:00:13. > :00:15.20 Romanians suspected of being victims of . human trafficking have

:00:16. > :00:18.Three men are being questioned following the operation,

:00:19. > :00:21.which has been going on for several days in counties Armagh and Antrim.

:00:22. > :00:33.#12k3w4r the men arrested are aged #23, 27 and 31. -- the men arrested.

:00:34. > :00:36.They are being questioned at Antrim police station. The PSNI say

:00:37. > :00:42.They are being questioned at Antrim were rescued at various stages since

:00:43. > :00:47.last Wednesday at two separate locations in County Armagh. Details

:00:48. > :00:51.about this operation are still a bit sketchy. However the PSNI have

:00:52. > :00:57.confirmed that detectives from the Organised Crime Branch have been

:00:58. > :01:00.liaising with the gangmasters' lance licencing Authority in an ongoing

:01:01. > :01:04.investigation into the food production industry. However at this

:01:05. > :01:07.stage there is no suggestion that any employers here are complicit in

:01:08. > :01:10.any of the suspected criminal activity.

:01:11. > :01:14.Additional translators have been flown to Northern Ireland from

:01:15. > :01:16.England to cope with the number of victims involved and the volume of

:01:17. > :01:21.information which needs to be processed. The three men were

:01:22. > :01:24.arrested in counties Armagh and Antrim. Two properties were searched

:01:25. > :01:29.and three vehicles were seized during this operation. The men are

:01:30. > :01:31.being questioned about suspected human trafficking, forced labour,

:01:32. > :01:39.slavery and money laundering. Tributes have been paid to the

:01:40. > :01:42.photographer who died after falling 59-year-old John McCourt from Antrim

:01:43. > :01:54.slipped The Fanad peninsula, a place refound

:01:55. > :01:56.for natural beauty and tranquillity but there were different scenes

:01:57. > :02:01.following yesterday's tragic accident. John McCourt from Antrim

:02:02. > :02:06.fell from rocks, after he lost his footing while taking photographs. He

:02:07. > :02:09.then became trapped in a gully at the bottom. The tragedy happened

:02:10. > :02:15.close to the lighthouse here. An emergency call was put into the

:02:16. > :02:18.coastguard and lifeboat xruls deployed to the scene. But weather

:02:19. > :02:23.conditions were stormy, making it difficult for those involved in the

:02:24. > :02:29.rescue operation. I waded into it up until my waist and climbed over the

:02:30. > :02:34.rocks. It was like a washing me. Big swells coming N it was difficult to

:02:35. > :02:39.spot the casualty in the water. It was white and foamy. He was going

:02:40. > :02:43.under the water and bob back up. So it was difficult to spot him.

:02:44. > :02:48.Attempts were made to revive the 59-year-old when he was pulled out

:02:49. > :02:51.of the sea but he died after being aircrafted to LetterKenny General

:02:52. > :02:55.Hospital. Those who knew him have been paying tribute. I'm absolutely

:02:56. > :03:00.shocked. I couldn't believe, you know, that this at happened to one

:03:01. > :03:09.of our club members. It is something that we hear, these accidents

:03:10. > :03:18.happen, but for it to happen close to home, not in my experience. So

:03:19. > :03:24.far this year, Loughswi will, will, y lifeboat has dealt with 22

:03:25. > :03:30.callouts and there is clear advice for visitors this summer --

:03:31. > :03:35.Loughswilly. Be aware of the head lands and look after themselves and

:03:36. > :03:40.be cautious between dealing with the sea in particular, during storms T

:03:41. > :03:45.doesn't have much mercy for people. -- it doesn't have.

:03:46. > :03:50.As people are advised to be aware of their surround whilst visiting the

:03:51. > :03:52.area, some way the beauty of this rugged coastline is at odds with

:03:53. > :04:06.this recent tragedy. The funeral has taken place

:04:07. > :04:09.of the rally driver who was killed in a crash while taking part

:04:10. > :04:11.in the Ulster Rally in 20-year-old Timothy Cathcart,

:04:12. > :04:14.who was from Enniskillen, died after his car left the road

:04:15. > :04:17.and crashed near Fivemiletown. The Health Service Executive

:04:18. > :04:19.in the Irish Republic is setting up a review

:04:20. > :04:22.into the care provided to a woman at the centre of a controversy over the

:04:23. > :04:25.decision to refuse her an abortion. The woman, who says she was raped

:04:26. > :04:28.and was judged to be suicidal, had her request for an abortion refused

:04:29. > :04:31.by a panel of medical experts. She went

:04:32. > :04:33.on to have her baby delivered Our Dublin correspondent,

:04:34. > :04:51.Shane Harrison, has more. The woman first asked for an

:04:52. > :04:55.abortion at eight weeks. There are restrictions in reporting this. So

:04:56. > :04:58.it is unclear what was involved in the delay. Pro-who have choice

:04:59. > :05:03.campaigners say it is another example of a vulnerable woman having

:05:04. > :05:06.her rights trotted on. The National Council of Women say no civilised

:05:07. > :05:13.society can stand over a law in which a woman loses all bodily

:05:14. > :05:16.freedom once she gets pregnant. On the other hand the prolife

:05:17. > :05:20.campaigners and the Catholic bishops say they are delighted the mother

:05:21. > :05:24.and bibe survived. They owe supposed the Government's legislation saying

:05:25. > :05:28.a termination is never a treatment for suicidal feelings and for them,

:05:29. > :05:32.in any pregnancy, the mother and unborn have equal rights to life.

:05:33. > :05:35.A war memorial in Glenavy in County Antrim has been daubed with

:05:36. > :05:41.paint overnight It's the latest in a series of sectarian attacks on

:05:42. > :05:44.war memorials and Catholic churches carried out in the area and in

:05:45. > :05:45.nearby Stoneyford, just outside Lisburn, over the weekend.

:05:46. > :05:47.Both unionist and nationalist politicians have criticised

:05:48. > :05:50.those behind what appeared to be "tit-for-tat" incidents.

:05:51. > :05:56.They've said they would work to diffuse tensions in the area.

:05:57. > :05:59.A US company is creating almost 100 new jobs in Belfast,

:06:00. > :06:02.with the major expansion of a local business it bought a year ago.

:06:03. > :06:05.Proofpoint specialises in security for company computer systems.

:06:06. > :06:08.The new jobs will pay wages above the Northern Ireland average.

:06:09. > :06:11.Here's our business correspondent, Julian O'Neill.

:06:12. > :06:24.Next next -- Proofpoint is a global company and its operation in Belfast

:06:25. > :06:28.will expand significantly with the addition of 94 jobs T works in

:06:29. > :06:33.computer technology, providing data storage and security for a long list

:06:34. > :06:38.of client companies. -- it works. Proofpoint is a company listed on

:06:39. > :06:41.the US Stock Exchange with its headquarters in California.

:06:42. > :06:46.It has had a presence here in Belfast for just over a year, when

:06:47. > :06:50.it acquired a locally-owned tech company. The new jobs will be

:06:51. > :06:58.created over a period of two years as part of its growth, offices are

:06:59. > :07:03.switching from the science park in East Belfast, here at Weavers Court

:07:04. > :07:07.close to the city centre. The company attended the International

:07:08. > :07:13.Investment Conference last October. By then it had started a local firm

:07:14. > :07:18.specialising in e-mail skumplt the next step was getting it to increase

:07:19. > :07:22.its workforce. It was relatively from one point of view in that they

:07:23. > :07:27.had acquired a company and had knowledge of what was available in

:07:28. > :07:32.Northern Ireland but it was relatively difficult to get them to

:07:33. > :07:36.commit to over 100 people being involved in Northern Ireland. IT is

:07:37. > :07:41.a specialist field and the new recruits expect a pay packet way

:07:42. > :07:46.above the local average Our average salary here is roughly ?30,000. We

:07:47. > :07:49.are looking for folks with technical talents degrees and experience. We

:07:50. > :07:53.are confident we can find the talent here and are excited about the

:07:54. > :07:59.growth here. This is an expansion project worth ?6 million. One-tenth

:08:00. > :08:03.of it is being funded by Invest NI, who hope the enlarged presence of

:08:04. > :08:05.Proofpoint, could help attract more of this kind of inward investment

:08:06. > :08:11.project. And in football, Derry City lost to

:08:12. > :08:13.Drogheda United by 1-0 Here's Barra Best with a look

:08:14. > :08:26.at the weather for the day ahead. -- with a look at the weather

:08:27. > :08:30.forecast. Temperatures dipping to four or

:08:31. > :08:34.five. Temperatures we normally see in and around late October. Tomorrow

:08:51. > :08:54.today. Any showers we do get will be fairly well-spaced-out and late as

:08:55. > :08:57.well. Staying cool and fresh towards the north coast with the onshore

:08:58. > :09:01.winds but the winds tomorrow will ease as we go through the day. It is

:09:02. > :09:05.not a bad picture right across Britain and Ireland tomorrow. There

:09:06. > :09:10.will be a be handful of showers up but plenty of dry weather on often

:09:11. > :09:12.and decent spells of sunshine. The strongest winds for northern and

:09:13. > :09:25.eastern Scotland and. For the second part of the afternoon

:09:26. > :09:32.for Northern Ireland, many showers. Many ending the day on a drain

:09:37. > :09:41.concert tomorrow t should be dry. The for Wednesday, a few showers but

:09:42. > :09:44.decent dry spells in between but temperatures staying below average

:09:45. > :09:47.at 13 or 14. Normally temperatures should be around 17 or 18. Scattered

:09:48. > :09:53.showers for the next few days but more in the way of rain, come

:10:01. > :10:07.-- that's it for I still don't feel

:10:08. > :10:09.old enough to be a grandma. Don't be silly, Joyce.

:10:10. > :10:12.Of course you are. What's the upside on losing

:10:13. > :10:15.your short-term memory? You know, we're just
