:00:40. > :00:44.Despite a series of letters, approval was not forthcoming.

:00:55. > :01:00.We have got real disappointment on the Facebook site.

:01:01. > :01:07.One year ago the DUP withdrew support for the centre and that

:01:08. > :01:14.Since then there has not been a consensus.

:01:15. > :01:26.The DUP said Peter Robinson approved the open day and then

:01:27. > :01:31.Sinn Fein are saying that nothing will happen until we deal with

:01:32. > :01:34.They are using the hunger strike hospital and the present building

:01:35. > :01:37.as political leverage and I think that is wrong.

:01:38. > :01:39.Why should a charity like this be punished because

:01:40. > :01:51.But Sinn Fein say that the DUP are to blame.

:01:52. > :01:54.It was done by Peter Robinson because he agreed to open a centre.

:01:55. > :01:57.The development was for at least 5,000 jobs.

:01:58. > :02:09.Others have said that the cancellation

:02:10. > :02:17.The cancellation does not mean an end to some events at this site.

:02:18. > :02:20.Next week the largest trucking event in Europe will take place here.

:02:35. > :02:37.would be too late to try and organise the event for this year.

:02:38. > :02:47.The big hope is that permission will be granted for 2015.

:02:48. > :02:50.Police forensic scientists will examine items found

:02:51. > :02:52.by specialist search dogs at the home of a Portadown woman

:02:53. > :02:58.Searches have been taking place at the house where Caroline Graham

:03:08. > :03:09.The dogs and the handlers spent yesterday examining this

:03:10. > :03:12.flat where Caroline Graham lived with her then boyfriend.

:03:13. > :03:15.The police know that on the night she went missing she

:03:16. > :03:18.had been at a nightclub and they think that she returned here to

:03:19. > :03:25.collect some clothes and that was the last time she was ever seen.

:03:26. > :03:28.The dogs are trained to detect even minute traces of human remains.

:03:29. > :03:34.I understand that they both independently indicated items

:03:35. > :03:36.of interest in the house and it was this

:03:37. > :03:39.which prompted the police to call in specialist scientific officers.

:03:40. > :03:41.The detectives have not said what the items are,

:03:42. > :03:43.but I understand they are not body parts.

:03:44. > :03:46.It has the potential to be a significant development.

:03:47. > :03:50.The police think that the public will still be

:03:51. > :03:57.There are a circle of people, they think, that know what happened.

:03:58. > :04:00.They want to break that circle and do that by encouraging somebody

:04:12. > :04:15.A member of police staff has been arrested as part of the

:04:16. > :04:19.investigation into the awarding of a number of PSNI vehicle contracts.
