:11. > :08:14.one year on from the G8 summit to find out if the world leaders' visit

:08:15. > :08:39.Here is the weather. It has been the warmest day of the year so far. It

:08:40. > :08:48.will be a mild night tonight. Overnight tonight the cloud starts

:08:49. > :08:57.to build. By tomorrow morning we could be seeing scenes like this

:08:58. > :09:06.gain. We could have a murky start to things. As they go through the day

:09:07. > :09:11.that should burn back the click. This high pressure system is keeping

:09:12. > :09:20.things still and calm. It will be a nice day across the UK. The Eastern

:09:21. > :09:25.side of England will be markedly cooler. A bright afternoon in

:09:26. > :09:33.Northern Ireland. Particularly inland. A very pleasant day. On the

:09:34. > :09:42.coast there could be cloud in the afternoon. Thursday has a different

:09:43. > :09:57.feel to it. It will be a cloudier day. But temperatures are what we

:09:58. > :10:02.would expect for this time of year. That is all for now. Goodbye.
