:00:09. > :00:13.The Former US president Bill Clinton has paid tribute to the Reverend Ian

:00:14. > :00:20.Mr Clinton said the former first minister had advanced peace

:00:21. > :00:24.Meanwhile, books of condolence for Mr Paisley

:00:25. > :00:42.Since his death yesterday morning, Ian Paisley hasn't spoken of as a

:00:43. > :00:49.politician, preacher and peacemaker. The Deputy First Minister remembered

:00:50. > :00:54.this last role in this book. Whenever we went into government

:00:55. > :00:57.together, whatever we did, we developed a positive and good

:00:58. > :01:01.working relationship and a friendship which existed until the

:01:02. > :01:08.day he died. We consciously took a decision to rise above all the old

:01:09. > :01:15.enmities. We worked hard to build a better and more peaceful future for

:01:16. > :01:18.the people. The sentiments were the same elsewhere. Ian Paisley, even

:01:19. > :01:23.though we didn't know when, he was part of our lives because he was

:01:24. > :01:25.such a prominent figure in Northern Ireland. Whether you love him when,

:01:26. > :01:28.he was part of our lives because he was such a prominent figure in

:01:29. > :01:32.Northern Ireland. Whether you love him or hate him, everyone knows the

:01:33. > :01:38.years. The town claimed him as their own. He has been associated with

:01:39. > :01:41.Ballymena for so many years. Everyone remembers him with fondness

:01:42. > :01:49.and this is the right place to start. People would come and yell at

:01:50. > :01:53.him. He was such a public figure and yet he was a private person. Whether

:01:54. > :01:58.you agreed with his politics on zero, without him this country would

:01:59. > :02:01.not be with it is today. I book of condolence will open in Belfast on

:02:02. > :02:07.Monday. Members of the Orange Order

:02:08. > :02:09.and bandsmen from Northern Ireland marched through Edinburgh today

:02:10. > :02:12.in support of a No Vote Although the official "Better

:02:13. > :02:27.Together campaign" distanced itself Became in their thousands from

:02:28. > :02:38.Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK and marched shoulder to shoulder

:02:39. > :02:44.with their Scottish counterparts. Moneygall or Dundee, Londonderry or

:02:45. > :02:48.Livingston, Belfast or Bell Hill, the unmistakable message from the

:02:49. > :02:54.Orange fraternity is we are better together than apart. -- Bells Hill.

:02:55. > :03:01.It's made his way through Edinburgh city centre but not everyone was in

:03:02. > :03:05.support. I believe in local government rather than somebody down

:03:06. > :03:11.in London telling us what to do in Scotland. I think we should be in

:03:12. > :03:14.charge ourselves. We want to support them and ensure Scotland be a part

:03:15. > :03:19.of Northern Ireland and we don't want to use them -- lose them. We

:03:20. > :03:23.know that the union together is better than being an independent

:03:24. > :03:32.country. What is your message to the people of Scotland today? No. Does

:03:33. > :03:38.anyone believe this will affect how people vote on Thursday? Other

:03:39. > :03:42.campaigners have described it as an unwelcome intervention. But the

:03:43. > :03:45.Orange order says that today is the day that they no campaign finally

:03:46. > :03:48.got some passion. A third man has appeared

:03:49. > :03:51.in court charged with the rape Andy West reports from

:03:52. > :04:00.Lisburn Magistrates Court. 33-year-old Florin Cirpachi was

:04:01. > :04:05.sitting in the dock and spoke only to confirm his name and understood

:04:06. > :04:13.the charge against him. Along with two other men, he stands accused of

:04:14. > :04:17.raping women in Portadown on the 25th of August. He listened through

:04:18. > :04:21.an interpreter as his charge was read out. A detective constables

:04:22. > :04:26.said she believed she could connect Florin Cirpachi to the crime. The

:04:27. > :04:33.magistrate described the crime is very serious. The two other men also

:04:34. > :04:38.accused of the rape, appeared at Craigavon Magistrates' Court

:04:39. > :04:43.yesterday. Both were remanded in custody until September. The same

:04:44. > :04:48.order was given to Florin Cirpachi. A fourth man was arrested on

:04:49. > :04:59.Thursday, after the police search fee has been released pending

:05:00. > :05:05.further enquiries. Now for the weather. It will be a fine end to

:05:06. > :05:10.the weekend with some of lucky enough to catch some sunshine. Some

:05:11. > :05:19.others managed to catch the unknown body is last night. Here is another

:05:20. > :05:24.similar picture, not too far and away in Ballycastle. Keep them

:05:25. > :05:29.coming in. It will stay dry the best of the night. Skies will be cleared

:05:30. > :05:35.and temperatures are around 11 degrees. Some pockets of fog and

:05:36. > :05:39.mist developing tomorrow morning. Tomorrow will be dry and bright and

:05:40. > :05:45.there will be sunshine. The cloud will stay very able during the day.

:05:46. > :05:51.Wall-to-wall sunshine with light breezes from the east coast. The

:05:52. > :05:54.high pressure is in control of as all tomorrow. There may be a few

:05:55. > :06:00.showers in the East of England but generally across Britain it is a dry

:06:01. > :06:06.picture. Warmer in the south-east. Dry and bright across Ireland.

:06:07. > :06:14.Breaks in the cloud allowing for sunshine. Further west, we get the

:06:15. > :06:21.best of the sunshine and it could reach 20 degrees. High pressure

:06:22. > :06:25.stays in control for Monday. Temperatures up to the high teens.

:06:26. > :06:30.The rest of the week, the high pressure is here to stay so no rain

:06:31. > :06:31.in the forecast. That's it for now. Enjoy the rest of your evening.

:06:32. > :06:34.Goodbye.
