:01:14. > :01:18.In a statement to the BBC, Mr Donnelly said he strenuously
:01:19. > :01:21.denied any wrongdoing on his part in relation to the PSNI
:01:22. > :01:26.investigation into the awarding of PSNI vehicle contracts.
:01:27. > :01:29.The statement added that he has co-operated fully with
:01:30. > :01:34.the investigation and expects to be completely exonerated.
:01:35. > :01:36.Others arrested include a serving officer and a member
:01:37. > :01:46.Files on both men have been sent to the Public Prosecution Service.
