:04:31. > :04:36.us. Our son is severely autistic. He doesn't really understand situations

:04:37. > :04:42.like this. We were asked could we take his wheelchair. We were told

:04:43. > :04:53.absolutely not. I suppose it's shock, surprise. And then the onset

:04:54. > :04:57.of anger. We've been told by the police that a suspicious object was

:04:58. > :05:02.found beside a car outside a house not far from here. Family were at

:05:03. > :05:05.home at the time and were asked by officers to leave at 7am this

:05:06. > :05:10.morning. Army bomb experts were called to the scene a controlled

:05:11. > :05:14.explosion was carried out. The police described the device as

:05:15. > :05:20.viable and say it could have caused serious or worse. The family are in

:05:21. > :05:23.shock. They are traumatised. The rest of the community who were

:05:24. > :05:29.disrupted this morning are also traumatised and fearful. The device

:05:30. > :05:34.was viable. The Army tactical officer claimed it could have

:05:35. > :05:38.exploded. Any device of this kind is capable of causing injury. The

:05:39. > :05:40.police said there is no clear motivation for the attack and has

:05:41. > :05:46.police said there is no clear forensic investigation.

:05:47. > :05:49.The Western Health Trust has been asked to intervene to prevent

:05:50. > :05:51.the closure of a private care home in County Fermanagh.

:05:52. > :05:53.Shannagh Nursing Home in Belleek cares for 15 residents -

:05:54. > :05:58.The owner blames the Health Trust's policy of caring

:05:59. > :06:01.for more elderly people in their own homes, for making the

:06:02. > :06:12.Here's our south west reporter Julian Fowler.

:06:13. > :06:21.This nursing home has been a family business for more than 20 years. Its

:06:22. > :06:26.owner has decided to close. Just 15 residents remain and it is no longer

:06:27. > :06:29.financially sustainable. The lack of new residents has been blamed on the

:06:30. > :06:33.health trust's policy of caring for more people in their own homes,

:06:34. > :06:37.rather than in residential care. There have also been fewer

:06:38. > :06:41.admissions from the Republic after a change in policy on funding care

:06:42. > :06:46.across the border. It will have a devastating impact on the town of

:06:47. > :06:53.the leak. The loss of 40 jobs, to the families of the residents that

:06:54. > :06:57.have been living here. It was such a family-oriented establishments. You

:06:58. > :07:02.could pop in at any time during the day to visit your family and

:07:03. > :07:05.friends. The Western Health Trust says it regrets the move taken by

:07:06. > :07:10.the management but recognises the challenges that nursing homes face.

:07:11. > :07:14.The task has begun to find the remaining residents somewhere to

:07:15. > :07:22.live. They will have to travel to Enniskillen to nursing homes there.

:07:23. > :07:25.That will take 40 minutes. It may only be won to twice a week they

:07:26. > :07:29.will be able to see their parents. One of the residents moved to a new

:07:30. > :07:32.home this morning and the others will soon follow. Closure of this

:07:33. > :07:38.home is expected to be completed in the next two weeks.

:07:39. > :07:41.Several hundred people in Belfast have enjoyed an open air Opera
