:02:26. > :02:30.a baby delivered by caesarean section after a panel of experts,

:02:31. > :02:33.convened under new laws, decided not Her case was assessed under

:02:34. > :02:37.controversial legislation that Our Dublin correspondent,

:02:38. > :02:45.Shane Harrison, reports. The woman, who cannot be identified,

:02:46. > :02:48.presented herself at the hospital saying she was suicidal because of

:02:49. > :02:52.her pregnancy and wanted a termination. Under the Republic's

:02:53. > :02:58.new abortion law, the credible threat of suicide is a grounds for

:03:01. > :03:07.A panel of experts, including two psychiatrists and an obstetrician,

:03:08. > :03:10.agreed the woman was vulnerable and suicidal, but ruled an abortion

:03:37. > :03:39.Obviously I cannot comment on individual cases but obviously I

:03:40. > :03:42.would be concerned and people reading the

:03:43. > :03:44.accounts will be concerned for the woman and for the baby involved.

:03:45. > :03:47.Clearly we passed legislation earlier in the year and we obviously

:03:48. > :03:50.will continue to monitor that legislation and see how it is being

:03:51. > :03:54.implemented. The baby is being cared for in a

:03:55. > :04:09.hospital at the moment. Well, it has certainly been feeling

:04:10. > :04:14.more like autumn than a summer this weekend. Will it improve? Here is

:04:15. > :04:21.the weather forecast. Hello again. We have some fairly

:04:22. > :04:25.chilly coming whether -- we have some fairly chilly weather coming up

:04:26. > :04:29.this week. Temperatures are typical of what you

:04:30. > :04:33.would expect in autumn today and I am sure a lot of you thought you had

:04:34. > :04:37.woken up in November today. The warning for wind is valid for a

:04:38. > :04:40.little while yet tonight but the strongest winds will ease away in

:04:41. > :04:46.the next few hours, with hefty showers moving south, and most

:04:47. > :04:51.places will end up drive. Where the skies clear temperatures will dip

:04:52. > :04:55.single figures. The coming week will have chilly nights and mornings come

:04:56. > :05:01.especially by Wednesday and we could see some really low single figure

:05:02. > :05:05.temperatures at night. The weather is summed up by sunshine and

:05:06. > :05:08.showers, with a fair and dry weather come especially tomorrow morning to

:05:09. > :05:13.begin with. The showers that come along will move through quickly. The

:05:14. > :05:16.winds are not as strong as they were today but still fairly blustery and

:05:17. > :05:21.places, especially on the north coast. The strongest winds tomorrow

:05:22. > :05:24.over north-east Scotland and north-east England, but the low

:05:25. > :05:28.pressure bringing those moves away from us and winds will gradually

:05:29. > :05:32.ease. The further south you are generally the better whether you

:05:33. > :05:36.will have with more sunshine and slightly higher temperatures, less

:05:37. > :05:40.in the way of showers. Temperatures tomorrow for us to victory in the

:05:41. > :05:44.mid teens, that is with sunshine, Gulu in the breeze and if caught in

:05:45. > :05:50.a shower and the temperatures at this time of year should really be

:05:51. > :05:53.in the high teens. For Tuesday, sunshine and showers in eastern

:05:54. > :05:57.areas of Scotland and England, on Wednesday where you get some showing

:05:58. > :06:00.it will not be too bad with a lot of dryad bright weather bound, but

:06:01. > :06:06.still struggling to get temperatures higher than the mid-teens across

:06:07. > :06:10.Northern Ireland. On Thursday more unsettled weather moving across

:06:11. > :06:14.Scotland and many parts of Ireland. Drier weather staying further south

:06:15. > :06:17.and east. No micro-cool week, sunshine on most days but also some

:06:18. > :06:21.showers. Our next BBC Newsline bulletin is at

:06:22. > :06:27.6:25am tomorrow morning. Until then you can keep up-to-date
